      I am facing problem with Hp services . I have registered case against my laptop screen hp pavilion g6 under Warranty. Product detail : Product description: HP Pavilion g6-2006tx Notebook PC Product number: B0P25PA Serial number: 5CD2118KYZ Problem description: IN/3CD/ONS/HP Pavilion g6-2006TX/W-DISPLAY ISSUE. I was provided with the case number [protected]. Complain registered on 7 August 2015 . Once engineer's came to our place unscrew the laptop screen and told it will replaced in 2 days but its almost 2 weeks there is no response from your side . My laptop is still left opened till date. Every time I called your help line I just received a mail saying"" Thank you "" . No response after that, I am deeply affected by unexpected behaviour of your employees . I have a list 5 to 7 concerns employees whom I contacted me but they haven't done anything. I am playing game of mail and mail from last 30 days . Please look into the matter . Himanshu Ganguly.

        My name is vigyan shrivastava i have bought hp laptop and was authorised for a gift for which i have to pay 1499 rs. I have paid 1499 rs on 5th august but till now i have not got that gift. My hp redemption code is 90031577 product serial no 5cd5162pp6 they told me that within 3 days ur documents will validated but its now more than 4 weeks i have not got my gift and i already paid 1499 rs on 5th august.

            I bought a HP Laptop from Supreme computer, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata. Total value was 24800 (dual core, 500 gb, 2 gb). This laptop was suddenly stopped. Switch on/off button stopped the work, no power on, no indication. I told the issues to HP customer care they said by the week service engineer of your area call you. But no call no message. So HP is one of Fraud Company who has got tag from market. Do not believe HP service as well as HP laptop quality.

                I had a broken LCD and a broken camera in my HP voice 7 tablet. I had submitted my device at 10, Unit No 5, 1st Floor, Wood Street (Near Saturday Club), Kolkata - 700016, Opposite Mobile Store, Beside St Xaviers College on 22nd july, 2015 and till now, I did not get my device back. I am constantly asking them to give my advanced 2000 rs. payment money back along with my device but they had failed to do so.Neither did they repair the device. I need my device back.                     I bought new laptop, which had an offer for redemption of value deals at cheaper rate. The details were submitted and i got redemption code 90022445. The payment was made online. The amount was debited to my credit card. However i did not get a confirmation due to internet disconnection. I submitted the payment proof to "[protected]@redemptionsupport.Com" on 11th august. However i ahve not received any reply till date.

                      My laptop has been detected wi-fi problem. I complain in their customer care to repair this on toll free number. They send a technician to repair from ensure service center, 10, wood street, Kolkata. But he(suvankar) failed to repair. He billed to replaced wi-fi lan card. But from that day(14th aug) no visit to me. When i call on service center" they said "yes, sir our technician will visit soon." but no technician even present. I missed my college for 2 days for this fake words on waiting.My warranty period is limited on 12th september, 2015. Don't know whether i will get response from hp within this period. But one thing i will never buy hp again.                             I had an issue of WiFi driver in my new purchased laptop, so i did complain for that, they gave me complain number [protected], but ur engineer is not visited my place, and the case has been closed, what kind of service it is, again i called it again they gave me the number but again no engineer visited, i was the user of acer laptops which is much better than urs, i did a mistake by purchasing ur laptops, i never recommend to anyone to buy hp products

                              Respected sir/madam myself dr simrandeep singh from bikaner using hp printer and laptop. both are not working properly. i cannot connect my printer to laptop through wifi and my laptop working not properly, can shut window any time or page which is open that time. i had submit my complaint around a month back, your technician came but didnt find any solution for me, said some error in my laptop, and said he ll send some other person to solve my problem bt till now i have not get any response. i am not satisfied with your service that even after month i didnt find solution of my problem. kindly send technicians of both laptop and printer to my place so that both the problems can be solved at same time. shall be very thankful if my problem can be solved in considerable time. my contact number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    My laptop is in warranty period and had some issues with the bios. They replaced the motherboard after 3 months of continuous calling and harassment. Then after that the technician forgot to unlock some lock on the bios to identify which they again took a couple of weeks. Later on one of the technicians broke the led connector while servicing and never accepted that it was his mistake. Therefore, the keyboard had to be replaced. The story doesn't ends here. Now after I tried updating my laptop to windows 8.1 the laptop is asking for the windows activation key which the comp isn't able to extract. I was thus asked to run the recovery which gave an error message and I was blamed that the recovery CDs have gone bad because I did nit use them for 2 years. Asked me to buy new recovery which I did and faced the same problem. Now they realize the motherboard installed was not compatible with the laptop. Since the past 6 days everyday I am assured of either a phone call or a technicians visit which hasn't happened till now. All I have to do is call them morning and evening and listen to their rubbish. Please tell me where can I get some serious action against them.

                                      6 months ago, I purchased HP pavilion 15-P073TX with great hope and trust that worth of 56095.24 ₹ But, since 2 months my laptop not properly... When I do copy any file from my pen drive, it automatically stop and requires for restating... One day, I installed Autodesk Revit (civil software license version ) which requires 4 GB RAM to run on laptop and my laptop having 8 RAM. Though Revit not running in laptop I have may problem with this laptop...

                                        My self Ramavatar Maheshwari sir i have purchased hp printer model no :HP LaserJet M1005MFP serial no:CNH8GDL1LO, 4 month before @4 april 2015 from dealer Goodluck Technologies Tin no:[protected] and my product is in warrenty period . but after 4 month of purchase my product has stop working. i have made complaint through toll free no [protected] and my complaint no is 5402788 status no :[protected] dated 11/08/2015...and they have apointed technicall service man name MR.prakash service firm name : Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt.Ltd M.I road Jaipur, Rajasthan contact detail:[protected] complaint desk:[protected] email id:hponsite.[protected]@sysnetglobal.com my complaint is : they have not been replaced my damaged part of printer yet after making complaint before 8 days...they asked us damaged part will come from Delhi within 3 days and printer will be get replaced in next 2 days of after coming of new product.. when we have make call to the given no they asked us product has been came and we will make replace tomorrow itself...we are calling them from last 4-5 days but they are making excuses and always says that we will make it change today or tomorrow... and when we make call to them they put the phone on hold and no reply given by them ...
