Dear All,
I woiuld like to mention here, that I was so happy purchasing laptop of HP from one of my local vendor DCC, unfortunately after purchasing a laptop r15-250tu, it is throwing a blue dump error and DCC, chinchwad is saying no support, I logged the call against hp for support their service engineer came down and taken the logs from the system. After a long wait for 8 days the concerned person came back and answered like a foolish that the wireless LAn driver is not installed and not getting supported because my windows version is not activated. This is the silly reason I heard first time in life. Again I have activated that windows 7 ultimate version and now it is throwing the same error of blue dump.
I spoke to the people in market and they said give them some bribe to change it. The question arise over here is this is a warranty provided by hp to the normal person, why should I go in the loop of offerng them a bribe and request so many times to rectify that issue.

I would like to tell you that I am a resident of pune, and here there is no support for a retail customer i[censored]nfortunately the piece have some genuine issues with the mothereboard or hard disk.
