    i have a hpdeskjjet f 2100 which i bought in dubai, i tried to buy a cartridge in new delhi india and when i phoned some one in hp they said i needed to register it in india, they talked me thru the process but unfortunately i had an empty coloured cartridge 22, so could not register the product it has HP DESKJET 2187 PRINTED ON THE BODY AND WHEN I SCAN ON MY COMPUTER IT IS UNDER F2100 CAN U PLEASE TELL ME AS TO HOW I REGISTER MY PRODUCT I GOT THE ORIGINAL INK CARTRIDGES FM DUBAI PLEASE EXPEDITE THE MATTER .       Laptop purchased from "THE COMPUTER", Durgapur-713216, West Bengal on 29/09/2014 against SAYAN GHOSH, 3/24, Central Avenue, A-Zone, Durgapur-4 (Mobile No.[protected]). Product description-HP LTOP 15-R007TX, Sr.No.cnd 43284c3/HMC At present the laptop is with me at MS Hall, IIT, Kharagpur for my study purpose. There is problems of persistent white spots on the screen, gradually becoming brighter as laptop operation is going on with some problems of key board functioning. Problems of key board were intimated earlier also to the concerned shop and replied by them to continue as those are not so much significant, but still persisted with the problems till date. From view of my study point, it is very much essential to have the laptop in good as well as in proper functioning mode. Problems with operating the laptop at present bring me lot of problems and anxiety to continue and concentrate my present study till those problems are solved successfully and satisfactorily.

        Hello Sir, I have purchased Hp Laptop 12 Months back Product Serial Number: CND4205G6Z, There was a single dot or a dead pixel on the display, so I lodged a complaint regarding it, at that time they said thr is only one dead pixel so wait for some time we will change it after increasing dead pixels, so I agreed, but after few months it starts increasing so I lodged a fresh complaint regarding it case id is : [protected] engineer visited at my office and forwarded a screen shot to concerned department, engineer agreed that the case is clear and it is a manufacturing defect, I called service center after 3 days they said our technical team refused the replacement because it is not covered in a guarantee because screen dot happened due to misuse of the product, but even a blind can say that the dot is due to dead pixel even there engineer saying dot is due to dead pixel. My warranty is ending today[protected], concerned person please look into the matter otherwise I have only one solution left and that is consumer court . Thanks and regards

          I have purchased Asemble Desktop computer from local dealer with HP Pavilion 22fi LCD Screen. Now there is Blinking a blue verticle line sometime in LCD screen. I have contact customer care for Warrenty but they said that Serial Number does not match?
          I have not LCD bill.

            My friend purchase a new laptop on 10 may 2015 from one of the store of hp. first week it's work fine but from next week the laptop is not working. We face a issue in DVD player. It was not accepting the DVD. One hp engineer visit home and he change the DVD player. After some days again we face a new problem. The laptop got shut down in between. We lost our office work and daily. We work on that for a hour and after some it's got shut down. We call them and did't got any response. Also we don't have complaint number. How can we used this laptop if it's work like that. We spend around thirty thousand RS/- on that and they provide us a bad laptop as well as the service. Please Help.

              Computer giving lot of trouble since last two weeks. Sometimes touch problems. Sometimes scroll. Sometimes power problem. Engineer visited two times still problem arises again. I need a replacement of this computer. I think the piece is defective. The warranty will expire in April, till date so many times this pc has given.problems. sometimes minor sometimes major. I need a solution. You have it in your records, number of times I may have called your office. I need a solution to all this within thee days. My work is withheld because of the constant problems coming up.

                With in six months touch screen gone and company replaced new screen later after three months it is again not working. Now i am out of warrenty again my touchscreen is not working. What kind of a product is this hell with hp laptops

                        It is so simple, we took our printer to this particular shop yesterday with a small repair. Without even touching the printer or trying to understand the problem, your staff said it would take rs. 850 to touch the printer and if any part is damaged, the rate would be extra.
                        My father had an issue with him and he came out. What makes your service worst is that - we got our problem solved at a cost less than rs. 100 in a local shop. The day after a great legend of india passed away, his vision towards a developed india is never possible with service centres like these. . . !!!

                          I regret to inform you that there is major problem in the machine HP LJ Pro MFP M435nw with serial number cnc8fon3sf.
                          Problems related to the machine are as follows:
                          1. Without giving 'Print' command, it displays that the printing is in progress.
                          2. After cancelling the printing it only show 'Cancelling' but there is no effect of command given by the
                          user, there is no any type of output from the machine.
                          3. The one year warranty had been expired on 25July2015

                            I am arvind manickam. I own a hp 15 - r005tx laptop with a serial no.
                            Cnd4233y9s. I had filled a complaint in the beginning of july 2015. I only
                            Got a response on 8th of july after calls and chase ups. Those hp engineers
                            Told me that i would be contacted regarding the engineer arrival for repair
                            Within a week. But i didn't get any calls or smses. After that week i
                            Personally made a call to find out the situation at hp's end but only
                            Received a bunch of fake promises regarding the arrival date of engineers.
                            After few days of vague waiting i again called back to the people in person
                            But they cut my call ad switched off their phone. I had no other way to
                            Contact them. Then after that day i again made a call just to hear the news
                            Regarding the absence of back cover. I required the work to be done by 19th
                            Of july as my college was about to commence. They promised me that the work
                            Will get completed by 19th of july 2015. But no reply from neither engineer
                            Nor consumer care. I was left with no option but to join my college without
                            Laptop. Even after 21st of july i got no call backs or reply regarding the
                            Delay in service. Again a week long struggle for contacting the engineers
                            Of hp went in vain.
                            I am feeling ashamed of owning a hp laptop among my peers due to this huge
                            Lag of a month in repair service for a laptop under warranty period.
                            I require a compensation for all this service lags and trauma that i had to
                            Go through due to this dumb and unproductive service method.
                            In the form of timely service under discounted rates from this esteemed
                            Electronics company of past. . .

But i have not received the other items of offer like Additional warranty, Insurance, Movie tickets, Dongle, Anti virus, etc. Please advise on how these pending services / items will be delivered. Complaint call bhi likhai gayi thi, lekin koi responce nhi mila. . Hp se ek service k liye excutive bhi aaya tha and he is saying "kitni bar batau ki part ki problam hai part abhi tak nhi aaya wapas call na kare" acording these line mujhe to printer utha k road par through kr dena chaiye. . Installed all available drivers through HP support Asst. Still the Card reader is not working. How can I solve the issue. I had called the customer care for this.                                     purchased a hp deskjet 3540 e all in one series printer from hp dealer product model A9T81B & product serial CN487133C9 on 10 July 2015 & after eleven days the printer started displaying error mode on 21 July 2015 the authorised dealer was intimated & he sent his staff who registered a complaint hp toll free no & service order case no 5369942 was given by email. On 24/07/15 an engineer from authorised service centre Ensure support services(India) Ltd inspected my printer & handed a memo no 690 & said card component was defective & has to be replaced & it will take 15 days for the component to be replaced & left. The service centre should replace my printer immediately or replace the defective part immediately as I am running a pollution testing centre & iam suffering loses as I have to print certificates. So please resolve the matter.

                                      I am an HP laptop owner named vilakshan saxena. with all the deep sorrow in my heart I have to inform you about the poor and customer unfriendly delivery system at your service centre in Bhopal with the following address.-, I submitted my laptop for format and recovery an due to an unavoidable strict schedule I forgot my job sheet (couloured pink) at my home which happens to be 22 km away from the service centre. inspite of me requesting the technical manager at the centre about the busy schedule and a train to catch in one and a half hour showed me un co-
                                      operated behaviour and asked me to move and sit outside. I requested him that I am ready to submit a hand written application along with a photo id copy which can be verified by the original I had in my poession at the moment as it is worth noting that other companies follow a same procedure to relieve the customer. i was then due to irrational behaviour, forced to bring the job sheet which resulted in my missing of train . I as a former happy hp customer ask that who is responsible for such behaviour and who should be held answerable for words such like "" sir, go to the court and get an affidavit or other wise come tomorrow or get lost. I therefore demand an answer and strict action for all the unnecessary trouble that has been caused to me. such actions need attention and justice

                                        i have purchased one ink advantage 678 for hp printer 3510 from reliance digital shop at Vizianagram 535002 two months back.. After insert the printer shows error as one of the cartridge is defective..the Reliance digital shop did not explain properly and it's replacement with another one.
