Still they are not replacing the laptop and this time they are forcing me to pay the money for a display problem it has got. They are mentally torturing me and taking this issue for very long.         It is so simple, we took our printer to this particular shop yesterday with a small repair. Without even touching the printer or trying to understand the problem, your staff said it would take rs. 850 to touch the printer and if any part is damaged, the rate would be extra.
        My father had an issue with him and he came out. What makes your service worst is that - we got our problem solved at a cost less than rs. 100 in a local shop. The day after a great legend of india passed away, his vision towards a developed india is never possible with service centres like these. . . !!!

          I regret to inform you that there is major problem in the machine HP LJ Pro MFP M435nw with serial number cnc8fon3sf.
          Problems related to the machine are as follows:
          1. Without giving 'Print' command, it displays that the printing is in progress.
          2. After cancelling the printing it only show 'Cancelling' but there is no effect of command given by the
          user, there is no any type of output from the machine.
          3. The one year warranty had been expired on 25July2015

            I am arvind manickam. I own a hp 15 - r005tx laptop with a serial no.
            Cnd4233y9s. I had filled a complaint in the beginning of july 2015. I only
            Got a response on 8th of july after calls and chase ups. Those hp engineers
            Told me that i would be contacted regarding the engineer arrival for repair
            Within a week. But i didn't get any calls or smses. After that week i
            Personally made a call to find out the situation at hp's end but only
            Received a bunch of fake promises regarding the arrival date of engineers.
            After few days of vague waiting i again called back to the people in person
            But they cut my call ad switched off their phone. I had no other way to
            Contact them. Then after that day i again made a call just to hear the news
            Regarding the absence of back cover. I required the work to be done by 19th
            Of july as my college was about to commence. They promised me that the work
            Will get completed by 19th of july 2015. But no reply from neither engineer
            Nor consumer care. I was left with no option but to join my college without
            Laptop. Even after 21st of july i got no call backs or reply regarding the
            Delay in service. Again a week long struggle for contacting the engineers
            Of hp went in vain.
            I am feeling ashamed of owning a hp laptop among my peers due to this huge
            Lag of a month in repair service for a laptop under warranty period.
            I require a compensation for all this service lags and trauma that i had to
            Go through due to this dumb and unproductive service method.
            In the form of timely service under discounted rates from this esteemed
            Electronics company of past. . .

                    purchased a hp deskjet 3540 e all in one series printer from hp dealer product model A9T81B & product serial CN487133C9 on 10 July 2015 & after eleven days the printer started displaying error mode on 21 July 2015 the authorised dealer was intimated & he sent his staff who registered a complaint hp toll free no & service order case no 5369942 was given by email. On 24/07/15 an engineer from authorised service centre Ensure support services(India) Ltd inspected my printer & handed a memo no 690 & said card component was defective & has to be replaced & it will take 15 days for the component to be replaced & left. The service centre should replace my printer immediately or replace the defective part immediately as I am running a pollution testing centre & iam suffering loses as I have to print certificates. So please resolve the matter.

                      I am an HP laptop owner named vilakshan saxena. with all the deep sorrow in my heart I have to inform you about the poor and customer unfriendly delivery system at your service centre in Bhopal with the following address.-, I submitted my laptop for format and recovery an due to an unavoidable strict schedule I forgot my job sheet (couloured pink) at my home which happens to be 22 km away from the service centre. inspite of me requesting the technical manager at the centre about the busy schedule and a train to catch in one and a half hour showed me un co-
                      operated behaviour and asked me to move and sit outside. I requested him that I am ready to submit a hand written application along with a photo id copy which can be verified by the original I had in my poession at the moment as it is worth noting that other companies follow a same procedure to relieve the customer. i was then due to irrational behaviour, forced to bring the job sheet which resulted in my missing of train . I as a former happy hp customer ask that who is responsible for such behaviour and who should be held answerable for words such like "" sir, go to the court and get an affidavit or other wise come tomorrow or get lost. I therefore demand an answer and strict action for all the unnecessary trouble that has been caused to me. such actions need attention and justice

                        i have purchased one ink advantage 678 for hp printer 3510 from reliance digital shop at Vizianagram 535002 two months back.. After insert the printer shows error as one of the cartridge is defective..the Reliance digital shop did not explain properly and it's replacement with another one.                           I purchased a black ink cartridge no.678 for Rs.500 from COMPUTER GALLERY, 143/A Raja S.C Mallick Road, Kolkata-700047 ( mob. No. [protected], [protected] ) on 22/7/15 but unfortunately found the cartride not working which was verified and confirmed by their service man Mr.Samir Mondal to be defective on 23/7/15 . They received it for replacement along with a photocopy of the invoice, but informed me that it will take around 28 days . My question is that if this is the procedure and time limit for replacing a newly purchased original HP cartridge which is defective, then I think that the credibility of HP is at stake . Hope you would certainly take action in this regard and advice the concerned people to replace it immediately .

                            Dear All, I woiuld like to mention here, that I was so happy purchasing laptop of HP from one of my local vendor DCC, unfortunately after purchasing a laptop r15-250tu, it is throwing a blue dump error and DCC, chinchwad is saying no support, I logged the call against hp for support their service engineer came down and taken the logs from the system. After a long wait for 8 days the concerned person came back and answered like a foolish that the wireless LAn driver is not installed and not getting supported because my windows version is not activated. This is the silly reason I heard first time in life. Again I have activated that windows 7 ultimate version and now it is throwing the same error of blue dump. I spoke to the people in market and they said give them some bribe to change it. The question arise over here is this is a warranty provided by hp to the normal person, why should I go in the loop of offerng them a bribe and request so many times to rectify that issue. The concerned head name are: 1. Raju Rajput, 2. Vikrant Kamble, 3. Dipika Patil, 4. Snehalata Dube, 5.Deepak Hirwe I would like to tell you that I am a resident of pune, and here there is no support for a retail customer i[censored]nfortunately the piece have some genuine issues with the mothereboard or hard disk.                               I had purchase this printer (Serial No CN42HFW28H/FPU Number CM[protected] R3/Regulatory Model No:SNPRC[protected] within the last 9 months and very much within the warranty period. Unfortunately I have misplaced the bill. But the issue is not this. Its has been more than a week ( July 12th 2015) that I have been trying to get a technician to help me retrieve a paper jammed . I have a series of numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) to which have contacted several times. It's the same demand. Show us the bill to prove its with the warranty period. And I have been constantly and repeatedly impressed upon them that I want to pay. I am willing to pay. But PLEASE rectify the problem! I still have a non working almost brand new printer. My mistake? Its a home pinter and not in any large Office! I am not looking for a free visit by the Technician either.My business is taking a hit, my work is suffering as I can't scan, copy or fax!

                                  Without my permission how you guys closed my case. My laptop is in warranty and from starting i am facing the problem with my laptop ..sometimes bluetooth problem and continuously the sparkle sound is coming from my laptop (beneath CD drive) and till now it is not rectify .Your engineer 3 times visited to my address and till now he is not able to rectify the problem. What you guys are doing, you guys think so that customers are fool. How you people are sending such type of products in market in which there is problem from starting days. It is clearly indicates that you guys are not doing your work properly without checking the products of hp you are sending it into the market for money without thinking anything about customers.
                                  You are making the products of hp for sucking the time, patience and blood of customer.
                                  How such type of products are in market ???
                                  And the persons who are sitting in hp customer care center for attending our calls and talk to us nicely, with patience and appropriate information; they are doing there work properly or not go and find out in your recordings!
                                  Customers time is also important think twice before sending the products of hp with problems, if you guys are not sincere its not at all our fault we don't have that much of energy for wasting it for such type of things (why we are suffering because of you fellows??)

                                    Complaint has been lodged to HP authorities on 13.07.2015, vide Case ID No. [protected]. But today (21.07.2015) problem not been resolved. In this connection we will highlight that product is just one month old from the date of Purchase and HP authorities is showing negligence in all respect to rectify / resolve the issue.
