    I am using HP laser laserjet M1136 MFP printer and it was not detecting by any computer now. So i registered a complaint with customer care on 17th June 2015 ( Complaint number[protected]. The printer is in Warrenty period and till now no one called and visited to repair the printer. The customer care given the local phone number also but they are not picking the calls ([protected], [protected]).       we purchased hp 250 g3 j7v52pa commercial series laptop on 16 june 2015.we bought that laptop for the use of standby backup for sbi bank CTS purpose from hp warehouse. but that laptop give us problem from the starting continuously. i complained many reports on your technical support team from the starting stage. they tell there might be the issues of related drivers.that laptop keyboard give us problem continuously from the starting.sometime its work and sometimes its not work.Your engg. visited there, he update the bios drivers, but that issue was not resolved.then yesterday laptop was suddenly stop working and not start at any condition. Your engg again visited there and said the motherboard of your laptop is defective that why you face all problems continuously from starting .its mean hp provide us defective product. THAT LAPTOP USED FOR VERY IMPORTANT WORK FOR BANK.so we cannot use that defective or repaired laptop AT ANY SITUATION FOR BANK PURPOSE . we are not happy with this HP laptop and we cannot book complained again and again for this laptop .We insist on you for replace that that laptop with new laptop at any condition.

        Sir I had placed an order on HP ONLINE STORE for purchase of Computer Monitor on 24.05.2015 and paid Rs. 13490 through my Credit Card. I cancelled the Order No.557221 on 10.06.2015. It is more than TEN days since I cancelled the order for undue delay and non delivery of the product in time. I am yet to receive the refund amount of Rs 13490/- even after 10 days of cancellation. I request you to please help me get my refund. First I was put to lot of embarrassment and agony for not delivering the product even after 16 days after paying the amount of Rs 13490/- and placing the order on 24.05.2015. I was forced to cancel the order due to the casual approach and undue delay in delivering the product. Now even after 10 days of cancelling the order I am yet to get my refund. The latest excuse they told yesterday, 19.06.2015, was 'wait for 78 hours, your money will be refunded'. But I cannot believe them any more. They have made a lot of promises duriing the delivery period and they didn't kept up their promise and failed to deliver the product. I have been sending them innumerous email since 2nd june 2014. But their response to my emails is zero. Hence I am approaching the consumer complaints forum. I therefore request you to kindly get my refund of my amount paid to M/s HP Ramaswamy Ramakrishna.           With a high disappointment I am registering this complain.I bought one HP laptop on 28th Dec 2014.Initially it was working well.But now, it's not even 6 months old, it has come up with a problem.The display is not working.Sometimes it is showing me a blue screen.It's saying one of the windows system drive is missing.Sometimes its showing your PC ran into some error.I am very much disappointed with your product.Its a new Laptop.Not even being used much.And still it has gone into this Problem.I have also called up your technician for service.They came but couldn't fix up the problem.They said one of the parts is damaged.They need to order a new one and it can take a week to fix up.Ridiculous.What sort of products you guys are selling.Within 5 months there is a problem in the hardware.I am really very very disappointed with your product.Even the local HP showroom are telling that you have manufactured the wrong product.Now I am just waiting for the technician.Don't know when they will come.

            I purchased 8 PC's(all in one, one PC serial number is 3CR50606JQ) and I also took additional 2 year warranty, anti virus, printer by paying 2000 RS. for each PC. I am worried as all PC's are running without anti virus and have been affected by virus, I have aclled so many times but nobody is taking care it's been 30 days.

                  Hello, I have purchased a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4515 Printer through online Website Flipkart. But I got a defective product. Printer is showing error as, " ! Incompatible cartridge(s). The indicated cartridges are not intended foe use in this printer" when i insert the colour cartridge.                         i bought my hp laptop from an hp store at palarivattom, kerala . from the very next day there occured some driver issues. it was cleared by the retailer itself. and then after 2 months several problems got arised . several drivers got working improperly. and some of the drivers got missing. once its keyboard got replaced. eventhough, problems still remains.. whenever i get into an hp service center at ernakulam. they performs some updations and gave it back.and then also the same problems got repeated very next day. visiting the service center became a routine . they do formatting my laptop and reinstallation of the softwares... still the issues continues.. when ever i talk to my friends and computer experts they analysed its the problem of hard drive. when i discuss this with the service center executive, he is not ready agreeing with that. and so still ready to perform the same actions and changing os only. actualy the warranty of the product is getting expired. still now i couldnt use the laptop well i lost my money ...thats the ultimate advantage now i have from hp.

                          I have a laptop HP-15D009TU bought on 17 june 2014. Yesterday i went to their customer care for replacemnet of battery as its not charging properly, firstly they refused to accpt it, then i called their customer care no and they told them to run a battery test and upgrade drivers and after that send the report. But today when i called them back again they said we have closed ur change request without even asking m. So pathetic customer care. i need to change my new battery they are doing so bcz tmrw is my last warranty date

                            Dear Sir, I had purchased a Hp Printer 3545 through online Website Snapdeal. Invoice No : S4417D/14-15/101 Service order Case No:5303142 Case Ref No : [protected] Product Model: A9T81B Product Serial: CN4AN130D4 COST of Printer is :6035 This printer was malfunctioning and i contacted customer care. However we were informed by HP technician today that the ;product inspection has been done clean printer cartride belt but spring and lock broken (Damaged) and the Printer is rejected from Warranty. On enquiring HP do not sell spares of this printer and being Spring and lock is the only damage they refrain to provide this alone and Tell us to Completely Change the assembly which cost us atleast 3500 INR as this would not be covered in warranty I would like to bring to the notice that HP 3545 was purcased on 4th MArch and odd of 200-250 Prints was only printed . The service centre also informed us of another case Mr, Bhavesh Tarre facing same issue. Basically i asked hp to provide us only the damaged part which they refrain to do. I am very unsatisfied with this as damaged part is not even in an area where we can access to, and hence I claim my product to be a defective product. Please Escalate issue i need a complete Refund or a replaced new product .A product should not go faulty in 3 months which has 1 Year Warranty The Product is a faulty product Please do the needful.                                 Hi. I am from Jamshedpur and purchased HP products for my office use from your dealer who's name is Paramjeet. The system is 6 months old and still in warranty. The Lan port seems to have malfunctioned and the dealer is willing ro replace it for added cost but not willing to replace it through HP for obvious reasons that he will not be able to earn anything. This practice is very common across Jamshedpur and I am not aware about other cities. But this selfish experience has left a very sour taste in using HP products. Hope the complaint catches your attention and gets rectified soon.

                                    I was having problem with my display adapters. My laptop model is hp g4-1121tx and it is out of warranty. There are 2 display adaopters one is the intel hd graphic driver and one is radeon graphic driver. Once i done chatting related to this problem with your support executive namely SAI KRUPA and done whatever he told, downloaded every driver installed. But it was all in vain.                                       I had originally filed a complaint([protected]) in Chennai for overheating issue problem along with battery change for my laptop HP Envy touch smart 15 on 22nd April. The engineer came and looked at the problem and ordered a change in the heat sync and the battery. But the case was closed without the problem being solved which they say was due to my unavailability.I Had my exams in the morning so i had instructed the engineer to call before arriving but he would arrive according to his convenience without checking if i was available or not. The case was closed 'Without my Consent' Now i have moved to Delhi and a new case was registered([protected]) yet the same is being repeated by the Delhi service centre I receive a message from HP everyday saying the engineer is due to visit that day and on 2 occasions i received a call from the engineer too yet nobody showed up. i had cancelled a few appointments due to this. Highly unprofessional of HP and a true case of harassing the customer.
