I purchased HP Slate 7 Voice Tab from Flipkart. Model no : HSTNH-B20C Purchase Date:[protected] IMEI no. [protected] The product falls under the warranty period and it had really big issues recently. The point from where the battery charges, it disintegrated and as the tablet could not be charged, the battery drained completely & it was of no use! This happened just after six months of purchase. When I contacted your authorised service dealer for warranty they denied & asked for 7500/- rupees for fixing this issue!!! The product falls under warranty period. The following are details of your dealer M/S JABIL AT RAJ NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, U.P., INDIA But I gave the product to some other local service centre and they fixed the issue within 2 hours and charged only 650/- for it. I am highly disappointed with your service and in future I will not purchase any HP products neither will recommend it to anyone.

    To customer care, I have launched the complain regarding the HP laptop purchased against case no [protected]-471 on 5 june 2015. HP model no:F6D29PA/ACJ Serial no.:5CB405393K The mother board, hard disk, ROM BIOS, CD drive, WIFI card, Touchpad control and many other parts have been replaced in the warranty period. This is concluded as a DEFECTIVE notebook and the company has been wasting my warranty period timing providing delay in the service. Also note that I would require a copy of Window8.1 recovery disk. The laptop is still under the servicing as not yet been given back to me. This has caused heavy loss to my professional work and business.       Dear sir I wanted purchase hp laptop. I was surprised to see rates at which new HP laptop were available on eBay by some maxtechnologies CHENNAI tamilnadu India...under sellers warranty as brand new products... If it is true and genuine its all value of money deal.. I think all laptops are modified and selling as brand new laptop of HP. Price difference is huge compared to market. People do not understand word 'seller warranty' and 'manufacturer warranty' and they get cheated. Some example...are attached as screen shots...

        I have purchased HP slate-6 on 21/9/14, It was giving me trouble for last 1 month, so I went to HP service centre in Agra on 15/6/15 for solution, The concerned person told me that the mother board is faulty and suggested to replace the motherboard. I went according to his suggestion for the replacement. the problem was error ''cp assert'' and touch was not working properly it was clicking something else. I deposited the mobile and on 18/6/2015 recollected it. Within 2 days it again started giving the same trouble. I went to the service centre and told him the issue is still there it is not yet resolved. we have deposited the same on 22/6/15. The concern person didn't responded well and told me we are working on the issue. we are doing a followup with him instead of giving a satisfactory answer he was saying we are still working on it. After 2 days also he is on the same status. The service Centre name is ''Aforeserve'' and my call report no. 25110 dated 22/6/15

                This is to bring to your notice that we (Dhaneesh S, our representative) bought a HP laptop in the month of December, 2014 at Silicon Computer World, Perumbavoor - 683542. The laptop stopped responding to wifi/net connection after the fourth month (ie May, 2015) and we submitted the Laptop at the service center - XCloud Laptops Desktops Service Point, Perumbavoor [protected] on May 25th, 2015. We are yet to get the laptop serviced even after 28 days and they have given wrong commitments every week from the day of submission. We asked to return the laptop on second week of June, 2015 but they are hesitating to return it either. We have to get an explanation for the delay and the harsh reply of your customer service. Kindly find the attachments for the respective bills.

                    I am using HP laser laserjet M1136 MFP printer and it was not detecting by any computer now. So i registered a complaint with customer care on 17th June 2015 ( Complaint number[protected]. The printer is in Warrenty period and till now no one called and visited to repair the printer.                       we purchased hp 250 g3 j7v52pa commercial series laptop on 16 june 2015.we bought that laptop for the use of standby backup for sbi bank CTS purpose from hp warehouse. but that laptop give us problem from the starting continuously. i complained many reports on your technical support team from the starting stage. they tell there might be the issues of related drivers.that laptop keyboard give us problem continuously from the starting.sometime its work and sometimes its not work.Your engg. visited there, he update the bios drivers, but that issue was not resolved.then yesterday laptop was suddenly stop working and not start at any condition. Your engg again visited there and said the motherboard of your laptop is defective that why you face all problems continuously from starting .its mean hp provide us defective product. THAT LAPTOP USED FOR VERY IMPORTANT WORK FOR BANK.so we cannot use that defective or repaired laptop AT ANY SITUATION FOR BANK PURPOSE . we are not happy with this HP laptop and we cannot book complained again and again for this laptop .We insist on you for replace that that laptop with new laptop at any condition.

                        Sir I had placed an order on HP ONLINE STORE for purchase of Computer Monitor on 24.05.2015 and paid Rs. 13490 through my Credit Card. I cancelled the Order No.557221 on 10.06.2015. It is more than TEN days since I cancelled the order for undue delay and non delivery of the product in time. I am yet to receive the refund amount of Rs 13490/- even after 10 days of cancellation. I request you to please help me get my refund. First I was put to lot of embarrassment and agony for not delivering the product even after 16 days after paying the amount of Rs 13490/- and placing the order on 24.05.2015. I was forced to cancel the order due to the casual approach and undue delay in delivering the product. Now even after 10 days of cancelling the order I am yet to get my refund. The latest excuse they told yesterday, 19.06.2015, was 'wait for 78 hours, your money will be refunded'. But I cannot believe them any more. They have made a lot of promises duriing the delivery period and they didn't kept up their promise and failed to deliver the product. I have been sending them innumerous email since 2nd june 2014.                           With a high disappointment I am registering this complain.I bought one HP laptop on 28th Dec 2014.Initially it was working well.But now, it's not even 6 months old, it has come up with a problem.The display is not working.Sometimes it is showing me a blue screen.It's saying one of the windows system drive is missing.Sometimes its showing your PC ran into some error.I am very much disappointed with your product.Its a new Laptop.Not even being used much.And still it has gone into this Problem.I have also called up your technician for service.They came but couldn't fix up the problem.They said one of the parts is damaged.They need to order a new one and it can take a week to fix up.Ridiculous.What sort of products you guys are selling.Within 5 months there is a problem in the hardware.I am really very very disappointed with your product.Even the local HP showroom are telling that you have manufactured the wrong product.Now I am just waiting for the technician.Don't know when they will come.

Incompatible cartridge(s). The indicated cartridges are not intended foe use in this printer" when i insert the colour cartridge.                                         i bought my hp laptop from an hp store at palarivattom, kerala . from the very next day there occured some driver issues. it was cleared by the retailer itself. and then after 2 months several problems got arised . several drivers got working improperly. and some of the drivers got missing. once its keyboard got replaced. eventhough, problems still remains.. whenever i get into an hp service center at ernakulam. they performs some updations and gave it back.and then also the same problems got repeated very next day. visiting the service center became a routine . they do formatting my laptop and reinstallation of the softwares... still the issues continues.. when ever i talk to my friends and computer experts they analysed its the problem of hard drive. when i discuss this with the service center executive, he is not ready agreeing with that. and so still ready to perform the same actions and changing os only. actualy the warranty of the product is getting expired. still now i couldnt use the laptop well i lost my money ...thats the ultimate advantage now i have from hp.
