I have purchased the HP laptop from Reliance shop (Thane), my laptop hinges broke of and damaged my monitor and this is manufacturing fault, i have sumbit my laptop to HP service centre, they also agreed to repair my laptop, due to hinges broke of and because of the hinges broken it damaged by monitor/screen and now they are denying it and it is in my warranty period, the customer care also agreed that it will be repaired, and we also send mails containing images, please help us.

    My laptop after purchase started showing black dot in screen, for which I had registered complaint with HP customer care service. They are claiming that I have created that damage to screen instead of replacing the laptop with in the warranty period. This is simply their tactics to close the complaint and get away with their mistake. Its very difficult to even register a complaint in their website,

        Hello Sir,
        I Devendra Suryawanshi, purchased HP Pavillion Gaming laptop -15-ec1025ax recently, but facing the cursor issue (only when charger is plugged into device) since last 2 months.
        (Product Number- 183J5PA
        Serial Number - 5CD1295M2G)

        I contacted hp whatsapp support twice. And also submitted my laptop thrice in service center (JM Road Pune) for the same single issue, still hp service center is not able to solve the problem. What kind of service are you providing? This is the worst experience I have ever faced in my life ever.
        I submitted my laptop in service center for more time than I have ever used. Contacting hp services for 5 for times and still the problem is not solved. I had to compromise with my work and projects due to the irresponsible work done by hp service center. Even the mobile numbers given by hp service center, they hardly response to the calls. I patiently waited but now it has crossed the limit of my frustration level. Enough is enough and soon I'm going to file a consumer forum case. It seems like rather than resolving the problem..hp service center is more interested in testing my patience level.

            I have purchased a new battery on date .26/01/2021 for my HP-ac123tx laptop as I was facing issues with my old laptop battery. I started facing problem with the new battery with in 2 months from the date of purchase but due to COVID-19 conditions and lockdown imposed in our area by government of Maharashtra, I was unable to claim the battery replacement as the dealer shop from where I purchased the battery and service center was closed. Lately the shops started opening in the month of June 2021 then i approached the delar and I got my battery replaced but the dealer took almost 1 month for the same. Later the replaced battery worked good for 15 to 20 days and my problem was temporarily solved but I started facing the same issue again after 15-20 days of replacement, but again due to increase in covid-19 cases the dealer shop and service centres went closed, on opening of shops and service centres after 2 to 3 months i approached the dealer and he promised me for the replacement of battery, I kept visiting the dealer he was not giving good response later one day he said the battery lock is broken and the service centres refused to replace your battery but the fact was that I received a old repaired battery on my first replacement (it was clear from the evidence that the date of replacement was hand written below the serial number sticker of the battery and even the replaced battery was not pack piece the guy from the service center removed the sticker to see the old replacement date, in case if the battery was new on 1st replacement then how come the authorised service center wrote by hand the replacement date of battery below sticker ) as it was the old battery the lock of the battery was already broken in past before handing over me the replaced battery and was sticked with a instant adhesive the adhesive marks are left on the battery below broken lock, it is very disappointing for valued customer as the dealer and service providers are fooling customers by delivering such repaired products just to gain little more profit in the name of replacement this type of services creates fear among the customers and as the customer trust the brand and spend lot of money on their product but the brand fails to provide proper service and end up fooling the customer and provide with old repaired products in name of replacement. The issue is still not resolved and the service centres refused to replace the battery.

              I was referred to HP service centre Whitefield for getting the display of my HP spectre laptop fixed. The person who I handed over the Laptop was Charan whose phone number is the contact number for the service center. He took a few months to repair my display and finally when I got my laptop back the power adaptor was lost and he gave me a low quality adaptor. This is a very common happening in all HP service centers, they generally lose your adaptor and claim you have not given it. Later considering that the laptop is expensive I had to order for a new power adaptor as I was getting the message the power adaptor was not compatabile. Charan told me that he will help in mobilizing the battery and power adaptor. It has been 3 months now and he has not given the adaptor. The invoice he gave me was not with a HP address but someother address,

              This person and the HP suppport service center processes need to be fixed

                Placed an OMEN Laptop 15-en1036AX for ₹115, 489 But It got canceled after 10 hours without any information.
                I got to know this when seeing the HP website.
                After calling the customer agent they asked to buy the same laptop for a new price of ₹132, 498

                I placed an order when the offer is running and I have seen the same product until 3 o clock with the same price ₹115, 489.
                I attached SS for the same.

                This totally fake offer and process. I have never seen such an incident even from a small eCommerce website.

                Today Morning I got a mail from HP They offered the same product for 1.1lks when I open that link it showed a price of ₹132, 498

                I place an order because of HP SalesPerson he suggested buying a laptop from the HP store and Kept Calling to say place an order before the Offer periods end so I decide to buy it from the HP store even the price was higher than Flipkart

                But In the end, Worst experience from a Reputed company and Fake offers.

                      HP sent the worng product so i refused to take the delivery. (I ordered HP Desktop All in one dp0788in), But they sent HP Laptop 24s dq2100TU. I wouldn't understand There is huge difference in size between desktop and Laptop how could you send the worng product (Laptop). Please replace the product which i ordered as soon as possible.

                        Today only we change of supplying distributor in morning because we shifted our residential area last month. But today only at 4pm the inspector came to our house entered into the house without permission of my mother, directly went to the kitchen and he started talking very loudly, actually he was talking about the stove but because of his louder voice my mother got scared and couldn't understand what he said.. and he again started shouting and misbehaving with my mother.
                        Please sir look into this problem, I know it is his duty but duty can be performed politely too.
                        How can a person directly enter into the house without owner's permission?

                            This is in reference to the case ID -[protected] & [protected] of a newly bought laptop dated 17/11/2021. Since I purchased my laptop, I have been facing issues regarding audio & fingerprint. When I login in my PC the speakers get unplugged automatically after alternate login time. I have address this issue to HP customer care on 19/12/2021. They diagnose the laptop by taking remote access & suggested me for hardware change. This would proceed and my speakers hardware get changed on 22/12/2021 but my issue didn't get resolve instead my fingerprint sensor also work abnormally after speaker hardware change. Then, I again address the issue to customer care on 26/12/2021 they perform various test including driver update & BIOS update but nothing didn't work. then they suggested me to downgrade my windows 11 (inbuilt) to windows 10 & the irony is fingerprint sensor doesn't work at all & speakers also work abnormally. since its only been a month & I have faced so much issues and trouble in newly bought laptop then how can I expect it will work fine once it get out of warranty. I didn't want no further part replacement but I want my laptop replacement whatever be your policies I don't care as I have faced so much trouble. I am strictly want replacement of my laptop else I'll file a complaint against the company in consumer court. Pinning some images for your reference & proof of defect.

                                My printer is not scan and copy properly. A black strip comes in header side and bottom cut is the same size.Please help me to sort out this problem.

                                        I own an HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer. After exactly 1 year from my purchase date, it started giving Print Head error for Color one.! I took it to the HP authorised service centre. I had to pay almost 25% of the cost of the printer (Rs.2500 approx) to replace my printer head.! You can not replace only Color head, as it comes in bundle. Though there was no issue with Black head, I had to pay for both.!! Also Service Centre denied to return my original Print Heads.!!

                                        Print Head comes with a 90 days warranty. Exactly after 90 days of my replacement, again it started giving the same Print Head error.!! Really don't understand why it starts giving trouble post warranty. Again I took it to the Service centre, they asked me to pay the same amount to replace the Print head again.! Really frustrating to pay Rs.2500 every 3 months for a print head. !!

                                        I don't understand whether it's an issue with Print head or Service centre. When I called up customer care, they said it might be issue with something else and not the Print Head.! Also Customer service did not find any record of my Print head in the system when I replaced it 3 months ago!!. I have the official Receipt as well.

                                        Really really frustrating experience with HP Ink tank printer. I registered with Case # [protected], but after a week even no reply or call from HP.
