    I own an HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer. After exactly 1 year from my purchase date, it started giving Print Head error for Color one.! I took it to the HP authorised service centre. I had to pay almost 25% of the cost of the printer (Rs.2500 approx) to replace my printer head.! You can not replace only Color head, as it comes in bundle. Though there was no issue with Black head, I had to pay for both.!! Also Service Centre denied to return my original Print Heads.!!

    Print Head comes with a 90 days warranty. Exactly after 90 days of my replacement, again it started giving the same Print Head error.!! Really don't understand why it starts giving trouble post warranty. Again I took it to the Service centre, they asked me to pay the same amount to replace the Print head again.! Really frustrating to pay Rs.2500 every 3 months for a print head. !!

    I don't understand whether it's an issue with Print head or Service centre. When I called up customer care, they said it might be issue with something else and not the Print Head.! Also Customer service did not find any record of my Print head in the system when I replaced it 3 months ago!!. I have the official Receipt as well.

    Really really frustrating experience with HP Ink tank printer. I registered with Case # [protected], but after a week even no reply or call from HP.

        I bought an HP PAVILION X360-14-DW1036TU on 7th February 2021 and I have a cracked screen without any occurrence of physical force . I have a cracked screen by itself and i have not dropped the product. As the product is still under warranty I would like to undergo a screen replacement under the same.

          I complaint my Software starting issue problem to your technician department to[protected], and they assured me to resolve the issue to[protected];but no one come to fix my problem and again I call you helpdesk line, and your technician department assured me to get results in 24 to 48 hours .But the fact is ...no person come to me.
          Again I call and beg for help, I call again and again...and they don't listen to me...they don't solve my issue, they play with my emotions and assured me everytime to getting fixed my issue with an technician.but today is[protected], and till yet no one came to me, to solve my issue, they hurt me a lot, they don't make me feel good, I'm just weeped a lot of, please do something, my online classes are stopped, I'm in very deep rouble, please try to understand my issue and resolve my issue as soon as possible !

                Worst experience ever... the person who is sitting in a chair has no manners...
                Even I'm thinking that it is not the authorized dealer If they are then they will not be treated their CUSTOMERs in that way.
                Literally, they are very rude to me they are only ignoring their CUSTOMERs & I don't know why HP is hiring such types of employees if they don't want to sell the product.
                I've visited Hp to purchase the hp pavilion 14-dv1001tu & now I'm decided that I'm not going to buy that ### ### because of that ### who treated me in that way.
                I'm not satisfied with their attitude & their service.
                If there is o or negative ratings are available then I'm going to give that ### -100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000...

                My apologies for my language but the way they are treating their CUSTOMERs is pathetic & frustrating.

                    Hi team, I am not happy to writing this as I have purchased the hp laptop from well know merchant from flipkart in the month of this, the day I got the laptop was working fine but after 3 days it used to hang just after opening one or two tabs on chrome, same happened when I used to open one excel file it shows an error everytime not responding and after much time it used to open.

                    I have concerned hp customer care but they used to say that we need to just get it shutdown and resume the system or else I need to visit the service centre of hp.

                    I went over the hp centre and they have said that you have the (model Hp 15s) and it won't run with speed and not work properly and to make it run or work I need to add 4 to 8gb ram into it or else I need to purchase the ssd to support my system when I asked them to change it then they asked me to buy it from outside and they will get it install that too when my system is in warranty.

                    What kind of service is this and if the processor and supportable things are not in system then whats the point to sale such product.। have purchased it for office work but I am unable to do that.

                    I want to know where I am at fault I have spent my money with hp. I want to complain against the hp.

                    Take this system back or either make it work as I have spent my money not just for box which looks like laptop I need actual system not a toy to play with.

                      I had purchased a hp chromebook 2 months back. It was functioning well but there is a problem with screen now and I want to get it repaired. I approached the nearest authorized hp service centre at Poojappura Trivandrum. They denied repairing as they can't repair chromebook. And asked me to call on toll free number[protected] . After calling several times, I could connect with an agent who asked me to contact on[protected]. After trying on this, it asks me to contact on the previous number. I want to get my laptop repaired as early as possible. Please give a solution. Or send an agent who can repair chromebook.

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I have recently purchased a Hp laptop from one of your authorized dealer. Hp laptop 15-DU 3060 TX -BATCH NO – CND1116VSB date of purchase –[protected] but the experience is not as pleasant as it should have been. Even I, myself, would be glad if I didn’t have to write this complaint letter. But, here I am and complaining a bunch about a laptop which I just bought last 26 days from hp customer service team has harassment too much my case id- [protected] However, the most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even switch on sometimes. Besides, I also paid a good price to purchase this laptop, and therefore, the last thing, which I ever expected from this laptop, was to act like this.                             I would like to take it to your notice that I have purchased HP VICTUS laptop on aug 11 2021 I hardly used it for a month while using it just switched off. I have contacted customer service and handed over my lap at service center on Oct 11 2021 since then iam waiting for my laptop.

                            I don't know what's happening it's getting delayed over and over and my issue is not getting resolved. Please escalate my case as priority and hand over my laptop at earliest because it's effecting my job.

                                I bought a hp laptop and also buy additional hp care package.
                                Just after a month my laptop screen Damage accidentally and it should coverd in hp care package. But Service hp they didn't response me since 20 days
                                I submitted laptop to service center even they didn't pick my call or pick after hear my voice they cut call either there manager do this. It's very loss for my work and education

                                    I purchased a HP ENVY Laptop 14-eb0019TX from the official HP website on or around November 8 for INR 1.05 lakhs, and it was delivered to me on or around November 10, 2021. Inside of 2 weeks o[censored]sing this laptop, the microphone on apps such as Zoom and MS Teams stopped working. Given I had purchased this laptop for work purposes, this was a very serious defect in the product as around 50% of my work-day is spent on Zoom/ Teams calls. This was truly disappointing, given the product was brand new and extremely expensive.

                                    I contacted the online HP support team on November 29 to try and resolve this issue and followed all steps recommended by them, including downloading and installing some drivers. As per the instructions of the HP support team, I switched off my computer and tried restarting it after installation of the drivers recommended by them. However, to my utter dismay, the laptop did not switch on. I flagged this to the support team ASAP, however after relentless following up for 4 working days, HP finally sent a technician to my house yesterday (December 2). I was then informed by the technician that the motherboard has blown up due to a short circuit and it will need to be repaired. I demanded that I do not want a "refurbished" laptop inside of a month of purchasing a brand new one, and that HP should be replacing this defective laptop. This is the only resolution to my mind since the issue happened solely because of the steps and instructions given to me by HP team itself (and not because of any mistake or error at my end). I have chat records with the online HP support team to prove all this. Why should I, as a customer, be penalised for a defective product and deficiency in service by HP? All I am asking is that I should be provided with a new laptop (and not a refurbished one) because had it not been for inherent machine issues and incompetent service by HP customer care, this issue would have never arisen in the first place.

                                    I am disappointed to state that my replacement request was summarily dismissed and rejected without any valid justification. The only reason I was provided was that more than 14 days have lapsed since the purchase so it cannot be replaced. But one needs to be logical here and see the root cause of the issue! I am not trying to swindle HP or make any money through this. If anything, I am genuinely and truly aggrieved and harassed with this entire experience. I believe what I am asking for (i.e. a replacement) is well and truly justified for the reasons set out above.

                                      I bought HP Laptop on 8 november 2021. and from 16 november 2021 i am facing issue regarding front camera. i contact hp customer support at 16 nov 2021 they solve my issue by doing some troubleshoot process i.e. recovery method, then on 25 november 2021 i start facing this issue again and i contact them and then again they did their troubleshoot process, then on 26 november 2021 again this issue occur then again they did troubleshoot process or whatever, then on 29 november 2021 again there was issue in my camera then again they want me to do their troubleshoot process and then on 1 dec 2021, 2 december 2021, 3 december 2021 i am facing this issue again and again still it doesnt get resolved. I asked them many times to replace my laptop because it even didnt crosses 1 month and within 1 month it start creating this issue. I am student and my exams are going on but everytime they only asked me to do this troubleshoot process that troubleshoot process each and evrytime making false promises that this issue will not come again. This HP Laptop team which includes vikramjit, priyanka, gaurav, nishat, amrutha all are just asking me to do all this that troubleshoot process. They are not replacing my laptop at all infact giving excuses that they will resolve this issue by troubleshoot process only. please help me regarding this as they are asking me only to do this that.
