I purchased an HP Printer from Amazon.in online shoping (Model hp Laserjet M 1005 on January 2015.for month printer and photo copying is not working. Only scanning is working. doesn't display "Ready" message on the screen Serial No. CNH8GCPH9C Product No. CB376A Date of purchase January 2015

    HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515All in one series--Serial No.CN51J2B3SS Printer is taking paper, but prints blank page. Contacted customer care, whatever they suggested about to solve the problem, I have tried all, but no results. Customer care personnel rejected to register complaint. Hubli service centre personnel have also rejected to service the printer without case register number.

      Hi, Case ID number [protected]. It is very depressing to again go through the same process of case id generation, my problem hasnt been solved yet with my hp laptop which i have bought new. It is really troublesome when the case isnt kept on hold untill the issue is actually address and fulfiled. To start with I am stating all the problems found with the new laptop 1. The right side USB slot, both 1st and 2nd doesnt work 2. The card reader slot doesnt read the card. 3. The bluetooth only blings with red light it doesnt get turn on or off. Problem which was assisted 1. Technical Engineer had come and assisted me with changing the slot as well as the laptop is being formatted thrice as per the conditions of the HP support. The issue still remains unsolved infact the card reader isn't working and it has become very difficult without the USB slot. As per the hp assistance provided nothing is found, I need a replacement because I am suffering from this issue since I have purchased my Laptop. It is a humble request to replace the piece asap as I am a working women i need my laptop on daily basis, it is very inconvenient to me with this situation I need a solution to this asap and want it to be solved in this week to the maximum.

        we have purchase a printer hp officejet pro 3620 for our office use printer is instole on 18/05/2015 and with the fist day we face problem in printing. after give a print command printer starts working but print half page or only one line of page. when we give a print command of 15 to 20 pages together some page is print twice of some page is half printed. i feel that its a manufacturing defect. due to this problem we face lot of difficulties. so i request to send some responsible person at our site for inspection and do something to resolve probleme our office address is as below collectorate jamnagar lalbunglow jamnagar

          I have purchase one Printer of HP 1005 LASER MFP on 21st, April, 2015 from cost to cost at Nehru Place New Delhi for Rs. 12, 280/- on cash basis. The printer is now making sound and the cover is not properly closed. It makes very sound & running sound is very much on the higher side. Kly send your representative to chek the same & make it clear from the sound.

            I had recently bought black & white cartridge for HP desk jet 1050 from a shop in Dwarka, New Delhi - Impact Infosystems, central market, sector 6 Dwarka. - 1. I did not get a invoice for the same, I bought the same on 18th April 2015 2. Within one week of the purchase, the cartridge stopped working 3. Total print outs in a week - 20-30 4. I went back to the shop and was told that the only option is to repurchase 5. Effectively I pay Rs 20 for a black & white printout on my own printer !!! Need help on the same

                Sir I have bought a laptop on[protected] but within a month it started creating problem. Problem is it dont connect to Wi fi though it shows wifi signal but internet dont works. Some times it connects and many times not. whereas other device in home(smart phone are connected). I have complained more than 20 times in HP but there is no permanent solution. they come and sometimes upgrade BIOS and once they have changed a part but the problem still pursits.The customer care even closes the complain forcefully on fourth day.

                      dear sir, my self Saiyed Mohammad Salim, i brought printer named HP Ink Cartrdge 678 Black. model no. 354 it is under warranty . now i am facing problem with paper feeding in the printer. because of this inside printer there some rubber rotating items damaged. i bring its to service center . but they told it is not done in warranty because of damage. they don't response me since long. my printer is under warranty but they told if i want to repair it, i have to pay. but why i pay. plz help me contect no.[protected]

                        Dear team . I had purchased one tablet model no HP7 voice tab in the month of Nov 14. After some time the product gives me trouble in battery backup. As per service center they said we replace the set and I got the new one in march 15. But with in 2 month all side of the outer body is going to decompose from all four corners.                           We purchased a printer HP1510 from amazom sold by DBM marketing India Pvt Ltd invoice HM-BOM[protected] march 17 It never worked at all from the date of purchase. We have window 8, please replace it with higher model we will pay extra .

                                Dear Sir, Ref : HP ENVY x2 - 13t Touch Laptop with Serial No: 5CG4450R81 Sub: Recovery Partition corrupted- Required genuine recovery CD I have purchased an HP ENVY x2 - 13t Touch Laptop on 24.02.2015 from Bestbuy vancouver Canada and now i have bought the laptop to India. The system has shown boot load error so i have took the same to the nearest HP authorized service center. According to the them recovery partition got crashed and the original recovery/operating system CD shall be required from the parent country in order to rectify the errors. kindly courier the the recovery CD to the following address since original operating system was included in the total package.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, My 3 month old HP Envy K101TX (Rs 61200) has been stolen from Pune station from Ahimsa express train on 15th May 2015 morning 4.45am. I registered complaint at Pune Railway Police Station on same day afternoon. Please help me or suggest any solution to TRACK my laptop. I have my serial number & product number but no IP address or any tracking software installed. PLEASE SUGGEST ANY TRACKING METHOD. :(

                                    from last 3 weeks this customer service of hp is making fool out of me. they have given me 3 different case ids. fake or defected rcovery drive. they took my laptop for more than one week. they kept postponing the delivery date, when they bought the laptop its still the same they made no changes to laptop same problem still happening no improvement. what the hell i do

                                      I had purchased - Product descriptionHP Pavilion 15-n209tx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) Product number F6C49PA Serial number: 5CD4121R7V The F5 key came loose. The product is still under warranty, yet the service center is passing the responsibility on to the customer saying it has come out only because of mishandling. How is it possible that just the F5 key has been mishandled and that too a key on the keyboard that is least used? The service center has been very rude in their communications and I need HP to honor their warranty by solving the issue. This amounts to cheating by HP

                                      This is the "quality" of modern CRM, which is just horrible. Now customer has money, but little trust. Previously, there was little money, but trust and good quality CRM, but it's all rubbish in the modern management (= horrendous) system.

                                        I have been a satisfied customer of HP Pavilion dm4-1041tx Notebook for quite some years. As per the instructions, I created a set of “Recovery Discs” immediately after I bought the laptop. Since then, I never got a chance to use those discs to recover the laptop as it was working in pristine condition. But a couple of days back I started getting some issues so I decided to reinstall the whole Operating System. I used the same recovery discs, but to my astonishment, the discs are not able to solve my problem and whenever I try to boot my laptop with those discs, I get the error(Screenshot attached). When I contacted HP Support they said that I have to order a new set of recovery discs as the ones I have created are corrupted. It will take 6-7 days for the discs to reach me, plus, I will have to pay for them as well. CORRUPTED ???? PAY FOR THEM ??? These discs have been created by the software given by HP itself and I just followed the instructions to create them. I don’t see any logic in paying for these discs now. Please help me out in this. If you were to send these discs to me at NO COST, it would really help me in keeping my confidence in HP as a brand.
