    when i start my laptop...hardware seems to work fine, can hear the sound of my working laptop...but after hp logo, display turns blank...i tried with external monitor via hdmi, but still blank...i tried using diagnosis tool, it showed no error...

      Hi, I have purchased HP-NOTBOOK, Notebook Part/Model no: HP 15-r074TU Notebook PC.Notebook Serial No: CND43268X4.I have received an offer on this notebook bu paying 2000/-The offer was as follows:-Additional 2 year Onsite Warranty + BMS 12 movie tickets + Myntra Gift Card + 1 year MIS on your notebook.But, now while booking a movie ticket on book my show, its getting error. So I called to BMS costumer care to resolve query. Its didn't resolve.That person said validity for this coupon is over.How can it is possible? Because in the offer, you didn't mentioned a validity period is till April 15.You just mentioned that in this offer you have 12 ticket for 6 months.So, I and other people like me thought, there are 2 tickets for every months and in this way we can utilized this offer for six months.You made me confuse and other customer like me, because The terms and condition given by you are not clear. So, now I want extension for my BMS offer for next two months.I have already utilized 4 coupons(2ticket /month), now two coupons are remaining.Just because terms and condition are not clear from your side, I lost my offer. Otherwise I could have booked the ticket before April 2015.Now, I want extension for the same for two months.Thanks and Regards, Chitra Moon.

These issues which I have faced in few years has actually changed my thinking to that I did a blunder mistake of buying hp product on 27/09/12. The main reason is that I bought it for using it not for just keeping it at your service centres. Few months before there was an issue with miss-match serial no. of my device/machine. On which from your side it was said that fault is yours and I accepted that yes my only fault is that I bought hp product. After conversation with the higher authorities it was somehow the problem was solved, after which I thought may be my thinking was wrong but it did not last for the long as a new issue has been arises with my machine of cd-drive not working properly. I went to the service centre raised a complaint for the problem the case ID provided was Case ID # [protected] on Tue, 14 Apr 2015. While i submitted my machine on 14/04/15 i don’t even understand the reason for the delay of making the complaint online. Now I received a call from the service centre and says me to me the drive cannot not me replaced as it is broken. Sir being a part of such a big organisation can your person sitting at the service centre accept a broken part to be replaced under warranty? And if it was broken a few days before this complaint a surety was provided by this service centre only that the machine is genuine and is not broken then was only the serial no. Miss-match problem solved (the surety mail would defiantly be in your records). I want to ask you another simple question why it is only happening with my machine why all the issues are with my case id If the drive was broken then why did the person who checked it accepted it to be replaced, I have strong feeling that this error has been generated at the end of the service centre. When the error is at your end why I have to pay for it? Sir I want a reply from your side as soon as possible when all the answers to my question as on your reply my next step would be based as if you can’t help me I would not be left with any other option then knocking the doors of the consumer form and that would surely lead to a legal action In the end I want to say that if you still think it is my fault or I have to pay the bills for repairing my machine then, you will also help in proving me right that yes it is my fault that i bought an hp product.               Sir, It is requested that I am not able to make the recovery of my hp laptop due to some error occurs in the processing. I have already take the recovery of 4 DVD's but the 5th or last DVD cannot be completed and shows the error and says that 'PLEASE INSERT THE DISC'. I had submit fresh DVD for may times but it can not be completed by me. Kindly help to solve the problem. The positive reply will be highly appreciated. Regards

                    Dear sir, I lodged my complaint by toll free no. [protected] on dated 27.04.2015. Hp engineer mr. Taufeed-[protected] came to home and give service call report and told me that your printer is under gaurantee period but for repair of this printer i have to send email for approval. After 3 days on dated 30.04.2015 service centre head called me by [protected] and told me your printer cant be repair and approval is denied. I said my printer is under gaurantee period i[censored] have any hidden things or condition of servicing u should tell me during purchasing, at that time i didnt take hp printer but now u have to resolve my problem. He denied. If i gave some money during service call my printer could ve repaired at that time. Now i want to tell you please repaired power problem of my printer hp m1005. Otherwise without telling terms and condition during purchasing pf printer i will go to consumer forum and court against this. This ia not custmer support this is internal hidden terms and condition from hp side.                         This is to inform you that I purchased HP laptop 15-r269TU on 13.4.15. On 16.4.15 vertical line began to appear in display panel. HP decided to replace the same and they issued DOA on 20.4.15. The same day I submitted the laptop with DOA letter to Reliance Digital Store, Allahabad. They promised to replace it within 10 days because it was out of stock. All above conversations were mailed. Complain no.[protected] and[protected]. When I went on 30.4.15, they said that they are still unable to provide laptop within 5 days. I feel that they again can’t provide laptop within 5 days. They always say that they are helpless because HP is not supplying the laptop to them. I said that if they refund my Rs.36, 470 then I can purchase my desired model from another HP Store. This is a profound request to you to sort out my problem because I don’t have any other laptop. I am facing Tremendous problems.

                          I called to hp on 20.04.15 for non working of my computer as it is under warranty. I sent copy of my invoice through mail on their request on 20.04. Then they replied that the computer is only 12 months warranty, however on my computer box and paper 3 years in house service is clearly written. Then they replied that it is under warranty from 2012 to 15. I replied that I was purchased it on 07.07.13 invoice no 41_UNDO7_13SICd 79 v. Sales noidaNoida.

                            My PC was not functioning initially and i had a conversation with the tech support of HP, they filed case and sent a service engineer, that guy didn't have a replacement of the faulty hardware and said he'll fix the existing one somehow, then he did some changes and did not replace the faulty hardware. Later he performed a reset then went away and the pc stopped working ever since. And now no one is responding.

                                I gave my printer for repair was very surprised by the unprofessional experience. There is no rate card for repair work. It is like a fish market and they are quoting any price verbally.Even the invoice given looks shady. The dealer is taking the customers for a real ride. This gives a brand like HP a bad name.                                   Sir, We had ordered 2 HP Pc's from Asha Enterprises, College Road, Belgaum, Karnataka, one of your dealer, we made full payment of Rs 87270/- on 18th April 2015, and he had promised us the delivery by 20th April 2015. But till date we have not received our delivery, your dealer is not paying any attention to our complaints and is giving various reasons. Our work has been hampering a lot because of this.                                     my tablet slate 7 have so much problems suddenly and hp service center support not well tablet have mic issue voice not properly going speaker issue hanging issue many time internal memory empty various time not show battery charging while it plug on charging screen touch not working some time at during charging screen respond automatically program open close and many things automatically when i m using map tablet completly hang nothing will happen i have to remove back panel for restarting and using phone

                                        Sir, There is a manufacturing defect in my Lap Top and as such, i contacted your service personnel. According to their directions i went to the dealer for replacement of the same with seals provided by the service personnel. I contacted the dealer for replacement on[protected]. I delivered the Lap Top to the dealer. The new one not yet received from them. I am a research student and accordingly my research work lagged. I want compensation from the esteemed organisation. In effect my cash is being blocked with the dealer.
