        I have purchased an HP Laserjet Pro MFP M126 nw printer on 1st of April from an HP outlet in Tilak road, Pune. I have tried to install the disk on my Windows 8 PC.               I recently purchased LaserJetM1136MFP bearing Serial No. CNJ8GDL7R71 about two-three days back in Colaba, Mumbai. I called up on [protected] My Laptop is not reading the Printer or its Software so my printer that i purchased for 12000/- is effectively useless as I cannot seem to make it work with my laptop and I was told no one will come and install or oversee the issue. They said they will guide me over the phone. I don't sit in office nor do I have the time to sit in front of the laptop and be assisted online for technical support and my office staff is not computer savy or highly literate hence cant be guided over the phone. If i cannot have a technical staff from HP install my "ALL IN ONE LASER PRINTER" despite the issues it is creating then its a shame on HP to sell their products without ensuring that the same works for its consumers or not I have been cheated, i am not being assisted for the printer from HP Consumer Care which is a total bogus care support and the staff are rude and non cooperating. I will file a written complaint with the consumer forum if no action is taken and ensure that more people are not looted in the process.

                          ref online purchase of HP LaserJet Pro MFPM126nw and HP LaserJet P1008 1.5K Black Cartridge. Till date the newly supplier printer was working fine and then today when i removed the demo supplied cartridge and replaced with the new toner 88A it gives me a 10.10000 Supply memory error. HP help line expects me to visit a HP help centre in Mumbai or Pune while i am based in lonavala, after buying a Genuine HP product from HP website spending heavy on the new printer and toner i am left helpless with a faulty toner. over and above HP expects me to visit HP centre with a long list of documents and application letter as i have committed some crime. I have no time to pull out old invoices, print error reports and hand deliver to an other city not knowing how efficient will the service centre be with their help. the experience has been terrible and it leaves me with no reason to comeback to HP genuine or Non genuine as even a big company like yours cannot help me with smallest of problems on a brand new purchase. to get to the matter straight, i have been supplied a faulty toner and i need a new replacement at my desk.

                            i have purchased ONLINE HP slate 7 voice tab on November 13, 2015. but after using it for 4.5 months its charging port starts creating problem and ultimately it stop working when i contacted HP authorised service centre at patiala ( opp, Gopal Sweets) there response was not positive and said that its charging port is damaged and need to replace the whole board which costs Rs. 7000/-. When i ask that its in warranty and just purchased it 5 months back, their response was totally negative and said that its not a part of warranty. When i purchased it online i thought that HP is big brand does not have any issue regarding service and spares. but after this issue i was totally shocked that such a big company representatives can do this. i request you to please look into the matter so that i may will not be in a position to ask anybody tht don, t go for HP, select another local brand, such companies added one major point while purchase anything tht full warranty will be given, no problem of service., , but when any customer required its service their behaviour is negative and always ask tht its not a part of Guarantee/ warranty.                               Dear HP, As per the above mail Its been almost a week I haven't received any pass key so that my windows gets activated. Its getting really frustrating for me as my work is been kept on hold. I believe with such a reputed company I expect my issue to get resolved quickly. My case number is [protected]. Six days ago Mr Ravi Chaurasiya from Jabil Global Service Centre had visited my site to activate the windows but unfortunately he could not get the work done and requested me to send him the IDR files so that he could forward them to technical team, for which I sent the files on the same day it self. Till date I haven't received any confirmation from his side whether the work will be done or no.The only particular answer I get from his team that the work will be done in tomorrows time.                                     I purchased a brand new hp charger for my compaq c700 series laptop, the charger have a broad pin and a connector is connected to it to make it small pin charger. Everything was seal packed in HP box and I even have a bill. That connector stops working in every 3-4 months and only solution left is to purchase a new connector, its the third time I have purchased that connector from the shop Comtek Systems (Ph: +(91)-[protected], [protected]+[protected], Shop No - 93, Satya Place Cinema Road, Faridabad Sector-7, Faridabad - 121006, Huda Shopping Complex) (information taken from Just Dial) and it costs me Rs 150/- for each connector. I don't know if it is the problem with the HP Charger ( genuine ) or the shopkeeper is just fooling people saying that it is a genuine HP product, all I know is I feel cheated as I have to buy a new connector every 3-4 month and I am seeking justice. Pic attached of two connectors and the broad pin of the charger, I threw the first one when I came to know that it has stopped working after around 3-4 months

                                        Hello, I purchased HP laptop 1 yr back during the whole year i faced several problems with the product which were rectified timely by the HP support. but when it was last day of the warranty the lan port got out of order. I couldnt make any complaint as the toll free services were closed at that time moreover HP online support was not working (since last fifteen days). Next day i called the toll free service the lady said it is out of warranty and hanged up the phone. she did not care to listen to the problem. I mailed to 10 people from where i got mail previously regarding the other issues. but not a single mail was delivered all failed indicating the email ids were fake. I again called the engineer he said he could not do anything on phone ahich clearly indicated that i have to pay now. I called the toll free service they said they have escalated it i will get call within 24- 48 h. Next day i got call (surprised) but the person shouted at me showing irresponsible behaviour. So what should i do now. Where to complain nobody is responding nicely.
