I have purchased hp laptop 6 months ago. Now there is DISPLAY ISSUE i contact to hp support there is No action taken they always saying there is no problem etc or my product have 5 months warranty left . Very bad experience from hp i'm not expect this from hp

    Complaint about hp laptop

    I bought hp laptop 11th CI5 8GB 512GB 14DSQ2535TU on 2nd september 2021 and it started having issues from 30th september 2021 . it has not been even a month and my laptop started having issues. the model is faulty piece and the gaps between the services is also too long. after complaint on 30th sept 2021 on 16th oct 2021 i had replaced its motherboard. still it had issue of power button so it was changed by company under warranty period.it...

    in spite of repeated follow-ups over phone and email issue is not resolved till now neither received positive behavior from the customer care team. Due to high brightness issues, my kid's online classes affective and loss of study but no one showing willness to resolve the issue in HP team.

    Is it my mistake I bought a product from HP with faith for better after-sales service ?

    I am writing this to bring to your notice that I am utterly disappointed by the service provided ( Case Number :[protected] by such a big and reputed firm.I am facing brightness issues (brightness set to 100% neither decreasing nor increasing ) since a week. I contacted the service centre and they tried to resolve the issue on that day but even after a 1 hour try they were unsuccessful. So they called us agin next day to send a technician who came today. He said that we need to recover this pc which requires 32 GB pen drive which will take 6 hours and also that I need to do it on my own with the help of call centre. So why have you send the technician if I had to purchase and set everything alright. The call centre representative was unable to solve that's why he sent the technician but now they are saying agin to contact the call centre. I am astonished with fact that eventough my computer is in warranty period I am facing such headache issue so what will happen if the warranty period expires! Not at all Happy with your after sales service. I have also attached service call report for your convenience.

    Hope you will take actions as soon as possible.

        I have not received cash back till date either 5% cash back on purchase amount and / or interest on no cost EMI.

        But c.care say interest amount sant to my bank on 30/9/21, bank say no amount credited to my account on that day to till date.

            HP have purchased HP Ink Tank 319 printer on 9-oct-2021, with in 40 days the printer is not working and as per agent multiple parts of the printer have to replace.

            It's been 4 days, I am not getting help from HP support staf and manager, it's really serious matter and being a customer I am not all happy with the product.

            I have requested for product replacement but the manager is saying after 7-15 days of purchase it's not replace able.

            This is really impacting my day to day activities and the behaviour or manager and support staff is not good at all.

            Please think twice before you order HP product, else you will suffer like me

                      I am in receipt of HP spare battery which you have supplied vide your Invoice Ref no: BG1Rl[protected] Dt.14th Nov 2021. On receipt of the same, I tried to fit it in my note book. But it doesn't go inside the Notebook. Have you supplied the right part. I have ordered the spare battery as recommended in your HP Assistant option when I did the Battery Check. I have written to your HP customer support vide ticket no:209771 dt 16th Nov and response was they have rejected my claim stating that I have opened the box. Without opening the box how could i check whether the supplied part is the right part. They are not replacing the wrong battery supplied..

                          Formal complaint and request to honorable lt. Governor delhi to protect us from harassment by hp

                          honourable sir,

                          kindly allow us to express that we purchased the laptop hp envy 13-ba0003tu wide bill no. Clsh1/[protected] dated 22.07.2020.

                          It is to be used by my son for his online studies (microsoft team)

                          it was faulty and heating since beginning it self, but customer care told us that it was normal but we officially decided to file the complaint to hp.

                          Firstly, on team viewer they tried to resolve this issue but in vain

                          09.06.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they did hit and trial, some component changed too, but problem still persists)

                          11.06.2021 case number [protected], again their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (this time they admitted heating, reason was attributed to microsoft team, some component changed too, but problem still persists)

                          now came life threatening situation for my son. There was spark in the laptop while attending online class and the system shut down two times and this time their customer care took this matter seriously and advised us not use laptop until their visit

                          18.08.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they admitted over heating, and some part was burned due to heating and they did again hit and trial, but problem still persists)

                          31.08.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they changed some part), but problem still persists and ven your engineer was not able to start microsoft team .

                          We request your goodself to please intervene in this matter and help us by instructing the hp team to change the laptop immediately without a single day delay further.

                          We can not tolerate the hit and trial at the cost of putting life of our son at stake. His studies are getting affect for months together.

                          Your honour, we will be highly obliged, if you could help us on this matter.

                            I have HP Laptop and I was interested to know if a particular advanced feature is available in that laptop model or not. I called HP Customer support and after 3 iterations finally, got connected to the tech agent. I had to explain the whole story to him. He somewhat understood it but there was no conviction. Then he said he will contact someone and let me know.

                            But it was going to take some time. I said give me a request number and arrange for a call back from the subject expert. He never gave me a ref number and it's 4 days since no one has called me as well.
                            Disappointed.
