Formal complaint and request to honorable lt. Governor delhi to protect us from harassment by hp
honourable sir,
kindly allow us to express that we purchased the laptop hp envy 13-ba0003tu wide bill no. Clsh1/[protected] dated 22.07.2020.
It is to be used by my son for his online studies (microsoft team)
it was faulty and heating since beginning it self, but customer care told us that it was normal but we officially decided to file the complaint to hp.
Firstly, on team viewer they tried to resolve this issue but in vain
09.06.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they did hit and trial, some component changed too, but problem still persists)
11.06.2021 case number [protected], again their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (this time they admitted heating, reason was attributed to microsoft team, some component changed too, but problem still persists)
now came life threatening situation for my son. There was spark in the laptop while attending online class and the system shut down two times and this time their customer care took this matter seriously and advised us not use laptop until their visit
18.08.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they admitted over heating, and some part was burned due to heating and they did again hit and trial, but problem still persists)
31.08.2021 case number [protected], their engineer visited, case not resolved to our satisfaction (they changed some part), but problem still persists and ven your engineer was not able to start microsoft team .
We request your goodself to please intervene in this matter and help us by instructing the hp team to change the laptop immediately without a single day delay further.
We can not tolerate the hit and trial at the cost of putting life of our son at stake. His studies are getting affect for months together.
Your honour, we will be highly obliged, if you could help us on this matter.
