Do you people have misunderstood the consumer or Do you guys think that the customer has a lot of time or have you mastered in making the consumer mad?

If you want to resolve my complaint then do it, otherwise tell me clearly that we are unable to do it, so I proceed further to the consumer forum, why I call you again & again and wasting my time.

I have requested for quotation from hp as there was an accidental damage to my laptop. My case id is [protected]. From last two weeks i am getting the reply that it will be send but still i didnt receive and hp agents are so impolite and rude that they disconnect the phone without even listening to my concern. Everytime we book a refill the delivery gets late and upon that the delivery guys demand for extra charges which is not ethical.

Already the charges of refill is increased and these guys demand more.

I have purchase the HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D127AV) at 10 Aug 2021.
