My HP Laptop is not working from 30/9/2021. Hp laptop service centers not attending the case because it has extended warranty till may 2022. so they said to open complaint registration in hp online service on 1/10/2021. after a long time discussion, i got a case id from hp team. they said case will by close within 6/10/2021. but no one from hp service centers contacting me. Again consulted with hp online team on 6/10/2021 before 4pm for attending this case. but i didnt get a proper respond. During this pandemic situation childrens have online classes. but nowadays they cant attend class because of laptop issue.. please solve it as soon as possible.

      I purchased hp pavilion laptop 15 (5CD1279YR4) worth rupees 73000/-which had some hardware issues within 10 days of purchase. The HP engineer issued the DOA letter and I got my laptop replaced. But on the previous laptop I purchased extended warranty(hp upgrade program) of 3 years worth 4399/-, so I wanted to transfer that extended warranty on my new laptop serial number(5CD134FVRC). I had made request to the store staff but they are not responding to the problem. So i took the help of hp whatsapp support initially they said that they would help but now they are saying that they don't have right to transfer the warranty although the case were made by them only and they also made wrong case, transferring the warranty of the faulty laptop to the same laptop itself .I don't understand how they are transferring extended warranty to a replaced laptop which is faulty. And now its been a month since i am trying to resolve this issue.

        I akansha bihan went to hp service centre Sysnet ranchi as i was facing problem on my laptop but the behaviour of service personnel was ill mannered as i was asking few questions regarding my laptop instead of replying they were arguing and force to purchase extended warranty rather focusing on solving problem, i was clicking picture of my laptop for my security purposes than they question about trust issue and behave in very rude manner
        I am so disappointed by such a big company treating their coustomer like this, their attitude reflect the company responsibility towards their coustomer kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and please make sure to correct coustomer interaction, i am attaching the receipt which they gave so that support centre will take necessary and strict action to resolve the issue, being a women i am afraid to re visit the service centre but they ask me to came today on 4 th of October to resolve the issue but they said they order the wrong part by mistake and they will call once the product reach, i am exhausted with this kind of service in order to my and all other safety and user friendly environment kindly take strict action against service person

          My HP Laptop (Model No-. HP Pavilion 15-DA0296TU) burst out in 29th June and I filed a case in HP on 30th June 2021. Case I'd - [protected]. After much harrasment and delay I got a answer from HP and my laptop is collected from Sysnet Global Technology (Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, 1ST Floor, HPW, 15, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700013 hpenterprise.[protected]@sysnetglobal.com / arijit.[protected]@sysnetglobal.com[protected] / [protected] / [protected] )
          which is the authorised service centre of HP in Kolkata. They could not tell me any reason of burst the laptop and it was said that the laptop will be sent to HP lab for testing.
          After visiting the service center twice I was informed from sysnet Global technology on 7th September, 2021 that my laptop would be totally replaced and the document was signed for its processing. (Attached with the mail). But then again informed by the sysnet Global technology on 22/9/2021 that HP had informed there no system replacement would be done the money would be refunded. From day one HP has informed me that they will do system replacement. I have not any conversation about money refund with HP. So I called HP helpline number again on 22nd September and HP informed me that the money replacement I was told about from Sysnet Global Technology is wrong they would replace the Laptop. Then I called in sysnet Global Technology again and it was said that since this is a confidential case, there is no guarantee of what I have been told from the HP helpline. I have the call recording.
          This whole thing seems very vague and suspicious to me. There is no transparency in the process and as a customer I have no idea and no understanding of what is true and what is false. HP and Sysnet Global Technology, from these two places I was told to respond within two days. I waited more than a week but I have not yet received any response from anywhere. Such harrasment cannot be expected from a reputed company like "hp". Where the user's life was at risk. It's been three months, and if there is still no positive response, then I have to bring the whole things to the media that's how hp treat their customers

            I am writting to complain about my laptop which i have bought on 26 October 2020.I noticed a dark shadow on the right side of the laptop screen. Ihave been having this screen issue from a few week.Also there is some battery backup issues. I look forward to your reply.

                Ok if you are right.and and when my system bios is corrupt then from where i recover the BIOS you should give the link to download this from hp official site..for my satisfaction plzzz share me bios file for my pc please request you..

                  I have a pc of hp omni 120 2110il and there is a problem in the bios of the system.Hp not provide its bios in its website beacause HP want that for a bios driver we went service centre and pay a huge amount of money. I call service centre haldwani and he ask me 1000rs for the 2mb drive bios file. Is this fare?

                    My HP Victus gaming laptop wouldn't boot up so I went to the service centre to get it fixed. Apparently, the motherboard was the problem and they had to get it replaced but here's the thing, the motherboard will take AT LEAST 10 days to reach the service centre and THEN they are going to install it. Now, the problem isn't with the people in service centre who were just following company protocol but it is with the supply chain for their parts. Service centre should have quick access to all the parts for the products sold in the region. Customers shouldn't have to wait so much to get their product repaired. This had happened at 25th September. Will never buy a HP product again and discourage everyone else to not buy one. Dell or Lenovo would be better

                      Respected Sir/ Madam
                      I Registered one complaint regarding my HP laptop.It not start properly only power light and caps lock light blinking but my laptop is not start.My case I'd is [protected]. My laptop problem is not resolved till date. One technician from your site visit my home on 9th September 2021 he told that such problem is due to moisture he open my laptop and clean my RAM with eraser and told me your problem is solved.But I face same problem again and again even I call hp technical support team end number of time but no one receiving my call.My laptop is up to date regarding BOIS and others.Please provide me technical support for solve my problem

                            Service id [protected] has been registered on 24th september 2021. No one visited home to attend the cpu problem. On 27th september, I visited the service center in faridabad. They diagnosed motherboard faulty and said that it ordered and I will get it on 28th september. But on 28th I contacted customer care regarding my status, I was confirmed that no part has been ordered till 28th evening. On other side service center not updating the status.

                            I need immediate solution as my complete work is pending because all my business invoicing work is pending or I am going to cunsumer court for fraud case and going to claim my complete 1 week business loss.

                              the above mentioned laptop computer :-
                              Laptop Sl No: 5CD1285Q40 ;
                              Model 15s-fr2006TU
                              was purchased from M/s Amazon vide their order no[protected] invoice no LK[protected] dated 22.09.2021. The retailer as mentioned is:-
                              Appario Retail Private Limited, Lucknow 226401

                              The laptop was FOUND TO BE defective as the keyboard was loose and the keys were making noise. I asked for replacement IMMEDIATELY on receipt and opening of the package.

                              The technician who came to inspect the Laptop on 28.09.2021 at about 1300 hrs. did not even know how to find the sl no of the Laptop and flatly refused to accept the laptop for replacement saying the SlNo did not match with some number he had. He did not show me that number. I showed him the laptop sl No behind the back of the Laptop and the same noted on the package.

                              Despite showing him all documents he behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. According to him it did not meet his requirement!
                              what else was required for a simple replacement was not mentioned.

                              Kindly record this as a feedback and complaint.

                              kindly arrange for early replacement of the said computer.

                                I had purchased a Note book PC Pavillion 14-dh1011TU vide Order No CHNCO826793 under student scheme offered by HP India in July 2020 and the same is guaranteed/warranted for 3 years (1+2 Years extended warranty) i.e. upto July 2023. In Sept 2021, it was showing a message that the fan of the notebook is required to be cleaned. On 10/09/2021, I went to TVS Electronics Ltd, (HP authorised service partner) NIT-5 Faridabad and they cleaned the fan. Next day of cleaning middle keys of keyboard ( a, s, d, k, l only) started bothering. Again online complaint was lodged on 12/09/2021 vide case I'd [protected]. On 14/09/2021 technician visited to my house and checked the notebook. On same day evening, I got an email that your case has been handed over to back end team. On 15/09/21 I got an another email that technician will visit at your site, but no body visited to my house despite several reminder through email and WhatsApp. On 25/09/21, I got a quotation for acceptance and to pay Rs. 9682/- for replacement of keyboard while the Notebook is already under warranty for 3 years i.e. upto 2023. There is a manufacturing defect in the notebook (keyboard), than why Rs. 9682/ is being charged to me for rectifying the keyboard. This is nothing only harrassment of Customers by reputed organisations like HP India Ltd. Kindly looked into the matter at the earliest as study is hempering too much being online classes are going on these days.

                                The complaint raised on 12/09/2021 vide case I'd [protected] is still opened. It is very regret to inform that the problem is still persist. Very poor services of HP india . It's approx 25 day are over the problem is not solved till date.

                                    I have bought a Laptop on 24th Aug 2021 @ HP store, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore.I have found an issue Battery draining very fast and I have informed to service center where I bought, but that adviser told me my internet is very low due to that there is background patcher not updating properly, I am really wondering about that response.Still I am cross checking my Notebook (Serial No : CND1161XV3)performance like today 2.00PM battery 100% charged full after that I switch off charging(as per service adviser suggestion) and I am using as usual around 3.15PM the battery showing 50%.
                                    I am trying to extend warranty but this serial number not able to view in HP reedem warranty portal, even dealer didn't clarify any offers while purchasing.
                                    This is completely negligence of service, I have lost money, time and patience which I send more money unnecessarily, this is I am feeling

                                        It's been less than 6 months we purchased this laptop but display got damaged on its own without dropping/ Falling or anything.
                                        Please need a repair of the display or replacement.
