Failure Description I am facing issues with my webcam since the day I bought the laptop. It is of really poor quality and most of the time it doesn't open with any video messaging applications

Its been more than 2 months and the issue is still not resolved. None of the customer care numbers work and the technician who once visited and instead of repairing broke one part of my laptop is not picking the call.
Will recommend to never purchase the extended warranty for HP as the support service for HP will never support for any kind of issues

    We purchased the laptop on may 2020. After
    that the speed of the system was going down
    to slower. While opening the folders, it took a
    long time to open. I mentioned these to your
    dealers. They told that SSD card is the solution
    for that. But now the laptop is not working.
    Again I went to the shop. They told me the
    hard disc got damaged. And they made a
    dispute saying that one in a million will happen
    like this and the company will give you only
    one year warranty. After that all the system will
    be like that. Sometimes it works or not. My hard disc got damaged. And they made a

    generation. We purchased from HP Honeywell

    Your hard disc works for one year only? Then it
    will be shameful for a great company like HP. It
    won't be better to you.

        Hp laptop complaint

        I had purchased hp laptop on 18 oct 2020 through flipkart. After 6 months it become slow (hang). On 9 oct 2021, it's display suddenly turnoff while I am working with it but the power is on. I want replacement for this product before the end of warranty period....

        Actually i bought a laptop from amazon and its get delivered on 15th sept
        and on 23sept it is not showing the power supply in my laptop due to this
        i thought that it can be a power adapter issue so i try to connect the same laptop adapter to another laptop its providing the supply to another laptop
        so i confirmed that it is an internal issue so on 23sept night time i registered a case means i calll the hp support i told them this issue so they arranged an engineer and he came on 5th oct afternoon he checked and make the processed for doa still not get doa letter on my email now it become total 16 days due to this my classroom assignment work is pending which gets me to a lot of frustration please i request you get my case resolved as early
        as possible because day by day its go on delaying...

          I have purchased a HP PAVILION laptop from a Croma store Pusa road, New Delhi on 4th of OCT 2021, i, e 4 days back. The time I unboxed my laptop it was dead, as soon as I put it on the charger it was switched on. After some time the battery was charged to 99%, I waited some time to reach it to 100% but it wasn't moving further. It was stuck at 99%. I disconnected the charger thinking to recheck it again.
          I used the laptop for 3-4 hours, but the battery did not drop to even 98%.

          I switched off the laptop and the next day when I switched it on it was completely dead, with no battery. I was a SHOCK to me that the time when I shut it down it was showing me 99% battery, so how come the battery drained to 0. So this time also when I charged it, the battery was charged only till 99%. The battery of this laptop is stuck at 99%, neither it drops while using, nor it reaches to 100% while charging.
          I called your customer service representative for help they said I should first visit to Croma and see what they have to say. I went to Croma and they said they will take the laptop and sent it to the service station for a troubleshoot, I denied the same as I have not paid Rs.70000 for a faulty laptop.
          I called the HP again yesterday 7th oct at least 3 times and every time the call was disconnected by the technical reps, one of them was Kartik, he disconnected the call, while I was speaking to him, this was so much insulting and frustrating, I never expected that I have to go through this mental torture after paying a hefty amount to HP.
          Today I spoke to 2 reps of HP, the first one was Mr. SUDEEP and his floor manager, that call lasted for about 1 hour and suddenly he disconnected the call in the middle of our conversation. I was left with no other option but to call HP again, and the technician Mr. Vinod said there are no notes or any case number created by Mr. Sudeep, this shows how unprofessional your representatives are, including their floor supervisors.

          I have paid 70k for a faulty gadget, and when I raised my concern with HP, your reps told me they will do a trouble shooting, which could not diagnose or fix this issue.
          IT IS AN INBUILT ISSUE, AS I GOT THE LAPTOP WITH THIS PROBLEM FROM DAY ONE.
          I DEMAND FOR A REPLACEMENT. I PURCHASED IT JUST 4 DAYS BACK AND NOT EVEN ONE DAY IT WORKED PROPERLY. THE BATTERY IS STUCK, AS SOON AS IT DRAINS OUT THE LAPTOP SHUTS DOWN WITHOUT ANY WARNING, IT DID NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO SAVE YOUR DATA.
          I FEEL COMPLETELY CHEATED AND DECEIVED BY HP COMPANY. WHEN I HAVE PAID FOR A NEW LAPTOP, THEN WHY SHOULD I GO FOR ALL TYPES OF REPAIRS??
          EVEN AMAZON AND FLIPKART TAKE LAPTOPS REPLACEMENTS WITH NO QUESTION ASKED AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST TIME. BUT THIS IS SO DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY LIKE HP.
          I AM GETTING HARASSED BY PAYING FOR A FAULTY MACHINE AND BEING FORCED TO KEEP IT.
          NOBODY WILL LIKE TO KEEP A LAPTOP WHICH IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE VERY 1ST DAY., BUT HP ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR CUSTOMERS BY SELLING FAULTY MACHINES AND THEN GIVING THEM A HARD TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT.
          MY LAPTOP IS STILL UNDER 2 WEEKS REPLACEMENT PERIOD AND I COMPLETELY DENY TO KEEP THIS FAULTY LAPTOP, I HAVE PAID THE PRICE OF A NEW MACHINE NOT FOR THE DEFECTIVE MACHINE.

          I AM REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY REPLACE THIS MACHINE ASAP, AS I AM LOSING OUT ON MY BUSINESS.

          I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WILL FACE SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER BUYING ONE OF YOUR BEST MACHINES.

          WE BUY EXPENSIVE LAPTOP TO GET A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT PAYING MORE THAN THE AVERAGE LAPTOPS SO THAT WE GET THE BEST MACHINE, BUT THIS IS SO SAD AND PAINFUL THAT I HAVE PAID 70K FOR A DEFECTIVE PIECE.

          I REQUEST YOU TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP ASAP.
          I BELONG TO A FAMILY OF LAWYERS AND DO NOT FORCE ME TAKE THIS ISSUE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONSUMER COURT.

          I HOPE MY REQUEST WILL BE TAKEN FORWARD.
          LOOKING FOR A POSITIVE RESOLUTION.

              My Case ID [protected]. I bought new HP Victus laptop, within one and half month I got motherboard issue after updated the bios. HP technician ordered the motherboard for replacement, but still I didn't get any solution for this. While I contacted HP they are saying part not available and asking to wait for 24 to 48hrs, after 48hrs again I get same reply. I have already waited for more than 10 days. If part is not available means I want replacement with new laptop or else refund my money and HP can take back the Laptop.

                My HP Laptop is not working from 30/9/2021. Hp laptop service centers not attending the case because it has extended warranty till may 2022. so they said to open complaint registration in hp online service on 1/10/2021. after a long time discussion, i got a case id from hp team. they said case will by close within 6/10/2021. but no one from hp service centers contacting me. Again consulted with hp online team on 6/10/2021 before 4pm for attending this case. but i didnt get a proper respond. During this pandemic situation childrens have online classes. but nowadays they cant attend class because of laptop issue.. please solve it as soon as possible.

                    I purchased hp pavilion laptop 15 (5CD1279YR4) worth rupees 73000/-which had some hardware issues within 10 days of purchase. The HP engineer issued the DOA letter and I got my laptop replaced. But on the previous laptop I purchased extended warranty(hp upgrade program) of 3 years worth 4399/-, so I wanted to transfer that extended warranty on my new laptop serial number(5CD134FVRC). I had made request to the store staff but they are not responding to the problem. So i took the help of hp whatsapp support initially they said that they would help but now they are saying that they don't have right to transfer the warranty although the case were made by them only and they also made wrong case, transferring the warranty of the faulty laptop to the same laptop itself .I don't understand how they are transferring extended warranty to a replaced laptop which is faulty. And now its been a month since i am trying to resolve this issue.

                      I akansha bihan went to hp service centre Sysnet ranchi as i was facing problem on my laptop but the behaviour of service personnel was ill mannered as i was asking few questions regarding my laptop instead of replying they were arguing and force to purchase extended warranty rather focusing on solving problem, i was clicking picture of my laptop for my security purposes than they question about trust issue and behave in very rude manner
                      I am so disappointed by such a big company treating their coustomer like this, their attitude reflect the company responsibility towards their coustomer kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and please make sure to correct coustomer interaction, i am attaching the receipt which they gave so that support centre will take necessary and strict action to resolve the issue, being a women i am afraid to re visit the service centre but they ask me to came today on 4 th of October to resolve the issue but they said they order the wrong part by mistake and they will call once the product reach, i am exhausted with this kind of service in order to my and all other safety and user friendly environment kindly take strict action against service person

                        My HP Laptop (Model No-. HP Pavilion 15-DA0296TU) burst out in 29th June and I filed a case in HP on 30th June 2021. Case I'd - [protected]. After much harrasment and delay I got a answer from HP and my laptop is collected from Sysnet Global Technology (Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd, 1ST Floor, HPW, 15, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700013 hpenterprise.[protected]@sysnetglobal.com / arijit.[protected]@sysnetglobal.com[protected] / [protected] / [protected] )
                        which is the authorised service centre of HP in Kolkata. They could not tell me any reason of burst the laptop and it was said that the laptop will be sent to HP lab for testing.
                        After visiting the service center twice I was informed from sysnet Global technology on 7th September, 2021 that my laptop would be totally replaced and the document was signed for its processing. (Attached with the mail). But then again informed by the sysnet Global technology on 22/9/2021 that HP had informed there no system replacement would be done the money would be refunded. From day one HP has informed me that they will do system replacement. I have not any conversation about money refund with HP. So I called HP helpline number again on 22nd September and HP informed me that the money replacement I was told about from Sysnet Global Technology is wrong they would replace the Laptop. Then I called in sysnet Global Technology again and it was said that since this is a confidential case, there is no guarantee of what I have been told from the HP helpline. I have the call recording.
                        This whole thing seems very vague and suspicious to me. There is no transparency in the process and as a customer I have no idea and no understanding of what is true and what is false. HP and Sysnet Global Technology, from these two places I was told to respond within two days. I waited more than a week but I have not yet received any response from anywhere. Such harrasment cannot be expected from a reputed company like "hp". Where the user's life was at risk. It's been three months, and if there is still no positive response, then I have to bring the whole things to the media that's how hp treat their customers

                          I am writting to complain about my laptop which i have bought on 26 October 2020.I noticed a dark shadow on the right side of the laptop screen. Ihave been having this screen issue from a few week.Also there is some battery backup issues. I look forward to your reply.

                                I have a pc of hp omni 120 2110il and there is a problem in the bios of the system.Hp not provide its bios in its website beacause HP want that for a bios driver we went service centre and pay a huge amount of money. I call service centre haldwani and he ask me 1000rs for the 2mb drive bios file. Is this fare?

                                  My HP Victus gaming laptop wouldn't boot up so I went to the service centre to get it fixed. Apparently, the motherboard was the problem and they had to get it replaced but here's the thing, the motherboard will take AT LEAST 10 days to reach the service centre and THEN they are going to install it. Now, the problem isn't with the people in service centre who were just following company protocol but it is with the supply chain for their parts. Service centre should have quick access to all the parts for the products sold in the region. Customers shouldn't have to wait so much to get their product repaired. This had happened at 25th September. Will never buy a HP product again and discourage everyone else to not buy one. Dell or Lenovo would be better

                                    I Registered one complaint regarding my HP laptop.It not start properly only power light and caps lock light blinking but my laptop is not start.My case I'd is [protected]. My laptop problem is not resolved till date. One technician from your site visit my home on 9th September 2021 he told that such problem is due to moisture he open my laptop and clean my RAM with eraser and told me your problem is solved.But I face same problem again and again even I call hp technical support team end number of time but no one receiving my call.My laptop is up to date regarding BOIS and others.Please provide me technical support for solve my problem
