Hi,
Please refer to case id [protected] which was raised on Sep 2nd 2021 for replacement of poor quality back cover owing to which my new laptop's hinge gave away. I have been struggling everyday to use this laptop and am desparately hoping that HP would take quick action and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am deeply disappointed with HP customer service so far. We have signed up for warranty as well as ADP and inspite of this and all the repeated followups, there is absolutely no action.

I have to keep chasing the service center guys every now and then as though it is my fault.

If HP really cares about customer satisfaction, they should have rectified my laptop in less than 48 hours esp when it is a quality issue and not a customer induced damage

I am not sure who else to escalate this to. If no action is taken even after this, I may have to raise this with the CEO only!

PS: If the laptop gets further damaged, owing to usage, bcoz of this inordinate delay in service of HP, I would hold HP completely responsible and would expect HP to provide a brand new laptop as replacement for the damaged one.

Hi,
Still the issue is not fixed. I chased the customer care again and got to them. They said the parts are received and the technician would be coming. But when I traced their technician and spoke to him, he says he has only partially received (one out of two items) and hence he cannot come and fix. This happened last week.

Until now there is no update. It is going to be a month soon for a small issue. I am using the laptop in this condition and it could cause further damage. Who would bear the cost if more damages happen as a result of this inordinate delay in HP support?? Is HP exiting business in India?

    I am a premium hp laptop user. I registered a complaint on 31st july and it was found there is some issue with the motherboard as my laptop is in warranty they should get it fixed but instead of that they are asking me to pay 43, 000 Rs to get it fixed. Since then i called them several times to lower the price they always say they'll look into it but no action has been taken and i get no updates from their end on this issue.         I have purchased laptop in October 2019 HP pavilion 15csxxx. (₹60000) as soon as warranty expired it started showing problems like screen flickering, some keys not working and sometimes shows blue screen. I wanted to extend the warranty but due to lockdown I was unable to to extend the warranty and also called the number given on laptops to extend but they were giving 3rd party company. Asking 8000rs and when i went to hp service center they asked ₹20000 for repairing. As a student I am facing problem with studies and not financially good. To afford repairing cost. I am begging hp to help. Tell the solution. I possible extend my warranty. Please it will be helpful for me. Please. I have trusted the brand but, I am not happy to see this.

          I have made complaint many times but there is no response from company even i don't know why the complaint marked resolved bcz issue is same as it. First complaint i raise on 16 sep till yet there is no help or support form company side they just marking complaint is resolve but there is no solution of the pronblem.

            Sir i am sai krishna a HP filljng station customer, an incident happened in C4R3+FHM, Ramnagar, Karimnagar, Telangana 505215, HP petrol station while filling the fuel suddenly my car was moved, petrol main pipe adaptor was broken or removed from machine. I have upladed photo and i have circled in that photo which was damaged.please give a reply

              I have requested for quotation from hp as there was an accidental damage to my laptop. My case id is [protected]. From last two weeks i am getting the reply that it will be send but still i didnt receive and hp agents are so impolite and rude that they disconnect the phone without even listening to my concern. I am really very disappointed. Now i will file a case in consumer court.

                What kind of system is it ? in hp if you raise a complaint without resolving it they update that complaint has been resolved such a ridiculous if you dont bother for the customer then simply say it ... irresponsible team is there
                i will suggest anyone to buy any product from hp its my 3rd complaint im posting here before it i have raise on 14/9/21 & today itself but without any solution hp closing the complaint that issue has been resolve ...wwwoooow!

                  On 14 sep i make a complain and today its marked as resolved i don't know why the company mark it as resolve case but the issue is same as it was ... neither i get a call and not email from the hp company ... how they could mark it as case resolved? it is very disappointed from the hp side im facing even company don't want to listen my query and not even interested in solving the problem.                       Some hr named aditya rao called me took my interview and took 15k from me as training security process and took I got the job in hp and sent me offer letter now I it been long I have nr received any laptop nor joining date they fraud me

                        Everytime we book a refill the delivery gets late and upon that the delivery guys demand for extra charges which is not ethical.

                        Already the charges of refill is increased and these guys demand more.

                        Have been complaining to the agency but no action has been taken.

                          I have purchase the HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D127AV) at 10 Aug 2021.
                          I have facing multiple Hardware & Software issue with this laptop since purchase it & I have raise the case with HP Support team & call email also in multiple times but no positive support get from HP & even their suggestion & Supports are very worst I am unable to use my laptop properly after HP 1st level troubleshooting.

                          I am feeling very bad & frustrated with this Kind of HP Support Services & product. I have purchase this laptop for educational & official purpose but I cannot use this for my requirement due to bad product & Service of HP Laptop.

                                My chromebook is comes under onsite warranty but service provider took my chromebook on june 21. I have contacted service provider now they are tell me they can't install os and mother board in my chromebook. If hp service provider cant service their own hp product this most serious issue hp want to resolve...my case ID number is [protected]. It's been 90 days still they don't service my chromebook if the service center can't be service my chromebook replace my unit with new one or service my Chromebook .

                                My chromebook warranty is experienced on sep 14 . As you see I have given my chromebook for service on june 21 .. so it's still in your care and it's your fault for service the product for past 4months .

                                    This is Chethan,
                                    I have been contacting HP support team from past 4 months still now I didn’t got any of the resolution.
                                    My problem is very simple my laptop model 15g-dr0006tx. It’s is getting too much slow booting time and when I check in task manager the disk performance it’s showing 100% in red colour.
                                    The first I have contacted the HP support team in toll free number I have registered the with the Case ID [protected]. After 1 and half month I have got a service enng and replaced the hard disk. Then also the problem not got resolved again and again I was contacting the HP support team . What they did is they closed the old case ID without asking me .
                                    And they created a new case case ID and given to me . How could this happen without informing me .
                                    Ok fine I will accept that also . They have created a new Case Id [protected]. And I have performed all the troubleshooting which is guided by the executives and then again they have raised a request for hard disk changes and the ### service center people took 35 days to just replace one hard disk now also k didn’t got resolved with the issue and as for today 10 days completed from the hard disk replaced day still now not any single person has been contacted me and is this the ethics for the HP company to treat the CUSTOMERs worstest ethics having in HP I feel.

                                    I am begging you please do resolve my issue or else just inform me it won’t resolve so that I will throw it in a dust bin.
                                    As for now it has been 4 months completed still now I didn’t got one small resolution also.

                                    Worstest company is HP. Please don’t buy any HP products.
                                    Looks like I am also facing this issue, they got my hard disk replaced but it also failed due to different reason. Their technique is to drag issue till the laptop goes out of warranty and couple of months after that, they will claim it is out of warranty.

                                    HP I3 Pavilion is crap that comes with Hard Disk is crap (which I realized only after I purchased) and in general the service is very poor. I have been working with their service head and do not know how to escalate the issue within HP.

                                    Pathetic thing is - I bought this as a gift to my nephew and I feel it is worst gift that I ever had to buy in my life.

                                      I had purchase a new laptop a month ago and it start showing problem of slow processing i had chat with there support team from last 5 weeks but there is no solution for the same i had chat 1-2 hours with Vishal, Madhukar, Javaid, ashwani every time they take my time and make me feel like im assisting to them they need atleast 2-3 min to reply after each step i ask them to reply fast but they never and its only a month old product and its soo slow and there is no help from company tech. below i have attached a video of opening a excel and i real it take more then 3 min to open it video is just of 40sec my conatct no.
