I have issue with my HP laptop which was purchase in USA and family travel back to India. From last 10 days I have 2 different issue...one time with Hardware issue and now with NetBios. Raised the complaint and customer service is so bad too say that service was provided after SLA breach and still I am in the same position. Laptop is not working. I am looking to replace my laptop as this is with in 1 year warranty....

They took 15k from me as training security process and fraud me saying I got job in ho company. Now their cell phone is switch off...

I have not recieved McAfree internet security antivirus even after complaints to the hp customer care.
