      I bought a Notebook PC HP 15s-fr1002TU-HP having Serial No:5CD0153X27 on 18.06.2020. It has been working nicely, but from Yester day Keys "C &D" and Number "3" are not working.

      My Laptop Invoice No: BP1RI[protected] dated 18.06.2020.

      Requested to resolve the same at the earliest possible as my daughter on line classes getting disturbed.

                My laptop has been flickering and showing colored screen and some error the service centre changed my window without complete diagnosis of problem and said it will be fine and after that there occurs some problem again.
                They have charged 900 rupeess from me for the window which is their mistake not mine because they installed new window without any need as the ultimate problem is of ram.And when i asked now how much will they charge for 8gb ram they said 9800 ruppes . very high charges. I want my money for window back.

                  Keyboard and touchpad are working erratically.
                  On condition of sending service engineer for replacement of keyboard, I hv paid in advance Rs.12500.
                  Now they have stopped responding. Hv been following since last couple of weeks.

                    I am extremely tired of all the excuses HP has been making so far. I have been facing a lot of problems with this unit...

                    Firstly I contacted a customer care number where I was asked to troubleshoot the issue of keyboard and touchpad..post which the case id was generated.

                    After the case id was generated the authorised service centre technician promised a visit but did not turn up after escalating the matter further a technician visited and replaced the keyboard and touchpad and asked me to reset the PC and promised me that the issue will be resolved. Even after doing that the problem still persisted.

                    I again escalated the matter to your team and once again a senior technician was sent to check the device...he checked and told me that the unit needs to be taken to the service center to understand the problem. My laptop was taken to the service centre on Friday 30th July 2021 and was returned on 02nd August 2021. But in spite of that the problem is still unresolved. Plus i found out that my ms office subcription is removed and every time i open ms word its asking for product key.

                    Again I escalated the matter and I was further told that a senior experienced technician ...

                    please advise HOW MANY MORE EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN WILL TRY THEIR HAND OR EXPERTISE ON MY LAPTOP...IS THIS UNIT A DEMO PIECE TO TEST EVERY TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE LEVEL?

                    I AM EXHAUSTED AND FED UP WITH THIS ENTIRE PROCESS ...I DO NOT HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO ENTERTAIN ALL THIS NONSENSE.

                    THIS LAPTOP IS BEING USED BY MY SON WHO IS 9 YEARS OLD AND CURRENTLY HIS EXAMS ARE GOING ON AND BECAUSE OF THIS KEYBOARD ISSUE HE IS UNABLE TO FINISH HIS TEST PAPERS ON TIME AND HAS TO BEAR ALL THE PUNISHMENT THAT HE GETS FROM HIS TEACHER FOR NO FAULT OF HIS.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PUT HIM THROUGH THIS MENTAL TRAUMA...

                    I AM IN MOOD TO TAKE ANY FURTHER EXCUSES FROM YOUR TEAM, , , , PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY OR REPLACE THIS UNIT...AS YOU PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETANT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN SPITE OF SEVERAL TRIALS...PLEASE UPDATE ME AT THE EARLIEST...

                      Maine Reliance shop, Civil Lines, Prayagraj ke madhyam se HP ka Laptop purchase kiye jisme samasya aane per maine reliance shop se sampark karne per unke dwara diye gaye service centre centre per apna laptop dt. 26.06.2021 ko diya kintu aaj ki date tak laptop service centre dwara nahi diya gaya jabki 3 time per week khud jaker chase kiya. apko yah bhi bata de ki additional waranty dene ke liye jo charge HP dwara liya jata hai wah bhi pay ker diya tha laptop purchase karte samay fir bhi mera laptop aaj tak banaker nahi diya gaya service centre dwara tahlaya ja raha hai mera work heldup ho raha hai. kaun jimmedar hai ? kis bat ke liye waranty ke nam per additional amount liya jata hai ? Kyon na harzana ke rup me mujhe naya laptop diya jaay.

                        I have purchased hp pavilion gaming laptop on aug 1st .it worked fine for 3 days and then suddenly it doesn't turn on no matter what I do.and I placed return for my laptop and asked a replacement or refund.
                        They said technician will visit in next 20 days which is too late . generally it only takes 3-4 days for tech visit.its already been a week since I asked for replacement .but they don't respond and said to wait for 20 more days .

                          My Case ID: [protected] for HP Laptop Pavilion x360 14", Model No : "5CG1057NRP" Purchased on 30.05.2021 and complaint raised on 12.07.2021. means hardly one month I used, the very next month I got power problem and raised case ID, your agent had attend the issue and he was replaced mother board but it was not working and he was replaced Touch Screen also but no use same problem LED was blinking but no display finally they asking me bring the laptop to their service center.
                          My question is why the new brand laptop one month old facing this much of problem why can't I get replace with new one.
                          My mine and soul was not accepting that new branded laptop with replaced all the major parts how can use it remaining my days.

                              H.P laptop --10 days old one died where Dell 7 Years and 3 Years are working fine .

                              manufacturing defect product H.P should replace the product.

                              That laptop has not even been used more than 15 days of very lite use, hardly 2 hours max per day.

                              It stops responding suddenly. No physical damage and no liquid damage after 15 days.

                              I will give 1 cr if you prove if any physical or Liquid damage.

                              Replace the product ASAP.

                                10 Days of H.P laptop died.
                                Nothing showing on the screen, No physical or no Liquid damage but nothing showing in the screen.

                                Your test results mention that it is physical/Liquid damage,

                                If it is physical damage it should have a scratch/dent anywhere in the upper screen as well.

                                How inside screen will damage? In another case, if it is liquid damage then send me the test result, I will give 1 cr rupee.

                                That is a 100% defective product, suddenly stopped working, later (after 10 days ) it is showing some lines inside the screen.

                                Really it is shame making that kind of chef products and not doing any service.

                                You people should replace the product or should repair the product ASAP without any cost.

                                  My Hp laptop plastic case around screen is getting separated.
                                  I went to HP laptop service centre in vizag to address issue on 1st july 2021. They told to leave my laptop with them for 15 days to fix issue. They are not responding also.
                                  Then i called online HP agent. I told my issue. I sent snaps, video of laptop issue for their understanding. They told they will fix my issue by july 26th, 2021 through mail. But they didn't send service engineer to fix my unit . Again i sent mails to them, but they didn't send reply.

                                  Finally i got call from engineer from hp service centre. He again asked me to snaps, video regarding my laptop issue. Because he is not responding properly in call, again i went to hp service centre on 07/08/2021. He checked my laptop. He told, he sent mail to higher authorities for approval to replace a part under warranty. He told, he will get revert by 9/08/2021. But i didn't get any call from him on 09/08/2021. I called him, he is saying same reason(didn't get revert for approval ). now its 12/08/2021, still he is saying same reason.

                                  Its been more than month, still issue didn't get resolve. I wasted lot of time in addressing my issue, went there, But they didn't even responding yet.
