I purchased HP Laptop 11th CI3 4GB 1TB Item code 15SDU3053TU in Delhi from Vijay Sales recently in March, 2021. The product is not working upto the mark. It is very slow even gets hanged whereas I have not loaded any data on it. It looks very irritating when I want to do something on it but it does not respond properly, sometimes it takes a lot of time to even open. It is very lazy, when I want to go on Google Chrome, many a times it does not open in more than 1o minutes. It is so irritating that I have purchased laptop to do the things easily but all in vain. No fruitful results after expenses of Rs.38000 on the laptop. Finally, if it does not get replaced my money goes waste. Kindly let me know the solution to get it changed.

    I purchased an HP laptop 14s-cf3006TU from Vijay Sales, Dadar, on 3 June, before a month, the laptop stopped working, and when it would work like for a day or 2, the speed was real slow and it hung. Both, Vijay Sales and HP didn't cooperate. HP customer care didn't recieve my calls and when they received they made sure to disconnect the call. On complaining on social media engineer came to vist took the laptop..yet, it's not functioning, same problems are there. Kindly replace the laptop or give my money back.

    The case is still going on. The problem has not been solved. We have the proof of the communication between the engineer Ajmal and Venkatesh and Shailesh Vishwakarma from HP. HP is not cooperating and customer care is disconnecting the calls. The agents and engineers are rude, shouting at us and not entertaining my calls. They didn't brie[censored]s properly we have lost data and incurred huge loss. Kindly replace the laptop or give us money back . Or we will lodge an FIR for cheating, harassment and defamation.

    Shailesh Vishwakarma from mphasis doesn't reply to emails and didn't resolve query. Then, he sent Ajmal and Venkatesh who didn't brie[censored]s properly..Ajmal picks other calls made from other numbers but not mine. Venkatesh doesn't respond at all. HP customer care doesn't transfer the call. Proof can be given.

      I have been calling support and getting in touch with them daily, they say we are resolving the issue and will send technician at your location within 24 hours, I am hearing this since 1 week now and no response from the team no technician visited.

          I purchased the HP laptop HP-14s dk0093au about 9 months ago and It is still under warranty. Lately, I noticed a red line which is 1 pixel wide and around 20 pixel in length started appearing. I contacted HP customer case about this but they said it is a case of mishandling and they won't cover it under warranty.
          I also have an extended warranty of 1 year on this laptop. As far as I remember I have never mishandled my laptop. This behaviour is unexpected from HP.

            I bought new laptop hp pavilion few days back and im facing speaker in it and its been 15 days since i lodge compliant to customer department and from that day those guys are making me fool and giving unnecessary excuses and not resolving my issue and ignoring my call and massages those engineers names are mangesh jogdand and shivam sharma from thane kalyan i hope hp will feel lil shame and do required action

              The cooling fan of my laptop is not operating correctly. the problem came to my notice on 25th of july 2021. i got to know because a notification saying cooling fan is not operarting correctly showed up on my laptop when i turned on my laptop. i would like if a person from your technical team comes at my residential address to solve the issue.

                I am writing this to you, since i didnt get any proper response from the customer support. ( I had several calls & visited the authorized service center)

                two compliants:HP Case Number: [protected]

                1. Unable to connect to devices
                2. Unable to print ( Low toner)

                I have purchased a new printer on 08/03/2021, which printed less than 350 pages and provided with Low toner comment and unable to print.

                i have discussed with the customer support team and they mentioned that while i purchase a new printer the toner will be a demo one, thats why it will give less copies so you have to purchase a new toner now.

                also i was told by the customer support team to visit the authroised service center and they have also said the same as above; [demo toner], if that is the case why the customer support is asking me to go to authorized service center ( waste of time & energy).

                As a customer who bought printer in less than 4 months has to get a new toner, then is the total price i have paid for the printer doesnt include a toner price.

                I would request to replace the toner at warranty, since the product is in warranty, and your customer support is not ready to send the technical support engineer to see the issue and make my printer working.

                Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                  I ordered hp pavilion laptop and within 14 days i faced dim light display issue and it was saturday/sunday so i could not connect them.. So on day 16th i called them and raised my complain.. But unfortunately i got no replacement/refund.. HP's customer support is just horrible and their DOA team as well.. My laptop's replacement issue got approved but then DOA letter was about to come.. Engineer's verification was done and DOA letter was issued too.. But then some how it got rejected.. Now its over a month i m getting no response or any update for my laptop's replacement/refund..Every single day i call them and ask about my laptop's update but they as usual ask me to wait for another 24/48 hours for further update but then the result is zero.. And the same thing is going for over a month.. DOA team is so horrible they r just not helping me in my replacement/refund.. Now for how many days more i have to wait for solving my issue? I JUST REGRET BUYING FROM HP AND I SUGGEST EVERYONE OUT THEIR DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM HP QUALITY IS HORRIBLE AS WELL CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOA TEAM.. IF I GET MY PROBLEM SOLVED I WILL SURELY GIVE REVIEW. HELPLESS COMPLETELY

                        Sir, i purchase a new hp pavillion i5 laptop, there is a battery back up problem, battery level decresed 100-40 % with in 10 minutes, i meet service centre which is at bairagipatteda area, Tirupati. to replace my laptop there is no response to customers and so many days delay in work.

                              I have purchased a HP 245 G8 Laptop on 29.06.21 and within a week time started observing Blue Screen error. I have raised the first complaint on 07.07.21 vide case ID [protected]. The technical team assisted over phone and it was somehow solved for the time being. Again in the next 7-10 days the same problem started surfacing in the laptop. Hence a new complaint was lodged vide Case ID [protected]on 21.07.21. This time the system automatically started restarting and was running very very slow . Average boot time was 4 mins. This laptop was taken primarily for my Son's online classes and since the system started restarting multiple times hence he couldnt attend the classes. Today(25.07.21) one of the technician came named Rehman and re-installed the OS(Windows 10) and said this problem is resolved. Within 1 hour the blue screen error cropped again and system started restarting again. This is extremely disappointing since it is not only a harassment but also extremely downtrodden. I have already urged to the team to replace the laptop since the problem started happening within a week time and is falling in line with their replacement policy. Still they have not done it. They are wasting my time and energy and also my money. Need a quick replacement on this or else I will file a harassment case against them for such a poor resolution.

                                      Bought Hp laptop - HP15-ek0025TX bearing serial number - 5CD034NPQM at reliance digital showroom on November 2020 for 82000 rs /-
                                      Laptop suddenly stopped working - not even getting switched on - there is no history of fall or any accidents .. we had taken to hp service Center and they are saying that mother board is burnt inside and they don’t cover in warranty and asking to pay 25 k .. this is ridiculous..it’s not been even 1 year since we bought it and this is what we had to face .. we have huge trust in HP company and never thought the service will be this worst .. ! Kindly replace the laptop as soon as possible and do the needful . Don’t break the customer’s faith in your company .

                                        Dear Sir/ Mam,

                                        This email is in reference to the Case Id: [protected]
                                        As mentioned in the trail mail that the laptop is facing some hardware issue. And as per HP technician, there may be the case of water or moisture due to which the hardware stopped working.
                                        But the fact is that neither the case of water droplet into machine nor the case of moisture which may be because of Air Cooler as said by HP technician (because same is not present at my home).
                                        As this machine is facing same kind of issue from past year, and the issues were resolved within warranty. Email screenshots are attached for the reference.
                                        As advised by HP executive, I extended the warranty of the product for further TWO years. But my machine is facing same as when the extended warranty starts. So, again I logged a complaint with the HP Service Centre, and the technician visited and checked my laptop. Surprisingly, this time he said that this is the case of water droplet or moisture into the machine.
                                        I again tried to contact HP, visited service centre, but they denied to check the laptop at service centre and said that on site service is only option to get it repaired.
                                        And as in the trail mail Mr. Amarjeet Yadav, clearly rejected my case and said it does not fall under the case of warranty.
                                        But how is it possible that laptop is facing same issue with the motherboard and it is not replaced in the past complaints.
                                        Also, please let me know why should not I go for a legal action with the Consumer Forum for harassing me without any proper investigation. If there is a case of water droplet or moisture, a proper report should have been generated.
                                        So kindly assign a different technician who can handle this machine, as within a period of one year this is the third time machine is facing hardware issue with the motherboard.
