As mentioned in the trail mail that the laptop is facing some hardware issue. And as per HP technician, there may be the case of water or moisture due to which the hardware stopped working.
But the fact is that neither the case of water droplet into machine nor the case of moisture which may be because of Air Cooler as said by HP technician...
