We have purchased a new laptop from Vijay Sales which is an electronics showroom in Kukatpally on 18.06.2021.

At the time of purchase the sales team were so humble in explaining everything about the product and features of the laptop.

We purchased above mentioned printer thru E-mart for you pvt ltd Bhubaneswar-7 vide their Invoice no- HPW-0309 dt-17.06.2021. We were made to understand that the refilling of Ink in catridge/tonner will be required only after print of[protected] pages and same will be done at dealers point or service centre. But only after print of 377 pages the printer started displaying Low on tonner Ink level that is on 05.07.2021. thereafter...

My laptop at sudden stopped working.
I called hp support, engineer came on 26/06/2021. He examined thoroughly, almost he postmortemed my laptop, called his higher support, checked charger and battery. He then came to conclusion that the motherboard wasn't functioning.

I brought the lap top HP 14 S-DR 1008 T U with serial No.5CD0351LF2 on 12.10.2020 and in the month of June 2021 with problem of frequent switching off the LapTop automatically and reported the same at the authorised service centre at Kadavantra, Ernakulam. The informed that they replaced the battery and the same problem reported in the month of July 2021 and again produced in the same authorised service centre and they couldn't identify and...

I bought a new hp 255 G8 model laptop on 12 july 2021.and it's doesnot working properly on the laptop sometimes the mouse does not perform properly and hangs the many time.and processing is very slow .

I purchased online a HP419 printers in March, 2021.Yet today not received any installation services and so printer is lying Unfunctioning due to problem in installation. Several mails, phone call, whapp call done, but problem not solved. I am v. Much annoyed with such poor response of the company.

Myself Gopinath, I bought a laptop in Hp Center which is located in Kukatpally Housing board (Hyderabad).The Sales Executive named "Shekar"(Contact - [protected]) made a promise that he will provide a "Laptop Bag" after one week. So, After a week I went to store and requested for Laptop bag then they said did not promise anything. I was fully disponed with that incident.

Auto audio is not working..it will not automatically switch between headphone/speaker. There is no software issues....

There is only one HP authorised service centre in Indore which goes by the name Sysnet Technologies. The service centre's employees behave rudely with an attitude of exercising monopoly for being the only one service centre in Indore. Their attitude towards the customer is worst. They keep the products for endless time, repairing it only if they wish to, or else they say to buy a new product. If not so, then they tell the repairing charges...

Our HP laptop is hardware not found that type of problems are created and not openly properly os and boot device r not found is missing...
