I have purchased a HP 245 G8 Laptop on 29.06.21 and within a week time started observing Blue Screen error. I have raised the first complaint on 07.07.21 vide case ID [protected]. The technical team assisted over phone and it was somehow solved for the time being. Again in the next 7-10 days the same problem started surfacing in the laptop. Hence a new complaint was lodged vide Case ID [protected]on 21.07.21. This time the system automatically started restarting and was running very very slow . Average boot time was 4 mins. This laptop was taken primarily for my Son's online classes and since the system started restarting multiple times hence he couldnt attend the classes. Today(25.07.21) one of the technician came named Rehman and re-installed the OS(Windows 10) and said this problem is resolved. Within 1 hour the blue screen error cropped again and system started restarting again. This is extremely disappointing since it is not only a harassment but also extremely downtrodden. I have already urged to the team to replace the laptop since the problem started happening within a week time and is falling in line with their replacement policy. Still they have not done it. They are wasting my time and energy and also my money. Need a quick replacement on this or else I will file a harassment case against them for such a poor resolution.

          Bought Hp laptop - HP15-ek0025TX bearing serial number - 5CD034NPQM at reliance digital showroom on November 2020 for 82000 rs /-
          Laptop suddenly stopped working - not even getting switched on - there is no history of fall or any accidents .. we had taken to hp service Center and they are saying that mother board is burnt inside and they don’t cover in warranty and asking to pay 25 k .. this is ridiculous..it’s not been even 1 year since we bought it and this is what we had to face .. we have huge trust in HP company and never thought the service will be this worst .. ! Kindly replace the laptop as soon as possible and do the needful . Don’t break the customer’s faith in your company .

            Dear Sir/ Mam,

            This email is in reference to the Case Id: [protected]
            As mentioned in the trail mail that the laptop is facing some hardware issue. And as per HP technician, there may be the case of water or moisture due to which the hardware stopped working.
            But the fact is that neither the case of water droplet into machine nor the case of moisture which may be because of Air Cooler as said by HP technician (because same is not present at my home).
            As this machine is facing same kind of issue from past year, and the issues were resolved within warranty. Email screenshots are attached for the reference.
            As advised by HP executive, I extended the warranty of the product for further TWO years. But my machine is facing same as when the extended warranty starts. So, again I logged a complaint with the HP Service Centre, and the technician visited and checked my laptop. Surprisingly, this time he said that this is the case of water droplet or moisture into the machine.
            I again tried to contact HP, visited service centre, but they denied to check the laptop at service centre and said that on site service is only option to get it repaired.
            And as in the trail mail Mr. Amarjeet Yadav, clearly rejected my case and said it does not fall under the case of warranty.
            But how is it possible that laptop is facing same issue with the motherboard and it is not replaced in the past complaints.
            Also, please let me know why should not I go for a legal action with the Consumer Forum for harassing me without any proper investigation. If there is a case of water droplet or moisture, a proper report should have been generated.
            So kindly assign a different technician who can handle this machine, as within a period of one year this is the third time machine is facing hardware issue with the motherboard.

              I have been contacting HP Customer Care for the last one month to solve my issues with my laptop screen and changing battery(I already paid the money 3 weeks before but no action has been taken yet).

              I have an HP Extended warranty and will expire next month. I am using this laptop very carefully and gradually its screen from the top layer begins to become dark shade. Now it is difficult to see the windows menu bar. Since it is not a physical damage I would like to replace the screen under warranty. HP agreed to send an onsite technician visit and not done yet.I already had an HP technician remote screen share session and shared many pictures and videos of my laptop as per their request.

                Having a terrible experience with HP. Related to their after sell service. Did not expected this from HP. Lodged a complaint on 4th of July 2021 still my complaints are ignored even they don't have min curtsey to answer. Worst service experience.My product is under extended warranty.
                To get a simple reply from them I have to go to national consumer forum. Still no resolution.

                          I am using HP Notebook-15-da0296tu

                          On 29.6.2021, I was working on my laptop while it was charging. Suddenly my laptop bursted out of nowwhere with the flash and bang. The whole room filled with smoke. I was shocked and stunned. This incident was pretty much life-threatening for me and my family member. I would like to let you know that power supply at my home at that particular time was completely fine since other device also plugged in then. I have also checked my charger which is working properly.
                          I am using HP product since a pretty long time now but never face something like this this is totally unexpected from HP. The age of my laptop is only 1.5 years .
                          On 30th june I called on Hp service help desk number and after describing all the details and sending the picture and videos of damaged laptop, a case is filed. The case number is - [protected] CRM:[protected]. I was told that Regional Manager would call me within 24 hours. But within a week I got no call. I called again on the 6th july and I was told as before that the manager was suppose to called by 8 p.m. and again did not get any call.
                          Then I again called HP service centre and they said engineer would visit in my house for this issue. And this send me a bill of 28111 rupees. I am not willing to pay this money for any form of servicing as there is a risk of life. I again called HP and they said 1st servicing would free and filed a new case - [protected].
                          But again they send me a bill. Lastly said some upper authority supposed to call me within 48 hours . But I got no call .
                          Firstly it could have been a life threatening event and secondly I don't understand what it means to be harassrd like this. I am eagerly looking forward to your prompt response or else I would not have any other options but to bring this incident in notice of other buyers .

                            Most respectfully it is submitted that my laptop bearing serial number XCG9388Y4S is under warranty (Up to October 2022). My laptop went out of order in January this year which was repaired by the Service centre namely ‘Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Limited SCO No. 85-86, Sector 34 A Chandigarh’. My laptop kept on creating problems in between and it again went out of order on 30th May 2021 and when I visited the service center on 1st June 2021 for the repair of the laptop, the service center refused to repair it stating that all the parts of the laptop have been completely damaged and the expenditure on its repair will exceed the purchase price of the laptop. Therefore, it is no use getting it repaired from any where. Therefore, I submitted my requests at various e- mail IDs of the company i.e enrique.[protected]@hp.com, at [protected]@hp.com, at [protected]@hp.com, at Christoph.[protected]@hp.com, on different dates. but my grievances were not resolved but I received a telephonic call on 30th June in response to my email sent at Christoph.[protected]@hp.com and I was offered the discount of 15 per cent if I purchase any HP product within a month. This offer was in lieu of the repair of the laptop which I did not accept. I could not afford too much delay due to urgent tasks, so I got my laptop repaired at my own expenses of Rs. 4, 000 from outside agency after a long wait, disappointment and inconvenience. Instead of resolving my problem, the Service centre misguided me. My laptop should had been repaired by the company as it was under warranty period. The HP company failed to resolve my issue and did not provide me with 'after sales’ services' and I had to incur expenses on the product which was under warranty due to the deficiency in the service of the company. The HP representatives did not bother at all to resolve my genuine issue.

                              Dear Concerned,

                              We have purchased a new laptop from Vijay Sales which is an electronics showroom in Kukatpally on 18.06.2021.

                              At the time of purchase the sales team were so humble in explaining everything about the product and features of the laptop.

                              On 1st of July, I took the laptop to Vijay sales as there is an issue with the laptop as it is continuously flickering. (Below you can see the video clip)

                              The sales executive at Vijay Sales told bluntly if there is any issue with the laptop you need to take it to the service center which is in Secunderabad. I asked why a service center when I purchased the item here at Vijay sales.

                              He said sir there could be a technical issue so only the service center team can help and I can just route over there. When I asked what is the use in purchasing the same with Vijay Sales when I need to take it to a different place if there is an issue - No answer. For your information - Other electronic showrooms like Croma, Reliance digital would take initiative and solve the issue of customers which is missing in Vijay Sales.

                              Took the laptop to the service center at Secunderabad on 05.07.2021, there was a guy called Rashmi who attended and explained to him about the issue I am facing with the laptop. He asked basic details when and where the laptop was purchased. After explaining to him all the concerns, he told me the laptop can't be exchanged and only servicing can be done, I asked why? his answer was as it has crossed 15 days from date of purchase. No one talked about this 15 days concept otherwise I would have brought the laptop to the service center on 1st of July itself.

                              With no option left I gave the laptop at the service center on 5th of July, on 9th of July they handed it to me back saying screen replacement is done and everything is fine.
                              Three to four days later, the same issue started again on 14.07.2021. I took the laptop on the 15th Morning to the HP service center, the technician said there could be a mother board problem and RAM also needs to be changed.

                              I was surprised to know three weeks old laptop we need to change Screen, Motherboard and RAM for their own good known reasons. With great disappointment I again left the laptop at the service center on 15.07.2021. There is no update till 19th evening, (even after repeated calls to the service center on [protected] and Rashmi on [protected].
                              Finally one lady responded on whatsapp saying your laptop is ready and you can come and pick it up before 5 PM.

                              Went to pick it up before 5 PM and to my surprise the service center was crowded with almost 30-35 people waiting to get their issues resolved. After waiting for almost 30 mins, I received my laptop after confirming that everything is working fine and there is no issue. Brought the laptop home and opened it to see that the mouse pad is totally out of shape and it is not placed within the borders.

                              Is this the way the Vijay sales team or the HP service center help a customer who purchased a laptop worth 43, 300/-
                              Can't I expect a better service at each stage... I really regret why I chose HP laptop, why I chose Vijay sales, why they didn't tell me on 1st of July itself that the laptop can be exchanged if there is any issue within 15 days.

                              At every stage I felt I was deceived, I need a reply to my mail, a satisfactory reply.

                                  We purchased above mentioned printer thru E-mart for you pvt ltd Bhubaneswar-7 vide their Invoice no- HPW-0309 dt-17.06.2021. We were made to understand that the refilling of Ink in catridge/tonner will be required only after print of[protected] pages and same will be done at dealers point or service centre. But only after print of 377 pages the printer started displaying Low on tonner Ink level that is on 05.07.2021. thereafter we approached thru telephone customer care of HP for solution of our problem in the printer. We were told that the dealer has given demo tonner/catridge which will print only 350 pages to 400 pages. Now you have to place order for new catridge/tonner which will take 4-6 days time and cost you approx 6000. On protest from our side that why were we sold by misleading us and moreover the product cartoon/catlogue is also displaying 1500 pages then why are we being mislead. Why have you printed on your printer box 1500 pages ? and why did not your dealer tell us that the printer is fitted with demo tonner and it will only print 350-400 pages? Now HP thru different officials of their are only buying time instead of replacing catridge/tonner.

                                  Hence our complain/grievance may please be registered and matter be taken up with HP India.

                                  Thanks after your intervention HP has taken our 2nd hand tonner since 21.07.2021 and we were told that the same will be replaced within 4-5 days. Now till now i.e-27.07.2021 i.e-11.30 am they have not replaced/contacted us. Sir we have to get our black & white print thru our Cannon Pixima printer or outsource which is quite expensive after purchase of HP laserjet 108W printer hardly within 1 month if we face such a problem what is point in purchasing HP printer by giving cash. Who will compensate our losses. Please look into the matter for early solution of our problem.

                                    My laptop at sudden stopped working.
                                    I called hp support, engineer came on 26/06/2021. He examined thoroughly, almost he postmortemed my laptop, called his higher support, checked charger and battery. He then came to conclusion that the motherboard wasn't functioning.
                                    That very moment he ordered new motherboard and assured me to replace it as soon as it is delivered from Bangalore to my address.
                                    The motherboard was delivered. Engineer came once again on 29/06/2021. Once again he opened up my laptop, one of sudden he told me that the motherboard was burnt and can't be replaced.

                                    What the hell is going on Mr. HP. If that was burnt why the hell he ordered motherboard for the replacement at the very first place.
                                    ?
                                    And why the hell you people provide warranty for? Haa? So that you can charge extra for warranty and apply conditions whatever way you want afterwards.

                                    And I am still waiting for the call which is scheduled by the customer care hp repeatedly. Nothing happens.

                                      I brought the lap top HP 14 S-DR 1008 T U with serial No.5CD0351LF2 on 12.10.2020 and in the month of June 2021 with problem of frequent switching off the LapTop automatically and reported the same at the authorised service centre at Kadavantra, Ernakulam. The informed that they replaced the battery and the same problem reported in the month of July 2021 and again produced in the same authorised service centre and they couldn't identify and problem. Today the Lap Top again switched off twice while working. We purchased the Lap Top with the intention o[censored]sing the same with out much hindrance. However we lost confidence in the LapTop. I request you to replace the Lap Top or rectify the issue once and for all
