Hi team,
I am jaikumar galuragi, a HP laptop user. I am using a HP15s du2058tu laptop from last 1 year, I have purchased it in Aug 2020 .
I am daily observing low performance, time taking to open any apps, excel, file etc. hang many times.
and the BIG point is no body noticed that HP given a heat sink window for processor is at closed end not at open end, so heat is returning into it, not escaping out, due to fault in design of heat sink outlet window.
The heat sink position in this laptop is at right corner of keyboard and towards display.
I want to replace my laptop, HP india pls look into it,
I want to suggest take a survey you will feel that no user will give you feedback good for 15s du205tu, because it is defect in design, specially in heat sink, laptop getting heated.
Need to take back, and give replacement of laptops
otherwise I will raise this case on consumer court,
please reply i am waiting for it.
