I purchased this Laptop in Oct 2020. Since then, I have had multiple issues. 1st the Laptop Fan stopped working and it had to be replaced. Then the mouse key stopped working and the complete keyboard was replaced just last week. Within 4 days of replacing the keyboard, the screen not working. It took them almost a month to fix the mouse key issue. They have opened my laptop at least 4 times as of now and still they cannot fix this completely. I had requested them to either refund the amount or give me a new unit or fix this once and give extended warranty looking at the history of this product.
But so far they have not even came back with the status even after 10 days.

    I with utmost shock and bewilderment wish to bring to your notice the apathetic and most callous attitude of your call centre personnel whom I am chasing unfailingly for last more than 12 days but being of no avail.

    I am calling the call center on a daily basis but only promises hs been done yet. no technician hs called or visited me.

    it's extremely astounding and unbelievable to meet with such negligent,
    substandard and couldn't care less attitude of the staffers of an international co of your stature and repute. High time you take care of things & attitude at your home otherwise it doesn't take v long for the cookie to crumble, in the times of internet & technology the word spreads v fast, especially the bad one, I shall be constrained to reach & approach such forums on the social media to highlight the harassment and frustration
    I am made to go through.

    Last but not the least to highlight again your negligent attitude I bring to your notice also the plain simple fact & thing that you haven't even updated the change in address of your service centre, while v recently visited the mentioned address we were told that it had shifted out to another location many months ago

    In today's pandemic situation everybody is working from home/taking online classes. I had such faith in HP that all the three laptops for three members of the house are HP Pavillion x360. and now by this pathetic attitude I don't know what to say about it.

    after long chase and follow up they sent me a quotation demanding rs 5505/- for a part without even physically inspecting my device. on refusing to pay without the physical checkup they started making other excuses. then they said that they have ordered the part.
    I work is suffering so much and my job is at the stake. and after following up on various public platforms I waiting believing their promises. but today they have come up with a unique new excuse that my laptop is out of life support. i don't even know what it means. whatever it means y didn't they tell me on the very first day instead of making new excuses and demanding absurd amount every day?

    Hope at least now u will take some responsibility and pay some attention

            Hi team,
            I am jaikumar galuragi, a HP laptop user. I am using a HP15s du2058tu laptop from last 1 year, I have purchased it in Aug 2020 .
            I am daily observing low performance, time taking to open any apps, excel, file etc. hang many times.

            and the BIG point is no body noticed that HP given a heat sink window for processor is at closed end not at open end, so heat is returning into it, not escaping out, due to fault in design of heat sink outlet window.
            The heat sink position in this laptop is at right corner of keyboard and towards display.

            I want to replace my laptop, HP india pls look into it,
            I want to suggest take a survey you will feel that no user will give you feedback good for 15s du205tu, because it is defect in design, specially in heat sink, laptop getting heated.

            Need to take back, and give replacement of laptops
            otherwise I will raise this case on consumer court,
            please reply i am waiting for it.

              He solved the problem of lagging and not of battery draining and laptop shutdown..
              He told me the case will not be closed till the issue is not resolved.
              I got call from escalation team, I told them still my issue is not resolved..
              I have voice call record of the escalation team and the Techincal team who checked the laptop..
              Then also my case is closed even after the issue I am facing yet..
              Everyday they make fake promise to resolve it within 2 days but they don't solve it..

                  Hi. O purchased an HP laptop which developed issues with the screen display within the first 3 weeks. HP customer service have been unhelpful and unresponsive. They have sold me a sub standard product and assume no responsibility for replacing it.

                    I purchased an HP Laptop on 22nd June 2021 from HP Store, Tambaram, Chennai. Since 10th July, my laptop's monitor has not been working. When I approached HP support, they provided one ID. (ID No.[protected]) and said that my problem will be solved by sending a technician to my residence within 48 hours. But, my problem is not solved yet. (TODAY 27TH DAY) HP sold sub standard product to me. Everyone is transfering their responsibility to another (including the seller). Within 18 days the product faced a monitor problem. At last a technician came and replaced monitor. After replacement he faced motherboard problem. So, now I am more stressed due toHP. I hope that this will affect HP's goodwill. They are not ready to replace the unit( seller as well as service center)

                        Your sevice is so worst because my case had registered on 23rd July till now my issue hasn't resolved if I am contacting to consumer there were lying tell me that we will accelerate your case we will mark on prior and all
                        After getting case I'd has after 8 days and he has ordered display but I has also gone 8 days but till now your service hasn't resolved the issue and now if I am asking regarding service they were neglecting me and say's that we will accelerate, we will mark on prior and all actually do something asap

                            My HP Laptop (HP Spectra X360, with 2 year extended warranty) having display issue since last month. The issue is two mild shadow in below right side of laptop. There is no physical damage & pixel, No white & black dot. I complained to HP chat service regarding this issue. They asked photo of my laptop display and I sent also. They informed that it is physical damage. I explain to them it is not physical damage. I asked them give explanation how it is physical damage but they did not give any explanation. I informed that I can proof it is not physical damage and told them to see my laptop physically. But next mail they informed me that it is not under standard warranty and closed case. I am still warranty period. I need explanation how it is physical damage and why it is not under standard warranty. I paid 18k for extended warranty on 23-Oct-2019 and still I am in warranty period. Please give me solution.

                              I have purchased HP laptop on May 9th 2021. I was facing screen blackout issue and USB port not working. I have raised this issue through the chat bot initially and it suggested to uninstall and install the software but issue not resolved. Then raised a ticket [protected]. They again did uninstalling and installing softwares but issue not resloved. They declared that motherboard and USB port faulty and will change it.but it's a new laptop and how main parts will be faulty it's a manufacturing defect and I requested for replacement of laptop or refund. HP says I have to claim with 14 days of purchase. How do we know the hardware failure within 14 days and even for HP technical team it takes 1 month to confirm its a motherboard and USB port issue. How a layman knows this. It's a manufacturing defect and within a month main spare parts not working, then what sort of quality product HP manufactueing.its eating our hard earned money. They are cheating customer by providing scrap products and they will say we will replace spares. Why I need to buy HP laptop I would have purchased assembled product from outside.HP customer support not ready to take this to next level and they are not ready to provide the escalation matrix. Cheap behaviour and literally cheating by providing scrap product.my time and money looted by HP India. Why you want to manufacture such faulty laptops, HP won't test their products. Customers are treated like slaves and they are not ready to fix their manufacturing defects instead dumping to us. Helpless tried several email and phone calls, my personal health got spoiled.

                                  1. I have purchased the above Laptop Sr. No. 8CG9492PKH on 20.1.2020 and after successful payment, Order confirmation #[protected] dated 209.1.2020 received in my mail confirming the order details, which states as follows: a) HP Pavilion x360 - 14 - dh1010tu (2 - year extended warranty free of cost, b) HP Active Pend, 3, HP Trensetter Bag + In-built Alexa. Total value of Rs.65, 405/-. This cost of the above model loptop is exclusive offer for NTPC employees. Accordingly I opted this offer.
                                  2. I have written on 23 Jan-2020 reg. the Extended warranty certificate and again on 17th Feb-2020. But I did not get any reply. And I thought that your order confirmation is there and which clearly stated that Extended warranty is included in the above package.
                                  3. In addition to that I have separately opted for Hop Shop Watch card paying additional Rs.799/- (Hence the total order value Comes to Rs. 66, 204).
                                  4. Now, since last 1 and half years the lap is working smoothly, but since last one the mouse pad is not working (no mouse point shown in the screen). I am working with the laptop only with toutch.
                                  5. I contacted your customer care and then they forwarded the call to your technical team. Your technical team said the warranty has been expired. Then I told that it has 2 - years extended warranty. They asked for the Extended warranty certificate, which I do not have, as your team did not respond to my mail dated 23rd Jan-2020 and 17th Feb-2020 till date.
                                  6. Again I contacted your sales department, the person who has assisted me in purchasing the said laptop. He said that the offer was there (i.e. HP Active pen, HP Bag, 2-year extended warranty and In-built Alexa) as offer of NTPC employees.
                                  YesterdayI have recd a mail from HP customer care stating that I have to register in www.redeemnow.com within 14 days of its purchase. But information has been given on this at the time of purchase.

                                  Today I hv recd a mail from another HP customer care rep. stating that the offer was valid till 14 Jan-2020 and I have purchased the laptop on 20th Jan-2020.

                                  My question is how is it possible. I have seen the offer in your onlinesite and discussed with your customer support team to select the model and after payment order confirmation recd stating that all the offers are included in the order.

                                  I think there is some mistake from HP Sales team while processing the order and cheater the customer.

                                  You are requested to please sort out the issue and arrange to mail the 2-year extended warranty certificate immediately to repair my laptop as I have paid Rs.66, 204/-, which is my hard earned money.

                                  I am attaching the Order confirmation and Invoice.

                                    I have gave my HP laptop to add SSD in it. They removed my CD player and placed HDD which was pre install at the place of CD player using "SOME CASE" and install the SSD at the place of HDD. My laptop was having "LICENSED WINDOWS". Each and every thing was told and shown to the person about the windows and all. When I went to take the laptop my first thing my "WINDOWS WAS NOT LICENSED IT WAS CRACKED" and "THE HDD CASE THEY USED WAS DEFECTIVE". I asked them firstly about the windows they told it was "NOT LICENSED". In HDD I was not able to download or save any file. So I asked them about the HDD they told its all well functioning but it was not they also saw the problem but restarted the laptop and told its all ok. I went again after using it for 2 days but it was not working. I was not able to download any software or any thing in it. I tried to take help from HP Support from Twitter but they also are unable to solve my problem. HP support told me to run some test and they found that its a hardware issue with the HDD. I have also send them the code and told them to talk to the service center but they told we can not talk to them you only have to talk to them. we have no writes for that.
                                    They also lost 2 part of my laptop. There are some more problem. At last I want to get help from the service center as they defected my laptop. From one month I am in contact with the HP support on twitter. They are also not able to solve it. I only want that my laptop should be repaired as soon as possible.
                                    Below I have attached the bill and the thing they lost from the laptop. they also lost 2 to 3 screw.

                                        I bought a laptop not long ago and I am facing the problem in charging of laptop and the camera. The camera shows the photo kind of blur which gives bad photos and charging is kind of slow which was not expected . I need a technician to pay a visit which should be not payable by me. I would be glad if my complaint is resolved as soon as possible. I request a repair.
