Myself Gopinath, I bought a laptop in Hp Center which is located in Kukatpally Housing board (Hyderabad).The Sales Executive named "Shekar"(Contact - [protected]) made a promise that he will provide a "Laptop Bag" after one week. So, After a week I went to store and requested for Laptop bag then they said did not promise anything. I was fully disponed with that incident.

For selling the Laptops they making false promises to customers. It will downgrade repetition of HP.I request you to take a necessary action on Shekar([protected])

        Auto audio is not working..it will not automatically switch between headphone/speaker. There is no software issues.

          There is only one HP authorised service centre in Indore which goes by the name Sysnet Technologies. The service centre's employees behave rudely with an attitude of exercising monopoly for being the only one service centre in Indore. Their attitude towards the customer is worst. They keep the products for endless time, repairing it only if they wish to, or else they say to buy a new product. If not so, then they tell the repairing charges more than the cost of new product.

              HP gas refill not received even after 2 weeks

                Subject: - Careless attitude of customer care executive concerning to case ID

                Dear HP India,
                1. Refer to our conversation with customer care executive dated 06/07/2021 and
                10/07/2021 concerning to case ID [protected] with respect to our laptop.
                2. We purchased our laptop in the US on 21/06/2021 and after that, we moved to India.
                details of the laptop are given below,
                Model: - HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh0xxx
                Product ID: - 2B4R7UA#ABA
                Serial No: - 5CD041NRCC
                3. While we were trying to set up our new laptop for the first time on 05/07/2021, we
                have noticed a single vertical black line on the screen, then we contacted the customer care
                executive on 06/07/2021 who checked the laptop virtually through video call and assured us
                that a technician would visit our home and rectify the problem within 2-3 days. However,
                technician hasn't come even after 3 days. Today (i.e, 10/07/2021), a customer care executive
                has called up and claimed that "the previous customer care executive who spoke with us
                06/07/2021 was new to his job and he has no idea on whether the laptop covered under
                global warranty or not". Further, she stated that "even I don't know how to check whether
                the laptop is covered under global warranty or not and hence I will escalate this issue to the
                concerned department".
                4. This implies that your customer care executive took 3 days time to revert back to us
                and say that we don't know how to check whether the laptop is covered under global
                warranty or not. This is a fairly careless attitude of your staff and it is very unfortunate on
                your part. By the way, we have checked on the HP website and found that our laptop is
                covered under global warranty, a screenshot of the web page and invoice are attached below.
                5. In view of the above, we urge you to educate your customer care executives to behave
                with some responsibility and also rectify our problem at the earliest.

                  Approached Nellore center located at Kanakamahal Center for rectification of the deffect. Without rectifying the deffect, kept idle for 2 days and return by simply saying that he has no time to raise the complaint / Part and advising us to raise the complaint on line from my side.
                  We are not happy the response given by the Service Agent by name Musthaque.
                  Pl register my complaint and rectify immediately.

                      We have received below mail for our product installation from HP on 26th June but till date no solution. They have sent a mail also yesterday after so many follow up to call an engineer from M/S. SYSNET ( Mr. Nnisar) . He informed us that they are doing only hardware issue and cannot solve the problem. We asked him to come and check the issue but he denied. Sent so many mails to HP but no response. We want refund of our product and compensation for the harresemet we are facing since last 15 days.

                        The 703 cartridge is not compatible with HP K209a Printer even though the box says it is compatible.

                        When i insert the cartridge the printer doesn't detect the ink levels and the printer software says cartridge not compatible. If i switch back to my old 703 cartridge it works. The cartridge i got from this order has a difference in number S10 (not working new one) vs S5 (working old one)

                        Numerous follow ups and no resolution on issue. I paid 700 Rs for piece of junk on HP online store. Cheating the customers is new business model for HP.

                                I've recently purchased a HP laptop from croma store (On 5th July), From 6th july it is crashing again and again. I had already spent two days with HP technical team and followed all the troubleshooting steps but still issue persist. now they are forwarding case from one team to another and same silly process. After paying for new laptop why should i waste my time on troubleshooting steps. They should be able to provide me replacment.

                                    I have purchased a laptop with order number [protected] on 13th june 2021, ( Back to school offer 2021 means : 2 years extended warranty and 1 year antivirus software @ Rs:1499/-) my hp back to school offer has been rejected stating that purchased model(HP Notebook 15s-du1064TU) is not Covered under offer, but before placing the order I have contacted your sales representative ms.Neha sharma ( id 5046277) she told that offer will apply, and after I placing the order also I received the following(attachment) confirmation mail that back to school offer is applicable.
