The HP will give many festival offers like extended warranty with total coverage etc. I paid for 1+3 years extended warranty but HP people dosen't care about it they are keep giving many excuses like battery is not covered under the warranty and when I contact the HP support team they said your laptop battery is in warranty and our technical member will visit onsite and replace the battery after that they keep wasting time and not responding...

So I went to hp service centre calicut branch to install hp 16 gb ram into hp pavilion and they costed me 600 rupees just for installation of a hp product into a hp product on a hp service center I feel very bad about hp service for not taking care of this and request a refund...

Can you clarify whether I have to pay Rs. 1499 to avail this offer?

I was informed that I need to pay only Rs. 700 by the Redeem now customer care executive.

If I will have to pay Rs. 1499 to avail this offer, seriously this would been an day light loot I have encountered recently.

While I compared the offers provided by few other manufacturers before buying this laptop...

When i am open camera its showing camera is not connected...

The payment towards quotation is made on 13th May, 2021 and since then no replacement of battery is done. have spoken to customer

care/ technical tea several time. Everytime they said we are escalating the matter, but nothing is happening.

I request you to please look into this matter as this is creating very bad image...

I have bought my laptop on 2019. Now my keyboard keys are not working....

I received a new laptop today, just now unboxed it, observing dents on corners sratches here and there, corners found with material peel off. The laptop found like used one, not a new one we suspect .please replace another good piece, we dont need this ....

This printer is shorting after using in electricity pluck.....

I bought the said laptop (serial number:5CD115J9PX), amounting Rs 51, 590 from Flipkart, on 28th May 2021 which I received on 1st June. But on booting the laptop I found that it was having slowness issue. Full boot up of the laptop too sometime and was not at all smooth. When the monitor is used for four or five hours continuously, the monitor turns off and then takes 20 minutes to turn on.Then when it is turned on, the cisplay changes color in a corner...

Camara is not working...

I brought HP laptop on August 2020 and now the battery discharges when laptop is turned off. Also ctrl key has stopped working....

This is the worst customer service product that I have taken and you want to me renewal it with the current I have free service after paying so much cost for the laptop.

Since past few months I am in touch with ur company to resolve hanging problem of laptop which is in warranty period, no doubt ur service is provided but it is on hit n trail process and goes in vain as Instructed to install External RAM, it was done with three RAM time to time but problem is as it is.
So it is needed to diagnose the cause then resolve hanging problem.
It is most important n urgent before...
