I have purchased a HP laptop on 13/08/2020 at Reliance digital
showroom Ramanthapur hyderabad vide the serial No CND0259R22. I
encountered a problem with booting of the laptop in the month of
February. As the customer support team could not diagnose the problem
i have visited the authorised HP service centre in secunderabad TVS
electronics. They took the laptop and after two days they have
diagnosed the problem as harddisk problem and replaced the hard disk
and gave it back it me. As the laptop was in warranty the have not
charged me anything for this service. Again on 18th May the laptop
encontered the same problem. I took the laptop to the same authorised
HP service centre and handed over my laptop for repair. They told it
may take 10-15 days to repair it. I called them after a weeks time to
know exactly whats the problem. They conveyed that the hard disk is
again damaged and they have indented for a new harddisk. So again I
called them after 4 days. This time they told that they have replaced
hard disk and this time the display is also damaged and they have
indented for a new display. Again i called them after 2 days I called
them to know the status of my laptop. This time they told me that they
have replaced the display and now the mother board is also damaged
they have indented for a new motherboard. In the entire process the
service centre has never called me to inform the status of my laptop.
Everytime I called them they were coming up with a new problem in the
laptop. Then I told them that I donot want to take such a defective
laptop which in a period of 9 months of purchase the hard disk was
damaged twice, mother board once and display once. I have requested
them either to replace the laptop with a new laptop or refund my total
amount for which i have bought the laptop ie43499- or atleast extend
the total warranty for lifetime as it was a defective piece. They have
not resolved my issued till today. I have not collected my laptop till
date. Its with the service centre only. As I am unable to carry out my
duties with out laptop I am forced to buy a new laptop again which
incurred me an expenditure of Rs.45500/- on 09/16/2021.

I request a compensation of 90K for my case.00

        Hi sir/madam
        Good evening we purchase laptop from flipkart on 3 March 2020 after 1 month I am getting error in my display screen I am unable to reboot it I am complaint to hp customer care through virtual assistant have lockdown guidelines it was resolved after 3 months literally, they replace new hard disc it was working fine but later 2 months 15 days after suddenly the screen was blank again make complaint it was resolved after 40 days and replaced mother board at this time and again later 2 months again same problem persist again I am raise a complaint finally resolve after 40 days. On April 7 th yesterday again same problem persist now they replied when I am raise a complaint the product is out of warranty. Will u please think if you have in my position what you will did? Literally 170 days I am unable to utilize it please consider my request either resolve my issue or replace with new product without providing any warranty. Please consider with your heart sir.

              8gb, 1tb windows 10, ryzen 3 laptop

              Purchase date : Jun 7th 2021

              Bought the above configuration laptop from HP exclusive store Tambaram.

              On the same day, laptop crashed for just opening chrome. Took the laptop to showroom twice and found HDD running at 100%.

              Said will raise a complaint but it's been a week. Being a consultant I have lost thousands of $ due to laptop crashing in between meetings.

              This is ridiculous... Still have not received DOA or compensation for new laptop...

              Guess being a 10 year old customer with hp was the biggest mistake of my life... Lost 40k and 2 weeks of pay...

                    I had placed a complaint regarding my current battery in the laptop. The customer care told me that they would send a technician to replace it within 2 3 working days. Its been more than 14 days now and the customer care are totally negligent in addressing my concerns. Before even repairing the product they demand a payment and then when payment is made, they start harassing the customer by either not picking up calls or redirecting the calls to somebody else, till the line itself disconnects. I had pleaded to them so many times that I am a college student and I have my interviews coming up soon, so I need the laptop repaired urgently, but they don't seem to care at all after the payment was made. I didn't expect this at all from a reputed company like HP.
                    I have been calling the service center and the toll free number for about 10-15 times almost everyday, literally begging them to resolve my issue asap, but they just don't care.

                    After a lot of incessant calling, I was connected to the head of service repairs for pan India and he assured me to send a technician within 2 days. He kept his promise and was really helpful unlike the customer care people.

                        Your company HP is bloody big lier!! And not able to keep promises and intentionally misguiding the customers.

                        HP might be a good product company. But from my experience and others also that your online site is preety sucks. You're pathetic on it. Not able to keep commitment on delivery on time.

                        I want to draw your kind attention regarding delaying on delivery of my order purchased on your site, cum false commitment by CSR department, cum lying and misguided me on the current status of the product.

                        Courier - Delhivery ( one of the most pathetic courier company)

                        Expected delivery date as per initial conversation with CSR department on Wednesday (16 Jun 2021) - 18 Jun 2021

                        Expected delivery date as per conversation with CSR department on Thursday after putting escalation (17 Jun 2021) - 19 Jun 2021

                        Product Status - Not Delivered.

                        Even as of today ( 19 Jun 2021) product is still in Chennai. But from CSR department Sa
                        is continuously lying that product reached in Bangalore and supposed to deliver me by today ( 19 Jun 2021) or by max 20 Jun 2021 morning.

                        Below some summary on my conversation with customer care department -
                        1. Before buying conversation with representative i
                        that product will be delivered within 2-4 business days. Due to covid it will be max 4-5 business days confirm delivery.
                        2.Till 16 Jun 2021, product was stuck in Chennai Rohapetta C. Although after conversation with customer care, she told that product will be delivered to me on 18 Jun 2021.

                        3. After hugh conversation with CSR department Divyani on 17 Jun 2021, she told that she has escalated and she promised me that by 24-48 hours product will be on my hand which is within 19 Jun 2021.

                        And if the company is not kept their promise to delivery me the product by 19 Jun 2021, they will refund my money.

                        4. On 19 Jun 2021 conversation with CSR department, he lied to me. He told that product is reached in Bangalore, but it was in Chennai showing in tracker site.
                        Also he told me that by evening 7-8 pm on 19 Jun 2021 I will receive the product.

                        And if max by 20 Jun 2021 morning I've not received the product, then either the company will refund me, or they gave you id to talk with you that what kind of discount or benefits I can get like - one year accidental damage warranty or one year extended on site warranty or something else.

                          We got a laptop on .On 17 oct 2020 HP Laptop PC 15-da3002tu which was defective pc form hp which hp calmed to be new giving us problems since day one not updating first works extremely slow and then doesn't works at all.not used it a single day this pc does not update we call hp email multipal time's they did not gave any solution and told us to try updating again and again all they did was assist in troubleshooting which clearly dident work but hp was being ignorant all the time this laptops hardware and software both are damaged hp gave us a damaged pc and after month of reaching our when they finally send a technician even he could not repair it and the problem o[censored]pdate it till there now hp is just wasting our time and warranty period we don't want this 2nd hand damaged pc we want replacement.                             My issue got Started with my New HP Laptop as i bought it after 17 days In my New Hp Lpatop 2 White Spots has came In display and it is visible only in black back ground as the display was bleeding I mean the Display Liquid Was Leaking and so i contacted with service center but they had just wasted my Time by Formatting the Laptop and so on... I had done all possible ways That they had told but none of them worked i told that this is not software problem but then also they didnt listen to me and they continued their own opinion and still my problem has not got solved and now its been 1 month over that i reported the problem i was telling about my replacement of my laptop but they are not ready to listen but finally they had changed the display but the problems become more complex instead of solving the problem they had lot created it In my old display they were 2 spots but now there are 4 spots and it is increasing day by day and my laptop sound is also crackling while playing any music... I have my interview and test of various govt exams but im really scary to attend because of this laptop... And i will mention everybody that never to buy hp laptops and desktop.

                            Because thier sales and services are not good at all..

                              I purchased HP Consumer Notebook with 2 years warranty which gives the total coverage I paid the required amount for it.

                              I contacting to the HP support team once they said extended warranty cover the battery and they will send the technical person to change the battery but now they are saying we can not replace the battery.
                              I provided all the prove documents but still they are not responding on call and mail.

                                The HP will give many festival offers like extended warranty with total coverage etc. I paid for 1+3 years extended warranty but HP people dosen't care about it they are keep giving many excuses like battery is not covered under the warranty and when I contact the HP support team they said your laptop battery is in warranty and our technical member will visit onsite and replace the battery after that they keep wasting time and not responding through mail or call.
                                Never think that company like HP will do such type of cheating with customer.
                                if you can not provide the product which comes under warranty than don't cheat to customer.
                                Very bad experience.

                                  So I went to hp service centre calicut branch to install hp 16 gb ram into hp pavilion and they costed me 600 rupees just for installation of a hp product into a hp product on a hp service center I feel very bad about hp service for not taking care of this and request a refund

                                    Hello,

                                    Can you clarify whether I have to pay Rs. 1499 to avail this offer?

                                    I was informed that I need to pay only Rs. 700 by the Redeem now customer care executive.

                                    If I will have to pay Rs. 1499 to avail this offer, seriously this would been an day light loot I have encountered recently.

                                    While I compared the offers provided by few other manufacturers before buying this laptop with HP. Now, I feel how I have been cheated in the name of school offer by HP.

                                    1. Dell is giving out extended warranty for 2 years along with the Laptop purchase for Rs. 1699 and Mcafee anti virus pack free for 15 months.

                                    2. Lenovo providing the same offer without any fee

                                    Can you let me know few things about this offer?

                                    1. Why was the offer redemption fee not mentioned in the back to school offer terms and conditions pdf document?

                                    2. What would be the extended warranty price if I would have bought this directly from HP without availing this offer?

                                        The payment towards quotation is made on 13th May, 2021 and since then no replacement of battery is done. have spoken to customer

                                        care/ technical tea several time. Everytime they said we are escalating the matter, but nothing is happening.

                                        I request you to please look into this matter as this is creating very bad image about HP service. Even no one is now answerable about payment already made when I asked for refund.

                                        If this is not sorted out, I will be left with no recourse, but to file consumer court application and Police complain against HP in India
