Sir,
I brought this product at 01/03/2021 and within just one month it stopped working. I registered a complaint at 4/04/2021 regarding its power issue, since then no action is taken by hp. I'm trying very hard to contact them but no one is responding properly....

I purchased the HP i3 10Generation laptop on 1jan 2021 and I also extend the warranty of 2 years and now I have a total 3 years warranty .And I have a problem in touchpad . But HP India support email me that any hardware problems not covered in warranty but as per the warranty status in the initially 6 months Hardware parts will be provided but that's not true.
and now I have to pay for my touchpad problem .
Very worst kind...

I have purchased the HP Desktop with keyboard and mouse on May 2019, Now the Keyboard and Mouse are not working properly, kindly replace the same.

I purchased online HP m126 printer and after in first day use printer not working. Continue after 0ne try technician visited and after checking told there is problem of capacitor and Hp only cover software warranty no any hardware warranty. after 10 day received the quotation of Eight thousand for repairing .
very shocking for me for Rs 15000.00 printer in one day use i have to pay Rs. 8000.

Dear Team,
I have purchased HP laptop from thrissur ( kerala ) from the branch of southern computers. Warrenty will end on 5 th may 2021. Due to lockdown shops nd service centers are not open, shops are opened on june. Now they are telling warrenty ended on may 5 th 2021 and cannot extend it. Laptop has some issues in display. I want to replace it or service it at free cost.

I had lodged a complaint for a broken LCD on 22th May 2021 at the customer care number[protected], the Case Id was generated and a technician was sent 24th May 2021... after taking the details the technician visited with the new LCD on 28thMay 2021 and...

A black shade appears all over my desktop pc, the screen is not legible .i have conatcted the place from where i purchased, they dont know anything

My HP Gas consumer no.622097. HP Gas Distributor : Virupaksha Hp Gas, Address: No: 12, Khatha No: 153, Kalkere, Hormavu, Ramamurthy Nagar, Main Roade, Bangalore, Karnataka-560043, India

Every time delivery boy demands Rs. 50/- for delivering gas.
If not paid Rs 50/- as an extra, gas Cylinder is not providing.

Kindly do the needful for the same....

I bought an hp pavillion laptop 15-ec1052AX online in the specifications it was written as having a GTX 1650 Ti graphics card but after receiving the laptop when i checked the GPU in the system it was only a GTX 1650 with out a Ti written so should i ask for a replacement or should i take it to the service centre pls reply...

I have purchased my laptop in month of April and from day one I am facing hanging issue and I have contacted HP customer care and also service center near by and didn't got issue resolved and they are making the words there and there .and now they are not even concert about my issue .they are delay there service by saying "wait of 24-48 hours" and "we are escalating the mail to higher team" .it have been 2 months still I didn't got any response...

I booked cylendre for home delivery on 27th May 2021. but not yet deliver.
But it seems like derived on 29th May 2021.

The slim wireless combo doesn't provide capslock indication on keyboard.
It's just annoying...😤...

I purchased laptop HP15S DU3060TX in APRIL there are too many issues as follows which are not resolved even after going to authorized service center

issues :
1 slow system processing takes two minutes to start even Microsoft apps takes too much time to function properly
2 System gets heat up even when installed google chrome
3 Battery backup issue is still persisting
