I received a new laptop today, just now unboxed it, observing dents on corners sratches here and there, corners found with material peel off. The laptop found like used one, not a new one we suspect .please replace another good piece, we dont need this .

    I am Amit Kumar Rout from Cuttack, Odisha. I registered a complaint regarding my laptop battery on[protected]. I tried no of times calling customer care but they aren't picking up the calls and sometimes canceling my call. During this period, I am facing problems because I am unable to do my online classes and exams.

        I bought the said laptop (serial number:5CD115J9PX), amounting Rs 51, 590 from Flipkart, on 28th May 2021 which I received on 1st June. But on booting the laptop I found that it was having slowness issue. Full boot up of the laptop too sometime and was not at all smooth. Simple programs like Word, Powerpoint etc was taking time to load, Hp preloaded software takes much longer to start. And also after performing some basic tasks like preparing some documents in Word, web surfing and playing preinstalled Solitary game, the laptop got heated so much I was unable to touch the keypad. After working for over an hour, I restarted the laptop and the process took more than 10 mins to restart. I have made a 2 min video out of that time as proof. Also "Realtek AudioAdmin background process is preventing you to restart" message also comes when I am shutting down or restarting (Snapshot attached). So I raised a replacement request with Flipkart on 2nd June 2021. Flipkart forwarded the problem to HP who just created a case against that. On 7th June, I got a call from HP, stating that the case has been escalated to the service team and on 12th June, a technician came, infront of whom, the laptop didn't start until the charger was connected even though the laptop was charged at 100%. Even though I clearly mentioned that I won't allow any postmortem of the new device, yet he opened up the laptop saying that he needed to take the motherboard number. He even made a video of the RealtekAudio Admin background process preventing restarting/shutting down problem. he asked me to show him the invoice and mentioned that as Flipkart didn't provide the serial number in the invoice, so he won't be able to proceed with the case.
        I called up the HP service center after he left and the service center asked me to take the visiting technician into conference, and on hearing that the invoice didn't have the serial number, the service center told that he'll drop an email to the PAM to proceed with the case.
        Till now all am getting is daily call and email from the HP that the case is being escalated to higher authority.
        Meanwhile the laptop has already started to show more slowness as well as random disconnection with my Airtel Broadband wi-fi. I have to restart the whole device to get it connected to the wi-fi once again.
        And on 13th June, when I played a pc game at medium graphics for 1 hour and after shutting it down, I wanted to open word, so I clicked on the "Type here to search", and was shocked to find that the page was loading. I have attached the snapshot for the same as well.
        I fear that they are dillydallying the process, so that I may give up or worse they may come back and tell that the item cannot be returned anymore. Please help me in getting this laptop returned and the amount refunded. The amount I paid is my one month salary. Please help me in getting a resolution soon.

          It's been six days since I requested the HP customer team. I placed an order for a new HP laptop on 4th June and it was delivered on 7th June. The battery wasn't charging from its initial state, and the laptop and HP site showed that it needs replacement. I bought a laptop and it was already broken. rather than assisting me on its priority and replacing my laptop with the new unit, the concerned person is saying that they are not getting the approval for replacement but can change my battery. I don't want my battery to change. I want my unit to be replaced. I want a new unit and if that's too much inconvenience, m I would like my money back. Dell definitely will provide better service than this. I did not expect this kind of experience and service from HP.

            My name is Jatin Harisinghani from Mumbai,

            I purchased a laptop from HP 15t-dw200 CTO

            I am facing touch issue with the laptop since a week now and no one from HP is helping me
            Today[protected] there was an technician visit from HP which is the second since I purchased the laptop and he did saw the issue in person and placed an order for screen replacement but as my laptop is from UAE now they are telling me to contact USA for the same, I am situated in India
            My warranty is still active but why should I do this hassel, they just told me to contact and resolve the issue by myself
            I paid 60k for the laptop this is the service I am getting, I called like ample of times but no one is there to help, and according to their attitude they don't want to replace the screen

                            Since past few months I am in touch with ur company to resolve hanging problem of laptop which is in warranty period, no doubt ur service is provided but it is on hit n trail process and goes in vain as Instructed to install External RAM, it was done with three RAM time to time but problem is as it is.
                            So it is needed to diagnose the cause then resolve hanging problem.
                            It is most important n urgent before warranty lapse.
                            Hope u will understand how important online work is in this corona period.
                            Kindly oblige for the best service so that company name n fame may not be effected in other means or some hard steps .

                              I brought this product at 01/03/2021 and within just one month it stopped working. I registered a complaint at 4/04/2021 regarding its power issue, since then no action is taken by hp. I'm trying very hard to contact them but no one is responding properly.

                                I purchased the HP i3 10Generation laptop on 1jan 2021 and I also extend the warranty of 2 years and now I have a total 3 years warranty .And I have a problem in touchpad . But HP India support email me that any hardware problems not covered in warranty but as per the warranty status in the initially 6 months Hardware parts will be provided but that's not true.
                                and now I have to pay for my touchpad problem .
                                Very worst kind of facilities provided to customers.
                                do not increase the warranty at any cost.

                                    I purchased online HP m126 printer and after in first day use printer not working. Continue after 0ne try technician visited and after checking told there is problem of capacitor and Hp only cover software warranty no any hardware warranty. after 10 day received the quotation of Eight thousand for repairing .
                                    very shocking for me for Rs 15000.00 printer in one day use i have to pay Rs. 8000.

                                      I have purchased HP laptop from thrissur ( kerala ) from the branch of southern computers. Warrenty will end on 5 th may 2021. Due to lockdown shops nd service centers are not open, shops are opened on june. Now they are telling warrenty ended on may 5 th 2021 and cannot extend it. Laptop has some issues in display. I want to replace it or service it at free cost.

                                        This is to bring to your notice that I have been treated miserably by HP

                                        I purchased Hp Pavilion x 360 in June 2020 with the extended warranty of 3 years.

                                        I had lodged a complaint for a broken LCD on 22th May 2021 at the customer care number[protected], the Case Id was generated and a technician was sent 24th May 2021... after taking the details the technician visited with the new LCD on 28thMay 2021 and replaced the damaged LCD/display with the new one.
                                        Once he finished doing he realised that the camera was not working. He told me to reset the laptop so that the drivers will get updated and the camera will start working as normal. But that reset did not help.

                                        We called HP customer care number[protected] again on Saturday 29thMay2021 to complain about the same. The lady on the call told us that she has taken down all the details and a technician will be sent in 48 hrs to rectify the same. But we received no calls from Hp or the technician for the next 3 days. So we again called HP customer care number[protected] on 3rd June 2021 to highlight our problem. A person named Joel answered and told us to our surprise that the Case ID is not updated with the camera problem, it still displays the complaint for LCD and has been marked as closed. This was shocking as the front line customer support team had just wasted our time. We had to again repeat the entire detail of our problem to him and he was helpful to raise a work order for this issue.

                                        Since then I have been sending reminder mails on [protected]@hp.com raising my concern but haven't received a single reply for any of my mails.Never expected Hp to be so irresponsible.

                                        on 7th June I again called up HP customer care number[protected] to find out the status of my complaint and insisted on speaking to the Ops manager. Soumesh the front line engineer transferred my call to Manami- the Team Lead as told by her and advised me mark a mail on this email id consumersupport.in @hp.com and also provide me with Deepesh Deokar number -[protected], who is leading Maharashtra with System support, but as expected this person does not seem interested in answering customer calls. This shows how irresponsible a person he is and he is authorised for the entire Maharashtra.

                                        This laptop was purchased for my child for his online classes, his teacher marks him absent if the camera is not on. My child has to suffer for no fault of his and has to go through all this mental trauma.I am solely holding HP responsible for this and you are answerable incase if things go beyond control

                                        I have decided to take this up legally and on a social media platform as this is not what a customer deserves. My product is under a 3 years extended warranty which also covers accidental damage. if my problem cant be resolved i request a replacement of my product or a full refund

                                        today is 10th June no response from HP
