    Dear Sir,

    My HP Gas consumer no.622097. HP Gas Distributor : Virupaksha Hp Gas, Address: No: 12, Khatha No: 153, Kalkere, Hormavu, Ramamurthy Nagar, Main Roade, Bangalore, Karnataka-560043, India

    Every time delivery boy demands Rs. 50/- for delivering gas.
    If not paid Rs 50/- as an extra, gas Cylinder is not providing.

    Kindly do the needful for the same.

      which was sold by Indospirit private limited, but from the second day on ward my lap top was getting over heated regarding that i complain many times but they are replayng that its normal but it is not so i requested you to look into the mater as i am not able to work

        Hello Team,

        I bought HP notebook (15) around 1.5 years back but was facing massive performance issue, so as per the guidance I reset the laptop which enhanced the performance to a bit extent but now I am being asked to enter the product key while opening any Microsoft apps like word etc. I tried reaching the team over WhatsApp but not getting any response (+[protected], Is there anyone who can help me out in resolving the issue ?

          This is to bring to your notice that I have been treated miserably by HP

          I purchased Hp Pavilion x 360 in June 2020 with the extended warranty of 3 years.

          I had lodged a complaint for a broken LCD on 22th May 2021 at the customer care number[protected], the Case Id was generated and a technician was sent 24th May 2021... after taking the details the technician visited with the new LCD on 28thMay 2021 and replaced the damaged LCD/display with the new one.
          Once he finished doing he realised that the camera was not working. He told me to reset the laptop so that the drivers will get updated and the camera will start working as normal. But that reset did not help.

          We called HP customer care number[protected] again on Saturday 29thMay2021 to complain about the same. The lady on the call told us that she has taken down all the details and a technician will be sent in 48 hrs to rectify the same. But we received no calls from Hp or the technician for the next 3 days. So we again called HP customer care number[protected] on 3rd June 2021 to highlight our problem. A person named Joel answered and told us to our surprise that the Case ID is not updated with the camera problem, it still displays the complaint for LCD and has been marked as closed. This was shocking as the front line customer support team had just wasted our time. We had to again repeat the entire detail of our problem to him and he was helpful to raise a work order for this issue.

          Since then I have been sending reminder mails on [protected]@hp.com raising my concern but haven't received a single reply for any of my mails.Never expected Hp to be so irresponsible.

          Today is 7th June I again called up HP customer care number[protected] to find out the status of my complaint and insisted on speaking to the Ops manager. Soumesh the front line engineer transferred my call to Manami- the
          Team Lead as told by her and advised me mark a mail on this email id that i have addressed to and also provide me with Deepesh Deokar number
          -[protected], who is leading Maharashtra with System support, but as expected this person does not seem interested in answering customer calls.
          This shows how irresponsible a person he is and he is authorised for the entire Maharashtra.

          *This laptop was purchased for my child for his online classes, his teacher marks him absent if the camera is not on. My child has to suffer for no fault of his and has to go through all this mental trauma.I am solely holding HP responsible for this and you are answerable incase if things go beyond control*

          *I have decided to take this up legally and on a social media platform as this is not what a customer deserves. My product is under a 3 years extended warranty which also covers accidental damage. I need my laptop in full working condition . Failure to do so you will be entitled to either replace the device or give me a complete refund for the same.*

          HP HAS PUT THE BLAME ON AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE . SO THE FIGHT IS BETWEEN HP AND HP SERVICE CENTRE ...CUSTOMER PROBLEM IS COMPLETELY IGNORED...WHO IS SUFFERING ...THE CUSTOMER.

            I bought an hp pavillion laptop 15-ec1052AX online in the specifications it was written as having a GTX 1650 Ti graphics card but after receiving the laptop when i checked the GPU in the system it was only a GTX 1650 with out a Ti written so should i ask for a replacement or should i take it to the service centre pls reply

              I have purchased my laptop in month of April and from day one I am facing hanging issue and I have contacted HP customer care and also service center near by and didn't got issue resolved and they are making the words there and there .and now they are not even concert about my issue .they are delay there service by saying "wait of 24-48 hours" and "we are escalating the mail to higher team" .it have been 2 months still I didn't got any response or answer from there end
              I request the consumerforum to look after this case and help me to get my solution.

                I booked cylendre for home delivery on 27th May 2021. but not yet deliver.
                But it seems like derived on 29th May 2021.
                to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with Ambika hp gas agency. Mulugu.

                          I purchased laptop HP15S DU3060TX in APRIL there are too many issues as follows which are not resolved even after going to authorized service center

                          issues :
                          1 slow system processing takes two minutes to start even Microsoft apps takes too much time to function properly
                          2 System gets heat up even when installed google chrome
                          3 Battery backup issue is still persisting

                          KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY AS IT IS HAMPERING MY STUDIES..

                              Greetings of the day!!

                              With great disappointment I would like to reiterate the issue which I have faced with regards to EMI after purchase of my HP laptop and printer.

                              I have purchased my laptop DTD 21/12/2020 from HP store GIP mall Noida and it was informed to me that the offer was going on HDFC credit card with 0% interest and EMI's will be distributed in six installments. The total amount was 78700/-. Sales executive informed me that I would be charged 13114.36/- as my EMI amount which is mentioned in my charge slip. However the amount that has been charged to me was 80076/- for six months.

                              It was totally a fradulent done with me. Yesterday I called up to HDFC Bank and they said that they have charged interest on my laptop and asked me to speak to merchant (HP world).

                              I have attached all my charge slip along with my credit card statements(5 months). June statement have not been generated but I have paid and amount of 13201/-.

                              Now please tell me who will be responsible for this fraud that has been done with me. Either HP or HDFC bank..

                              Hence I kindly request you to please refund my additional amount which has been charged to me.

                              I would be grateful to you .

                              Really disappointed by the service.

                                  I purchased HP Omen laptop 5 months back. 2 weeks back one of the keys from the keyboard got out from the keyboard and when I tried to put it back it’s not stopping there. My unit is in warranty and still they are not repairing it. They told me that I have to get the whole top cover replaced which will cost around 10-12k.

                                    Bought a desktop from HP in around September 2019, since then i had get it repaired twice..in April 2020 and again in September 2020. Now it's not working again. Everytime it goes to repair, center takes more than a month. I'm extremely frustrated with this desktop. Bought extended warranty. Use very safely. Despite of everything i have to send the desktop to service center after every 6 months. Please bought back this desktop
