I purchased an HP All in one computer.it worked fine for about 2 years. All of a sudden it failed to start. I took it to an HP Authorized repair centre in Thane near Mumbai. First they told me that the motherboard will have to be replaced which would cost around Rs.18000. I consented to the repairs / replacement. After 2 weeks they told me that they are unable to get a new motherboard and the computer cannot be repaired. They have returned the system to me in the same faulty condition. Also they charged me Rs. 1800 for diagnosis of repair which is an eventual loss to me

    MY LAPTOP - HP LAPTOP 14cm0X1234, , Serial no -5CG952721R, Product no -8GA09PA#ACJ, I have complaining Hp Customer care support since 1 months to resolve my Battery Problems actually, when Firstly complaint to Hp Customer care their Technical Department checked and tested the battery and diagonstics also, then its observed that My battery is to be change to a new battery, They told that the They will send the Engineer but still today there nobody visited my home from hp to servicing, They are not listening and not taking my complaints, I am A Civil Engineering Student, I have to attend my all classes by online but due to bad condition of Laptop Battery, I am facing many problems to studying, and nor HP responcing to my complaints,
    HP is the very selfish company they sell their products on fake informations and fake commentments they are moving back to servicing. please help me to continue my study.

        Due to serious malfunctioning of the laptop and after scrutiny by the HP technician at their service facility, the product was declared by HP as DOA. As I had bought the product from Flipkart, they refused to replace the product but to refund the money. I had taken up the issue with HP and as a product company, they show helplessness and not ready to replace. How does HP honor the warranty and replacing a faulty product which HP has declared as malfunctioning? Shouldn't HP take responsibility and replace the product directly?

        I would request HP to look into my issue and replace the product and take ownership for selling a malfunctioning product. Complaint number is [protected]. Escalating to Service Head @ HP is not giving any result.

            Had purchased a laptop in May-20. Since Oct-Nov, I have been facing issues with the laptop. Earlier the battery backup was more than 4 hrs but lately the backup dropped to 2 hrs. Reinstalled the OS & performed all the steps as mentioned by HP support on Whatsapp. Nothing resolved the issue. Also the laptop used to shut down when in power saver mode.
            After complaining on Twitter, HP support engineer visited my place & replaced the battery. But the issue was not resolved. Then he tried replacing the mother board 3 times but the part received every time was faulty. Then I submitted my laptop to their service center. The issue was not resolved, instead the LAN port was broken & anti skid strip was also missing.
            Now I can see that they have closed my case & are not responding to my calls. The HP service head has also stopped responding to my mails.
            Not sure what to do. Awaiting help from HP. If this forum can support it will really helpful

            I had stated facing issues with the laptop since Dec-20. No service was provided at home as earlier mentioned on the warranty. The battery backup had reduced to 2 hours instead of earlier 5 hours. Also when ever the laptop's lid was opened instead of coming out from the sleep mode it used to shutdown. In Jan-21 the engineer visited my residence & replaced the battery mentioning it is battery issue. This did not resolve the issue. Then the engineer said that the motherboard is faulty & tried replacing the mother board 3 times. But all the motherboards that he brought had some or the other issue. Then I handed over the laptop at the service center & they reinstalled windows & said that the issue is resolved. Even when this did not resolve the issue. They changed the mother board. The MB was ok but the issue was not resolved. The engineer said he wanted to carry the laptop to the service center. He kept the same for more than 2 weeks & has reinstalled Windows & handed it over to me. The issue is yet not resolved. Pathetic after sales service from HP. Awaiting for a resolution for past 5 months now. The earlier Grievance number raised has been closed without resolving the issue. If HP cannot resolve the issue I need HP to hand me over a new latest laptop. I have 2 more laptops from HP but have lost my confidence in their service.

            I was in discussion with the HP support CRT team name Ashutosh from 26-Apr-21. He said he will keep talking to me on daily basis. Post taking the IDR, I was advised it was an battery issue. The person visited on 07-May-21 changed the battery & tried but the issue still persists. Post which I have not received any call from him. I am not sure about the status. It is clear from past 6 months that it is neither a battery issue nor motherboard issue. I have been requesting HP to hand over a new laptop because of the mental torture that I have gone through for past 6 months.

            Awaiting a positive response from your end. I have raised an issue in the National Consumer Helpline # 2703262 & #2585238

              I bought this product from Vijay sales Invoice number-KH-S-SI9519 ON 03.03.2020. I am getting problem since I bought this product. It is too much slow even cant support basic browsing.
              I visited 2 times vijay sales they said you need to have online support then I took online HP support case numbers are-
              1)[protected] CRM:[protected]they said you should go for 512 memory and 4GB RAM
              2) [protected]---they said our senior will call me but nobody calls and even replied on emails what to do.
              3) I visited HP centre Vashi, he said this is worst laptop and needs HP should provide it with 8GB RAM and SSD. He said they will also charge Rs 1200 with Rs 7000 for SSD and RAM.

              Why HP is selling this kind of product which cant even sopport basic browsing and now I am suffering from 11 months nobody is replying.

              I have no other option to put this on consumer complaints. I have only confidence in court to provide me my solution for the same.

                I've purchased a USB Drive from HP last month through Flipkart which stopped working last week after extreme heating. I contacted HP multiple times regarding this issue and every time they provided me with alternative numbers, which they claimed to be of some authorised service centres near my place; but when contacted most of them who were authorised service centres for HP don't service usb drives and some of them were not at all related to HP in any manner. I tried whatsapp chatting, virtual assistant, voice call and even email, nothing worked. They were not much concerned about my issue. It's been more than a week now and nobody has reverted so far with any solution.

                  I have purchased HP(HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0050TX Convertible) laptop through Amazon on Aug-31. It's functioning very slow. Even opening a browser or a folder will take close to a minute. I am really unhappy with the speed of the laptop and request you help fix the issue.

                      Hello Sir-We purchased a HP Notebook - 14s-cf3074tu laptop model from Amazon India invoice No: IN-BOM[protected] on 16th DECEMBER 2020. & was delivered on 18th december 2020 .After 15 DAYS (i.e. 2nd Jan '21) the laptop started giving troubles(Boot Device Not Found). We lodged a complaint with HP on 4th Jan '21 with Case no [protected]..at first the Technician told us we would get a replacement since this happened within a month but later reinstalled OS on the system & Said it would work fine .Again, on 1st Feb'21, the same error popped up on the screen & i logged in a complaint on 3rd Feb '21 with case No [protected] requesting them for a replacement as my son's academic year was dependent on this system working fine as he would be preparing his project work for 12th CBSE to submit same to the boards. We felt the system had some problems as it broke down twice in 45 days . though this could have been replaced in the first instance itself and saved us this agony.
                      Dear HP Team, at the time of purchase I had many options but I instructed my son to go for H.P. laptop with a trust that its a good brand. Now I think it was my wrong decision. The frequent problems with the laptop and harassment accordingly has changed my view. My purpose to write you this letter is to seek advice in this regard and to know who is responsible for this problem/situation.A) The manufacturer (H.P.) who has no control over quality.
                      B) The service engineers who could not find out the fault upto 1 week and still not sure that it will work properly
                      C) The customer- who wasted this valuable time talking to your customer service Executives and suffered mental irritation accordingly.

                      I recently underwent an BYPASS Surgery & request you to intervene and get us a replacement of this product and again restore my Faith in HP.

                        I had purchased a HP laptop on 25th November, 2020 and was facing a screen blackout issue in the device.

                        The technician tried to resolve the issue virtually with remote access and later by visiting my residence. Recently the technician has visited my place on 4th of Feb, 2021 but still the problem persists.

                        I have been logging in complaints since the date of purchase. Initially to the dealer Amagee Computers Pvt. Ltd, Kandivalli (W) later directly to Hp.

                        I am facing lot of difficulties because of the blackout and even technicians are unable to rectify the same. Earlier the blackout was for 30 seconds and now it is extended to 1 minute.

                        Since the piece is very much in warranty I want it to be replaced as soon as possible.

                            Hello Team,

                            It was really a bad experience for me with HP 15S-GR0010AU Where I have lost complete trust in HP I will even say you reasons for things that happened to me seriously I have messed up with HP Products and HP services which are very pathetic.

                            *Day on[protected] I have purchased the laptop It was not working properly I have taken to HP service center( Shop no.307, 3rd Floor, Near Paradise Circle Jade Arcade, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) they have figured out that was defective order and take a time of 15 days and replaced the unit.

                            *Again after getting the new unit I have faced three different types of the issue where there is no charger in the box as I have asked the same thing with the store person of HP Store ( Chenoy Trade Center, Shop No 10, Gr. Flr, Park Ln, near Park Hotel, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) The person in the store just said that sometimes there will be charges missing in the box such a useless guy and very wrest person, and the other issues were my camera is not working and the mic is not working at all as it was the new unit I was still facing the issue and I am not able to work with my office because of HP.

                            *I need my complete refund of the product and I will return you the unit and we need loss of pay or compensation from HP as my company has not paid me a salary for a month because of HP TEAM.

                                After installation of original cartage in printer .
                                We get the massege " install black cartage "

                                we have taken many time online assistance and follow all the instruction given by the engineer .
                                Even than the above massege " install black cartage" shows frequently.

                                So please reslove the issues as soon as possible

                                  I try to reach the hp call center two time for the back panel and jack problem but still there is no action taken. I have submit complaint in 21st january with case number [protected] but no action has been taker.Then again i have submitted the complaint on 1st febuary with case number [protected] and still there is no response.So kindly resolve this issue as early as possible

                                    Sir i recently purshase a hp14s i3 10Generation laptop on 25 jan 2021 from chroma saket. After the use of 1 day the laptop was creating a issue like heating problem, hanging and slow processing. Then i will complain a hp service center they check my newly laptop and told me in this laptop please increase a ram and insert a ssd. But this newly laptop why are hanging and running slow? Hp is not solve my problem.
                                    I am getting very upset with this product.

                                      HP post sales service is worst to worst because hp has sold all the
                                      process to the outsiders cheap class organisations like SYSNET
                                      TVS ELECTRONICS, WIPRO and they are spoiling the name of hp
                                      drastically without any doubt

                                      CRT ---- CSTOMER ( KAST KHA KHA KE MAAR ) RELATIONSHIP TEAM
                                      these are hopeless people and can only give you assurance but wont do anything for you and they are not the high level team they are low level people only level 0 employees pesticides and with a supervisor of their level itself they are not high level dummies,
                                      generally i have came across with one mentally ill and ### lady who requires a immediate treatment called DIPIKA DAS (an outsider of wipro ) from sysnet and she behaves to be the hp manager and troubling me like anything this dummy women dont know the onsite and offsite warranty meaning and speak all rubbish things .

                                      I m so irritated that i have started the legal action on them see the condition of CUSTOMER is that the issue went to police station because o[censored]nskilled labour and unprofessional people please hp throw them out of organisation such type of worst and mentally ill people and other one is kaushik guta of wipro hidding from me they dont have the capability to face me only they can make excuses and fool others,

                                      NOW the situation is so worsening that
                                      I m feeling cheated with hp and outsiders sysnet are betraying me and leaving no further option to go to local police station and start the legal proceeding if you can resolve my case that will be quiere appreciated.
