Hi
I had purchased a HP laptop on 25th November, 2020 and was facing a screen blackout issue in the device.

The technician tried to resolve the issue virtually with remote access and later by visiting my residence. Recently the technician has visited my place on 4th of Feb, 2021 but still the problem persists.

I have been logging in complaints since the date of purchase. Initially to the dealer Amagee Computers Pvt. Ltd, Kandivalli (W) later directly to Hp.

I am facing lot of difficulties because of the blackout and even technicians are unable to rectify the same. Earlier the blackout was for 30 seconds and now it is extended to 1 minute.

Since the piece is very much in warranty I want it to be replaced as soon as possible.

      Hello Team,

      It was really a bad experience for me with HP 15S-GR0010AU Where I have lost complete trust in HP I will even say you reasons for things that happened to me seriously I have messed up with HP Products and HP services which are very pathetic.

      *Day on[protected] I have purchased the laptop It was not working properly I have taken to HP service center( Shop no.307, 3rd Floor, Near Paradise Circle Jade Arcade, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) they have figured out that was defective order and take a time of 15 days and replaced the unit.

      *Again after getting the new unit I have faced three different types of the issue where there is no charger in the box as I have asked the same thing with the store person of HP Store ( Chenoy Trade Center, Shop No 10, Gr. Flr, Park Ln, near Park Hotel, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) The person in the store just said that sometimes there will be charges missing in the box such a useless guy and very wrest person, and the other issues were my camera is not working and the mic is not working at all as it was the new unit I was still facing the issue and I am not able to work with my office because of HP.

      *I need my complete refund of the product and I will return you the unit and we need loss of pay or compensation from HP as my company has not paid me a salary for a month because of HP TEAM.

          We get the massege " install black cartage "

            I try to reach the hp call center two time for the back panel and jack problem but still there is no action taken. I have submit complaint in 21st january with case number [protected] but no action has been taker.Then again i have submitted the complaint on 1st febuary with case number [protected] and still there is no response.So kindly resolve this issue as early as possible

              Sir i recently purshase a hp14s i3 10Generation laptop on 25 jan 2021 from chroma saket. After the use of 1 day the laptop was creating a issue like heating problem, hanging and slow processing. Then i will complain a hp service center they check my newly laptop and told me in this laptop please increase a ram and insert a ssd. But this newly laptop why are hanging and running slow? Hp is not solve my problem.
              I am getting very upset with this product.

                HP post sales service is worst to worst because hp has sold all the
                process to the outsiders cheap class organisations like SYSNET
                TVS ELECTRONICS, WIPRO and they are spoiling the name of hp
                drastically without any doubt

                CRT ---- CSTOMER ( KAST KHA KHA KE MAAR ) RELATIONSHIP TEAM
                these are hopeless people and can only give you assurance but wont do anything for you and they are not the high level team they are low level people only level 0 employees pesticides and with a supervisor of their level itself they are not high level dummies,
                generally i have came across with one mentally ill and ### lady who requires a immediate treatment called DIPIKA DAS (an outsider of wipro ) from sysnet and she behaves to be the hp manager and troubling me like anything this dummy women dont know the onsite and offsite warranty meaning and speak all rubbish things .

                I m so irritated that i have started the legal action on them see the condition of CUSTOMER is that the issue went to police station because o[censored]nskilled labour and unprofessional people please hp throw them out of organisation such type of worst and mentally ill people and other one is kaushik guta of wipro hidding from me they dont have the capability to face me only they can make excuses and fool others,

                    FEEDBACK ABOUT YOUR SHOPS IN STATE CAPITALS ONLY means service center i termed them as shops actually they are not service centers they are shops last Thursday i went to that shop with police where people were looking to us and i found a wrong info was provided by the service center to cops, and the shop was very untidy full of dust broken chairs and no proper Accomodation it was a poky size shop where an uncivilized and worst and weird people of sysnet Gaurav PEGMAR kids was shouting on customers for defending themselves . the shop was very untidy and unorganised and with uncivilised people and unskilled technician

                      On 17.12.2020 the technician visited to my place onsite and has not fixed the unit properly and later to that after 2 days the bottom case
                      screws are coming out and i have fixed the bottom case screws but for inside screws i require a technician to fix it out and because of that i can see a gap is forming at the right hand side of the hinges
                      so immediately i want a technician visit to my site this issue i reported to c3 on 21 .12.2020 but till now no body is sending the technician because the technician has to come in their cost worst services by
                      sysnet---- ( A THIRD CLASS AND THIRD RATED COMPANY WHERE
                      PEOPLE USED TO WORK IN TRUELY A SLAVE FORMAT )

                      AND MY CASE WAS DECODED
                      means a wrong input was provided to hp and crt
                      which is an offence generally these outsiders are spoiling the name
                      of hp and they are doing drastically no doubt,

                      Hopeless crt is intentionally not doing anything the supervisor kaushik gupta is talking with double standard and taking a type of revenge from me which is very painful and unprofessional shame on them I did my biggest mistake in my life that i invested 100000
                      inr in hp and being very good in IT i m suffering like anything .

                      I pledge that if my complaint was not opened and technician is not
                      alligned to me immediately i will not purchase any product of hp in my life if i will not get justice by this platform through customer support of hp .

                          The complaint has not been resolved only a dummy conformation mail i got that the company with contact you further to again fool me the problem still exists how these cheap class people can mark the complaint as resolved very much depressing and harrasing people of hp / sysnet, wipro . THE PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY IF WE DO ONE THING PLS remove Dipika das crt assistant from my case an assistant of sysnet worst organisation she is taking revenge from me actually she is mentally ill and immediate require a mental treatment .                             We purchase a desktop from Hp authorized dealer in alwar on 28/07/2020 and they tell us a google home mini free with it and it deliver by the company directly at our address but till date we can't received it and we raise many complain about it but there are no response from your side now we take some legal action against company and the dealer and we also tell the people on social media and print media not to purchase any hp product because the done the false promises and not to fulfill it.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I RAHUL KUMAR purchase a hp ink tank 500 printer, Which serial number is CN0C53S5SQ and same is delivered today 20 Jan 2020. Before purchase i contact with Mr. Chitpriya who is the executive from HP and he quide me when the printer is delivered, i have call on this number[protected] and technician came to my destination and install the same at my present adress, but now when the printer is deleivered today, I call on the above number, Now the executive says no technician provide by the Hp company . I am totally ignorant about the installation process and i do not install this printer myself. So kindly provide the technician at my venue as early as possible and provide reason why Mr. Chittpriya give me wrong information regarding the instalation process.

                                      I am very sorry to say that, ​I am continuously facing the inconvenience and mental agony since purchase (purchase date : 11.01.2021) the HP product.

                                      The Engineer from Syfnet (HP Tech support) visited today at my house and thoroughly checked my newly purchased printer. As per his statement, some manufacturing defect/hardware related issue is there in "colour print head".

                                      Now from today's (20.01.2021) afternoon onward the print of the colour document is surprisingly totally stopped further.

                                      In this regard kindly arrange to replace this defective printer immediately.

                                      The visited engineer's service call report, Printer purchased TAX invoice is enclosed herewith.

                                        I have order 2 HP pendrive on 28 Dec 2020 from flipkart.
                                        It looks like original hp pendrive but data transfer speed worst.
                                        Transfer speed goes upto 5-6 Mbps and immediately come down to 0-5 Kbps.
                                        I am not sure if the produce is defective or duplicate.
                                        I have order 2 flash drives(similar) same issue in both. trying to connect HP support center.
