It was really a bad experience for me with HP 15S-GR0010AU Where I have lost complete trust in HP I will even say you reasons for things that happened to me seriously I have messed up with HP Products and HP services which are very pathetic.
*Day on[protected] I have purchased the laptop It was not working properly I have taken to HP service center( Shop no.307, 3rd Floor, Near Paradise Circle Jade Arcade, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) they have figured out that was defective order and take a time of 15 days and replaced the unit.
*Again after getting the new unit I have faced three different types of the issue where there is no charger in the box as I have asked the same thing with the store person of HP Store ( Chenoy Trade Center, Shop No 10, Gr. Flr, Park Ln, near Park Hotel, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003 ) The person in the store just said that sometimes there will be charges missing in the box such a useless guy and very wrest person, and the other issues were my camera is not working and the mic is not working at all as it was the new unit I was still facing the issue and I am not able to work with my office because of HP.
*I need my complete refund of the product and I will return you the unit and we need loss of pay or compensation from HP as my company has not paid me a salary for a month because of HP TEAM.
