I purchased one hp ink tank 319 printer on 22 april 2019 from a reseller in laxmi nagar, delhi, india vide invoic number 526 of the same date. It was running quite well when one day in november, i got an error. It was a printhead error. I complained for the same to hp customer care. They sent their executive, but when the executive visited my premises, the printer started working fine and he didn't need to do anything.
But, after some days, 3 december, to be precise, the same problem occurred again. As i had to go out of station on an emergency, i contacted the customer care monday, 9 december 2019 to lodge the complaint. To my surprise, they told that the printer was out of warranty. When i informed them about the purchase date, they asked me to mail the copy of the invoice along with the bar code on the printer. I mailed them the required details.
After a day, i received the call from customer care asking if the printer was exchanged to which i told them in negative. The customer care people asked me to contact the dealer and question him if it was an exchanged printer. I tried to contact the dealer, but i didn't get any positive response,
My question is why should i suffer for anything like this when i have purchased an hp product on a genuine invoice.
But the customer care people are insisting that i ask the dealer to contact hp.
Can any one suggest me the solution?

I have already mailed the scanned copy of the bill and the bar code of printer to hp. Why asking again and again!!!

It is almost a month now that I have put my complain on this forum. I received a call from HP that they are looking into the matter. I just don't know how much time they require to resolve this small issue in which the Copies of original purchase invoice also has been forwarded to them.

The are still saying that it is a printer that was replaced. I fail to understand, if they replaced this printer, how come I have the purchase invoice of this printer with it Serial Number?
I get a BIG LESSON in this case. I would never go by the Reputation of the Company, but will heed to the Retailers suggestions as in this case my retail had suggested to go for a printer of some other Company, but somehow, that time I had a belief that HP is a better company. Dealers have the best experience and so they know better as to which company will give better services.
I don't know what to do now. Does some one out there have any suggestion?

    I have bought a new machine hp-15-da0327tu ci3-7th (7100u)/4gb-4 8471/1tb/win-10/15.6"hfd/mso h & s 5ay25pa) silver cnd 92133yz from kp infotech add jd-2a, sfs flats, pitam pura delhi on[protected] vide bill no. Kpipp/19-20/0691.

    Machine is very slow it took 15-25 minutes to start and while working the system got hang. Not satisfied with the performance of the machine. But i had been made lot of promise and assurance about the performance of the machine at the time of sale. I feel i have been cheated.

    if your laptop comes with 8gb ddr4 2400mhz. then we can expect the little bit performance only.

    disable the startup objects and items .
    uninstall waste, bloatwares from control panel.

    delete schedule tasks.
    use cleaner software delete Registry keys

      Extremely poor, unprofessional and worst technical support you will come across. I have purchased spectre 502 and one of the worst product in market. For more than a week they keep on escalating the trouble and assurances they keep on fooling the customer. My sincerest of advice to all those interested in buying costly laptops with cheapest quality one should avoid hp.

      Extremely poor quality products sold by hp and worst technical support you will come across anywhere. I had purchased hp spectre which is under warranty and waiting for past 15 days to resolve the problem. The support is extremely lousy and sub standard with which you will run out of patience. They are good enough for cheap products but never ever think of purchasing high end products from hp. No one listens or bother about service leave as customer support

      Hp support or laptops are good enough for cheap paatri chaap products but not for premium and high quality products. The spare parts are not available and support is for namesake. If one comes in contact with them you will realize that worst comes worst service is at your disposal

        I was not delivered gas cylinders for the past 2 months despite booking. My bookings were cancelled by them after a long time without any information. So i submitted an application for transfer of my gas connection to indane gas agency. Despite having given an application for transfer, the employee surrendered my connection and also deducted ₹350 from my deposited cash as i could not submit my previous gas regulator. When i told the employee that she had done a mistake regarding my application as it was for transfer but she surrendered my connection then she misbehaved and told me to do whatever i can but now that she has done a mistake it can't be changed. After telling her multiple times to make a transfer paper according to my previous consumer number, she made transfer papers for a new connection due to which instead of ₹1400 i had to submit ₹3345 as the deposit money for new connection. All this took 10 days and i had to visit the gas agency multiple times by taking leave from my work and face the misbehavior of the employee. This mentally and physically harassed me. Kindly look after the matter if this is the right way of transferring my gas connection.

          I visited to iqor apple service center on 12 aug, 19 to install new batter worth rs 4000 (And 1500 service charge) in iphone 6s. Its performence after 3months and 20 days is even poor then my old battery. When i complaint to executive they told me that it has only three months warrenty. They did not told me about timing to replace at the time when they changed the battery. It simply means at the worth of rs 5500 i got a battery which is even worse than my old one. Even asked for original charger they provided some other company product. I requesting to the company plz provide my old battery i[censored] can't help me out regarding this matter. [protected]

            I had purchased a hp pavilion laptop with comes with the b&o support by which we can redeem b&o headphones. Also i paid a certain amount for the headphones and now all their helplines are closed and not responding to any of my complaints. It's about 14 to 15 weeks and they always delayed by saying that your date for the headphones was 8 weeks after purchasing. So please kindly look into this matter. Or i want my refund for the amount i paid for the headphones

              I have purchased a laptop from the hp store on july 4th, 2019 with back to college offer which said we get bang & olufsen headphones worth 25000 rupees for an extra 2999 with the purchased laptop which i did pay (54000=2999). Now its more than 4 months and i haven't received the headphones yet. Customer service is of no use. Whenever i call them to the redemption cell (So-called their offer redemption contact center) they always say it takes another 15days. This happened to me more than 3 times. Now they are not at all responding about this. I contacted the hp customer service too but they came up saying this is not the redemption team and i have to contact the redemption team which is of no use as they keep saying another 15 days and that's it. I have all the proofs of claim approval and everything.
              Kindly help.

                This is with reference to continual worst service experience with hp india in 2018 and now again. I purchased a hp pavilion x360 laptop in feb 2018.
                In may, 2018, i registered a complaint on display problem which was later on resolved after 4 months followup in aug 2018 (Case id: [protected] / wo[protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] / [protected] /[protected]). During this period, my display was changed atleast 4 times for troubleshooting and finally in aug-2018.

                Now recently, on 21 oct-2019, i registered a complaint of gap betweeen display and back panel (Case id [protected]). After long followup, the case was handed over to 3rd party and thereafter to mr. Sandeep sharma (Partner account manager-north) and mr. Dhiraj. However, case is rejected mentioning reason as unintentional damage by customer without explaining even a single proof of physical damage.

                Since i registered complaint, none of the hp customer care person nor hp technical team contacted me for the issue. Its like everytime customer following up for the issue. I am extremely unhappy with kind of service offered by hp and highly disappointed with hp product. I feel i have wasted out my hard earned money on hp product whose service are pathetic and sameway product quality. Till now, i have followed with hp team like cats and dogs however complaint is still unattended with wrong justification.

                I have contacted hp india top level management via mail, twitter. However, they have kept mum on the issue till now.

                I feel cheated and disappointed from hp services. Due to constant detoriating issue, it seems i have to shell out my pocket to resolve the issue

                This is completely loot.

                  I buy a laptop one month ago and from starting there is a problem in the display,, display becomes blurry in a few minutes after i start my pc.. I need to restart the pc again n again to solve this..
                  I contacted customer service but they are not worthy.. They don't care about customers.. They sometimes switched off their mobile phone and some time don't pick the call.

                    I purchased an hp envy 13.3 inch in october 2010 from amazon worth rs.
                    70, 000/-. Model no. 8cg9312q1x

                    I received a damaged product as the left side was dented, since 10 days replacement date was crossed so the company started blaming me for the damaged product. Not even one month passed that the computed started to overheat and there were small white colour patches on the backside of the laptop. Now the sound system is damaged and when all this has been reported to the customer care, they did not help at all, they refused the replacement and refused the assistance so much so they did even bother to assign a technician to check the machine. All they are doing is blaming me for their damaged product, hang the calls when i call the customer support and then respond to emails at their own leisure time.

                    I have been duped of rs. 70, 000/- by hp who have sold me a damaged product.

                    I will provide the photo of damaged product as and when required, since the photo size is not fitting well in the box available.

                        I have made an advance payment of Rs 1000 for base enclosure and Rs 500 for service to one of Hp service center " IT WORKS" 104. DR B.K. KAKATI ROAD ULUBARI, GUWAHATI-781007 ON 5/8/19, but till today i have neither recieved any call nor i have got my parts from IT Works. Concern person name is Kalyan Kar. This guy is not receiving my call and the service centre is permanently closed. Its been 3 month. Kindly do the needful.

                            Dear sir/madam, i m from vanjarakatte, mangalore.. Here i m giving feed back about the delivery boy.. His behavior is very rude.. He don't even wait for 3 minutes.. He fight with me with a louder voice.. He just stand outside he won'tcall us.. How we can know that he has come? He will simply go back without delivering gas.. Please don't send such impatient delivery boys who don't even respect women.. Please take action against him..

                              I was book my hp gas booking no 565152 con 617083 bkng clrd 07. Nov.2019 yaduraj gas service otp 5532 (http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill. From these link i pay for hp gas refill and my 699.40 rupees for post. Citrus pay.gov is deducted from my bank account dr 11/11/2019 and distributor say that the payment is not show on his computer. Transaction no [protected] resolve my query fast

                                I have purchased my laptop (Hp) from the reliance digital store hyderabad in the month of february.
                                And after seven months the laptop started giving me
                                Performance issues.
                                To be more precise the hard disk got crashed (Short dst failed). I immediately went back to reliance digital store but they denied to take the ownership and asked to contact the hp service center directly.
                                When i called the hp customer care to complain about the issue, they have created a complaint request i. E [protected]. And informed that technician would come and fix the issue as it is under warranty.

                                Today the technician came and just replaced the old hard disk with the new hard disk. When i have asked for the data recovery he said it is not possible from his end. When i asked him to provide me the old hard disk so that i can retrieve the data from my end because the data in my laptop was very important to me but the technician denied to give the hard disk as he has to submit it in the service center. Apart from this i am informed by technician that there is no os in my laptop and to get the os i have to again connect with hp customer care.
                                I again called back to customer care and asked them about os which the technician has advised me to do so. The customer care then sent a mail for installing the os. And to do that we need to have 32gb pendrive itseems. When i said that i don't have a pendrive they said they would be sending a hp one free of cost as this is under warranty but the courier charges (I. E it would be deliver via blue dart) has to be paid from my end. When i just checked the amount they have sent me over mail it is 1, 137.52.

                                I am seriously not understanding what the reliability of the product is
                                And when it happened in the warranty why each and every activity driving to the resolution is becoming my head ache. Why is it so?
                                And i really don't want to use this faulty product with a low performance which got failed within 7 months of the product purchase.
                                When i have requested them to replace or exchange the faulty product, being ready to bear the additional charges in purchase of a upgraded version they have been refusing from the time i had raised the complaint request.
                                Instead asking me to do the multiple activities involving in the resolution of the issue with no complete support from their end.
                                I want the replacement /exhange of this faulty product.

                                  I have purchased hp laptop on august 9 2019 and registered for hp back to college offer which includes b&o headset h4, and informed that youll get headphones within 2 months but now it has been more than 4 months from the date i have ordered this headphone but still i haven't received any information or product about that and i have mailed so many times but didnt getting any responce from your side or l haven't got any update when will they dispatch that item. Please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased a “hp pavilion notebook 15-cs2082tx” on date 25/7/2019. There was a offer of hp back to college-2019. I got registered with hp with full payment and sent all the required documents to hp redemption cell. Redemption code is nrzl583129nr and product serial no. Is 5cd9247b0y. After this i got a mail that all the entitled gifts will reach your registered address / email id within 30 days. From that onwards till today i have not received my bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. It’s has been more than 3 months and after that they assured me that it will be dispatched in 3-4 week but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item. This is not very good behavior from your end. I am a student and got mentally harassed by your support. Really got disappointed from the customer support please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased hp laptop 15q-ds0007tu on 12.06.2019. It was supplied with out any backup or recovery dvd / pen drive.in october 2019 it was not booting. I took it to hp service center at nehru place, new delhi on 26.10.2019, they confirmed that the hdd was faulty and agreed to replace with new hdd. I got it back on 02.11.2019 but without operating system. Then i contacted hp support centre for the os, they said dvd will be supplied at the cost of rs. 600 to 800 within 2 days. On 04.11.2018 i mailed to hp support centre that dvd containing operating systems is not yet supplied. But till 09.11.2019, no response from hp. I already mentioned that not only the hp systems are useless but support and services also hopeless.

                                        Couple of weeks back i bought a hp printer from an authorised shop at the time seller gave me assurance of onsite warranty but now the authorized engineer saying me, i have to visit their service centre for replcement a part and also do some formalities over there.
