It is kindly information to you. I buy a h p 15-dr008tu 7gi3 laptop on date[protected] from croma outlet. 2nd day's a laptop is not working properly, only two hour do something on it then the display of laptop didn't show anything. The laptop is not working properly.

Made a HP laptop purchase around September 2019. Back to School offer was included in this purchase where I paid extra for multiple things like extended warranty, softwares & majorly B&O Headphones. It's been 4-5 months and I still haven't received the product. Email-ed them multiple times regarding the same but they have failed to fix the issue or give a refund.

I had purchased hp omen dc 1093tx on 31-07-19 and registered for the headset. My redemption code is vbaz846286vb. They promised to dispatch the headset within 4-8 weeks. But even after the waiting period they sent another email request another 4 weeks. Still i haven't received my headset.
