I had purchased my hp pavilion x 360 13 with serial no. 8cg6343dvd, part no. Y8j06pa in the month of october 2016.
Ever since i had purchased the hp laptop, i never had the satisfaction o[censored]sing the laptop as problems started creeping up as can be seen from my case ids no. [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]. The problem faced was that the cursor was on its own functioning without even touching the touch-pad. This i came to know now that the problem is not with the touch pad but with the touch screen.
The laptop had warranty of three years and as can be seen from the service extended that temporary solution was provided so as to avoid incurring huge cost to the company as the touch screen should have been replaced instead of the touch pad thus fleecing the customer and compromising their service, which hp is very well known for.
I request through this forum to arrange to replace the touch screen free of cost as this problem had surfaced during the warranty period itself and permanent solution was not provided.
Hope, hp, india will do the needful in case customer satisfaction is their prime motto and not otherwise.

    I bought my hp laptop with back to college offer in august, 2019. I registered for the offer online after a few days and paid 5097 for all the additional things. I was told that i will receive the bang & olufson beoplay h4 headset within 4-8 weeks maximum. It has been more than 6 months now and i have still not received the headphones.
    The customer care representative says it will take more time and the inconvenience is due to issues in importing it from another country. Even though the same headset is available in india, they are not delivering it.
    Bad customer service.
    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have mis treated by executive of hp india many times. I asked them to return money as it's a damn third class laptop at price of 46 k. I got a call today that they can't refund after insulting me. I need a refund of my product.

        We have purchased a new hp z8 g4 product number: 3mj02pa workstation, after usage 2/3 days,
        We found that system is not performing as desired, processing very slowly as compare to other regular hp z420 workstation product no lj449av

        For which we have carried out speed comparison processing same job using various design/simulation softwares,

        After that we came on conclusion that new workstation speed is tremendously slow. Your support engg. Checked system configuration and required parameters as well.
        Regarding this this issue we raised the complaint to hp customer care, after checking the system hp team says that system is ok and not an issue.
        Now our question is that our old and new system is of hp only, software versions are same, work content/ job processed on both machine are same.
        Still the new system takes longer time than old workstation having delay of nearly 1.5 times then it must be a hp workstation issue.

        As the purpose of procuring this new workstation is defeated, we have to minimize the processing time, the time required to process any simple job is also 1.5 times
        More than earlier workstation. Hence, we are loosing productivity by 1.5 times.

        Hence, kindly look into this matter urgently and on top priority.

        My new HP laptop Model: Hp 15s -du0050tu bought on 31st October 2019 has got a white spot on its screen in less than a month of purchase. The spot occurred on 22 November 2019. I would request the consideration of my complain as soon as possible.

          The laptop taked the plug in for just starting 30 sec and then stops taking the charge.

          The adapter is working just fine. When i plug in the charger the charging takes only for the first 30 40 seconds and then stops charging.

          Due to which my laptop shows battery low and gets shut off in a min.

          I already have an insurance since i bought the laptop last year in july 2019.

          It is a 2 year extended warranty

          I have given my laptop to HP service center for Windows recovery that I expected would take not more than 3-5 hours and the worst part is that my notebook is pending in service center from more than a week though it is under warranty still I had to pay the service charge amount.

            I had purchased the hp laptop few months before and registered online for the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. My redemption code is cwvz180027cw, which was approved. As per the commitment the same was to be dispatched by two months but its not dispatched till date. After a series of mails, every time its promised that the item will be dispatched within next 15 days, but till date no update on that.
            Now they are stoped replying mail also.
            I hope hp india is not fooling us. Requesting immediate dispatch of the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset.

              I have purchased a hp pavilion x360 laptop on date 30/7/2019. There was a offer of hp back to college-2019. I got registered with hp with full payment and sent all the required documents to hp redemption cell. Redemption code is
              HHQC358273HH and product serial no. Is 8CG9268ZBZ. After this i got a mail that all the entitled gifts will reach your registered address / email id within 30 days. From that onwards till today i have not received my bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. It’s has been more than 5 months and after that they assured me that it will be dispatched in 7-10 working days but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item. This is not very good behavior from your end. I am a student and got mentally harassed by your support. Really got disappointed from the customer support please do take necessary action and try to dispatch that item as soon as possible.

                      I brought hp mirco sdxc mx 310 uhs i 1 (64gb) on 17/07/2019. After 5 month micro sd card not working my phone and any computer. Company promised 2 year warranty when purchased it. But now company not given serive my home town as in kanpur. I asked company what means 2 years warranty of product? Why hp company selling products memory cards in kanpur when no service center in kanpur?

                        Hp scanjet G2410 took by Warranty Support India, No.9 Nathamuni Street, T.Nagar, Chennai -17. Till date they have not repaired the product. I asked them to return back the scanner either duly rectified errors of the product or without rectifying errors of the product by phone many times. Till date no response. Thus there has been a deficiency of work on their part. I visited directly at their address, I found there is no board in name and style of "Warranty Support India" please ask them to handover the scanner.

                          We purchased b&o headphone in an offer and made payment for the same in august, 2019. It was promised that the headphones will be delivered to my provided address within 45-60 days. However, it's been more than 5 months but headphone has not been delivered yet.

                          We have followed it up multiple times and every time i am given an assurance that the headphone will be delivered within 15 days. However, there is no progress yet.

                          We trust this is not the way hp wishes to conduct the business with the customers.

                            Hi, i bought an hp notebook in the month of yjuly 2019. I have registered for “back to college offer” on aug 2019. Till last month i was able to sucessfully activated all three code (Ola, zomato and movie) but this month, dec-2019, when i tried to activate, it throws error "invalid offer code". I tried on 27th, 28 dec 19, but same error.

                              I'am a customer of hp notebook -15-da0077tx model laptop which is purchased on 07/01/2019 from hp center at oberon mall in ernakulam. Later, on 14/12/2019 there was a black spot on the display of my laptop. Then i visited hp authorized service center in kadavanthra and make a complaint (Token no:[protected]. But, from their examination on this complaint they asked money for the repairing of my laptop which is already having a warranty. Even though, the laptop have warrenty they argued that this complaint can't be include in the warrenty list. So that, from my detailed enquiry on hp service center, they informed me that, the black spot on display may be due to a pressure and it comes under the physical damage. But 100% assurance is not given by them on that particular reason. So they just blocking my warrenty without any justice which can cause a very huge loss on me. Moreover, i care my laptop very much and they opposing my benefit by arguing that it was my fault. Sincerely, it is not my fault and i humbly request you that please take necessary action for giving me the warrenty for the repairing of my laptop.

Last october i purchase one laptop and i have already tel dealer i want to run windows 8.1 pro operating system... Then few days laptop some techniqal issue facing.. Like brightness not working on key button... Then dealer told laptop not working on 8.1 pro operating system.. But my work only run on 8.1 pro oc... What to do.. Plz solved my quries..

                                Last Year Dec 2018 I Had purchased HP Laptop from reliance digital Borivali, after one year the warranty was over and it was found that my laptop battery drains out within one hour after 100% charging.
                                HP is branded name in market, according to me it should work for at least 5 years without any issues. I strongly suggest to every body that never ever purchase HP laptop.
                                Quality is third class.

                                  Pblx648664pb, very bad service i had ever seen,
                                  I didn't get b&o beoplay h4 headset that is mentioned on the back to college offer of hp. The payment of rs 3000 i done that day when i purchased the hp pavilion laptop. It has been 5 month but i didn't get any update related to it and also their helpline number is not working properly. I didn't except from hp.
                                  I think hp service is too bad to respond for customers.
                                  The customer care not respond properly till now, he said simply sorry for inconvenience wait for 4 to 5 weeks.
                                  After 4 to 5 weeks same answer repeating.
                                  The last day of deliver was mentioned on that scheme is within 2 month.

                                    I had purchased hp omen dc 1093tx on 31-07-19 and registered for the headset. My redemption code is vbaz846286vb. They promised to dispatch the headset within 4-8 weeks. But even after the waiting period they sent another email request another 4 weeks. Still i haven't received my headset.
                                    If they couldn't fulfill the promises they should stop luring customers with such fake offers.

                                      The owner of HP world store located at Kaveri Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur (Rajasthan) misbehaved when I tried too see the display laptops. He said don't touch the laptops and later used inappropriate language and compared status symbol. He said i have seen many customers like you and asked us to leave.

                                        I purchased a laptop 5 months back with model no. 15 - da1030tu
                                        Product number:5pc90pa
                                        Product serial:cnd8422z5w
                                        This is the fake laptop with i5 tag on it as it's slow as hell. I complained about this to hp and told them to sent technician to me. But rather sending him they want me to perform certain steps, which i did and i sent relevant reports to the asked email.
                                        Later today on 18 dec 12:44 i got a call from supervisor raghav sachdeva from hp and he told me just to repeat restoring and recovering. I said no to do again as i already uploaded data back to it.in this he start shouting on me which isn't what hp taught him during training and said to me do whatever you want against me.
                                        So hp i need one thing from you guys to refund my laptop. I don't want to or going to buy hp product again.
