Couple of weeks back i bought a hp printer from an authorised shop at the time seller gave me assurance of onsite warranty but now the authorized engineer saying me, i have to visit their service centre for replcement a part and also do some formalities over there. My printer is maximum 2 months old i spent almost 14k for this device but now they people really stuck me and i really don't know what to do at this time.

    I have purchased my laptop(Hp) from the reliance digital store Hyderabad in the month of February.
    And after seven months the laptop started giving me
    Performance issues.
    To be more precise the hard disk got crashed(short Dst failed).I immediately went back to reliance digital store but they denied to take the ownership and asked to contact the hp service center directly.
    When I called the hp customer care to complain about the issue, they have created a complaint request i.e [protected]. And informed that technician would come and fix the issue as it is under warranty.

    Today the technician came and just replaced the old hard disk with the new hard disk .when I have asked for the data recovery he said it is not possible from his end.when I asked him to provide me the old hard disk so that I can retrieve the data from my end because the data in my laptop was very important to me but the technician denied to give the hard disk as he has to submit it in the service center.Apart from this I am informed by technician that there is no OS in my laptop and to get the OS I have to again connect with HP customer care.
    I again called back to customer care and asked them about Os which the technician has advised me to do so .The customer care then sent a mail for installing the OS.And to do that we need to have 32GB pendrive itseems.When I said that I don't have a pendrive they said they would be sending a hp one free of cost as this is under warranty but the courier charges(i.e it would be deliver via blue dart) has to be paid from my end.when I just checked the amount they have sent me over mail it is 1, 137.52.

    I am seriously not understanding what the reliability of the product is
    And when it happened in the warranty why each and every activity driving to the resolution is becoming my head ache.why is it so?
    And I really don't want to use this faulty product with a low performance which got failed within 7 months of the product purchase.
    When I have requested them to replace or exchange the faulty product, being ready to bear the additional charges in purchase of a upgraded version they have been refusing from the time I had raised the complaint request.
    Instead asking me to do the multiple activities involving in the resolution of the issue with no complete support from their end.
    I want the replacement /exhange of this faulty product.

      The new battery replacement that i bought from hp world (Akshaya complex, no 4 near udupi garden hotel, 16th main rd, stage 2, btm layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560076) for my hp pavillion notebook went dead while still under warranty.

      I took the laptop to hp world to get it replaced. They have now taken 20 days to tell me that the battery was overcharged. I wonder how though!!

      Also he tells me that the battery is now out of warranty, after i left it with him for 20 days.

      It would be awesome, if any of you can help me escalate this.

        I have purchased hp laptop on 2nd september 2019 but when i went online to check warranty it was showing expired then i called hp helpline after waiting for more than 20 days it was resolved then while purchasing the laptop at that time i also purchased 2 or 3 years extended warranty it was informed that 1 year warranty will get expire then extended warranty will start but when i call hp technical team i got information that both warranties are running how it is possible 2 warranties are hp is making fool or hp doing fraught with the customer. Called hp helpline no one is helping even floor supervisor and manger (Abhishek) not at all responsible since when i have purchased laptop till now there is always issue i will never go with hp in my life and even i will make sure this thing goes to consumer court that how 2 warranties can run together this 2 warranty was informed to me from floor supervisor tohid but i didn't get the name properly. There is no right person in hp to help you shut down this fraud company. Consumer court please charge heavy fine so that this thing doesent happen to anyone and even i have not received a certificate yet. Hp technical team manager and supervisor they directly disconnect the call what a service hp and amazing team you have.

          Not satisfied with the product. Ordered a wrong product and now wanted to return it back and buy a new product. I really want to have a touch screen laptop. Please do help me to return this product. I don't exactly remember but when i saw before a month, it showed that the product is a touch model but now when i ordered it, it isn't a touch model. Customer satisfaction is your motto so please do help me in this situation

            I do feel extremely sorry to send you a complaint about hp laptop on this auspicious day as i don't find any other alternative to deal
            With your team members, except a legal proceedings now. I am truly fed up with the guys in ahmedabad city.

            I am a hp laptop user since 2006 and the laptop which i bought on 30/04/2019 from ahmedabad store is my 4th hp laptop.
            Now i am totally convinced that you have a genuine product quality problem and the problem lies with your touch pad of laptop.

            The case history :

            First laptop detail:

            Serial number - 5cg85151p8 / invoice number - zion/0372/2019-20 dated : 30/04/2019/ case number[protected].

            The right scroll button of the touch pad became inactive after 14 days o[censored]se. Just to inform you that i bought a wireless hp mouse,
            Same time together with the laptop and when i found the issue, that was the first time i used the touch pad, without mouse.

            On-line test had proved this fault of the touch pad but your service guys in ahmedabad never accepted that report and they kept on
            Insisting that they will replace the touch pad only. The matter of fact - no customer will allow a repair on the new laptop after 14 days
            O[censored]se. After lot of persuasion, the laptop was replaced on 07/06/2019 from the store vide invoice number - zion/0372/2019-20.

            The new laptop received against replacement also having the similar problem now. The first issue was with the right scroll button and
            Now the same problem is with the left scroll button.

            Second laptop detail:

            Serial number - 5cg85152m5/ invoice number - zion/0372/2019-20 dated: 07/06/2019.

            I had intimated the issue to your local service team and they bluntly denied the issue even before they checked the issue.

            I thought of going to my legal advisor and deal with hp legally under the purview of consumer act but this is my last communication
            To you before i do that.
            Now i want the replacement of this laptop and also the model and go for an other model which you feel would
            Not have similar quality issue.in case you don't have such confidence on your product then please arrange refund of my money
            (The cost of the laptop i paid, including the additional charges paid for extended warranty and protection policy).

            Kindly note that my laptop is covered under 2 years extended warranty and one year accidental physical damage policy coverage.
            Please find the documents attached for ready reference. I would request you to take up the matter urgently and replace my laptop
            Within 72 hours time so that we can continue our good relationship and avoid further legal complication.

              This is Sandhya Dhiman from Haridwar. I brought a hp laptop on 12th of July from Sargam electronics, Dehradun but it is not working properly from that time. I called them lots of time but did not get any attention and they bluffing me all the time by saying that service center will give the letter then they will replace the product but I got the information from service center that the letter can only be provided within 14days. They also said to increase its warranty of 3 years but they didn't increase its warranty. Sir I talked to the product manger of Sargam electronics, Delhi also but they also not provide any solution. Sir after facing all these problems, I got your email address and now hoping for your help in this matter. Please do the needful as soon as possible. They are fraud sellers. Please take an action against them.

                11 months ago, I have bought a HP laptop. Its model is HP 15g DR0008TU.

                1. Post-purchase, After 8 months, there was one white spot on the display but i didn't paid any heed to it. But after a week or two, I saw four white spots on different locations. I have never ever touched the display then also those spots are appearing. No pointed thing have ever pierced in the display. then also the spots are showing up. I have registered a case with HP Customer Care. they told me to take their pictures and mail it to them. i have mailed it since 3 weeks but no resolution is given to me from their side.

                2. Hard disk is making weird sounds and isn't working properly while I'm using the Laptop. due to this my software always gets corrupted. since these Hard drive issues rose, the software got corrupted about 6 to 7 times till now. I reported these issues to HP Customer Care and they told me to send a recorded audio clip of the sound of Hard disk. I had recorded the sound of Hard disk and had mailed that audio clip to them since 3 weeks. but no solution is given by them.

                3. Sometimes, while using touch-pad, it doesn't work properly. the mouse pointer suddenly jumps to the bottom left corner of the screen. This issue was also reported to them by me. but got no solutions from their side.

                I have registered the case 2 months ago. I have reported all the issues at same time. My laptop is still under warranty and ONLY 1 week is left for warranty to get over.

                I have mailed them tons of time but no one is giving clear answers. All they are saying is to wait. I have mailed to their Service head 3 days ago and they said they will help me on priority basis. But no solution is given to me.

                I believe, they are just postponing my case so that my laptop goes out-of-warranty. And they won't have to do anything.

                I want these issues to be fixed under warranty. and if they can't fix these issues, I want this laptop to get replaced with a new one.

                Today I got a call from Engineer and he said that replacement of HardDrive is approved. But Replacement of Display is Rejected. What's the reason ? Why the display replacement is Rejected from your end ? I have never touched the display nor any pointed thing hit the screen. The white spots rose on its own. The white spots are on different locations. And they also fulfill the criteria specifed on HP OFFICIAL WEBSITE for replacement. Then also the Display replacement is rejected. I want a Display Replacement too. Arrange me a call from your TECHNICAL TEAM or MANAGER. I SERIOUSLY NEED TO TALK TO THEM.

                  I ordered a laptop with a mouse which is an expensive gaming mouse and the mouse i received is defective as its left button is not working from starting. I wrote many complains regarding this but nothing was responded. Ths is one of my 12 mails i wrote everywhere, i am very dissapointed as even after you are taking a lot of money u provide such defected products. I will not recommend anybody to purchase somehing from hp,

                    I have purchased a hp printer model:hp lj printer mfp 1200a, sl no-cnbrm640bx from e mart for you pvt ltd, plot no.104, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha, india on dt.[protected]. But the printer is defective not printing properly. After several complains to e mart for you pvt ltd there is no attempt of hp engineers for repairing of the product. So i realised that hp products and service is very bad than epson. So i am not satisfy with hp products and services. Kindly replace or repair the mfp printer as soon as possible at your end.

                          I had purchased a hewlett packard laptop six months ago. It is very much within warranty. But, the touchpad key had turned loose. I had to yell five times for customer service support. At last, a mechanic arrived. He told me that the loose key is not covered under warranty. It is a manufacturing defect but the mechanic refused to admit it. He is charging rs. 8000 to get the whole keyboard rep;laced when the actual problem remains unsolved. The hp service head does nothing to resolve the issue.

                          I had the same problem twice . First laptop was purchased on 30/04/2019 and replaced by Hp on 09/06/2019.

                            I am sudipta mitra, i had purchased a hp ink tank 319 on 27th november, 2018, serial no.- cn8693g2s4, from m/s. R. R. Infotech, address: 4 biplab anukul chandra street, kolkata 700027.

                            After purchasing the product i have been facing problem which are discussed below with separate serial numbers:

                            1. Customer care help line number[protected] which is mentioned already as a sticker in printer body, is 100% wrong number.

                            2. My original ink which i had received at the time of purchased, not finished but already 2 times cartridge damaged. Now customer care executive giving me the information on my usage.

                            3. At the time of documents scanning the scanner not working properly.

                            4. When i complained yesterday[protected] at customer care after some one giving me perfect number (Customer care number[protected], executive informed me that my printer is now out of warranty (Purchased date :[protected], because retailer (R. R. Infotech) not updated any thing regarding this serial number. I have to launch new complain.

                            5. Now they are suggested me for providing further bill and my address proof, they will forward these to the higher authority, they will take action within 72 hours on this warranty case, after 72 hours they will be taken further complain regarding my printer problem. But within 72 hours they can not do anything for my printer.

                            My printer dead since from last one month i can not launch any problem due to customer care wrong number which i had. Also tried to take support from online but i was failed for virtual agent. The virtual agent process is the most worst process where nobody can be taken help i think.

                            I also asked to the customer care executive for escalation mail id for my problem, at first she didn't want to provide me this after i pressured she put in hold my call for 15-20 minutes, then given me this mail id "[protected]@hp.com"

                            Today some one executive call me and request me for waiting, she suggested me for don't do any complain further regarding my problem but i further pressurised her for giving me escalation mail id they told me it is not need to do mail, it will be solved as early as possible. Because she have taken my problems and it is forwarded to the higher authority. After all the discussion she have been forced to give me another mail id "consumersupport. [protected]@hp.com". Now i am confused which mail id is actual escalation mail id.

                            If your company wants to judgement my mail i have all calls recording if need i can be provided.

                              Amount of Rs 17721 is paid for the replacement of Display on 19th of August 2019. It is two months and the same is yet to be replaced or repaired.We were told that the same will be done with in a period of a week time. after almost 15 days, we were told that this will take more time due to receipt of wrong display. We are regularly calling but no proper response is given. Most of the times calls are not being picked up. Our regular follow up is not getting any proper response.
                              WE now are forced to take this issue to the concerned authorities and appropriate forum.

                                I have purchased hp laptop on july 9 2019 and ordered for b&o headset h4 and it has been more than 4 months from the date i have ordered this headphone but still i haven't received that and i have mailed so many times and even called your customer care number so many times but still i haven't got proper update when will they dispatch that item.                                     I had purchased HP Notebook - 15-bs662tu on 16th July, 2018 from Alco Info-Tech Pvt. Ltd., E-Mall(HP World), Kolkata - 700072.

                                    Laptop Details:Serial Number CND8184MNK
                                    Product Number 4JA76PA

                                    Coming straight to the point, since day 1 this laptop is having certain issues. I don't really know if I was sold a genuine HP Product.
                                    The Hard Drive of this laptop has crashed 5 times in the course of this 1 year and 3 months. The Case IDs of the respective crashes are as follows:
                                    Case Number 1: [protected]. Date : 27th July, 2018
                                    Case Number 2: [protected] Date : 22nd September, 2018
                                    Case Number 3: [protected] Date: 9th October, 2018
                                    Case Number 4: WO[protected] Date: 27th August, 2019
                                    Case Number 5: Yet to receive Date of Crash: 13th October, 2019

                                    All these cases are of Hard Drive Crashes, in which the hard drive has been replaced. I am a college student, using this laptop for assignment and project purposes. I am also doing an internship. I honestly cannot afford to take leaves or loose data every time.

                                    Any person in his right senses would not believe these cases to be of a genuine laptop or a laptop that isn't defective. Yet again for the 5th time it has crashed yesterday (13th October, 2019).

                                    If this is the way HP products work, or this is the way HP treats its customers, then it's fine. Arrange for the disposal of the laptop. I honestly cannot trust this company if this is the case.

                                    Therefore, I request you to look into this matter and arrange for a replacement of the laptop at the earliest. If this cannot be done, arrange for it's disposal. I cannot file a complaint for the 6th time.

                                      I didn't get b&o beoplay H4 headset that is mentioned on the back to college offer of Hp. the payment of Rs 3000 i done that day when i purchased the hp pavilion laptop.it has been 3 month but i didn't get any update related to it and also their helpline number is not working.and i also heard that many user are waiting for headphone from 4 months but they still not get update.

                                        I purchase my laptop in july and hp was running a campaign to promote \ sell their products under back to college offer and they haven't completely delivered the services, the b&o headphones offered have not been received till, i am planning to file a complaint against them in consumer court. Even they need 1 month time to profile extended coverage and other benefits which are in house.
