As per the commitment the same was to be dispatched by 01.09.2019 but its not dispatched till date. I bought a laptop from flipkart on & about one year ago after some time i found it a little bit slow, so i thought why not i install a ssd as there is a slot in the pc.
but when i contacted a technician he let me know that there is no slot in there after opening the bottom cover.
HP fooled me by mentioning that there is a M2 Slot in there.

The computer was purchased new and factory sealed. I have included a receipt listing the features and protection guaranteed by company. Among them is a warranty on the all the parts and labor. Another is 24/7 customer service for any issues that arise. I bought hp notebook few months ago and it already has started showing problems like boot device not found, etc. I talked to the customer care services but nothing happened. I had problem with my HP Laptop wherein Post completion of Warranty my Wifi card was not working

I contacted HP Dealer “BS System Solutions” Jogeshwari they informed me changing wifi card will cost me 1250 INR

On 1st Visit Mr Jaishyam ph[protected] saw the laptop and on his service and dust removal Wifi started working without replacement however he demanded same amount saying parts not available...

I have purchased two hp deskjet printers on amazon and they were delivered by one vendor. Within a month both had print head issue. When i spoke to customer care they have resolved the issue for only one printer and told that the other printer is not from authorized dealer. How is this possible?
I have been chasing hp since last two months but no use. Im helpless.
