Hello, my laptop bezel and back panel was replaced in the month of july. Just after 10 days, i started noticing light bleed at the edges of my screen. I was asked to upload the pictures of my desktop screen which i did.
I called up the hp assistance again to follow up on which they tell me, its not covered under warranty and they can send the quotation to get it fixed while still being in warranty. They also tell me, that this problem didn't persist when they fixed the previous issue of back panel and bezel. Hence, subtly suggesting the problem has occurred from my end and warranty doesn't cover it. I was told to contact regional sdc, when i do, he tells me he hasn't received any mail regarding my case id. Back and forth of constant calling and explaining the problem without a clear resolution but, rather a grievance mail blaming me as the reason for the issue???

First of all, just because the problem didn't occur right away or a week later after the back panel and bezel was replaced, doesn't mean the problem has occurred due to some kind of physical damage from my end (As per your grievance mail "our diagnosis confirms that this is a case of induced damage that is unintentional. Please avail our paid support by visiting a service center and get the issue fixed"). I challenge you to find any kind of scratch or dent or any kind of physical damage on the screen before pointing the finger at the consumer and telling me that it isn't covered under warranty. There is clearly some fault with the display unit (Since the problem started after the laptop had to be split open to fix the 'bezel' and 'back panel'). I know, blaming your assigned technician and questioning their professionalism on handling such issues with the display unit wouldn't be the right thing, but if i did u wouldn't appreciate that right?. i have tried to be as patient as possible since the past 25 days, hoping every "escalation" u mention, finally results in getting my problem fixed. But, unfortunately that hasn't happened and worst of all, blaming the consumer for the issue.

    My laptop is in under warranty. I got issue in display for this i registered complaint
    Complaint register process you can't go service center. I need to click photo and upload this. They judge from you photo lols
    After 5 days. I got mail this typically happens when a sharp object or edge forcefully contacts the display screen. But in my laptop don't have even single scratch. I told them please check this laptop if you found single scratch i will pay full amount. No one visit laptop and told me this is external damage.

    My question is this my laptop don't have single scratch how they told me physical damage. They don't want to repair my laptop. My laptop warranty will expire in next month they just waiting for a month.

    This is my worst experience in hp laptop

      Hello sir,
      This email is regarding degrading poor services provided by hp service providers in india.
      As, i have been customer of hp from last 8 years, the services before was far better in india than now. Currently, i am using hp notebook laptop bought in december 2017, and having extended warranty till dec 2019. I am facing hinge loosening issue, power on button issue and cooling fan issue, which i complained in hp customer support. And they said hardware issues to be replaced and i have to pay for them.
      While taking extended warranty, i was told that all parts covered in your warranty. I have detailed written email proof of the details provided to me by the service provider of hp, at the time of extension of warranty last year and it clearly mentions all the parts are covered.

      Now, the hp service providers are asking me to pay for it. What's the meaning of taking warranty then so.

      I am really sad and hopeless to see, which way hp service providers are going in india.

      Its a clear case of fraud with customers. I am looking forward to take this case to consumer court.

        I purchased hp laptop and there was three offers on it
        1 b& o play headset
        2 extended warranty
        3 eat and play card
        But i have not received any of the offer and at this time intenet services are not working in our state j&k from sbout 1 month.
        And due to barred internet services i used broadband of my friend and signup the form but by mistake and due to very low internet speed from broadband option got selected for b& o play headset but i haven't received it to.
        I received an email regarding the date of purchase.in it, mentioned that date of purchase is not valid for the offer. But offer valid from 10-19 august i have proof of it. And i have bill of my laptop and date was 19 august 2019.
        Kindly help me so that i will get the benefits that was with the laptop. I want all the offers that was with the laptop during purchase. There is not my fault in redemption it is the internet services and the executives of hp redemption. On google i found that they do fraud with the people. Action should be taken necessarily against the hp redemption and hp company.

          Hi hp support,

          Request you to help me how the case is closed without proper resolution to customer, if the customer logs a complaint without customer intimation and knowledge if you yourself closing the call than what is the use of raising a call with hp and what kind of service you people serving customer.

          I have care pack and warranty is getting renewed and warranty is there till apr 2020.

          I have few things to bring to your notice i have logged a case on my touchpad and display flickering issue.

          Call logged with hp on 5 aug 19.
          Service engineer visited on 09 aug 19
          Call closed date 22 aug 19

          After call closure i have been calling customer care regularly and i am receiving the answer we are escalated this issue with next level keep you update by evening, from that many evenings completed but not got any mail or call reply from hp and sometimes telling like service centre personally contacting with store to get the spare on a different call, nothing was received on a mail. How the customer will wait for such a long time without any communication.

          Now my question is how the display bezel got damaged without outside body damage and top cover damage. As per my understanding and knowledge the engineer who has visited my place is not in handling old model laptop's and broken my part, and he shown there is a breakage on the part and it will get covered in adp, and he has guided me to write accidental damage happened by falling adapter.

          The case was logged on flickering and touch pad now the topic was changed and call got closed on a different part. Whether hp can address my issue or explain to me the next level of process to get this issue closed.

          Note : request you to reach me over the mail as i am having no phone access during office hours and have very limited access to calls.

            I had problem with my HP Laptop wherein Post completion of Warranty my Wifi card was not working

            I contacted HP Dealer “BS System Solutions” Jogeshwari they informed me changing wifi card will cost me 1250 INR

            On 1st Visit Mr Jaishyam ph[protected] saw the laptop and on his service and dust removal Wifi started working without replacement however he demanded same amount saying parts not available which was invalid reason .. post lot of discussion he arrived to take RS 500 as Service charge but he played game of keeping keyboard wire loose that will cause problem later

            As planned by him my keyboard stopped working as wire contact were not clamped .. post several Attempts we are able to talk to him on mobile to which he was rude and not ready to accept fault and said will send another Engineer to rectify

            Next day Mr Sanjay Gupta visited and brought new keyboard as replacement and without rectifying the old one he replaced new one and said keyboard needs replacement ; when we asked him to put earlier keyboard and show the fault he was playing same game of keeping contacts loose that wont allow old keyboard to work.. when we ourself fitted the clamps of keyboard everything was working perfectly.. he then went to touchpad and loosened the cord and was trying to play same game . However we noticed him and prevented him from creating same issue

            Such dealers of HP ; force customers to switch to other manufacturer.
            Popular Brand HP is getting damaged under these dealers ; I request HP to take strict complain on these dealers trying to cheat customers

              I have purchased two hp deskjet printers on amazon and they were delivered by one vendor. Within a month both had print head issue. When i spoke to customer care they have resolved the issue for only one printer and told that the other printer is not from authorized dealer. How is this possible?
              I have been chasing hp since last two months but no use. Im helpless.
              Can someone suggest what needs to be done?

                I have purchased a hp neverstop laserjet mfp 1200a printer. Sl no-cnbrm640bx. I download the driver from hp support but it does not support in my system.                     I have bought my laptop on 30/08/2016 with one year warranty and I have extended an additional 2 year warranty along with the existing 1 year warranty.so my product should have warranty till 29/08/2019 but when I checked my warranty status it shows that it has expired on 20/07/2019 that is one month earlier it had expired.this the fault from HP side.i have given all the documents to claim 2 year additional warranty also they have approved the documents that I have given.i need the warranty till 29/08/2019
                    I am attaching the invoice 0f the laptop purchased on 30/08/2016 and also the HP care pack certificate which ends on 29/06/2019. If it is three year warranty it should only expire on 29/08/2019.
                    Now my keyboard is not working this is why I recognise the error in warranty period

                      I have hp notebook, serial number cnd8467484. I have purchased this on january 2019. My laptop is in full warranty period. The problem is that i could not scroll using my touchpad in my hp notebook laptop, i have contacted customer care a lot of times but there was no response. I visited there in authorized service centre but they said that it was driver issue, but this also couldn't help

                        This is to inform you that in-spite of chasing the concerned team and hp manager named manish kumar (Email id - [protected]@hp.com) and beema rao. K (Email id - beema. [protected]@hp.com) many times, my problems are still persisting and its hampering my daily activities. Can you please let me know why hp is taking so much times in resolving these 2 simple issues whereas i had raised the complaint with respective case ids ([protected] and [protected]) more than 1 month ago.
                        This is very unprofessional ism from hp side. I am very much disappointed with the approach and time of resolution from hp.

                        Please update me the resolution time for the case ids mentioned in above complaints.

                          This is completely ridiculous. Hp doing only paid customer service mode means they will not entertain any customer whether loyal or prospective of either technical help if customer is not in warranty. Also hp do not provide free customer service online or offlline for tech support even when a customer is out of warranty. Such business model is threat to india code of ethics. If such has continued in america, hp would be bankrupt because america has strict rules against bad customer service business. Once you are customer, no business can extort from customer for customer service after warranty period for technical help. Class action lawsuit coming against hp in india and u. S. A.

                              Sirs i have hp product model no 15q-dy0004au serial no cnd8336ls3 product no 5js20pa#acj. Get some technical issues for that i contacted your customer care of case no [protected] he gave me recovery dvd which is also not solve the issue they directed me to contact hp care they provide job sheet and tell me to contact hp care. I am following all instructions they give after contacting hp care they create new case no [protected] and instruct me to send snapshot i send it to them but they did not respond further calling them they just forwarded my call to senior and ultimately i am not getting solution my issue. I am expecting this from hp and my experience with your support team is bad.

                                I have purchased a hp laptop vide model No. dl-db0186... on 21.07.2019 from VS Electronics[protected] but when I start laptop for working purpose then I feel that laptop running very slow thereafter I contact Shop (from where I purchased) but instead of help me he told me that "now we are not responsibility regarding any complaint if you want a register your complaint then contact Hp service center thereafter I call HP customer care number and disclosed all the problem but they not help me even now when I call them then my calling stay on waiting more than 30 minutes still they not received my call and now I feel very slow performance of My hp laptop which is only 20 days old.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    There was some hardware problem in my laptop which was in warrenty period. I went to nehru place new delhi service center. I was hoping a good service as i get earlier from hp service center. But nehru place service center member does not accept my complaint but they are misbehaving. I am also an engineer i know that was minor issue it can be fixed in minutes but since laptop is under warranty i didn't want to take risk. They continuously misbehaving not only with me but some other customer also.
                                    Then i went to your okhala service center they listen me carefully and understand my problem and solve my problem.
                                    If your nehru place service center is only for showoff then why not you shut it down or even teach them how to talk or behave to the customer. They told me "jo karna hai kar lo, mai nahi karunga, or naya le lo" this is how they behave.
                                    Please take action.

                                        मैं कौशलेन्द्र सिंह (कौशल प्रताप) एक छोटे लेवल पर अपना स्वरोजगार कर रहा हूँ, पिछले कुछ महीने पहले मेने एक मैंने ३० अप्रैल 2019 को एक hp का प्रिंटर ख़रीदा था जिसको मैंने २ मई को इनस्टॉल किआ था और उसके कुछ दिनों बाद मुझे उसमे प्रॉब्लम आने लगी जिसको लेकर मेने कंपनी कॉल किआ और मेरी मशीन का पार्ट चेंज हो गया उसके कुछ दिनों बाद same प्रॉब्लम फिर आने लगी और उसके साथ एक और नयी प्रॉब्लम आयी पेपर गन्दा आ रहा था जिसके लिए मेने कंपनी कॉल किआ तो मेरी कॉल रजिस्टर हो गयी और मुझे सलाह दी गयी की आप अपनी cartage चेंज कर लो और हम आपकी डैमेज cartage को चेंज करा देंगे मेने बेसा ही किआ मैं नई cartage ले कर आ गया और लगा दी मेरी एक प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो गयी लेकिन दूसरी के लिए केस लॉक हो गया, फिर ३, ४ दिन के बाद मुझे मशीन में एक नयी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ा स्कैनर एरर १२ जिसके लिए मै कंपनी कॉल किआ तो मुझे खा गया की सर हमारी सभी चीजे आपस में इंटरकनेक्टेड हैं हो सकता है की ये प्रॉब्लम उससे आ रही हो जो प्रॉब्लम आप फेस कर रहे हो मै एग्री कर गया कुछ दिनों के बाद जब इंजीनियरने विजिट किआ तो पाया की स्कनर ख़राब है और उन्होंने नई स्कनर के लिए आर्डर कर दिया लेकिन जब मेने उनको कहा की सर मेरी cartage भी रेप्लस होगी जैसा की मुझे hp से प्रॉमिस किआ था उन्होंने मुझे खा सर आपकी cartage की इंक खत्म हो चुकी है इस लिए ये बापस नहीं होगी मेने hp में फिर से कॉल किआ उन्होंने भी सैम बात बोली लेकिन जब मेने उनको उनका प्रॉमिस याद दिलाया तो उन्होंने कहा की हम रेप्लस नहीं करेंगे आपको जो भी करना है आप कर लीजिये कह कर बात को खत्म कर दिए .
                                        फिर मेने hp में upper लेवल पर बात की और उन्हें कोर्ट जाने को कहा तो उन्होंने मुझे doa लेटर इशू कर दिया लेकिन जब मेरे पास कॉल आया इंजीनियर का मशीन को सील करने के लिए तो मेने कहा की सर मुझे मेरी लोकेशन पर नई यूनिट चाहिए तो उन्होंने उसको इग्नोर कर दिए और इंजीनियर भेज दिए मेने उस समय उस इंजीनियर को बापस कर दिया

                                        और मेने hp के सभी अधिकारिओ से बात की लेकिन मुझे यही बोलै गया की आप डीलर के यहां जाओ और ले लो लेकिन मै अपनी लोकेशन पर ही नई यूनिट चाहिए और 16 जुलाई 2019 से जब तक मशीन इनस्टॉल नहीं हो रही है मुझे मेरे डेली लॉसेस भी hp से चाहिए और मैं अपना टाइम hp टीम को दे रहा हूँ और कोई प्रॉपर रिप्लाई नहीं मिल रहा है और मैं मशीन को लेकर डेली डिस्टर्ब हो रहा हूँ !

                                        कृपया मेरा नया मशीन मेरी लोकेशन पर पहुँचबाने और मेरे सभी लॉसेस को hp से दिलबाने की कृपा करें
