I am trying to look for genuine spares of laserjet m1136 mfp printer.
No one is supporting where to look for.
I have tried hp online shop/ebay/amazon for below item "ccd" for above printer.

In local market all guys are selling compatible parts with 30 days warranty. How can i get the genuine part from hp. I have searched mumbai online market.

    While purchasing HP laptop in Hyderabad, India, they assured me that product service is available globally and on this basis I purchased a laptop and moved to Paris, France for my masters.

    Within few months, lap top stopped working and immediately raised a compliant but France support team refused the extend support after lagging the compliant for more than 2 months; being a student and without laptop for more than 2 months, how can I survive and now they even refused to extend support.

    Do you want to resolve the matter and do I need to find alternative solutions legally applicable? And also I am compelled to publish this cheating in the social media, google, govt india consumer forums, and everywhere so that no Indian who is traveling abroad shall purchase HP products.

    Contacted customer care and they say warranty is not applicable is spare part is not available in abroad so global warranty is not applicable but HP india is cheating customers who are traveling Abroad. Don’t but HP products in case you are traveling abroad.
    My 4 months old HP laptop's system audio devices have failed to function. After trouble shooting the message displayed that troubleshoot is unablee to detect any speaker.s... Customer care toll free numbers of HP are also not responding.

        Hi team,

        This is in regards to complaint for my hp laptop serial number -5cd52471g6, wherein i had a power issue and it’s was not at all working.

        I logged a case for the same and as per hp new mother board was installed. When i thoroughly checked it seems a repair board and its getting shut down in between.

        I again logged a case on and your customer care had taken a request for engineer visit but it’s already been a week now and no one was aligned and no revert from hp.

        I would not at all appreciated installing a repair mother board /old parts by replacing with an original one its seems a cheap. It has to be highlighted and everyone should know.

        @team please take this up and resolve.

          Hp is a fraud company with respect to selling and providing services.

          We bought hp care pack worth rs. 7198/- in 2017 student offer covering my laptop till aug 2020. While trying to use the warranty, to our utter shock, we learnt that our care pack do not include any care pack services as per following official communication from hp service support.

            Hi, i have been using my laptop for 10 months i have been ever found liquid spillage or ever did on my laptop. But technician simply said it is liqud spillage and sent pics to backend team they have rejected my case today... I will change to hp it’s manifacture defect from hp side nor from side i need ready for testing in lab hp is cheating people as showing this type of reasons... They need to upgrade to checking laptops with proper equipments. Why should i lose money i have spent around 50k for this laptop.

              My printer is under warranty and company is unable to repair the same from last 1 month. It has a issue with laser scan unit due to which printouts are coming blank.

              My office day to day work is getting hampered due to this.

              Their incharge mr. Ali ([protected]) is not responding to my calls.

              Since my printer is under warranty i want it should be replaced with the new one if company is unable to repair the same.

                Its been 3 months and i didn't get any of the above.
                Customer care people are not helping also.
                I have paid 5097 for the package and did not receive the coupons.

                Please help and put a proper penalty to hp india for cheating student in the name of offers.

                  This is to inform you that I have constantly following up with HP customer support time over phone and Whatsapp messages (for last 1 month )but I am not able to get proper responses from any of them. They are not able to understand my concerns inspite of that they are always trying to avoid the issues raised by me with Case IDs - [protected] and [protected]. By this way I could not able to solve my issue till now and I am facing the issue everyday. This is very very unprofessionalism from a brand like HP.
                  I am extremely dishurtened by the way they are treating customers.

                  This is to inform you that in-spite of chasing the concerned team and HP manager named Manish Kumar (email id - [protected]@hp.com ) and Beema Rao.K (email id - beema.[protected]@hp.com) many times, my problems are still persisting and its hampering my daily activities. Can you please let me know why HP is taking so much times in resolving these 2 simple issues whereas I had raised the complaint with respective Case Ids ([protected] and [protected]) more than 1 month ago.
                  This is very unprofessional ism from HP side. I am very much disappointed with the approach and time of resolution from HP.

                  Please update me the resolution time for the Case Ids mentioned in above complaints.

                      The complaint was raised on 5th july 2019 to help resolve the malfunctioning fan in my pc. So far, there has been no action taken to resolve it or even an effort made to contact me. Almost, every day i have followed up and i was told service engineer will visit me in 24 hours but nothing has happenned.

                      This has to be the most frustrating and pathethic after sales service experience i have faced with any electronics company.

                        I think you should ban all the service centres of hp in india or fine them with huge amounts because they are continuously harassing there customers with their poor services and with their ways of manipulations i'm facing serious issues in my laptop that is hindering my work everyday but hp service providers are not helping at all every time i ask them for a solutions they send there technician to me the technician takes survey of the system gives irrelevant excuses for the problems and thereafter they close my case last time i sent my laptop to a service center in sec 2 noida and they returned it to me in the worst condition than before the service providers i'm connected to yet are as followed

                          Engineer confirmed that the motor of the printer is faulty, since this printer was not use even for a day. Request you replace the printer ASAP.

                            Purchase an hp product only if you wanna suffer badly

                            They ask you regularly to extend the warranty but in the name of giving services these # only make you suffer badly

                            I recently received a faulty piece they gave me stupid solutions to get my issue resolved after a month of complaints they ask me to submit the laptop in there service centre and told me you will get it back in 2 days but took one week to give it back to me that also instead of solving my issues they solved one issue and not i'm having more than 5 issues in my laptop they just made thinks worse for me

                            This happened in service center in noida sec 2 where i submitted my laptop

                              I purchased hp laptop last year I started facing problems such as cortona got corrupted network sharing not working I asked hp service providers to resolve my issue first of all they refused and after more than a month of my requests they asked me to submit the laptop at there service centers they told me i'll get my laptop in 2 days but took more than a week to return my laptop after getting it my issues have multiplied instead of getting resolved my laptop hanging up again and again and windows update is showing error I submitted my laptop at hp services sec 15 Noida I request you to take strict actions against these people

                                I bought this laptop HP 14Q in October 2018. But from that day I faced too much hardware problems. like my system is running too much slow. I have complaint many time . customer support have changed hard drive of my laptop twice from the date of buying. I have lost too much importatant data due to changing of hard drive. still the same problem is occur. problem of running slow is not resolved. slow means too much slow.

                                whenever I talk to customer, they tell me to update the window... bla...bla..bla.. but still the issue is not resolved.

                                    The amount ₹709 has been deducted from my upi account for booking of the gas but the money has been not recived at your account..
                                    If the transaction has failed from your end please refund back the amount and book the gas on cash on delivery... Please revert back for my issue as soon as possible. It been 5 days for this booking and transaction...
                                    Please reply to my complaint as soon as possible

                                      Internal battery of my pavilion 15-au620tx needs to be replaced. For the last six months, all service centres in delhi (Nehru place, okhla, rajouri garden) insist they do not have a stock of the spare battery, and do not know if they will ever get it. Do i need to trash a two year old working laptop because hp does not stock batteries? Battery maufacturer code seems to be[protected]. Please help.

                                        Respected sir,
                                        I bought my laptop on 20th june 2019 from nehru place delhi from hp store. The laptop battery backup was extremely low with full charge and without doing any heavy work. And, laptop stopped working from night of 26th june 2019, it was not even opening. I registered my complaint through whatsapp support team of ho same night, they did everything to switch on it but nothing happened. On 29th june, a technician hired by hp came, opened all hardware and battery and reassembled my laptop and it came back to power for once and then again same problem started, i asked for replacement because everything was worse about this laptop, he denied, and left my place despite seeing that laptop is not opening and loading and loading. He lied his seniors that i fixed laptop, filled customer feedback form himself and got away without taking my sign. Your customer support team is always making a excuse that their tools are not working and they can't see my problem, i just asked for replacement and they give excuse everytime, they are not replacing my laptop though it's in replacement period, they give a number of their up replacement head pushpendra shrivastava whose phone was switched off, they ask again same questions and make excuses everytime continuosly from 26june (I mean what's the need of case if then), your technician fill up forms himself go away without customer's sign, lie and deny of replacing it after seeing that the unit is defective also. I asked your support team to send me a mail so that i can show as prove if they are unable to process my replacement inside replacement period, and claim that it was not my mistake that i didn't replace my laptop in time and it happened because of their technical issues and processes. They said yes we are sending and didn't send. There are many things, which i can't keep on writing here, please replace my laptop, my hp experience is very bad, i hope you, being one of biggest laptop brand respect your customers, their valuable time and words and do my replacement as soon as possible. Looking forward for positive response in time.

                                        Printer is not working properly.cant take photocopy. iam running a shop.we cant wait so long please help me asap.please arrange any local service center faculty.i buy this product only this month.it is very disappointed to me. can you please arrange some arrangements.
