Sirs i have hp product model no 15q-dy0004au serial no cnd8336ls3 product no 5js20pa#acj. Get some technical issues for that i contacted your customer care of case no [protected] he gave me recovery dvd which is also not solve the issue they directed me to contact hp care they provide job sheet and tell me to contact hp care. I am following all instructions they give after contacting hp care they create new case no [protected] and instruct me to send snapshot i send it to them but they did not respond further calling them they just forwarded my call to senior and ultimately i am not getting solution my issue. I am expecting this from hp and my experience with your support team is bad.

    Respected Sir,

    I have purchased a hp laptop vide model No. dl-db0186... on 21.07.2019 from VS Electronics[protected] but when I start laptop for working purpose then I feel that laptop running very slow thereafter I contact Shop (from where I purchased) but instead of help me he told me that "now we are not responsibility regarding any complaint if you want a register your complaint then contact Hp service center thereafter I call HP customer care number and disclosed all the problem but they not help me even now when I call them then my calling stay on waiting more than 30 minutes still they not received my call and now I feel very slow performance of My hp laptop which is only 20 days old.

        Dear sir/madam,
        There was some hardware problem in my laptop which was in warrenty period. I went to nehru place new delhi service center. I was hoping a good service as i get earlier from hp service center. But nehru place service center member does not accept my complaint but they are misbehaving. I am also an engineer i know that was minor issue it can be fixed in minutes but since laptop is under warranty i didn't want to take risk. They continuously misbehaving not only with me but some other customer also.
        Then i went to your okhala service center they listen me carefully and understand my problem and solve my problem.
        If your nehru place service center is only for showoff then why not you shut it down or even teach them how to talk or behave to the customer. They told me "jo karna hai kar lo, mai nahi karunga, or naya le lo" this is how they behave.
        Please take action.

            मैं कौशलेन्द्र सिंह (कौशल प्रताप) एक छोटे लेवल पर अपना स्वरोजगार कर रहा हूँ, पिछले कुछ महीने पहले मेने एक मैंने ३० अप्रैल 2019 को एक hp का प्रिंटर ख़रीदा था जिसको मैंने २ मई को इनस्टॉल किआ था और उसके कुछ दिनों बाद मुझे उसमे प्रॉब्लम आने लगी जिसको लेकर मेने कंपनी कॉल किआ और मेरी मशीन का पार्ट चेंज हो गया उसके कुछ दिनों बाद same प्रॉब्लम फिर आने लगी और उसके साथ एक और नयी प्रॉब्लम आयी पेपर गन्दा आ रहा था जिसके लिए मेने कंपनी कॉल किआ तो मेरी कॉल रजिस्टर हो गयी और मुझे सलाह दी गयी की आप अपनी cartage चेंज कर लो और हम आपकी डैमेज cartage को चेंज करा देंगे मेने बेसा ही किआ मैं नई cartage ले कर आ गया और लगा दी मेरी एक प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व हो गयी लेकिन दूसरी के लिए केस लॉक हो गया, फिर ३, ४ दिन के बाद मुझे मशीन में एक नयी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ा स्कैनर एरर १२ जिसके लिए मै कंपनी कॉल किआ तो मुझे खा गया की सर हमारी सभी चीजे आपस में इंटरकनेक्टेड हैं हो सकता है की ये प्रॉब्लम उससे आ रही हो जो प्रॉब्लम आप फेस कर रहे हो मै एग्री कर गया कुछ दिनों के बाद जब इंजीनियरने विजिट किआ तो पाया की स्कनर ख़राब है और उन्होंने नई स्कनर के लिए आर्डर कर दिया लेकिन जब मेने उनको कहा की सर मेरी cartage भी रेप्लस होगी जैसा की मुझे hp से प्रॉमिस किआ था उन्होंने मुझे खा सर आपकी cartage की इंक खत्म हो चुकी है इस लिए ये बापस नहीं होगी मेने hp में फिर से कॉल किआ उन्होंने भी सैम बात बोली लेकिन जब मेने उनको उनका प्रॉमिस याद दिलाया तो उन्होंने कहा की हम रेप्लस नहीं करेंगे आपको जो भी करना है आप कर लीजिये कह कर बात को खत्म कर दिए .
            फिर मेने hp में upper लेवल पर बात की और उन्हें कोर्ट जाने को कहा तो उन्होंने मुझे doa लेटर इशू कर दिया लेकिन जब मेरे पास कॉल आया इंजीनियर का मशीन को सील करने के लिए तो मेने कहा की सर मुझे मेरी लोकेशन पर नई यूनिट चाहिए तो उन्होंने उसको इग्नोर कर दिए और इंजीनियर भेज दिए मेने उस समय उस इंजीनियर को बापस कर दिया

            और मेने hp के सभी अधिकारिओ से बात की लेकिन मुझे यही बोलै गया की आप डीलर के यहां जाओ और ले लो लेकिन मै अपनी लोकेशन पर ही नई यूनिट चाहिए और 16 जुलाई 2019 से जब तक मशीन इनस्टॉल नहीं हो रही है मुझे मेरे डेली लॉसेस भी hp से चाहिए और मैं अपना टाइम hp टीम को दे रहा हूँ और कोई प्रॉपर रिप्लाई नहीं मिल रहा है और मैं मशीन को लेकर डेली डिस्टर्ब हो रहा हूँ !

            कृपया मेरा नया मशीन मेरी लोकेशन पर पहुँचबाने और मेरे सभी लॉसेस को hp से दिलबाने की कृपा करें

              No one is supporting where to look for.
              I have tried hp online shop/ebay/amazon for below item "ccd" for above printer.

              In local market all guys are selling compatible parts with 30 days warranty. How can i get the genuine part from hp. I have searched mumbai online market.

                While purchasing HP laptop in Hyderabad, India, they assured me that product service is available globally and on this basis I purchased a laptop and moved to Paris, France for my masters.

                Within few months, lap top stopped working and immediately raised a compliant but France support team refused the extend support after lagging the compliant for more than 2 months; being a student and without laptop for more than 2 months, how can I survive and now they even refused to extend support.

                Do you want to resolve the matter and do I need to find alternative solutions legally applicable? And also I am compelled to publish this cheating in the social media, google, govt india consumer forums, and everywhere so that no Indian who is traveling abroad shall purchase HP products.

                Contacted customer care and they say warranty is not applicable is spare part is not available in abroad so global warranty is not applicable but HP india is cheating customers who are traveling Abroad. Don’t but HP products in case you are traveling abroad.
                My 4 months old HP laptop's system audio devices have failed to function. After trouble shooting the message displayed that troubleshoot is unablee to detect any speaker.s... Customer care toll free numbers of HP are also not responding.

                    Hi team,

                    This is in regards to complaint for my hp laptop serial number -5cd52471g6, wherein i had a power issue and it’s was not at all working.

                    I logged a case for the same and as per hp new mother board was installed. When i thoroughly checked it seems a repair board and its getting shut down in between.

                    I again logged a case on and your customer care had taken a request for engineer visit but it’s already been a week now and no one was aligned and no revert from hp.

                    I would not at all appreciated installing a repair mother board /old parts by replacing with an original one its seems a cheap. It has to be highlighted and everyone should know.

                    @team please take this up and resolve.

                      Hp is a fraud company with respect to selling and providing services.

                      We bought hp care pack worth rs. 7198/- in 2017 student offer covering my laptop till aug 2020. While trying to use the warranty, to our utter shock, we learnt that our care pack do not include any care pack services as per following official communication from hp service support.

                        Hi, i have been using my laptop for 10 months i have been ever found liquid spillage or ever did on my laptop. But technician simply said it is liqud spillage and sent pics to backend team they have rejected my case today... I will change to hp it’s manifacture defect from hp side nor from side i need ready for testing in lab hp is cheating people as showing this type of reasons... They need to upgrade to checking laptops with proper equipments. Why should i lose money i have spent around 50k for this laptop.

                          My printer is under warranty and company is unable to repair the same from last 1 month. It has a issue with laser scan unit due to which printouts are coming blank.

                          My office day to day work is getting hampered due to this.

                          Since my printer is under warranty i want it should be replaced with the new one if company is unable to repair the same.

                            Its been 3 months and i didn't get any of the above.
                            Customer care people are not helping also.

                              This is to inform you that I have constantly following up with HP customer support time over phone and Whatsapp messages (for last 1 month )but I am not able to get proper responses from any of them. They are not able to understand my concerns inspite of that they are always trying to avoid the issues raised by me with Case IDs - [protected] and [protected]. By this way I could not able to solve my issue till now and I am facing the issue everyday. This is very very unprofessionalism from a brand like HP.
                              I am extremely dishurtened by the way they are treating customers.

                              This is to inform you that in-spite of chasing the concerned team and HP manager named Manish Kumar (email id - [protected]@hp.com ) and Beema Rao.K (email id - beema.[protected]@hp.com) many times, my problems are still persisting and its hampering my daily activities. Can you please let me know why HP is taking so much times in resolving these 2 simple issues whereas I had raised the complaint with respective Case Ids ([protected] and [protected]) more than 1 month ago.
                              This is very unprofessional ism from HP side. I am very much disappointed with the approach and time of resolution from HP.

                              Please update me the resolution time for the Case Ids mentioned in above complaints.

                                  The complaint was raised on 5th july 2019 to help resolve the malfunctioning fan in my pc. So far, there has been no action taken to resolve it or even an effort made to contact me. Almost, every day i have followed up and i was told service engineer will visit me in 24 hours but nothing has happenned.

                                  This has to be the most frustrating and pathethic after sales service experience i have faced with any electronics company.

                                    I think you should ban all the service centres of hp in india or fine them with huge amounts because they are continuously harassing there customers with their poor services and with their ways of manipulations i'm facing serious issues in my laptop that is hindering my work everyday but hp service providers are not helping at all every time i ask them for a solutions they send there technician to me the technician takes survey of the system gives irrelevant excuses for the problems and thereafter they close my case last time i sent my laptop to a service center in sec 2 noida and they returned it to me in the worst condition than before the service providers i'm connected to yet are as followed

                                      Purchased this printer on June 20, 2019. the printer started giving error on 2nd JUly 2019 "Error : #A1 - 5513 Motor Failure.

                                      We complained to the service centre...The complain no. is [protected].

                                      After so much of escalations and follow-ups, finally the engineer arrived after a week.

                                      Engineer confirmed that the motor of the printer is faulty, since this printer was not use even for a day. Request you replace the printer ASAP.

                                      I have purchased this laptop almost 1 year ago (1 year not completed) but its hinges are always breaking. It's the third time it has broken. It is really unbearable. So, please I request to refund, return or repair nicely so that it will not break again.

                                        Purchase an hp product only if you wanna suffer badly

                                        They ask you regularly to extend the warranty but in the name of giving services these # only make you suffer badly

                                        I recently received a faulty piece they gave me stupid solutions to get my issue resolved after a month of complaints they ask me to submit the laptop in there service centre and told me you will get it back in 2 days but took one week to give it back to me that also instead of solving my issues they solved one issue and not i'm having more than 5 issues in my laptop they just made thinks worse for me

                                        This happened in service center in noida sec 2 where i submitted my laptop
