I purchased hp laptop last year I started facing problems such as cortona got corrupted network sharing not working I asked hp service providers to resolve my issue first of all they refused and after more than a month of my requests they asked me to submit the laptop at there service centers they told me i'll get my laptop in 2 days but took more than a week to return my laptop after getting it my issues have multiplied instead of getting resolved my laptop hanging up again and again and windows update is showing error I submitted my laptop at hp services sec 15 Noida I request you to take strict actions against these people

    I bought this laptop HP 14Q in October 2018. But from that day I faced too much hardware problems. like my system is running too much slow. I have complaint many time . customer support have changed hard drive of my laptop twice from the date of buying. I have lost too much importatant data due to changing of hard drive. still the same problem is occur. problem of running slow is not resolved. slow means too much slow.

    whenever I talk to customer, they tell me to update the window... bla...bla..bla.. but still the issue is not resolved.

    Very bad experience with this HP laptop.

      I have samsung printer my printer not send print copy before 5 days i am complain your service center no [protected] complained date is 30.06.2019 and complain docket no is [protected].
      Today 4 days left your ccc is not responding with me always say with me "i call seiner person transfer and your mail not found and said to me you are out of service period send a copy etc"
      So, sir delay to services with me and i have lost time and money with my work. Sir please this service issue is very poor and wastes.

        The amount ₹709 has been deducted from my upi account for booking of the gas but the money has been not recived at your account..
        If the transaction has failed from your end please refund back the amount and book the gas on cash on delivery... Please revert back for my issue as soon as possible. It been 5 days for this booking and transaction...

          Internal battery of my pavilion 15-au620tx needs to be replaced. For the last six months, all service centres in delhi (Nehru place, okhla, rajouri garden) insist they do not have a stock of the spare battery, and do not know if they will ever get it. Do i need to trash a two year old working laptop because hp does not stock batteries? Battery maufacturer code seems to be[protected]. Please help.

            Respected sir,
            I bought my laptop on 20th june 2019 from nehru place delhi from hp store. The laptop battery backup was extremely low with full charge and without doing any heavy work. And, laptop stopped working from night of 26th june 2019, it was not even opening. I registered my complaint through whatsapp support team of ho same night, they did everything to switch on it but nothing happened. On 29th june, a technician hired by hp came, opened all hardware and battery and reassembled my laptop and it came back to power for once and then again same problem started, i asked for replacement because everything was worse about this laptop, he denied, and left my place despite seeing that laptop is not opening and loading and loading. He lied his seniors that i fixed laptop, filled customer feedback form himself and got away without taking my sign. Your customer support team is always making a excuse that their tools are not working and they can't see my problem, i just asked for replacement and they give excuse everytime, they are not replacing my laptop though it's in replacement period, they give a number of their up replacement head pushpendra shrivastava whose phone was switched off, they ask again same questions and make excuses everytime continuosly from 26june (I mean what's the need of case if then), your technician fill up forms himself go away without customer's sign, lie and deny of replacing it after seeing that the unit is defective also. I asked your support team to send me a mail so that i can show as prove if they are unable to process my replacement inside replacement period, and claim that it was not my mistake that i didn't replace my laptop in time and it happened because of their technical issues and processes. They said yes we are sending and didn't send. There are many things, which i can't keep on writing here, please replace my laptop, my hp experience is very bad, i hope you, being one of biggest laptop brand respect your customers, their valuable time and words and do my replacement as soon as possible. Looking forward for positive response in time.

              kindly requesting to you that i have bought a hp printer which details is - Model N. HP Ink Tank 319.and dated is.[protected].
              after some time i found a problem is E3 Error same display . so i informed customer care and register complaint. so 1 person visited and he reply that this is out of warranty because dust is inside the printer.but its is not a proper reply by him so i again complaint customer care so after some time i get a call by service center and he told me 1st you pay Rs/-1800 to 2000. so really i am frustrated about yours service and replying.by customer care .please kindly try to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                One red light is blinking and on window it shows that the cartridge is not Authentic.

                Hi... i am using HP printer cum scanner since 2 months back. it is very good product, but after completion of cartridge i refilled with powder. Then the paper comes from the printer its pure black or some big black areas are showing in the paper.

                  Behalf of my sister iam writing this
                  One of the agent called from naukri to my sister that there is a job opportunity in hp (Hewlett-Packard) company and she needs to pay 2500 and she paid already for registration. They said it is a refundable. After that she received a mail from hp and below details are mentioned. 1to 4 years there are slabs like 10500/- for 1 year bond and for 2 years 15000/- like that. Now they are forcing to pay immediately otherwise they won't give refund the 2500.

                        I was in urgent need of a laptop with following configuration:
                        RAM:4-8 GB,
                        Hard disk: 1TB plus Slot for SSD
                        MS office-original
                        Window 10-original
                        with good battery back up.

                        I went to the dealer named SARGAM in Faridabad and asked me to show the product of my need. He suggested me i3, 7th Gen Da0327Tu model stating it has all feature of my need and purchased the same immediately on dated 09.06.2019

                        but when enquired to customer care of HP, SSD slot is not present there, which was the main requirement of mine for better speed.

                        It was bring into the notice of the dealer on the 3rd day of purchase, but again he forced and insist me that he is right and this laptop has that feature..

                        Sir, I do have its call recording with me as well as WhatsApp msg for claiming the availability of those feature.

                        At the same time, it was bring into the notice of customer care and their seniors but again they denied to give me the right product.

                        Sir, therefore I request you to resolve this issue and give me a laptop with SSD slot inbuild, else this product is of no use for me. Pls note. I am your repeat customer too.

                            My printer is not printing properly, I've checked the ink level and it's not empty (shows half on the display) the pages I've printed consists white slashes between lines, I hope this problem would be resolved, I'm attaching some print copies to this complaint. Also the colour print obtains only limited colours, the colours are different from the actual ones, I've not used this printer for a few months, and no matter how many prints I take out these problems doesn't seem to get any better.

                            I really hope that I find a solution to this problem and that it could finally work as it did before

                              Hi,

                              I am feeling cheated by HP India, Multiple calls and mutiple promises given by HP india team.

                              i happened to bought HP laptop (notebook-15-da0327tu) on 6th may'19... and since 11th of may'19 to till date, Still folowing up for my 2 years additional warranty with the HP India Technical and redemption team ...I was promised that my case will be resolved till 9th of june'19 by Mr .Deepjyoti das (floor manager). i am extremely frustrated and unhappy now 1616because the way/manner in which HP india customer care team, technical team redemption team not responding to technical teams) are..playing ping pong with my query/request for 2 years additional warranty.
                              Please look into and help me to get additional warraty.

                                Sir, I bought a hp laptop (HP Pav x360 Convert 14-cd00)worth Rs 47, 880/- two months ago for study purpose.
                                I hardly used it 5-6 times in previous 2 months.
                                On May 04, 2019 Suddenly I was not able to turn it on on pressing power button.So I complained on the HP care and they advised me to long press the power button but it not worked and they advised to connect it with the charger and again press the power button after some time it got heated up.

                                The HP care representative told that she will register a case ID ( case ID : [protected] ) and a technician will visit me at my home.
                                Technician visited at my place on May 20, 2019 and told there is some problem in the system board after getting approval from HP he will replace the system board.

                                But on May 24, 2019 I got attached mail from their representative that defect of the part (system board) is found to be due to unintentional damage so it will not be covered in warranty and replacement of spare part will be done on a chargeable basis.
                                As the mail stated that standard warranty does not extend to any HP Hardware Product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.But the damage in the component did not occur due to any of the above mentioned reasons/causes or it may be possible that damage occurred due to the guidance given by HP care representative.

                                After various mails, request and follow ups even after one month my issue had not been resolved.

                                Inspite of this, they provided a quotation of Rs.37, 385/- for replacement of defective part.

                                This are like mental harassment to me to contact them too many times for repair o[censored]nder warranty product.

                                Sir, How a common person can manage another Rs. 37, 385/- within two months of purchase a product of Rs. 47, 880/-??

                                Please help me to get it repaired under warranty.

                                  Please take this message very seriously I'm facing issues in my laptop and your service providers are only giving me alternates for the problems I want a solution not a problem if not then I will take every single step from my end to make you people suffer is this the way you people treat your customers at the time of selling your products you people talk in us in a very promising tone then why you treat us like this after we purchase your product if my pc is still under warranty then why can't I get a replacement of the product or if it can be fixed then send your technician and ask him to resolve my issues I'm very dissatisfied with HP will never go for it again also will suggest all my known ones to never purchase HP products . I can't afford to waste my time messing with you people nor I gave time to play with the settings of my pc everyday

                                        I would like to complain you that last year in July I have purchased HP laptop and still its under warranty. there is white spot occurred on screen, your company executive visited us and said company will refuse to replace its screen and company will use your accidental insurance for this fault.
                                        I want to ask that why hp will use my laptop, s accidental insurance ? product has manufacturing defect and there is not any accidental defect or damage .product is still under warranty. I received a call from your caller that company had refused to replace screen of laptop .I have recording of this call.. my case number is [protected] dated 1 june 2019.shall I move to consumer court to get value for my hard earned money invested on HP laptop? I trusted the name HP, is my fault?
