Updated by tahersawliwala I rec'd an email requesting for the care pack invoice from me to refund the amt of Rs 2750.
I sent an email reply stating that it was the HP team that had illegally tampered and deleted my printers warranty details.
If the printers warranty details have already been ILLEGALLY deleted from the system, they can refund my amount without any issues.
Or
They can get my printers warranty detaila from their servers where important data is backed up or stored.

It WAS THE HP TEAM WHO HAS ILLEGALLY TAMPERED AND MANIPULATED MY PRINTERS WARRANTY DETAILS TO CHANGE FROM ACTIVE RO EXPIRED WARRANTY.
AS THE HP TEAM HAVE ALREADY MANIPULATED AND DELETED MY
PRINTERS WARRANTY RECORDS., U CAN DEFINITELY REFUND ME THE CARE PACK AMOUNT OF RS 2750.
MY QUESTION IS WHY DID THE HP TEAM MANIPULATE MY PRINTERS WARRANTY RECORDS?
CAN THIS MANIPULATION AND ILLEGAL DELETION OF WARRANTY DETAILS BE TERMED AS A CRIME?
WHY DO YOU NEED MY CARE PACK CERTIFICATE NOW.
IS IT FOR KEEPING THE UNIT REPLACEMENT AND THE PART ORDERED ON THE REGD CASE AND SERVICE ID?
MOREOVER, HP IS A PIONEER IN TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT AND INNOVATION!!!?
I ASSUME THAT HP INC SHOULD HAVE SERVERS THAT BACK UP IMPORTANT DATA
EVEN IF MY WARRANTY DETAILS HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY MANIPULATED AND DELETED, U CAN CHECK WITH THE IT DEPT TO GET U THE DETAILS FROM THE SERVER TO REFUND MY AMOUNT OF RS 2750 EXCLUDING THE MENTAL HARASSMENT AND PESTERING METED OUT TO ME BY YOUR HP SUPPORT TEAM.
A PROMPT REPLY WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
DO NOT FORCE ME TO SEARCH ANOTHER ROUTE TO GET MY RS 2750 FROM HP.

Thanks for the reply.
It has been clearly stated in my emails and tweets to HP INC that calls from HP inc would not be
entertained as the HP INC's team give verbal promises which are never honored.
To assist you in understanding that WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING CALLS FROM HP INC, PLEASE UNDERTSTAND THE
QUOTE " FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION. THIS QUOTE IS APT IN MY CASE AS HP INC'S TEAM NEVER
HONORS ITS PROMISES. SO, WHICH CUSTOMER WOULD BELIEVE A COMPANY OR A TEAM WHO IS NOT HONORING ITS
PROMISES.
SO, I REQUEST HP INC AND ITS CONCERNED TEAM TO COMMUNICATE REGARDING THE CARE PACK REFUND VIA EMAILS
OR TWEETS AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION.
MY suggestion to Mr. Mitra is to check or quality check the replies sent to me as he has stated in the
below email that " As per your discussion with CRT case manager Mr. Ashutosh, he have offered you
option for unit replacement, however you are interested for unit replacement" which is a incorrect
sentence as I have never accepted or agreed for a unit replacement."
As Mr. Mitra has stated in the below email communication that they have discussed regarding my care
pack refund with the respective team and the concerned vendor, SO, NOW WHAT IS BINDING MR. MITRA AND HIS
TEAM AND THE VENDOR TO PROCESS MY CARE PACK REFUND.
IT IS STATED BY MR. MITRA THAT HE WANTS TO DISCUSS THE CARE PACK AMOUNT ISSUE VIA CALLS. I REQUEST YOU
TO SEND AN EMAIL OR A TWEET OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WHERE YOU CAN DISCUSS THE ISSUES VIA EMAILS OR
TWEETS AND WRIITEN COMMUNICATION WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE DISCUSSED VIA CALLS.
I REVERT THAT "HP INC CAN REFUND THE CARE PACK AMOUNT TO ME AT THE EARLIEST"
