Hello,
I would like to complain you that last year in July I have purchased HP laptop and still its under warranty. there is white spot occurred on screen, your company executive visited us and said company will refuse to replace its screen and company will use your accidental insurance for this fault.
I want to ask that why hp will use my laptop, s accidental insurance ? product has manufacturing defect and there is not any accidental defect or damage .product is still under warranty. I received a call from your caller that company had refused to replace screen of laptop .I have recording of this call.. my case number is [protected] dated 1 june 2019.shall I move to consumer court to get value for my hard earned money invested on HP laptop? I trusted the name HP, is my fault?

      1. I purchased a HP pavilion HP 14-BF146TX laptop S no CND8214VGX ddated 11 Aug 2018 from CROMA branch at LB Nagar .
      2. The Laptop is used at Gwalior.
      3. The Laptop had a display problem and screen was blurred, the complaint was made on 24 Feb 2019 and the problem was explained on WhatsApp HP call Centre number.
      4. It was informed that the display problem is customer induced problem and not cover under warranty however he said that it will cost for display and service will be free.
      5. On 26 feb 2019 a quotation for Display of Rs 11070.54 was sent in mail. .
      6. The said amount was paid by cash at HP care Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt Ltd Gwalior on 04 March 19. Replacement was not possible immediately.
      7. The HP service engineer visited the Home at Gwalior for repair. The display was changed and the system was made operational on 11.03.19. However it was informed that the Key Board has a problem and can be service under warranty and booked a case vide no [protected].
      8. The repair is done shabbily and the edges of the display are coming out.
      9. The problem for the laptop has not be fully resolved and today HP care centre is not responding the complaint of keyboard is not attended and closed.
      10. Since we purchased the laptop from CROMA, we requested CROMA to intertwine and resolve the issue with HP customer care.
      11, During the purchase CROMA promised is full responsible for the product support.
      It is requested that CROMA and HP India be advised to look into the problem at earliest. The problem is being unsolved from last 2- 3 months.

      Nothing has been done by HP in this regard. Though the repair was done by paying the cost of the part the problem was the part was not changed properly resulting in the damage of the part. Hp Hyderabad service center says part has to be replaced again on chargeable basis. since we already paid Rs 11070.00 at service centre gwalior. The improper way of replacement of the part is responsibility of HP India. Hence request to change the part free of cost

          Hyy i am hp laptop user from last three year. I never face any problem in my laptop but on[protected] at 10:30. Pm i facing some problem. That when open my laptop then it not start and again and again say to restart. I restart many times but it not open. Then i go on setting and click on software update with backup or restore. But when update was completed then there were no any backup and no any app such as ms excell, office, powerpoint and so on.

            Hi this is vinay from bangalore i have a samsung xpress m2876nd printer. The printer is not working from 30 days because the printer showing error message as " NOT AVAILABEL TRY AGAIN LATER" with red light. When i press the start button of xerox copy button it showing the error message. The HP customer care is not responding properly. Not taking action properly. I raised the complaint from HP customer care from 30 days back but still the complaint has been not solved. Case id is: [protected]. Please Please requesting you people please solve my problem.

                They r not providing service. They asked me to mail my querry to them and they will contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. But they never called. When i called them they say they r highlighting the complain to the concerning team. But no progress yet. They have already highlighted the case 4 times. I reported the problem around 20 days ago. I getting losses due to this issue. They have provided me a demo alternative which is also performing very poor. Please resolve my issue asap. Thanks

                This type of services are not proper. All issues must and should solve by the company side.
                Esteemed sir i brought
                Printer HP INK TANK 315 SERIAL NO. CN8693G0N1 two months before. When I give print the yellow colour is missing I told the dealer at srinagar but they didn't take any action please help me.
                Cant f ind my device model listed on hp support which is OMEN 15-ce0xx (accordind to the info in the operating system)
                i let the hp site identify my laptop which it identifies as OMEN by HP - 15-ce018dx and the audio drives i installed from

                  I purchased a laptop (Laptop hp 14-ba077tu sl no 8cg8114wvf) and as per online warranty information from hp website, the warranty is active until 20th may 2019. I gave the computer to your authorized repair center in kozhikode (Bassam complex, kallai) and the representative informed me that the warranty is expired as the bill date is may 3rd 2018.
                  Please be kind enough to direct the repair center to repair it (It crashes after 30 minute or on installing software) under warranty, otherwise i will be forced to approach the consumer court in this regard.

                    I have purchased a hp envy 360 laptop last year from croma store located in saket on 26th feb, 2018. It has almost been a year and the technical issues have started and the hp company is not ready to listen. I have purchased this laptop for 88000rs and i am the end user of this product. What is the use of purchasing expensive laptop when we cannot enjoy the features and use them for our daily needs.
                    I am extremely against this company and i have decided not to use their products in near future again.

                          I purchased hp spectre laptop in april 2018.

                          since then, i have been facing terrible heating issues and speaker sound issues. the laptop gets heated up as soon as it is turned on and continues to heat later on as well, even at very minimum usage. the speaker gives distorted sounds for which i have shared audio notes on mail and whatsapp to the company representatives. honestly, i have complained to hp india about 60 70 times since april 2018
                          tvs electronics gurgaon has been handling my case since the beginning. for the first 3 4 months, engineers came and opened my laptop to change the cooling paste. even then the problem wasn't solved. this happened 4 5 times. i requested for a replacement but the company didn't do it. again they sent technicians to my office and in one incident, one of the technician broke the back panel of my laptop. i started complaining for that too, to devender yadav at tvs electronics, gurgaon. he did not provide me a solution saying it is my fault and hp is not considering it. even after not resolving my situation, they kept my laptop in the service center for about 15 days for no reason.
                          after few days, i was working on my laptop and the hard disk crashed abruptly. i lost all my important data. then i dropped mails to hp and this time devender yadav called to see the piece again and then changed the back panel and the hard disk only. the speaker and heating issue was still not taken care of.
                          i was still very patient with them and requested them for a replacement or refund, they refused. after several more mails, hp asia pacific service head mr. suraj kumar paul contacted me in january or february and I told him very politely and clearly to process a refund and not call me for any other type of resolution. he told me that he just needs the last diagnosis after which they will go ahead with the refund. i felt a bit relaxed then that my terrible experience with the product and service will end soon. it became another trouble to deal with mr suraj, mr devender and tvs electronics partner manager mr sanjeev jain and it was my mistake that i was very polite with them at each and every step. they think that customer is a fool and he/she will continue to use a defective laptop bought for over Rs 1 lakh.
                          since february, they have just troubled me even more asking for audio samples on mail several times, sending technicians again and again for some or the other check report from my device. it would have been very peaceful for me and them had they processed my refund or replacement for the piece earlier. mr suraj told me that it wouldn't help me even if they processed a replacement for me as it would give same issues. it sounded as if he knew that hp spectre is a problematic product and all pieces have complaint issues. i even told him that my product will be out of warranty on april 10, 2019. so try and conclude my issue before that. in the first week of april 2019, he told me that you can collect your laptop from the service centre and we will provide 90-day period for you to check and get back to us in case of issues. these people think we are sitting here free to just complain and complain, repeatedly.
                          yesterday he called me again to tell me that they have checked all complaint data of my laptop and they have discussed it with technical and other teams and your piece seems to be fine. on the other hand, their own technicians who have come to check the piece each time, have told me that the product has heating and sound issues. i have just run out of patience and politeness now, and i was left with no option other than sharing my grievance here on the forum. even after spending so much money, i am feeling helpless with the device. i just want Hp india to refund the whole amount of my product and end my terrible experience of 1 year that i have had. i have attached the invoice and other necessary images below.
                          also, i would like to mention that if my refund is not processed within the next 15 days, legal action would be initiated.

                          I got the same call from Suraj Paul on May 13th, telling that my case has been resolved and that they can't do anything further about it. I do not accept this resolution. HP India will be receiving a legal notice from my end within a week's time.

                            I would like to share my experience of visiting your prestigious store on 4th may at 16.30 hours for purchase of new laptop. Upon entry in shop i went to counter person who appeared as store manager and looked very busy typing on her laptop, she guided her other staff to show us the products. The other staff with lack of knowledge guided us with a chart in hand and was not convinsing enough.
                            There was no courtesy to show demo of the laptop. Upon my query for quotation, the store manager / counter person started her enquiry about the reason for taking a quotation. This was really strange. And the way of communicating was also unfriendly.
                            In the era on online shopping i believe due care should be taken for walk in customers but your executive were busy or not interested.
                            Needless to mention that i finally bought laptop from next door dell shop.
                            I will appreciate if you will take corrective measures.

                              There is a problem in my computer in which touch pad key board not working i have call in call center in many time. But my issue not resolve yet.
                              1st complaint log in 5 dec.2018

                              4th complaint log in 5 feb. 2019
                              6th complaint log in 2 mar. 2019

                              I am trying to call daily in hp call center but they can not satisfied response.
                              Yet time they are not resolve my issue
                              So please help us.

                              This is completely ridiculous. HP has doing paid customer service mode of service means they will not entertain any customer whether loyal or prospective of either technical help or sales or tech specification if customer is not in warranty. Also HP do not provide free customer service online or oflline for tech support even when a customer is out of warranty. Such business model is threat to India code of ethics. If such has continued in America, HP would be bankrupt because America has strict rules against bad customer service business

                                We are using hp deskjet gt 5811 printer. Now a days the printer is not working properly. We can't print anything in it. Printer's power on is not working. We can't get call to your tollfree number. Our all works are pending because of this complaint of printer. We purchased this printer before 1 year. 2 years warranty is remaining. Please do needfull as soon as possible.

                                  restart the windows.

                                  type below commands one by one in cmd, then press enter
                                  Sfc.exe /Scannow
                                  Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
                                  Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

                                  restart the windows
                                  I paid on 23/02/2019 for the extension of my HP printer 5811 for 2yrs and still now I didn't get the invoice for it.My printer is not working now, what can I do now?Will you arrange any alternation till I get the invoice from you?

                                    In connection to the above said reference (Invoice No: CLNP-1118-TI330, transaction id for swiping the card: [protected] purchased on: 10th Nov 2018, still i have not received the cash back of rs.5200 (I. E. 10% cash back offer on shopping through SBI credit card within 90 days of payment, max. Rs.10000 as i was informed by the sales executive at HP showroom) on my laptop purchase of Rs. 99000 at Hp showroom in Nehru place, Delhi.

                                    Cashback was to be credited in 90 days of purchase but now approx Five months are over since my purchase made on date 10.11.2018. I hope with your due attention to my request, this coming week i will get the cashback amount.

                                    Kindly intimate me the necessary action taken by you for my request for further followup.

                                    Hi I am Babita Chambial I have bought hp pavilion x 360 convertible laptop on 10 Nov 2020 with Diwali offer with payment of RS 999 for hp bh 10 headset which is approved on Nov 16 2020 with redemption code ZLQW988118ZL but have not received headset till 30 Dec 2020 and I also emailed 2 time to remind about it but in vain. So kindly resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                      I have opened many tickets in HP contact center here's the recent one
                                      [protected]. Since the time I bought this laptop I had issues from day one.
                                      So this laptop is Serial Number:CND7077MS5 with extended RAM of 8 GB which makes it my laptop of 16 GB. I extended this due to study as I need to create Virtual machine and which was the only purpose for me to buy laptop.
                                      Everytime I use the machine everytime it boots up and I open nothing but task manager and always found 100%disk and 100% CPU this is when no application is running. How in the world I can work on this machine even though I managed to pull it off for almost 1.5 years but not now.

                                      since Jan I'm opening service requests and try to isolate the issue everytime HP person tells me that it is windows issue and I need to re-install it, okay I did it not one or twice 4 times and still the same issue.

                                      opened a new ticket, now they tells me to diagnose using there tools by F2 and surprisingly the hardware tests passed I don't understand why still I told them to send someone to look at the PC as this is not a normal behaviour of an 16 GB laptop to not able to perform simple tasks as it hangs very frequently.

                                      If any one can provide me email address or any contact number it would be highly appreciable.

                                      NO ONE has tried to contact me. It's been too many days now, when someone will contact me regarding this issue. I even have raised this issue in their support community but still nothing has been done. I need some help my laptop is screwed now.
                                      I can isolate the reason without reinstalling windows .
                                      there are many reasons
                                      1. Incorrect standard IDE achi controller driver is installed.
                                      2.Unknown applications are running in background without your knowledge
                                      3.Unwanted Windows services are running, and made it startup as automatic
                                      4. While installing unbranded or unknown software, it will installed dummy antivirus apps which causes in bootable or making performance slow

                                      do the following
                                      1. uninstall unwanted applications
                                      2. Install the latest chipset drivers and all essential drivers from hp site to your model
                                      3. Install Kaspersky total security software, update the databases, then do full scanning
                                      4. after scanned, KTS will detect viruses or Trojans application, make it delete or uninstall
                                      5. upgrade to windows 10 1809 pro version and install latest updates to 17763.437
                                      My hp laptop have a problem with initialization. the product have a problem in motherboard. the product still under in warranty.i need a service for the laptop

                                        Sir, pls help to me ..i bought laptop from united states (america)but in chennai(india)..service center saying the parts are not available in chennai..you have to take the laptop United states..how i will go to united states pls resolve my problem..last few days onwards in chennai customer service member not have any responce to me...t6months warranty also there

                                        Service center saying is correct, because of Hdd electrical power settings are different in US .

                                        insert the windows DVD or USB pen drive, boot with that, then startup repair, it might will fix the error .
                                        if not fixed means, try recreate BCD file, see the videos on YouTube
