I had purchased my hp laptop with (Serial number: cnd744d8r3) on january 09, 2018. On the hp official warranty check site, my warranty will expire on february 10, 2019.
* according to website warranty (Start date: december 13, 2017 and end date:february 10, 2019) my laptop is still under warranty period.
*status of warranty: active, covered under extended warranty, 1 day remaining (As on february 09, 2019)
I had lodged a complain on 6 february, 2019 on the customer care support, hp for a problem of keyboard replacement with (Case number: [protected]).
The complain is been locked and also the part (Keyboard) is been issued, the technician is also assigned.
But when the technician visited my place, he denied for replacing the issued part with a reason: (Your product warranty is already over). Now they are closing my case number also.
As still one day is left in my warranty status. I want my part to get replaced.
