Dear sir/madam
1) i have purchase the printer online form savex technologies pvt ltd. By invoice no delrig[protected] dated 03/08/2017. As per the order detailed which order number 929539.in warranty it contain 3 years onsite warranty but when i check the warranty online by submitting the s. No. It show that warranty expired. Kindly tell me the that the warranty is for 3 years of warranty expired

2). I have complaint on 28/3/19 and complain no. [protected] but no response or no information had been provided.
Kindly provide me the information of the above complain and also give the tollfree no. For future inquaries

Printer is not at working condition, it doesn't take papper to print, some error has been shown like "Error printer on HP Deskjet GT 5820".

      Payment made through citrus payment online by corportion credit card.

      I am check with gas agency, but payment is not received in sps gas agency,. My gas booking is cancelled no - 503210. Again i paid and got gas. Return to 697.39 repees to my bank account. Attached mobile screen short for your refernce.

        I have an complaint about your hp laptop which i brought before 5months on 7th oct "18 at"globus hp world" showroom annanagar, shanthi colony. So i had an complaint on saturday wit tat service center. But the peoples in tat showroom as suggested me to cal tollfree nd complaint the problem. They couldn't able to solve the problem of my laptop. On tat day evening i registered an complaint in tollfree and filed the case id:[protected]. As per the complaint i had an service man who reached my home and he said i had an problem in harddisk so he changed my hard disk and re-installed the os but the os re-installation is incomplet now. I request you to solve my problem. Very worst hp laptop. No quick response...

          The complaint id is [protected] and service id is bnlh4234 regd on march 1 2019 but still not resolved. The docket no for the grievance regd on nch i. E. Jagograhakjago is 1194917.

          The hp team has been pestering me to opt for the unit replacement which i havent agreed and not given my acceptance.

          My request is that i[censored] cant rectify my printer issue. Refund the care pack amount of rs 2750 taken from me at the earliest

          Fake verbal promises are given by the hp support team and tvs saki naka.

          So, i would prefer written communication regarding my printer repair or care pack amount refund.

          Hats off to hp team for manipulating the warranty records of my printer cp 1025 with serial no cnf1z23374 on the hp site without the customers knowledge.



          however, the spares and the unit exchange ordered on the service id bnlh4234 is still visible.







          hp team feels that if they are not willing or able to provide after sales service then they have the unquestionable authority to manipulate and remove the warranty details of my printer and that too without any refund of the care pack amount processed to my account.â

          do not worry, i possess the screenshots of the active or in warranty and expired warranty for my printer from the hp website.â

          I possess the email sent by mr nilesh of tvs saki naka in which he has requested approval for unit level exchange and the serial number of my unit us visible which proves that my unit is within warranty and warranty records were manipulated by the hp team to change from active to expired warranty.

          I do possess the case id registration email from hp support and the email communication regarding my printer issue which includes the complaint id

          I have uploaded my tweets on ur twitter handle asking for an explanation regarding the manipulation done by hp team and would let all people know regarding hp policies!!!?

          Have sent emails to ceo of hp, dion wesler and service head, mr. Rishab gupta, mr anilkuumar parmar, mr sachin gaikwad and hp customer support on the official email id but the issue is not resolved till date.

          After the illegal tampering and manipulation of my printers warranty records done by the hp team, have lost the trust and the goodwill in hp products and servuce.

          So if hp cant or do not want to service my printer, then please refund the care pack amount of rs 2750 taken from me.

          The mental harrassment meted to me by calling and pestering. Me with fake verbal promises by hp support proves that this hp team cannot be trusted.

          HP INC was not able to rectify my printer. Hence on my request they have refunded the care pack AMT if Ra 2750. This refund was processed after a period of one month since case I'd was regd. Recdemail from [email protected]

          I rec'd an email requesting for the care pack invoice from me to refund the amt of Rs 2750.
          I sent an email reply stating that it was the HP team that had illegally tampered and deleted my printers warranty details.
          If the printers warranty details have already been ILLEGALLY deleted from the system, they can refund my amount without any issues.
          Or
          They can get my printers warranty detaila from their servers where important data is backed up or stored.

          I ASSUME THAT HP INC SHOULD HAVE SERVERS THAT BACK UP IMPORTANT DATA

          EVEN IF MY WARRANTY DETAILS HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY MANIPULATED AND DELETED, U CAN CHECK WITH THE IT DEPT TO GET U THE DETAILS FROM THE SERVER TO REFUND MY AMOUNT OF RS 2750 EXCLUDING THE MENTAL HARASSMENT AND PESTERING METED OUT TO ME BY YOUR HP SUPPORT TEAM.

          A PROMPT REPLY WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

          Rec'd a tweet on Twitter from HP support saying that we tried to contact u but could not talk with u.
          I replied to them that pls send me the details in written communication such as email or dm on Twitter since HP support has given fake verbal promises which were not fulfilled. Written communication can be termed as valid proof if they backtrack on written promises. No calls would be entertained

          Rec'd an email from ur vendor stating that As HP does not have spares to rectify the printer issue, we would cancel the care pack and refund the amt to me. For that, he requested bank details which have been emailed to him.

              My complaint was registered on 39 Jan with case number [protected]. at that problem was paper was not taken from tray to print. Some engineer came and told problem was with roller mechanism. I was told spares were not available and that they are are going to order it from company. It took more than 15 days and after my complaint to hp call centre roller got replaced.
              Yet printer was not working. Same engineer told me paper sensor was not working and it is to be replaced. It was more than two weeks.
              I tried contact hp call centre. They are placing my call on hold for more than 7 minutes. I tried with engineer who visited me earlier. He didn't take my calls initially. When answered he told that some other engineer would come and solve the problem. Still no body visited and no information calls from any body.
              Still I am with dead printer. Customer care is cutting my calls as well as hp service engineers. I left with only one option consumer forum. Please see that my printer is get replaced with new one or money is refunded.

                  Its very unfortunate that you were unable to fulfil your commitment. I was told that you will call me yesterday between 9 to 10 am and because of that only i worked till midnight, you know it takes too long to copy and i don’t wanted to make you wait as i was expecting your call next day in the morning. I waited from 9 am to 11:30 for your call with my laptop open but you called me at 4:53 pm when i was unable to pick your call.

                  I have been to your service center and done troubleshooting more than three times but the problem is intact.

                  # my question is why hp selling a laptop which is under performance.

                  # why your officials telling to upgrade ram.

                  # if the given ram is not sufficient than why are you cheating your customer by selling with less ram.

                                      It seems that the this printer has manufacturing defect. During it’s tenure, including the warranty period, it has gone bad twice and both times the solution is to replace the COSTLY heads !
                                      Again last week I purchased new heads for this and not even those are not working? Now as it is out of warranty so no one is bothered to service it. The simple solution being told is to replace the head, which I had done and have been asked to do that again !!

                                      Not sure what is the purpose of Ink-tank printer, if not saving, in fact costing more than ordinary printer and the repair/ head costs is now coming equal to price of new printer. !!
                                      This definitely needs to be brought in review in all technical/ IT forums and online sellers.
