I have purchased a hp printer 3775 (Serial number cn68n2d0rz) watching the advertisement by hp on television. First printer given hell of a printing problem hence hp changed it under warranty with above mentioned serial number. Replaced printer working fine however noticed that ink print cartridge are very costly. Almost rs. 718/- per cartridge so rs. 1426/- per change. Being ink cartridge if your printing activity has a gap of 15 days these print cartridge will get dry & you have to buy new cartridge again so you cross the printer purchase price just buying three set of cartridge.
This is not at all user friendly model hp advertised. Hp must give buy offer & change it with user friendly laser printing model by taking the difference in price.

      Recently, i went to hp world to get the battery of my laptop replaced and gave rs. 500 after checking the availability of the battery as extra and they made me go to the store twice next day only to refuse that the battery wasn't available.in the end they refused to return the advanced money and i had to buy a hp product worth rs. 900 because they couldn't "refund the advance".

        Dear hp team your laptop is good but service is bad
        How to possible to survive without microsoft office.
        Bought new laptop but only one month trial basis office used and then still my work will stop
        No ppt open no excel file open why i used hp,
        Pls suggest how can bought microsoft office or not. Becase m already payed 43000/- and still 5000 more pay for office its really shameful.

        So pls do needful and pls solve my problem.

        I cant do any work on my laptop.

          I had purchased my hp laptop with (Serial number: cnd744d8r3) on january 09, 2018. On the hp official warranty check site, my warranty will expire on february 10, 2019.
          * according to website warranty (Start date: december 13, 2017 and end date:february 10, 2019) my laptop is still under warranty period.
          *status of warranty: active, covered under extended warranty, 1 day remaining (As on february 09, 2019)

          I had lodged a complain on 6 february, 2019 on the customer care support, hp for a problem of keyboard replacement with (Case number: [protected]).
          The complain is been locked and also the part (Keyboard) is been issued, the technician is also assigned.

          But when the technician visited my place, he denied for replacing the issued part with a reason: (Your product warranty is already over). Now they are closing my case number also.

          As still one day is left in my warranty status. I want my part to get replaced.

            We made a complaint [protected] against CN8264N7XZ on 18/01/2019 .The issue was anable power on . The related HP visited under case BNHW325201 and try there best than said it is a matter refer to HP . After 5 days i asked HP about my case . They answered that your printer is not under warranty .and said call to our partner[protected], 11 and [protected] . from tere answered same. than what worth HP or money ? I was in hope that in HP.               Recently i purchased new tricolor cartridge from chinoy trade centre hyderabad (India). Details below:-

              After installing the cartridge when i printed the test page, to my astonishment magenta (Red color) was found missing totally. The printed matter was in green color. I removed the cartridge and took the print of print head nozzles on tissue paper. Only cyan & yellow appeared on tissue paper, magenta was totally missing.
              I am having dye type refill ink of white sky enterprises. I filled this magenta ink into the new cartridge & again printed the test page. The printing was satisfactory & ok. All the three colors appeared.
              This is a serious & unbelievable lapse on the part of a branded world famous company & it is liable to tarnish the well established image of company hp.in the light of my genuine complaint i fervently hope, the hp would be kind enough to send me a new cartridge without any price by way of justice.

                Am bina masaliya I had purchased laptop from malad croma branch HP pavallian from malad croma branch.I had complained many times but there is no reply I had a spot on my laptop and they are telling that it will cost 10000 where as the laptop has the warranty of 1 year. We had call customer service many times they told us if you agree to pay than only we will give you the service. If I don't get the replacement tomorrow I will post all this on every social media site and will tell people not to purchase laptop.i had talk to the manager wasim many a times he also had no idea about this is this a joke we want engineer tomorrow.i want the solution by tomorrow I don't have time to go every day to croma is this way you give service to your costumer by giving the duplicate model.we had complain many a times but we had no reply from croma you have the worst service we regret purchasing from croma we had been given duplicate laptop.

                  I am having worst experience wd hp tottaly wasted my one weeks time and mental disturbance and anxiety. Un professional behaviour and proper assistance despite product being under warranty. I am writing to the consumer court regarxing the unprofessiinal behaviout from hp.                       I am highly disappointed with your service engineer.
                      I called your customer care center on Monday ie on 21st January 2019 and requested for printer installation.
                      A person called me two hours latter informing me that he can install my printer in first half of a day that is between 10- 3 in afternoon, I requested him to come after 4 o clock as I am working n will reach only after 4 pm. On listening to this your representative replied that then he can come only on Sunday as he is busy. I told him that I need printer for urgent work so I can't wait tell Sunday. Representatives said ill see and disconnected the call.
                      In evening I received a call from same person who came to visit my place buy 4.15 pm and I gave him my new ink tank printer to install. Representatives was in so much of hurry of doing my work n go that he put blue and pink ink in same slot and some pink ink in slot of blue ink...n then he talked over the phone with his seniors and went back without helping me further telling me that next day other person will come to clean it and install it again.
                      Today on 22nd January 2019 another person came who was trying to fix the problem. He washed the ink and dried the ink slot with the help of my hair dryer.
                      My question to hp company is as ur engineer has washed the ink tank if any problem in my printer occurs after one month due to moister will you help me...
                      So know as this fault is because of your engineer I need this to be replace.
                      I need to speak with someone asap else ill talk legally in media with hp.

                        I have not received my hp gas subsidy from 2014 to december 2018. I have submitted my adharcard details with gas agency and bank is also linked with adhar card since 2014. I repeated went to gas agency for my subsidy amount but they said your adharcard attached with gas agency but i don't received any amount on december 2018 i again went to saheed karam singh gas agency bangala and said how it possible that subsidy is not coming for so long then they informed me that your adharcard is not updated since 2014 with gas agency that's why i have not received my subsidy and now they are saying that i will not receive the lapsed subsidy.                             Back in 2017, my motherboard got crashed and i had to get it replaced. As my laptop was under warranty, hp replaced the motherboard without charging anything.
                            Soon after this, i started getting a lot of blue screen errors. Unaware of the cause, i tried a couple of workarounds and finally fund that as soon as nvidia graphics driver gets installed, my system becomes unstable. Clearly, i could understand that it was a compatibility issue.
                            I raised this concern with hp and nobody from their side was ready to understand my point. I fought a lot and at last got fed up and decided that i would not install the nvidia drivers and try to work with the on-board graphics.
                            They even sent me a recovery copy and told me that since i was not using the recovery media i was getting this issue.
                            I even tried their recovery media but same problem persisted.
                            Now, that i have spent rs. 72000 for this laptop, i will not settle with the recovery media and struggle each day with the same problem.

                            I want hp to replace my nvidia graphics card and get one compatible card put in place.

                            Whenever i install nvidia drivers, I start getting blue screen error irrespective of the OS I am using.
                            Recently, I tried with windows 7 and got the same problem.

                              My self faizan nachan i have bought a laptop hp pavilion cs1000tx serial number 5cd83501xr. I have bought this product on 12 december 2018 i am facing problem with this laptop i have lock the case on 24 december 2018 case id [protected] this case is lock for two reson one for screen shifting and other for microsoft office activation. I have done all the trouble shoot tell by your service man. Still the problem is not resolve. As the case is lock in 14 days i want to replace (Deo) my laptop. I have visited your service centre in vashi. Your engineer named anil from thane has also visited according to him hard disk is also not working he is telling to replace hard disk i don't want to replace hard disk. I want to replace my laptop. Kindly please please please help me

                                Brought hp note book through online & invoice number srtri[protected]. Date 30/11/2018. & 5- december 2018 i received notebook via blue dart [protected]. First look laptop is find physically ok but during typing center keys are uneven. On 21/12/2018 send mail to customer care service regarding this problem. 02/01/2019 hp local service engg come site to check & found its keyboard test fail. He try to open laptop but i not allow to open my new laptop & totally disappointed with hp. So, requesting you to give my money back & take your faulty new laptop. Also test by hp engineer & found key test is failure. This is manufacturing defect.

I searched for the website hprewards.com, to claim my rewards, but it's not working (It says THE SITE CAN'T BE REACHED). I tried many other ways too but all got in vain.                                       I purchased a laptop cs1052tx, the laptop was a faulty one with display problem, my display just shows half, rest of the display is not visible, its been almost two months now and still i have not received any replacement. Worst support by hp. Just an advice pls dont go for hp. I have made several calls to the support team and also regional office but no updates. All they give is lame excuse. Never expected this kind of experience with them.

                                        I had purchased an hp printer through hp online. My order Nos is[protected]. As a part of scheme the paytm mall cash voucher was also included during the online placement of order. I have received the product but the paytm mall cash voucher is yet to be received me till date. Several correspondences have been made with customer care but the care don't guide properly as what todo now.
