    I purchased a 32 gb pen drive. But found it only 2 gb.
    Worng product packed.
    Seller and hp customer care is not responding.
    Hp care told to consult seller.
    Seller is telling that this is mis-packing by hp, so they can not do anything.
    Pack says its 32 gb, buton steel body 2gb is written.
    By seeing the difference i did not open the packing.

      My cousin gave this laptop to me from usa.
      I used it for about an year, from the beginning itself the hinges were very tight, it was very difficult to open the laptop.
      I browsed the hp site and i saw many review that this was a major fault in hp designing this laptop (Hp 17bs011-dx).

      And finally the tight hinges broke my laptop housing and now the entire hinge is broken.
      Now it cost around 6000rs to fix it.

      Is this justice to pay cash for a repair that was caused due to the manufacturer design flaw.

      I trused hp a lot but how they could fool their customers by providing low quality products.

      I am an engineering student and can't complete my project and other works within the short period without my laptop.
      So, now i request the company to give me a full body kit of this laptop (Including the plastic case and hinge) as soon as possible.

        I want to request HP which is a branded company that please do not sell defective laptop and provide no service to customer. This is based on case id [protected]. Its been a month that service center and customer care are just doing nothing and fooling the customer.

        I have wasted hours and did not get any service. I have totally lost faith on HP.

        Request to please kindly revolve the case id if you have any sense of ethics or refund my money.

        I have already discussed this matter with multiple source within HP but to avail no help.

          I have purchased hp 15q core i3 7th gen laptop from flipkart on 24th of oct and the product was sold by tech - connect retail private limited.
          It has stopped working since last week and shows an error which is attached below. It is not even couple of months have been completed taking the laptop and i am experiencing an issue with the same.

          Please take a look on this..

            I purchased this laptop from chroma.. After 2 weeks the laptop switched off all of a sudden... I did not turn on even after charger was plugged.. No led indication on charging...

            Hp customer care is off on saturday and sunday...
            On contacting hp customer support, they said technician will visit my residence in one or two days...
            They are off on christmas day also...

            On contacting them the next day, they provided me another number to contact.. On contacting the other number, they say that the case is not assigned to them...
            I am not sure on when will the technician arrive at my residence..

            The laptop is not even one month old... I did not expect this.. I was working on some important office task that i am not able to continue it...

            It has caused me a lot of stress and frustration...

              Hi hp support team,

              I bought hp laptop on 16th october 2018 and from november 2018 keyboard is not responding properly. I raised the complaint on 1st december and they told me to provide onsite assistance. Its been one month but i didn't get any support from hp.
              I am fed-up with follow up calls with hp support team.
              No body is taking this issue seriously.
              This is my first laptop an i never expect this kind of response from hp.
              Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, don't make me to feel that i did a big mistake by choosing this brand.

                Good evening

                This is to bring to your knowledge that i, nishi jain, a student of design college, purchased a hp laptop, hp bc406tx on the 30th of october 2018.
                Serial number 5cd8390g1q
                Product number 4wc97pa#acj

                The laptop worked fine for 10 days but after that it became unbearably slow.
                The major issue with laptop are as follows:
                1.) takes 1-3 minutes to switch on.
                2.) takes minimum 4 minutes restart.
                3.) softwares such as autocad and photoshop take minimum 5 minutes to open up.
                4.) overall very slow.
                5.) the fans switch on and blow very high sounds out of the blue.

                Earlier this was not the case.

                I contacted hp but did not get any helpful information because of which i asked the technician to visit my place.

                Please take into consideration that even the technician could not solve my problem and all he did was recover the windows.
                The issue popped up again because of which i had to visit iqor, rajouri garden, delhi. Initially, they did not accept the fact that there was an issue. Even then, they submitted my laptop with them stating that i might get it after 10 days. The next day i received a call from them saying the laptop is okay and i can collect it. Again, all they did was reset.

                As soon as i started using the laptop for browsing and downloading, the issue started again.

                I reached out to them once again. Initially, again, they did not accept the issue of the laptop being tremendously slow. But, when i made them speak to a person of authority, then they suddenly agreed that there was an issue. I submitted my laptop again. The concerned person assured me that if this time the issue is not fixed, they’ll provide me with a new piece.
                I tried to contact their service centre the next day to get updates, but the number provided by them was an invalid phone number.
                Then, i contacted mr. Sandeep sharma, whose number i received from the technical support department. He made me talk to mr. Amarjit who ensured me that the laptop will be fine and they’re working on it.
                After 3 days i received a call from their service centre saying that the laptop is okay and i shall collect it. I told them that please check it because if this time the issue persists, then i will not take it back and want a new piece or refund. They said you can come and check it’s okay.

                On my arrival, all they did was update the laptop. The issue started popping up again once i used the laptop.
                I showed it to the team. But they pounced up on me and said that it’s completely normal and there is no issue at all. I tried to convince them, not once or twice but more then a hundred times. My laptop was taking more than 4 minuets to restart which was not the case in the initial 10 days of its use. It took more than 1 minute 30 seconds to switch on. But they said it’s absolutely normal. I had to eventually leave the centre because their rude and unprofessional behaviour made be tear up.

                I tried contacting mr. Sandeep sharma again but he was taking the service centre’s side and said that the “restart time does not depend upon the configurations of the laptop”.

                I then decided to call hp technical support team. Thankfully, they understood the issue and informed me that the service centre was misguiding me and that my laptop being a gaming laptop cannot take that much time to restart.
                I asked the restart time to 4-5 technical team persons and they told me that it’s normally 30-60 seconds.
                They told me that they’ll escalate my case to the level 2 department. I’ve sent them the idr report as well.

                Now, i’d like to request you to please provide me with a solution for this issue of my laptop being unbearably slow within 24 hours. It’s been more than a month that i’ve been suffering because of this laptop. Being a student, i’ve my deadlines and final submissions which i’m unable to start because of my laptop causing unnecessary trouble.
                If you’re unable to provide me with a solution within 24 hours then please do either of the following:
                1.) provide me with a new laptop.
                2.) provide me refund.
                3.) meet me in the consumer court.

                  I complaint for a factory fault just within 1 month (Informed store 3 days after purchase).
                  It took 3 months to resolve a problem but to cause more problems.
                  My laptop base got damaged. The led panel which was changed due to webcam and hinges issues is faulty.
                  Complaint many times, written several emails, reached seniors by email, twitter, linkedin but to my bad luck hp doesnt have anypne responsible enough.
                  Reached ceo of hp, ceo of hp india but there are not bothered either.
                  I invested rs 76000 in this laptop and couldnt get it working fine for 76 days.
                  What hp wants now is to replace more parts in the new laptop which was defective by manufacturing.
                  I have written an email 3 days back but no one has replied on that. They sent a technician today to take pics of the damaged parts but no sort of communication from the senior team.
                  No one cares for my hard earned money and mental harassment i am going through.
                  I work as a freelancer and laptop is what i need all the times. I am suffering financial loss due to repair, complaint cycle.
                  I am left with no choice but to complaint against them.
                  I have everything documented. I have whatsapp chats, hp chat support, hp twitter handle for technical support, case numbers and all to prove what i have been through.
                  I have paid hp for a used laptop which is not getting filled with refurbished or may be good to use products but why???
                  Why should i get all laptop parts replaced within 3 months when i paid for a new laptop.
                  Can any one help me?

                  Hi All,

                  The technician who visited on Saturday, 22 december 2018 to take pictures of damaged part opened the system back panel and took pictures.
                  Later same day I realized my fingerprint sensor was not working which sometimes doesnt work due to system delay or other reason but later works.
                  Sunday I did not use the laptop. Right now I am using the laptop, tried to unlock system with fingerprint sensor as usual but it didnt work. I used pin code to open it.
                  I locked it again to check but unable to open it with fingerprint sensor.
                  I opened fingerprint sensor settings, my finger print was there, but still not working.
                  It gave me option to set up or remove. I removed old one thinking it might have got corrupted due to any reason.
                  I am trying to set up the FINGERPRINT SCANNER but its not taking it. IT stays at one place. No sensor detection or feeling of sensor.

                  Can anyone tell me whats happening?
                  Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

                  Another techinician who was manager from Iqor Rajouri visited on 4 han 2019 to check the damage and issues with laptop. He opened laptop back and check everything, Also plugged in fingerprint sensor which was dislocated.
                  Then I got a call from Kolkata Escalation Team of HP. explained all issues to them again. Informed that techinician wants to replace the LED panel again and the base of laptop, which means all the parts from this NEW laptop will be transferred to a new body.
                  I was assured of best resolution but nobody called me. I got a call from bangalore team on 17 january telling me parts will be replaced by 7 february 2019. I explained them the issue again. Yesterday 18 jan 2019 i got an email stating that my laptop parts have been replaced, issue resolved with no more issues in laptop.
                  The email has work order which states my name, phone number, case number (created by kolkata team) but has my address wrong. The service center is now TVS electronics from Iqor. I can show all details and emails to prove I am innocent. Can anyone advice me how to take legal action against these people. This laptop costed me rs 75000 and i have just faced troubles with it, people lying, fraud and fake resolution been given.

                  here comes another issue with the newly replaced laptop screen panel. The screen panel is opening on its own without any physical damage.
                  The laptop was not used from last 2 days. Its kept in safe way, in HP provided backpack in an almirah.
                  Today worked on laptop for 15 minutes and closed it. Needed it again after 5 minutes. Opened screen panel, and it started to pop out from right side of screen panel. The pasting is coming off for a branded laptop.
                  NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON LAPTOP WHICH CAN BE PROVED BY PICS.
                  I am yet to hear from HP on this case.

                  I got the screen panel replaced because it was in very bad condition and for my work I need a laptop so I asked them to replace the panel but with care so that no more issues appear. Mr Sandeep Sharma, Regional Head for HP service center and team assured me that he will take care of the issue.
                  I was skeptical of getting laptop opened as it needed shifting all parts from laptop base to a new base which I thought may bring up more issues.
                  So in 2nd week of May 2019, i got laptop repaired again without any fault from my end.
                  Now I am facing another issue. Laptop battery doesnt charge beyond 91%. I complained.
                  Technician visited on 7 june 2019 to check. He tried all troubleshooting steops and went after failing to fix it. He said he will send reports to his service manager Mr Amarjeet Singh.
                  After waiting for 10 days, I emailed Mr Amarjeet singh for an update. He replied after 2 days stating Laptop is working fine as per backend team and they can not do anything.
                  I requested him to check again as this is not normal for a battery to stop charging after 91%.
                  I got a reply on 21/june/2019 that its normal and it will come to 100% after sometime.
                  I replied to him saying that if not charging beyond 91% is normal, then when it charged till 100%, was it beyong normal?

                  I also requested them to take laptop in their service center and bring it to 100%, I will be fine but if it doesnt do that then they need to replace my laptop which was my initial request in september 2018.

My notebook was purchased on 9th nov’19 and redemption code was generated after due approval and l had paid the remaining balance what is the status of my order as i have already paid the required amount. After my complain you had assured me the product would be dispatched by 15th dec’19 but as of date there is no news from your end. This is highly unbecoming of a reputed company like hp. False promises may invite legal implication.

                          Problem reported in service call report - audio jack not working, touchpad and display.

                          We would like to inform that the aforesaid laptop is under warranty and as per the advice and suggestion given by the retailer it world, shetty complex parklane, secunderabad we have given the aforesaid laptop with the complaint as stated above to service centre iqor, secunderabad.

                          As per the service call report it doesn't call for formatting/hard disk intervention but the aforesaid service centre had unwantedly and without the consent and information to the customer had tampered with the "hard disk". As a result of which the total data is lost.

                          The aforesaid incident has caused a serious loss of trust on hp-inc. And your service provider (Iqor, secunderabad) and do believe that your service provider would have done with the intention of stealing the original hard disk from the machine.

                          We hope hp-inc. Takes this complaint seriously and revert back to us with the solution to retrieve the lost data and ensure retaining the original hard disk with the customer.

                            I purchased hpp printer model no "hp deskjet 2676 aio printer on 28 the october from delhi in kp infotech shop janak puri, new delhi -58, when i purchased that one's then one of your employee assured me that the offer is in this printer.                               The undersigned purchased an hp deskjet gt 5811 under serial no. Cn7c35g0h6 fpu no: l9u63-64002 from the company few months back. The product was functional satisfactorily till few days back when developed some technical/operational problem (Incompatible print cartridge).

                              On enquiry i was asked to contact [protected]. When contacted the concerned gave another telephone no. [protected]. The said number did not respond. Therefore, compelled by the circumstances to lodge a formal complaint herein.

                              Work suffering for want of restoration of the printer.

                              Complaint is within warranty period.

As the redemption team has not intimated me that the voucher has only two month validity i can not use the coupon.                                 There is error during executeing the installation step and i dont get why this happen and how to overcome with it. Plz help m . I had call the custmer service but they askin about pass code that i dont know..

                                      The purchase of my laptop was done in august, 2017. From march/april onward i started facing the screen flickering issue to which i reported.

                                      Every time i report the matter to hp technical team over the phone they uninstall and install drivers to which the matter gets resolved till 2 weeks until it starts again.

                                      This matter is an intermittent issue that does not have any specific time of occurrence. Hence it is not possible to understand without a site visit. Hp has been constantly been denying site visit to me.

                                      In august being fed up with the case, i reported the matter to hp with a recording of the matter. Now, hp have come up stating that my warranty is out of date and i have to pay for the product.

                                      Points to note:
                                      1) hp representative have offered me a free diagnostic for this case.
                                      2) the matter is an existing and not a new case.
                                      3) i am a student wherein my class hours are undefined and takes place from morning till late evening wherein hp operating hours do no function.

                                      Points to raise:
                                      1) when i went for the diagnosis, hp service officials just touched the screen and just saw the laptop screen here and there and concluded it is a faulty display.
                                      A) why did hp not do this activity 6 months back?
                                      B) i have constantly been telling hp that it is a faulty issue to which no attention has been paid, why?
                                      C) if this is a reported issue that has been addressed to hp much within the warranty time, why cant hp take up the responsibility of a faulty part from their end and replace it?

                                      Hp is seriously trying to play around their policy by putting their customers in jeopardy.

                                        I purchased hp laptop15-bs-542tu on 16/8/2017 with extended warranty up to 15/8/2018, last week i noticed a very small white spot on my lap and contacted hp support assistant, hp whats app support they informed me to contact nearest hp care, i also contacted hp care in kochi kerala they told me that white spot in display not covered under warranty because it is user induced damage, but in my case only small white dot is present, it is actually pixel dead it may be caused by number of reason but hp actually cheating its customers
