I purchased one HP 680 Black and one HP 680 Colour cartridges from M/S. Joyguru Marketing, Stall No.5, 375 D.H. Road, Kolkata-700 034, Mobile No.[protected]/No.[protected] on 19/08/2018 vide Tax Invoice No.3426, GST: 19AGOPN0395H1ZX. However, the cartridge HP 680 Colour was rejected by my personal computer HP Dekjet Ink Advantage 2135 printer. When i went to the shop to return the defective HP 680 Colour cartridge vide Product No.F6V26AA, Bar Code No.[protected], the shop keeper refused to take return and refund the price.

    Low battery and shutting down. And after that not charging and also not working.
    First time it works normally. But after two days, when i used the laptop, it shows battery low, then i put it in charging. After some hours i restart the laptop. And then also shows battery low and shuts down. After that there is no charging signal and no way to open.

      I purchased laptop hp envy 360 from philadelphia usa, accidentally i've broken screen of same and wanted to get it repaired, as i live in delhi, approached service center and they said they can't repair same. I know this damage does not come under warranty and am ready to pay amount for repair but this is shocking that it can't be just repaired in india.

        For hp gas consumer number 611165, we are not receiving subsidy amount for last 6 months. Our bank account is also linked with aadhar and our lpg is also linked with aadhar. But we can see in hp gas portal that our bank account is not linked with lpg. We have informed to our gas agency regarding this but no use. Please help us in getting our subsidy.

            I purchased a laptop of hp from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd from your vashi satara plaza branch which was giving problem initially there was a lining on the screen which was coming. I took the laptop to your store and showed them the same and made a complaint with hp as well.

            There was a offer of extended warranty and antivirus protection under back to school offer which was supposed to be taken within 7 days of purchase.

            When the engineer visited then the laptop got updated and now the lining is not coming however i am not able to avail extended warranty offer which i wanted. And they are not even replacing the laptop which ideally should be replaced

            Pls help

              Have communicated multiple times about my printer issue which has not been fixed yet. Now your people not lifting the calls. I have purchased priner hpnw126 its a damaged piece. Techincal person visited confirmed printer to be repalced. But from there no proper response from your team to give a letter to repace. There is no use of purchasing printer in shop. Wasting time to follow ups with ur team.

                I have communicated multiple times about my laptop issue which has not been fixed yet .Now you are telling that my issue has been raised to your global team.Now tell me is that really that much of critical issue that you raised it to your global team.

                Secondly, the way you are behaving with your customers is really disappointing me. Being a customer i lost all the trust from your company as well as technical department.The issue is going from last couple of months and you are still deciding what to do.

                Again i am just reminding you about my issues which are mentioned below.

                1.Laptop heating issue : Snap attached for your reference.

                2.Blue mark on my laptop screen.

                3.Laptop Keyboad issue.

                4.Laptop hanging issue: Which has been taken care by executive by visiting my place mutiple times and formatting done multiple times but no improvement shown by this.

                Now, why are you not understanding that there is a issue with the product.I have requested you many times that due to this issue i cannot work properly and also my business is getting affected by this.

                Dear CEO : I have seen you not so much bothered about my issue .Multiple times i am raising my concern but you always forward this to your so called technical department who are actually not able to understand the problem even they dont have proper manner to talk with the customer.It seems you really have no interest.

                However, I must say that the most pathetic service i have experienced that no one should experience that.

                    First of all the address of the service center is wrong on hp website and in google maps so it was difficult to reach.
                    Now the main problem with the service center. I visited for my hp 3635 printer (Out of warranty) they don't even pick call, even they reject calls. When i reached their no one was in the office. I wait for 10 minutes. They were not like proffessional slouching on chair don't even ask me anything for minutes again. That was their way of communicating with customer. The main thing is - after checking my printer they asked me to leave printer for diagnose and pay rs.354 and they send diangnose report to my email in 2 days i agreed. Then after 3 days no response from them and i call them and again after many attempts to connect someone pick up call and then ask me case id then i tell them the case id, they put me on hold more then 5 minutes after that he said they r going to going to call me back (And without even listen to me and cut call instantly) and not even call back. After 6 days i call them and just ask - how many does it take for a diagnose and he said dont u have manners and askk who i am? I tell him and keep on questioning days for diagnose but he did not tell me that and say i[censored] have problem then come and take ur printer. So please take some action. Why i paid for that diagnose? And troubled me to cover that far distance and reach their. Kindly help me, what should i do?

                      I don't want k2 buy back scheme which is providing only 20% off on current printer exchange. As some online e-commerce portal offering much lesser than your k2 scheme.

                      This way you are depreciating my printer to 80% in just 8-9 months span o[censored]sage, though i have not used it at the fullest, your printer caused so much trouble, such as ink leakage, smeared prints which is ultimately loss to my business & time.

                      With all due respect, i demand a fresh printer replacement, as your engineer visited my office twice changed printer head did cleaning and stuff, but was unable to fix problem persistently.

                      HP India Executive are mailing me and offering to change spare parts on chargeable basis though their product is faulty and after sales service is pathetic they still think that consumer is stupid enough to fall for it.

                          I contacted hp support through online chat when i found my laptop battery is not charging anymore on 2nd august. Battery diagnostics showed that some of the battery cells are faulty. It recommended replacement of battery. Accordingly i asked for a quotation of the battery. It took six days for hp to send the quotation. I paid the full amount of inr 7916.00 through online neft transfer on 8th august 2018. Since then i have not received any communication about the status of my battery till today (18th aug 2018) despite several email sent to iqor global services india pvt. Ltd.
                          I am told that iqor global services is the authorized service provider for hp in india. Iqor services are the worst that i experienced in my lifetime. They do not pick up telephone calls or return calls. They do not respond to email either. Pls let me know, what do i need to do to get the battery!!!

                          HP is not providing service and fixing my HP laptop damaged screen. After contacting HP customer support, I received quotation from IQOR (HP service partner) on 24th July 2018. The quotation included cost of display screen and Technician service fee. Even though my laptop is under HP care pack warranty which covers free on site service, I accepted the quotation unwillingly and approved IQOR quotation on 25th July 2018 to fix my laptop. IQOR assured me that my Laptop screen will be fixed with in 3- 5 days. Now 3 weeks completed till today, but no response either from HP or IQOR. I called HP customer support for more than 20 times. Till now no response from HP. They are not even providing the status my replacing part and calling IQOR customer support is waste of time. They will make wait on line and finally you will disconnect the call.I lost my hope that My laptop will be fixed by HP.

                          Please somebody help me, how to proceed further on this.

                            Not working properly. Paper gets jammed each n every time. Newly bought from reliance store mangalore karnataka on 12th august 2018. Even a4 size page doesn't have full print last column gets deleted. Wont print at all. A5 size also has problems. Dont no way to do. Plz it's urgent. We r using it for a business enterprise. Very difficult to print to give bills n all.

                              Before the replacement of keyboard ref case id : [protected] my speaker was working perfectly. But after the replacement of keyboard my speaker is not working ref-case id [protected]. This is due to mishandling by your engineer. The engineer put brush on my speaker while replacing the keyboard he was not able to open the laptop properly he was un-experienced he accidentally thrown my laptop internal speaker on ground. As its not my side of fault. So, i request you to replace the speaker in warranty.
                              I also had lodge a complain against hp as after repeated call and mails hp did not give a positive response in this regard.

                                  My laptop was purchased on 27/7/2018. On the hp website it shows warranty started from march 2018 which is date of manufacturing, despite repeated emails hp is not giving warranty extension as per date of purchase.
                                  Email i sent to hp is as follows.
                                  My product hp laptop with serial number cnd8110mm5, product number 2ey84pa was purchased on 27/7/2018. Case number registered was [protected]. Kindly review the case number and give product warranty extension till 27/7/2019. Your website shows that my product was purchased on march 2018 which is completly wrong. The date of purchase is mentioned in attached invoice.

                                    If the company won't produce a good product then why they are selling there product.

                                      Hp is not providing service and fixing my hp laptop damaged screen.                                         I have logged a complaint to hp on 27th june’18.
                                        For troubleshooting of laptop battery hp has took 37 days, hardly its required 2~3 for days for troubleshooting.
                                        As per procedure, i have to wait 37 days for my laptop battery replacement, till that time no work on laptop. Same thing informed to hp, it’s not possible for me, my laptop having important data and daily basis its required for metro train commissioning, so i didn’t wait for your laptop battery replacement and case resolved. So i have purchased new battery for my laptop to continue my required daily work completion and old battery has miss place somewhere.
                                        On 06th aug'18, hp informed that without defective part we can’t replaced the new part as per hp guideline.
                                        This is not the correct way to customer support.

                                        HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
