    Dear sir, i have purchased a laptop from hp's authorised dealer sigma it super store (P) ltd, gomti nagar, lucknow on 17.07.2018 (Product /model no. Hp0000-nb/pavillion/11-u107tu/x360-z4q48pa). Sir within a month from the date of purchasing i started facing a problem of power on no display in the laptop, so i took it to the authorised service centre of hp (Aforeserve.com ltd) lucknow. There they told me that it's a hardware problem and it will take 4-5 working days to resolve this issue and given me the case no: [protected]. After 10 days of no information i called them to know the status they told me that it will take few more days, so i asked them to refund my money. So now they started procrastinating the things. Sir i have taken loan for that product and paying emi with interest and still i don't have anything in my hand. So i request you to kindly help me in getting my money back.     it may be software issue, try to boot in safemode and then restart the windows
    My hp did ROM make roaring noise
    like a bullet motor bike .

    if your laptop does not have warranty means, you can remove dvd rom by removing screw, visit youtube for video

    Its very poor quality.its not as per your advertisement shown really poor quality

    The printer is working however it takes about 10 mins for one print it has become very very slow. We have a ERP system only when we take printout from this it takes lot of time. However the print is fastter if taken from Excel or word file.

    use hp printer doctor software to diagnonise, or else uninstall the printer software and its drivers completely, and then reinstall the drivers

      I have purchased one HP Laptop on 28.08.18 with specifications - HP 15-A9-9420/4GB-4/1000GB/WIN-10/15.6"HD/2GF(2VR53PA) MATTE GREY-G CND74525Z7. from hp authorized showroom M/s.K.P.Infotech, Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. Afer going to my home I fully charged the laptop to 100%. But when I started to use it the battery started draining fast and the backup of the battery was less than one hour. I contacted customer care service centre over phone on 04.09.18 and I requested them to send the service engineer to my hope for checking the back up issue in the above said laptop. But the customer representative over phone refused to resigter my complaint and rather misbehaved with me. Then I requested him to transfer my call to their supervisor. Then Mr. Pritam Singh, supervisor talked to me and he also misbehaved with me by saying that they will not send hp service engineer to my home. I requested them over phone again & again on 04.09.18 to send the service engineer. Even they were not ready to register my complaint by saying that laptop is ok. After 43 minutes of my pursuasion they have given me Complaint No.[protected]. I hereby once again request you to please resolve my issue immediately by sending service engineer to my home address :- C-3/399, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058 for checking of battery back up issue inmy laptop which I have purchased only on 28.08.18. I am also uploading the Bill No.KPIG18191793 dated 28.08.18.

        The shipment id #[protected] and shipment tracking id[protected] by fedex is not delivered till date despite several times contected with your helping executives and fedex as well. Already thrice date of delivery rescheduled only false commitments are given by both hp helpline executives and fedex officials. And now the fedex officials behavior is absolutely sarcastic in this regard. Appropriate action may be initiated by you to resolve the issue within legitimacy.

I bought this printer bcaz of the highest rate of printing pages about 1500 is showing in advertisement. But after taking 400 pages of word document it shows ink exhausted. While company is claomibg 1500 pages can be printed.. Need a solution & responsible reply from your side.

              Hi my self jaydevnath, I bought a care pack for my HP Notebook 15-ay079tx on 26/08/2018 whose serial number is CND6372FFT and product number is X5Q24PA#ACJ from HP online shopping. but even after a full week it is neither activated nor any physical or digital receipt is provided to me. on my dashboard it is still showing warranty expired. when tried to contact to the customer care executives they provide me different numbers to call. but some doesn't work and some says this is not our service department. so this is really frustrating to me that it is not activated even after the payment. Kindly activate my care pack so I can feel safe for my laptop.

                Due to hardware problem occurred to my laptop sl no, cnd7302z0z (Redemption code[protected] i have complained it through m/s digimall adimaly, my agent. With case number [protected] on[protected].
                Even after 45 days i have not get the mother board replaced by your sevice agent. My lap had an additional feature of graphics card. During the period the service persons have brought mother boards of different specifications two times. This is a clear example of your poor service and breach of contract. As the lap is really a need of my job, your companys irresponsibility causes a lot of inconveniences to me.

                    Low battery and shutting down. And after that not charging and also not working.
                    First time it works normally. But after two days, when i used the laptop, it shows battery low, then i put it in charging. After some hours i restart the laptop. And then also shows battery low and shuts down. After that there is no charging signal and no way to open.

                            I purchased a laptop of hp from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd from your vashi satara plaza branch which was giving problem initially there was a lining on the screen which was coming. I took the laptop to your store and showed them the same and made a complaint with hp as well.

                            There was a offer of extended warranty and antivirus protection under back to school offer which was supposed to be taken within 7 days of purchase.

                            When the engineer visited then the laptop got updated and now the lining is not coming however i am not able to avail extended warranty offer which i wanted. And they are not even replacing the laptop which ideally should be replaced

                              Have communicated multiple times about my printer issue which has not been fixed yet. Now your people not lifting the calls. I have purchased priner hpnw126 its a damaged piece. Techincal person visited confirmed printer to be repalced. But from there no proper response from your team to give a letter to repace. There is no use of purchasing printer in shop. Wasting time to follow ups with ur team.

                                I have communicated multiple times about my laptop issue which has not been fixed yet .Now you are telling that my issue has been raised to your global team.Now tell me is that really that much of critical issue that you raised it to your global team.

                                Secondly, the way you are behaving with your customers is really disappointing me. Being a customer i lost all the trust from your company as well as technical department.The issue is going from last couple of months and you are still deciding what to do.

                                Again i am just reminding you about my issues which are mentioned below.

                                1.Laptop heating issue : Snap attached for your reference.

                                2.Blue mark on my laptop screen.

                                3.Laptop Keyboad issue.

                                4.Laptop hanging issue: Which has been taken care by executive by visiting my place mutiple times and formatting done multiple times but no improvement shown by this.

                                Now, why are you not understanding that there is a issue with the product.I have requested you many times that due to this issue i cannot work properly and also my business is getting affected by this.

                                Dear CEO : I have seen you not so much bothered about my issue .Multiple times i am raising my concern but you always forward this to your so called technical department who are actually not able to understand the problem even they dont have proper manner to talk with the customer.It seems you really have no interest.

                                However, I must say that the most pathetic service i have experienced that no one should experience that.

                                    First of all the address of the service center is wrong on hp website and in google maps so it was difficult to reach.
                                    Now the main problem with the service center. I visited for my hp 3635 printer (Out of warranty) they don't even pick call, even they reject calls. When i reached their no one was in the office. I wait for 10 minutes. They were not like proffessional slouching on chair don't even ask me anything for minutes again. That was their way of communicating with customer. The main thing is - after checking my printer they asked me to leave printer for diagnose and pay rs.354 and they send diangnose report to my email in 2 days i agreed. Then after 3 days no response from them and i call them and again after many attempts to connect someone pick up call and then ask me case id then i tell them the case id, they put me on hold more then 5 minutes after that he said they r going to going to call me back (And without even listen to me and cut call instantly) and not even call back. After 6 days i call them and just ask - how many does it take for a diagnose and he said dont u have manners and askk who i am? I tell him and keep on questioning days for diagnose but he did not tell me that and say i[censored] have problem then come and take ur printer. So please take some action. Why i paid for that diagnose? And troubled me to cover that far distance and reach their. Kindly help me, what should i do?

                                      With ref to case number [protected],

                                      I don't want k2 buy back scheme which is providing only 20% off on current printer exchange. As some online e-commerce portal offering much lesser than your k2 scheme.

                                      This way you are depreciating my printer to 80% in just 8-9 months span o[censored]sage, though i have not used it at the fullest, your printer caused so much trouble, such as ink leakage, smeared prints which is ultimately loss to my business & time.

                                      With all due respect, i demand a fresh printer replacement, as your engineer visited my office twice changed printer head did cleaning and stuff, but was unable to fix problem persistently.

                                      HP India Executive are mailing me and offering to change spare parts on chargeable basis though their product is faulty and after sales service is pathetic they still think that consumer is stupid enough to fall for it.

                                        मेरे प्रिंटर का मॉडल नंबर HP INK TANK 419 AIO और सीरियल नंबर CN8312G02Yहै मैं आप लोगों के कस्टमर केयर पर काफ़ी दिनों से कोल लगा रहा हूँ पर कोई अटेंड नहीं करता इसलिए में आपकी कंप्लेंट कोटा के कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट में करूगा मैंने 11 जुलाई 2018 को ये प्रिंटर के के सॉफ्टेक प्राईवेट लिमिटेड से ख़रीदा था परंतु ये वर्क नहीं कर रहा है तुरंत प्रभाव से शीघ्रता पूर्व आप मेरे घर पर दौड़े आइए वर्ना मैं आप सभी को कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट में थोड़ा दूँगा अल्ल्लाह हाफीज जनाब ।मेरी इस समस्या को जितना जल्दी हो सके सही कर दीजिए आपके लिए बेहतर होगा मैं तो फ़्री रहता हूँ उस कंप्लेन को लेकर आपकी कंपनी की कोर्ट में पीछा नहीं छोड़ूंगा जनाबआगेआपकी मर्ज़ी है
