Dear sir,

Based on hp online corporate offer for laptop, i placed online order (Eshopping) for one elite laptop of price or about rs. 105000/- on 07/05/2018 with advance payment of rs.10, 000/-. I got order confirmation that it will be delivered within 3/4 weeks time and the sales executive who was insisting me by repeated tel calls that i place the order asap, assured me that it will be delivered much earlier and she will take care of it personally. Since then till date i have not received any communication regarding when will be the laptop delivered to me. I wrote number of mails, number of helpline calls, requesting, pleading them to specify i) whether they will deliver the product, then when? Any probable date? Ii) if not able to deliver the product, then please specify / confirm so. Iii) to indicate how can i cancel the order and get my money refunded? But till date i have received any single reply except repeated sms in my moble as "thank you for your order no. 883/362 on hp online store. We are arranging for material... And excpect to deliver the same by[protected][email protected]." whenever i make helpline call, the executive replies that i shall be called within 5 minutes or so / my queries will be replied by mail shortly etc etc. But no body calls back and no e-mails are received. Except this sms which i am getting since few days after placement of order. Since the day one of prdering online status shows "processing" even after one month passed.

My company has advanced me this money to buy the laptop wiyhin the time frame, else i am liable to pay penal interest and they will deduct the entire advance in one go from my next salary and already i have got one sms warning from company for adjustment of the advance soon. Expecting that hp will deliver the laptop within 3/4 weeks, i shall be able to submit adjustment to my company within time frame. Now one month passed and i am concerned that money will be deducted from my salary.
Sir, please inform me in definite terms when will be the machine delivered and then i can pay the balance without any concern of non-delivery and money blocked from both side (Double penalty)? Else i unable to deliver please allow me to cancel the order without any charge immediately so that i can buy a different product of other brand immediately and submit adjustment without losing money due to penalty. I am very very disappointed by such treatment by hp towards me. My whole family is using hp onle, especially my daugther insisted that i must buy hp only. All o[censored]s are very disappointed and shocked.

To day 15th June, nobody from HP contacted me. I made numerous calls to their help line number with complain no noted. But no fruitful response. Once I became successful to be through the help line number and could talk to the sales executive, she said it will solved and she will call back. Then I requested her to at least mail me the soft copy of the invoice, since they are saying it is ready. When I got the invoice soft copy, I was shocked again. The delivery address is written to one address which is about 100km from my residence, which I do not have any connection and knowledge, immediately I wrote a mail indicating the mistake and required correction, but no response till date. In the mean time I got the AWB no by mail and over help line no. which are two different numbers. The transporter is 'Delhivery' who does not have any other no than one land line number ( Gurgaon?) which is always engaged and even in 1% case it rings, no body lifts. Also in all the branches as per google search indicates the same 0124... help line number which is as good as of no use. After paying such big amount of Rs.105000/- I am in utter despair about the intended product whether I shall get or not and after receipt what other chapter is waiting for me about the performance of the product. I have seen HP online ordering is of no use, never they changed the status once the order is placed by me. Also the address / tel no etc which are clearly typed by me online in HP order site, is never adhered to by the concerned team. Otherwise how they got one address and telephone which I am not all concerned. In this digital age, response by world's famous digital company calls for critical attention by all.

        Your cartridges aren't working. Printer top working abnormally.send some new cartridges and some service guy
        Teflon sheet is damaged as while printing some small pieces are coming out, cartridge not working properly Hence this printer is supplied to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, krishna District, AP and installed on 05.07.2017.

          I ordered HP spectre x360 with order no[protected]
          The laptop was damaged and the box was not! Which means a damaged product was purposely delivered to me! I can't believe hp is trying to victimize me into a fraud.

          I want my laptop 'REPLACED' .

          This is my third ho laptop but I'm an not looking forward to buy any hp product in future and spread this information by all means.

            Since i had purchased this laptop on 12th oct since i am facing the problem i had complaint 15 times & engineer visited 4 times but yet no solution i am fed-up with the service provided by hp.

            1st complaint - after a long follow up from 26th dec to 25th jan they had detected there is an issue of hard disk i had suffered a lot & its effected the business.

            2nd complaint - again they had told me to take data backup & they had done some trouble shooting but no solution for that as well

            3rd complaint - they had again forced me to take a backup i had lost database in last complaint so i had refused to take a back up bcoz i was going out of station, i told them to call me next week but no one attendant on that it got closed.

            4th complaint - again he had done some trouble shooting & he had given me a feedback that two internet protection are installed thats y its working slow so he had disabled one but again i m facing the same problem inspite its working very slow i just cant able to work. I had taken this laptop with 8gb ssd your engineer told me its not there inside.

            I am really pissed with the service provided by your company, it was very bad experience with hp its my first & the last product purchase by hp.

            I want you to change the laptop.

              Hi,
              I am using a hp printer 14 months
              My printer was defected
              Ink was leaking in tank section
              I take and go to service center...
              The service man can't care about my devices fault
              He answerd it can't be service it's dead
              He says brought a new printer..
              I brought new another brand printer
              Because hp printer works only 14 months
              Ok i take my priner and go local service center
              He open ink tank and he says the ink tube is damaged please replace
              I said ok to change ink tube
              He changed the tube
              Finally it's worked
              Total cost of service is rs 500/-inr
              I hate the hp service center (Frauds, cheaters)

                This is a terrible way of handling the case by making your customers experience worse at every level. I was on call with one of your technicians sachin saroai and after wiping off the operating system from my computer he disconnected the call. I tried contacting your support numerous times after that and the technicians just keep transferring the call and when someone picks up the call they put it on a mute without saying anything. To make matters worse one of the technicians anamika rransferred the call without even notifying as i kept speaking.
                This would have not been such a big issue if the technician sachin saroai wouldn’t have disconnected the call, and the intentions of the tech support were exposed when the above mentioned technician closed the ticket after disconnecting the call in a hurry without making an attempt for a call back.
                You people put me in a tricky situation and then shut all doors on me when i was looking up to you for help tells a lot about hp as a brand.
                I have sent the same email to your ceo
                Dion weisler president & ceo,
                Hp inc.
                And expect some action in this regards from him.

                  I've brought hp 680 black cartridge with new HP deskjet printer.
                  I hardly print 100 pages and it shows that my black cartridge is empty
                  So ur company says that the cartridge can print 480 pages.
                  U all r making fool o[censored]s
                  I'm Highly disappointed regarding the same.
                  I want u to look in this matter and solve my issue.

                          I have purchased a laptop 0n 14 april 2018 with 2years extended warranty products reached me on 18 th april with 30 days free trial of mcafee. I didnt get any email from hp regarding antivirus. I have raised a complaint on [protected]@redeemnow.in
                          Cc: hp india online store ; [protected]@redeemnow.in.
                          On 19th may till now they have not sent the antivirus activation code.
                          HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          i think you wont get activation code for lifetime or 1 year from HP, don't waste time, instead buy new activation code from flipkart or amazon
                          Have purchased a laptop on 2nd July 2018. Was supposed to get 1500rs of BookMyShow voucher. Til now have not received. When contacted at "[protected]@redeemnow.in" they keep saying only sentence
                          "We apologize for the delay due to certain unavoidable circumstances.
                          Please be rest assured that we are in the process of closing the issue at the earliest and solicit your cooperation for the same."
                          Seriously Sucks!!! its been more than 2 months...Such liers!!

                            I had submitted my laptop for normal servicing n its being more than 14 days i haven’t received my laptop. And today when i again asked for my laptop it isn’t being serviced yet... If you are not able to serve you had informed me i had not service for the vender. The vender had told me that you will get it after 7days i agreed but now its more then 14 days. What kind of service to hp provide. Is this the way you help your costumers..

After fining the problem with mother board he didn't change the same and explained this was due happened due to ant, which is unbelievable. I was really shocked after knowing mother board is not working coz of ant, even i never imagined hp mother board quality us such cheap which couldn't with stand for ant bite. I'm working as a manager in reliance motor insurance company, for employees working under my control personally i have suggested to buy hp brand and more 150 staffs but after came to know about the quality then i need to re-consider. Service also very poor. I gave appointment for 3pm and he came only at 5.30pm where he made me to wait for 2.30hrs. I have never seen such irresponsible customer service in my experience. Engineer found my mother board is not working and that's too coz of small ants which is really not acceptable and unbelievable... I can't accept this at all. Trusting your brand and customer service i have added additional warranty in my cost.. Now for this silly reason. This bad experience makes me to advise my friends and family not use such cheating brand. If everything true.. Then how hp quality is such and there is no warning mentioned to keep away from ants. Now final requesting to reopen my case and change my mother board under warranty if can't then i'm ready file case against hp brand with help of my lawyer uncle. Awaiting for your positive feedback to take final decision.

Now final requesting to reopen my case and change my mother board under warranty if can't then i'm ready file case against hp brand with help of my lawyer uncle. Awaiting for your positive feedback to take final decision.

                                    In january, i bought a 3755 in the us. I ran out of ink and called hp support, the person answering the phone told me that the replacement cartridges in india were 680, and that he would connect me to the hp store. I ordered the cartridges which i received, only to find that these would not work. I called hp support who now led me through the process of regionalization. However, the cartridges still did not work. The hp support staff then told me that the cartridges recommended by hp earlier were incorrect, and that i should have ordered 803. He told me that he would see what corrective action could be taken. Case number [protected]. Not having heard from hp again i purchased the 803, and they work fine. However i have a color and black and white cartridge for which i paid hp over 1200, which are no good to me. I request that as these were bought on hp's recommendation, suitable corrective action be taken, to either replace these with 803 or a refund of the cost. Once again it was hp's support staff who asked me to get the wrong cartridges. Regards ashok khanna

                                      I am facing a problem with the fan. It stopped working. The unit is under care pack warranty till[protected]. This can be clearly seen on the hp website, warranty check section. When i reported the problem to hp support first they confirmed that the problem would be solved with in a week. Then i was contacted by the hp support asking for the care pack certificate, which i mailed them. Then after couple of days later i was asked for the care pack invoice. I mail them that also. Now they are asking for the invoice of the unit. I am being harassed by hp support guys for past 2.5 months now. I think hp just wants to make money by selling bogus care packs but doesn't keep its commitment when a problem arises.

                                        Hi,
                                        I brought HP laptop from HP direct online store on 21/4/2018 for Rs.51000 (6 months installment). In the first week of May, not even first installment started, found a blind spot in monitor. Reported to HP support.
                                        Case/Complaint id:[protected], they took three days to check the complaint and providing a link now its not comes unde warranty and the way we are using is not proper.

                                        I am in IT field for a decade and I know how to use a laptop and been using laptops for years and this is the first time facing this kind of issue. How come a laptop can't even survive for 1 month and how
                                        can trust this kind of worst product for coming yeras.

                                        Hp Team, Can you pls take this laptop and return back my money. I can buy other brand laptops.

                                        Pls help me resolve this issue or else take the laptop and get back my money.
