Purchased this printer on June 20, 2019. the printer started giving error on 2nd JUly 2019 "Error : #A1 - 5513 Motor Failure.

We complained to the service centre...The complain no. is [protected].

We are following up with them...but they have yet not send the technician.

This printer is of a school and is creating so much of inconvenience to the school

Updated by Violet Serrao After so much of escalations and follow-ups, finally the engineer arrived after a week.

Engineer confirmed that the motor of the printer is faulty, since this printer was not use even for a day. Request you replace the printer ASAP.

Please note that this printer is of the School.

I have purchased this laptop almost 1 year ago (1 year not completed) but its hinges are always breaking. It's the third time it has broken. It is really unbearable. So, please I request to refund, return or repair nicely so that it will not break again.
