I bought this hand set last year in july. I was using it with a single sim till i bought a jio lte sim last jan. Though the phone specifications are 4g/lte it does not recognize jio sim as lte instead it shows as 4g. Last month it's software started malfunctioning for which i contacted your service centre at lucknow. Where they formatted and installed new software. There they told me that this phone is not lte compliant and it is a hardware issue. When ever i connect to wi-fi the jio sim goes offline, neither i can receive nor call on this. Now for last two days jio sim going offline and connects only on restart. Please help me solve my problems. Thanks.

I had purchased a htc phone from rmall store in thane which was faulty from the first year only. On advise i always got it repaired from htc sevice centre but due to my hectic schedule i often faced problem in getting it repaired i kept in touch with htc since product is from there, but my experiance over there was not good. The phone was purchased for around 22000/- and has not lasted for more than 19 months. Its repaired once in warrenty period and after that to repair it they are estimating the cost of 6500 + htc as a brand is well known but i think they have dumped defective china made products here. The reason i am saying it is the htc service centre is full of people with display problmes in the phone which is rare for products of other companies as compared to htc none of it were below 15000 none of it lasted more than 20 months.

I delibrately purchased stuff from croma as i thought i wont get a defective phone but now i have lost 22000 plus in the same purchase with no desire to purchase either from htc
If you think i am exagerating please chk your records if there is a backlog of complaints against htc u really shouldnt sell worthless stuff from them.
The salesman in your store was pushing this htc over samsung and nokia eventhough i told him after sales service of htc is bad as i had bad experiance with them.
Please understand that the margin propbably hyped htc over genuinely good products.
If it was 10000 loss i would not have complained but cumulatively i have proof of buying over 60000 rs worth of htc products which are worhtless in the last 3 years. Alas theres no difference in purchase of a product from croma store compared to local vendor.
They wont even guarantee more than 30 days if i give them the 6500 odd rs money to repair the display. What kind of company is htc hugely cheating indian customers with throwaway goods.

My audio speaker is not working after visiting 3times to customer care they have not resolved the problem. I have done several time reset but still the problem is not getting.
Everytime I visit customer service centre they it is okay.they are not trying to solve the problem. I have to use ear phone for conversation. The mobile is only 10 month old. Please help

I bought HTC One X in 2012 from a store in Alappuzha Kerala, India. Now the mobile phone does not work. When I approached your authorized service centre at Ravipuram, Kochi, India, the service person told me that its motherboard is damaged. And the mother board is not available at the service centre. It will be highly appreciated if you can make available the mother board at the service centre so that my mobile phone will work again.

I have bought htc desire 828 32 gm (Imei no. [protected], [protected]) on[protected]. From very 1st week it was getting off by its own. I have informed the seller and he asked to use the phone. With in a month 3-4 times same thing has happened and now the phone is dead. It is not working now.

This seems a defective product. I wants my money back with interest and money for wasting time on this defective product.

Ban the company for supplying defective product in the market.

I bought htc one (M8 eye) from amazon[protected]) on 15 june 2016 for rs.23200/- after almost 10 months the touch screen of the phone inoperative. So i visited htc service center in pimpri, pune where technician cross checked the phone and advised to claim the warranty as there were no liquid logged or physical damage on the phone and also the complication occur within one year i bought this phone. I submitted my phone in the service center against the service report having job sheet number as w9s[protected] on 29 april 2017 with expected date to deliver on 10th may 2017.

I enquired service center on 9th may 2017 and he said that part is yet not come so he cant tell when phone will be repaired so he advised to call the service center and blunder starts:
I called service center regarding the same issue and call center representative told me that issue has been escalted they will get back to me within 2 days with eta date to resolve the issue.

Now almost 1 month has been passed i have called service center multiple times and everytime they have given me 2-3 days to call back to answer my question i. E. When i will get my phone repaired?. But i dont know which planets time zone was followed by htc customer care that those 2-3 days have not passed yet.
I am a working woman i need to use many daily based apps to communicate and tavel essential for my job. From past one month i am using an old normal mobile with a hope that i will get my soon.

Htc is such a huge brand which is counted after iphone for premium mobiles but i think your days in this industry are numbered because of the after service provided by you for your mobile. At least i will not be availing your services in future and i will ask my dear ones to follow the suit. Remember not everyone is a salman khan who do not require word of mouth publicity for their films to earn – you guys are in consumer facing business and here consumers like us are the king. If you provide good service then we will recommend you to others else vice-versa. I think i have given you enough free advice, but i know you guys are so lethargic you will not even have the time read my mail.
Kindly get my mobile repaired quickly or replace my mobile.

Dear sir i have return the mobile charger of htc desire 728 beaceuse of its not working properly. From day 1 i was facing the problem. So i have return it to service centre at akola maharastraon 4-5-17. The in charge person commitet that it will be back by 10 day. But till date i don't have any call back from your side. Its 22 days past now. But still i am waiting for my in warranty charger. Its been very poor service. I was not accepted this kind of fake commitment from such a reputed company.. I am vinay sharma from delhi after long time i am still not getting resolution from your htc. I called to customer care and mailed your htc care but nothing has happened. Now i purchased new phone few days back and mailed your htc to refund. But they are giving me same phone after 50 days. Dear All, I Have Baught a HTC Desire 828 Dual Sim On Dated 23/06/2016, after that in one month phone started auto rebooting, showing improper battery back up, voice quality issues. For resolution of those issues i had submitted the device in nearest HTC service center( College Road Nashik). In Month of December 2016 service center handed over device to me. After that again i observed the same issues which were reported earlier so again i have submitted device in HTC service center(College Road).
After Continuous follow ups HTC informed that we have repaired the device & asked to collect same from service center. While collecting device i observed that the device was damaged so i refuse to collect the same. HTC SC again resend the device for damaged repair. Considering repeated same issues for new device it seems the device is faulty(Manufacturing Defect)
Hence I Requested HTC to refund my money or replace with new device. But Observed that after doing continuous follow ups with HTC still no revert or resolution has been provided by HTC.

I am Shikha from jaipur. I submitted my htc desire 626 dual sim phone in htc service centre, jaipur due to check of some sim network problem. They keep my phone for approx 2-3 days after that I check and found the problem was not solved. Further man other problems arise which was not earlier. Like sound volume is too low now. Earlier it was too good. It's damaged now
My memory card slot is creating problem . It retrieve auto again and again.
This is pathetic we give phone to service centre to repair our phone not for creating other problems.

I bought a new mobile phone of HTC Desire 828 32 GB from a shop namely "The Mobile Solution" for Rs. 15990/- (copy of bill attached) on 16.04.2017. I suddenly felt problem in using touch of the phone only after a week. I instantly rush to a shop to change the tempered glass but the problem could not resolved and it was even getting more deteriorate. Then I finally reached the shop where I bought the phone on 05.05.17 and requested him to change my phone because I was not satisfied of phone. I asked the owner please explain the manufacture defect of the product but he could not convince me about the such a defect found in HTC phone within 20 days from buying the product.

This is my grievance that HTC is a brand and I bought the product only its name but I really dispoint that only after a week time my phone touch was getting worse. HTC should explain the manufacture defect of my phone and why i use repaired phone. If it is manufacure defect so why myself be a sufferer.

Being a customer please redress my grievance at the earliest.

I am using htc desire 500 model purchased in 2013 and its parts not available in any service center, original battery is not available, even few service center are selling fake battery.

After checking my phone the service center engineer said that sub-board (Charging point board) of my phones has been damaged and they can't repair as the part is not available, tell me where should i go,

My mobile is totally ok as engineer said, just the part is needed. Help me

My htc mobile-820 (Dec'14) troubling battery problems on warranty. Visited service centre of htc at koshambhi, handset was given in working condition except quick discharge. I would like to draw your attention to my case that i have deposited my htc desire 620g in htc service centre, (4, basanti colony, ghose bagan, kolkata, west bengal 700054) on 16 th january 2017 for repair and replacement of battery. After several visits and tedious requests they didn't took any action. After 3 months of custody of my phone they just said it can't be replaced and they returned it to me and asked to replace it by any fake battery. It is highly frustating and unprofessional.
If you kindly look into this issue and take the actions necessary i would be highly grateful to you.

My htc 728 dual sim mobile which is under warranty switching off during incoming calls and after manually switch on, it is posting "android applets is n progress" and after 15 minutes it getting to normal state.

Finally, i am unable use my mobile now. Pls. Send the service centre details and solution to my mobile problem.
