Battery drowning so fast...hitting problem..it took so much time for charging and drowning so fast..last time i took my htc desire 826 to service centre..they r told me that they changed ithe battery n they also told me that the hitting problem is for not properly pluging the neno sim..so i solved the sim problem..but the hitting prblm is not yet solved n the battery drowning quickly again..so i request to solve the problem quickly...

    I purchased HTC Desire 626 cell phone for Rs.11999 on 25th Sept but phone not working.below problems i am facing.

    1-While incoming and outgoing call phone get switch off
    2-when battery on 30% phone automaticaly get off.
    3-sometimes details about contact no not shows.

    HTC Center format my phone 2 times and changed battery.still i am facing problem

      I purchased htc 820S in June 2015. Battery was getting discharged fast from the beginning. Service Center at Bhopal checked and said it is ok .
      Now I want to replace battery on payment basis. They say that I have to submit the phone. Whenever they get battery they will inform me. It will take atleast one week. I said I can pay in advance for battery but let me keep the phone for use during this long waiting period.
      They are adamant about submitting the phone for unknown period. Is it not funny?
      I would like them to give me a firm date for replacement.

        Purchased- htc 828 dual slim from vijay sales. mira road. thane.( purchase bill added in photos).
        1) day one screen not getting rotated. i ignored-minor thing - using phone mostly- phone calls
        2) once screen replaced in warranty.
        3) issue now phone gets shut down automatically without any knowledge
        ( photos attached)
        4) need replacement now

        Mobile run time auto off and mobile on and vidie see time off and very heat this problum 3time same
        I am suffering from same issue.. Even after a month htc service center amristar has not even changed the display of my phone and they are making excuses that they arw shipping it from taiwan even if they are shipping it from taiwan it should reach india by a week or two. And they even haven't registered the ticket info on the htc site.. I strongly condemn htc for its aftersales service and strongly warn future buyers to not buy any htc phone .

          Six month before i brought htc 628 dual mobile, from the date i am so facing lot of errors and network issues. Dual sim software not working properly, many times mobile internet disconnected automatically after i must restart the devise.
          While brought this mobile android V 5.1, still htc won't give any update. i wasted 15000 Rupees. Date by date i loosing trust about htc mobiles and i stop suggesting htc mobiles to my friends.
          HTC is have repose to give android version update and must fix problems.

            My htc handset is not working properly.
            its frequently off while it have battery
            pictures are not clear during click its show like picture click during smoke.
            voice on call is very low
            it take to much charged the battery.

            its is in warranty period even it was not first time in september after four month of purchased its show this kind of problem so i sent this to service center again during one month this again show problem.

Abhi tak 6 month main 6 baar htc service center main mobile repering kiya hu. usme lower board, main bvord, spekar, over heating ka problem tha. abhi tak usme sab main parts change kar chuke hai. repering karne ke baad bhi usme same problem aa raha hain. mai16/01/2016 ko ko repering ke liys gaya to hard ware ka problem bata rahe hain. maine mobile replace karne ko kaha to replace nahi kar rahe hain. please help me

                Dear Sir, I had registered a complaint on this portal via complaint Number: 1465233. After filing the complaint, HTC Customer care representative called me and asked to submit my mobile set at the nearest service center. I had submitted the mobile set at HTC service center. They took whole day to check the mobile but the problem was not sort out. After that the mobile set is not charging properly. Things have become worse now. They told me that the mobile set has hardware defect so it will go to company for repair. This set has primary hardware defect and its a very new mobile. But company is not replacing the mobile and asking me to send the set to company for 20 days to repair. Company behavior is very adamant and it shows that they are not testing the mobile sets thoroughly before sending these sets for public sale. They are duping the customers. Company behavior is very non-cooperative. Need your help in this. Company has to replace this defective set which has major hardware defect. They are running away from their responsibilities. Company is also not responding on last complain.

                  Just a little over a year of buying the HTC mobile from the RCOM website, an issue developed with the charging socket and I was facing difficulty in charging it. The phone went dead because the charging socket was loose. Intermittently it was getting charged after I squandered a lot of time looking for the perfect angle to charge the phone. Seems like a very smalls issue.

                  I went once to the authorized HTC service center at Malad West. I was said that the part is not available and was asked to come after some time. On the second visit on the 9th of July'16, they bluntly refused that they don't have the part and they asked me to get the phone repaired from a local vendor. I've a complete video of how rude the service center manager was. I took long to report this as I had given-up the hope to receive any resolution. I ended-up buying a new LYF phone, and the Rs. 33, 900 I had paid for HTC one E8 phone went waste. But all this is giving me a lot of mental agony. I have enough evidences of the lack of services of HTC. I want to drag them to court if I don't get a resolution.

                    I have bought 3 HTC handsets.

                    The 1st one i purchased in oct 2015 HTC E9+

                    It had heating issues and would hang along with the screen color coming off, and hence i submitted it to the shop i purchased from in thane paragon telelinks.

                    They gave to service center and got the display changed and the mother board was replaced in July- Aug 2016. But within a month my phone started going in sleep mode and would not restart and continue to reboot.

                    I called the support team and performed all the test as suggested like battery test and also did hard reset and format twice post which the phone would function fine for few days and again it would reboot and shut down.

                    Finally in last week of Sep my phone did not turn on for more than a week and i spoke to support and they suggested i again visit the service center.

                    On visiting them in Oct 2016 they informed that the headphones were out of stock and phone needs to be checked however out of service date.

                    As the phone was already two times submitted, once for display and 2nd for mother board replacement i did not realize that the phone can have such major issues that too in less than a year for a phone costing me more than 30k.

                    Since the phone is not in service period i have escalated the matter with the Customer care to service my phone free of cost as the team has not done proper service in the 1st time.

                    After keeping the phone for month they have got back to me that they cannot do anything and i have to replace the mother board which will cost me 16k.

                    I m really dissatisfied and disgusted with the kind of support and service i have got for such a high end htc handset.

                    The 2nd hand set in HTC 626 Blue lagoon that i had purchased in July 2016.

                    Within 10 days it was identified that the handset had some mic and battery issues and i had again submitted it to the showroom Paragon telelinks.
                    They took 1 month and just serviced the handset and formatted and gave me back the handset.

                    On collecting i realised that the phone was not even formatted properly and the issue was not resolved.

                    With much calls and emails and visits to service center and fights we submitted the handset at eternity HTC service center in thane and requested a replacement which was finally done after 1.5 months.

                    the replacement we received was a white handset as they informed us that the blue handset that we purchased was not in stock. We had a doubt that it was not a new handset, however after much argument and discussion we collected the white handset.

                    That new phone also was faulty as the calls would get disconnected and drop and battery would drain out quickly.

                    We also tried changing to new sim assuming it could be a network issue but the handset was faulty. Out of no option we had to again go back complaining about the same. Hence we contacted the HTC escalations team by online chat option.

                    After having numerous discussion and follow ups for both the handset, after 1 month they requested that we submit the handset again in service center for them to diagnose the matter.

                    As no option left in Dec we were forced and finally submitted the handset for checking the issue.

                    After being so patient and so many requests made to escalations team highlighting that the service center is not doing their job properly and there is some malpractices and fraudulent activities they doing, the final result we received in Jan was that the phone was fine and no issue found.

                    I am yet to collect my both handset from service center in Thane.

                    Please advise me how i can resolve the above matter for both handsets.

                      I have some issue regarding my htc, in my htc 626 dual sim. It is overheating during working and in charging time and battery drainage, flactuation of battery and due to which by handset automatically bends.
                      Im from jabalpur, mp and i complaint this problem to the service center (Anika service center)of htc in jabalpur they refuses to submit my handset, meanwhile i. Call in customer care who talk to a person of service center but they refuses and says to got email by official htc and then only they collect my handset. I clearly mentioned that my handset is naturally bending, it neither fell nor broken from anywhere. I here attach some files which clearly shows the bending of handest from center.Hence i request you to plz take appropriate action further and quick and plz tell me what action will you take . Thank you

                        Dear Sir, I had purchased one HTC Mobile set ( HTC Mobile-Desire 828 ) on[protected] from M/s HI FLY, 20-D, New Colony, Shopping Center, Kota, Rajasthan, India. I gifted this mobile to my wife. From the very first day this mobile set is not catching proper signal. Initially we thought it is due to weak signal issue at my home. But with the passage of time we observed that this set has some inbuilt defect and do not catch any signal. We showed it to the dealer from where we purchased this mobile. They were not able to detect the issue and they have told us to go to the HTC service center. Today I visited the service center. I visited the service center and showed the mobile set. Service guy checked and found the issue was genuine. He tried various SIM in the set and again the mobile was not catching any signal with those SIM too. He told us that this set will be sent to the company for repair. My submission is that signal issue is a primary function of mobile sets and if it is not working from the day it was purchased then it has big inbuilt defect. Now neither the dealer nor the service center are replacing this set. Request for your help in the resolution. I want to replace this mobile set.

                        As directed by the HTC customer care team, I had submitted the mobile to the nearest service center but the issue is not resolved. As per service center team, mobile has hardware defect. And since that day, HTC customer care has not contacted me. Not happy with the HTC response. They are not taking up the issue seriously. They have just sold me a defective piece. I insist on replacement of the mobile set.

                          In my htc 828 there is speaker problem and when i went to service centre they took my phone and said wait for 5 mins. After 5 min they returned my phone saying they have repaired it. When i asked they told me that they have replaced the speaker and there is no need of paper work. But i found that the speaker is still the same and told them about it. Now the supervisor tells me that the speaker is perfect and i have trouble in hearing bcoz i am imagining things. Now can anyone tell me how it is possible that the tecnician replaced speaker in 5 mins and that too without paper work. This is plainly cheating customers as why on earth would i keep running to their office if my speaker is good, i dont have free time nor i am mad, and plz note they took my phone on my 3 rd visit. My phone now gives distorted sound even for default ringtones and the htc people cant hear it. So I dont think i will buy any htc phone again nor would i recommend it to any one.

                              In my HTC desire 816G system update notifications has appeared which is of 10mb and with a info to do it by yoursel[censored]sing WiFi ..I first downloaded it and during installation it occurred error its not the first time...nad my phone stop working and didn't start from there
                              ..and service center is taking charges of that which is not my fault .
                              The company send that default zip file..which hangs the system and taking charges for repairing it.

                                My phone's camera quality had deteriorated extremely and I had given the same to the HTC Service Centre (HCL, Model Town), Jalandhar (Punjab, India) for repairing the same vide Service Report numbered WCS[protected] on 14th December 2016.
                                The service centre promised to replace the camera while stating that the problem could not be fixed but the very next day went back on their word. They cleaned the camera lens in the pretense of repairing the camera and considered the problem resolved.
                                After this information was conveyed to me, I went on to inspect the camera and found that the issue hadn’t been resolved and the camera quality was still bad and was comparable to that of a 5 MP camera despite being a 20 MP camera.
                                Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service centre’s approach, I decided to get in contact with the customer service of HTC in order to compel them to repair/replace the camera.
                                To my surprise I found it extremely difficult to get in touch with the customer service. I tried every option available on their website to contact their customer service be it through an email or live chat but it yielded no response. After 6 days of trying on every platform available, they finally responded to my complaint on their Facebook page.
                                But sadly even this struggle to get in touch with them was of no good. The customer service was at par with the service centre i.e. horrible at handling complaints.
                                Since the complaint, they have been unnecessarily extending the issue. In the last 10 days since my complaint, they have been parroting the exact same thing which in fact is the same above mentioned information I provided to them. Following which the next day they have a technical issue which somehow renders them incapable of making a call or disclose the progress through a mail. They have been less than cordial in their approach and unwilling to listen. Despite me telling them repeatedly that I have inspected the phone and am not happy, they insist on me collecting the phone from the service centre so that they can close the complaint at the earliest. They refuse to let us talk to any senior authority who might actually be able to do something and just mindlessly repeat that I should check the phone again, as if it will miraculously correct itself!
                                I have talked to 4 different executives from HTC all claiming to be the highest authority of customer care from HTC but none of them seem to have any power or authority or the capability to do anything.
                                Nothing has been done by the Service Centre to resolve this issue since the complaint as was confirmed by their executive. It is beyond my intellect how the executives think they have been successful in resolving the issue when the status has been the same as it was prior to the complaint. If I would have been satisfied with that I wouldn't have registered the complaint in the first place.
                                The customer service has been despicable and has taken no responsibility to solve the problem. Never thought repairing a tiny camera will be that big of an issue for an international organization such as yours.
                                They have still not resolved the issue and continue to sing the same song as before that I should collect my phone.
                                Overlooking the inconvenience and discomfort caused by them, I want the camera to be replaced or repaired.

                                  I am girish
                                  I am facing over heating problem in my HTC disere826 mobile from 5 months.
                                  I visited 4times to service center but I didn't get the permanent solution and I am still facing the same issue.
                                  The device is over heating and I can't keep my phone in my hand while using data and talking on call.
                                  Kindly escalate this issue and advice me to whom I have to contact now to inform the issue and where I will get the proper service.
                                  I am very dissatisfied about my mobile because I purchased branded phone at costly rate but I am not happy always heating problem.

                                  Kindly suggest the solution for this and I have to escalate this issue to higher authority.

                                    HTC collection center in kanpur receptionist girls is totally uneducated and no manner how to deal and talk to customer pls take some action, it was my first walk on HTC service center in kanpur and I found there is no good service provider HTC in kanpur by service center actually I walk 3 to 4 time but receptionist girls didn't give me positive response, I am very disappointed with that

                                      Submitted phone for 6 times in 10 months and not ready to replace the mobile, still they want to diagnose it. No proper solution. It's keeps on shutting down, showed the video clip at the service center they acknowledge and kept it for under observation. When asked for standby phone they did not have. They want the problem in front of them to come.

                                        I give my htc one m8 eye mobile to your service centre from 17 oct to repaire it & also give rs 16000 as your quatation but my mobile was not repaired properly i am 60 to 70 km long from your service centre it was very difficult to travel but i travel 6 time to your service centre but my work was not done please help me & repaire my mobile properly otherwise take my mobile & give me rs 16000 that i given to you
