This is about the service abuse made by I-Cure solution solution. I gave my mobile for software check and new software installation on 3/03/2017 and they called me in the evening and said everything is done but when I reached there they told me that they have to check it again and to download one more software and will deliver on the next day but on the next day when I called them they told it will take some more time. I just went there at that time the manager told me that my mobile phones display is broken due to overheating when they have done software installation but I am sure the cell phone doesn't have heating problem. They handled it carelessly and make it happen.I am planning to file a case in consumer Court. Now i got a bill of 7000 which I have to pay online. If the problem is not rectified I would like to move legally

I have purchased one htc e9 plus phone on 04.07.2015 from 'MULLICK INFOCOM', DURGAPUR, West Bengal. Just after few months under warranty period the phone started malfunctioning the service center people after a long time repaired the phone and again after some time the phone started malfunctioning after a very long time they replaced the phone and gave it to me on 31.03.2016 they handed over to me a new phone. Unfortunately just from 10.03.2017 again the new phone started malfunctioning with the same problem. The service center people denied to repair the phone without charge. Please let me know how the warranty period ends before one year, when replacement is being made with new phone.

I bought a htc handset in 10 months before. It got damaged after 2 months and its screen was broken but it was running well. Last month I was talking with my friend on phone and suddenly my friend said that he is unable to hear my voice. So i went to service centre of htc at Ansal plaza, ludhiana.

He said we will repair it and no charges should be taken because phone is in warranty (the phone screen was broken that time). It was friday so I said ill handover it to you on monday. After 2-3 weeks means today I went there again. They said its lunch time so kindly come again after 2pm. I said okay. And when my friend visited them at 5:00pm. And tell about the problem.

He said mam your phone is damaged so you have to pay repair charges. But if you replace your damage screen (by taking new screen) then we will repair your phone mic in free.

I mean whats this ? While selling you are telling us great service and many others things. When the time comes you are behaving like lions and we are cows.
I guess that's why your sales are dropping day by day.
kindly do something if you can .

I Ravindra Bodke, I have purchased HTC 626 Dezire mobile on march 2016, After 1 Month the handset have problem of auto switched off. I have given the mobile to service centre at nasik for repairing. They took more than 1 Month to repaired. After that again same problem occured & I again visited service centre. I have given the mobile 2 times for repairing, but mobile has given the same problem. So do the needful as early as possible. Otherwise i will take action on HTC.

The phone was kept in pocket . Suddenly burning smell arose. On checking found that the handset has burnt on its rear side. The back cover also got burnt a little.
If hadnt checked quickly it would result in burning of the leg too. it is very shocking that phone kept in the pocket just starts burning. Please take action immediately

This incident occurred on 08.03.2017.

Motherboard has been replaced twice by service cent re.
still set is not functioning properly.

Problems faced:
Continuously optimizing, android not starting.
Low batter life

I recommend, never buy an HTC product.

My name is augustus sinha, i purchased htc 826 on 22 aug 2015 with extended warranty1+1 year for rs 28000. Now my phone is giving error message that uim/sim not detected. I took it to the service center noida sector 2, they are asking for rs 13000 to get this issue resolved. Why should i pay rs13k if i have purchased this phone with extended warranty. Let me know if you need the bill and your service center estimate copy. This is really harassment. I will take this matter to the consumer court.

My device is htc one A9. My device warranty is going to expire on March 10 2017. I found a complaint that my rear camera picture quality is poor. I feel a sound while shaking my mobile near to ear. Now service centre is claiming my device have liquid damage and not cover under warranty they quoted in 15 k for service it is almost 50% of mobile cost. I can't able to believe this part from this compliant my device is working good.Im 100% sure they are cheating me to get money in warranty period. Please help me . I need justice I'm not a rich fellow to spend this much money for hand set.

I have purchased a HTC mobile phone for Rs.47000/- from Kochi, Kerala and the same was not working and entrusted the same for repair at HTC service center Ravipuram Kochi and after checking I have been informed that Mother board was damaged and the instrument cannot be get it repaired since spare parts are not available (end suply) after charging Rs.178/- and given bill for Rs.173/- The hand set have some sentimental value since the same was gifted by wife on the eve of wedding anniversary. So I request you to repair my handset to avoid unpleasant situation to my mind and money.

I purchased htc mobile in alwar.. it's very bed in use. Your alwar service center is also very bed for service . They don't know how to talk with customer. Don't know how to repair phone... Don't open timely . Close it.. it's very bed for your service.. your phone have many problems.. it's bad for your brand value..?... .. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. ...

It's not law, so I am complaing this to you. If mobile is running, then pay amount, but mobile dead, then why we pay money.

Sir i am using htc desire 820 since last2 years now my phone is not turned on. It's showing show charging with original htc charger last 2/3 days. Now it turned off. When i put it on changing the orange led blinking continuesly. I have use other new charger and charge about 2/3 hours continue but only orange leg blinking it can't turning on.
Please suggest me what will i do?

Sir i am a HTC 628 user i bought the phone on 10/08/2016, from few days i am getting problem with the transmitter mice of loudspeaker and also my adaptor is not working, i went service Centre here at ranchi jharkhand instead of helping me they talked rudely and when i told them about the problem of my phone they said water has entered the body and it won't cover in warranty how can it be possible that just a mic will get non functional in short circuit and again when i said alteast you provide me new adapter they said it will also not cover in warranty
Really i had never doped a drop of water in my phone and instead of helping customer thay illbehaved

I have submitted my HTC desire 826 on 14th Jan 2017 to HTC service center at Eternity mall, Thane west with workorder no- 00013, at the time submission i got Tat of 10 working day...now it is more tyan 1 month but no result...every time i contacted htc service center they said it require 10 more days..m going to raise the complaint to consumer forum...need ur reply within 2 working days on my email id

HTC 828 handset is submitted due to ear speaker issue to Akshay enterprises at Kalyan (Thane) on 21/01/2017. Till date ear speaker problem is not resolve & not any kind of feed back from there end.Day to day how much important phone is not necessary to explain. Official mail, phone Nos, Bank apps for all we have to be dependent on phone.
My ticket no is;- [protected], Today almost more than 25 days passes. Please tell me what is the use of CRM department, such a poor services was not excepted from international company like HTC. I had on line chat & already contected to your call center hardly got response.
Please considering my case on priority do the needful, otherwise same will be escalated

Sir i have purchased htc desire 828 dual sim but the camera quality of my phone is not good and car mode automatically turns on so I submitted my phone which ia in warranty to collection centre of htc on 2 jan 2017 and recieved on 16 jan 2017 but they have not fixed the issue and asked me to re submit the phone. I have done the same on 25th of jan 2017 but they create job sheet on 31th of jan 2017.
They told me that I will get my phone with in 7days but i havenot recieved yet and the tracking id provided by them is invalid.
I request you to please look after my matter as soon as possible.
Also they are not helpful and mix up my matter with some body's else matter which results in great confusion. Also they create a wrong jobsheet with name Rahul kumar

I bought a new piece (HTC desire 828 dual sim ) from abroad bahrain in december 2016. within 1 month battery got damaged (switching off automatically when having 90% charge and then battery charge will become 0%). And it dont have any other issues with display and all. I gave it to htc authorised dealer in ernakulam and they did'nt replace it. After more than 3 weeks i took it back from them, from the next day itself my display got damaged and i can't even see the incoming calls and nothing working with it.
Please do some necessary arrangements from your side.

I have submit my htc cell to a store with a complaint of only display cannot work at this time and all works calls, notification tone over all all work will done by me only display cant work bt when i went to receive my cell he says that your mother bord will distroy bt i cant belive on it he tells me lie and he replace my mother bord with other. pls help me what can i do now.

I purchased HTC Desire 626 (4G) dual SIM on 26th May 2016 from Datamation Store, Guwahati. After 6 months of purchase, my mobile started giving trouble. The problem is when the battery is around 50% the mobile gets switch off automatically. The mobile was given to servicing centre at Guwahati in the month of November 2016 but the same problem still persists, even the problem is more now. These days if I am using internet and suddenly if I gets a voice call or if I wanted to make a call then the phone gets switch off automatically. The IMEI no. of Mobile phone is -[protected]/ [protected] (dual SIM). I am getting lots of harassment and embarrassment due to this problem. Kindly address the issue and please arrange to replace the handset as it is under warranty period. Thanks.

I purchased a new mobile on 15th Jan for my daughter. on sunday 29th Jan, it developed an issue with it's camera and it produces whirring sounds when we try to click a photo. I went to the retailer, from whom i bought this mobile, yesterday and he asked me to visit your service station which unfortunately was already closed at 6:30 PM. When i visited HTC service station today they put me to their call center. The person on line told me that i have crossed the 14 day period wherein i'm not illegible to get a replacement. Today morning was the 16th day of my purchase out of which they were closed for 3 days. So effectively i get only 11 days. I've been an HTC fan but i'm seriously doubting their sales/ replacement policy. The service station guys and the retailer both acknowledged that it was a manufacturing defect and still i'm being told that it will be repaired and not replace and that too the timeline will be advised in 2-3 days. It's ridiculous that a mobile company expects it's customer to be without a mobile while they decide what the next course of action will be.
