Hi,
The mobile was connecting to wifi from a year, and suddenly it has stopped connecting to wifi. The available wifi networks can be viewed on phone, but its not connecting to the wifi, after the providing password, its failing to connect (Shows message like-saved, secured with wpa). There is no problem with wifi router as its getting connected on other devices.
Please help me resolving the issue.

    I komal kothari purchase htc 626g plus from satyam electronics m. I. Road jaipur on 28 may 2016. After few days the phone battery started draining very fast n on one day the phone switched off n didn't restart so i went to service center and told by them that my phone has some battery issues n will be corrected by them in 2-3 days. After that again on 23/09/2016 phone get switched off n again service center told me that battery has to be changed along with the charger n take 7-10 days... Now finally again on 13/12/2016 the same problem occurred so i went to service center for seeking a fair advice but instead of helping me one of the employee name miss varsha harresed me n abused me. Manager mr praveen kumar was not there so i called him n brief the whole matter. Although they repaired my phone but i m not satisfied with the product n service.
    Htc has manufactured a poor quality product n i want refund.
    I have lost hope in them n mentally n physically depressed by them.
    Pls i want a fair decisions n help me out in this situation.

    Hi team HtC.

    I am using htc one 8 from last one year. The ph is working perfectly fine, but when i go to settings to update it doesn't take any update. Even HTC has launched android version 7 nougat and ph is still working on 4.4.2 ..
    Plz help me how can i get lattest update

      Respected sir/madam,

      I am sachin from thane, mumbai, india. I hope you help to solve my problem about the phone. I had purchased htc desire 626 4g white, serial# lc62fyt02509, imei# [protected] on 19 april 2016 from thane. Since a last 3 month it’s not working properly.

      The 1st issue started at july month and finally in august month i have visited your tvs electronics ltd., thane service center for mobile cannot charge/unable fully charge, battery rundown fast (Poor lifetime) this reason. I have submitted the phone in you service station under repair report# qys[protected] on 24 august 2016. I have received back my phone on 27 august with solution of “mother board changed” and my imei number also changed [protected] to [protected] but the problem was not solved and still i am facing same problem.

      2nd time, again for the same issue i have visited and submitted my phone on your service center on 15 sept 2016 under repair report# qys[protected] and this time your engineer just re-installed software on my phone i gave it me 16 sept. The issue / ticket closed from your end but the problem was not solved and one more new problem started in phone i. E. Back camera stopped to work.

      3rd time i have visited you service center for battery rundown fast and back camera not working on 27 sept 2016 and again i have submitted my phone to resolve the problem under service# qys[protected] and that time battery & camera was changed to resolve issue and i got back my phone on 30th sept.

      But last few days the battery again started to rundown fast and the camera quality is also goes down.

      4th time again i visited your vashi service center for front camera blur issue, overheating, battery temperature high error showing issue on 13th december 2016 and submitted phone under service# wds[protected]. They advise me we will change you mobile lcd to resolve the front camera issue but for overheating we can't do anything. If you are using 4g sim card in this phone then phone will get hot. If this phone is 4g supported phone so why i am facing this issue? Only heating is not problem the phone shows bettery temperature high message.

      This is a very serious issue within some months mobile giving so much of problems, how can we believe that no any problem occur in future.

      I am fed up with this phone and the htc company. I want replacement or cash back of my mobile.

          I have a very bad experience with HTC, I had taken a new 728G but I m not using this phone nobody helping me from customer care from service centre seriously I m facing mentally prob because of htc.Wht I do plz suggest me. I have a bill I have a job sheet I have everything after that nobody helping plz solf my prob it's request

            Sir,
            I, mahesh gupta have purchased htc 626 4g from "mobile wala" govind nagar, kanpur nagar, u. P. On dated 1 oct. 2016. It is to intimate your that black screen of my is now coming out.
            Today i approached you htc service center shop no. 27 old taxi bus stand, the mall, kanpur for treatment of said problem but your representative denied to take the phone due to "lifted" said by them and talked me very rubbish they makes me a great disappointment.
            My phone is under warranty period an said problem of phone is occurring from few days in normal course. It is purely manufacturing defect cause my phone never dealt with mishandling or wet or in water or not fallen or damaged from anywhere.
            Therefore you are requested to ensure proper repair of my phone immediately. So that your repo be maintained.
            Sale invoice of the mobile phone is enclosed.

                This is to inform you that i am astounded with the quality of your products.
                One of my biggest mistake was to trust in the goodwill of HTC.
                I bought the product - HTC One E9s Dual Sim 16GB on the 4th of March, 2016, the display of the device broke within 2 weeks o[censored]sage. I paid an amount of Rs.6100 (approx) for its repair.
                Then again within a week the display cracked and since then it has been a piece of garbage.
                The device is said to have Gorilla Glass for protection but unfortunately your product is not true to what it says . I have invested a sum of Rs.17900+6100 = Rs.24000 in a product which has not even lasted for a month.
                Changing the display again would cost me Rs.6100 again but there is no guarantee that it will not break again. Moreover its come to my knowledge that most of the HTC One E9s handsets have been facing the same issue regarding its display being so delicate. Please try improving your quality and provide me an appropriate redress to this issue.

                      I have purchased my device last 5 month ago and 6 times i have visited to the center for single problem but no proper solution is there..help me as soon as possible..
                      problem with the phone=it heats up and lock the screen after that stops the finger sensor to work..dn i have to unlock the device with pattern and then error on the screen ur sence home is not working..and then it hanks the phone badly.
                      kindly help me am fedup with the service ..i have tried many time this is my last mail to u to get solve my problem..if it stil remains..i will quit the htc forever and recomend my knowns ..to get out of htc ..really fedup..wasting of money with the company

                        I Ravindra Margaj purchased a Handset (Model NO HTC Desire 820 S) on 29th April 2015. It started giving problem so i had given it for repairing to the authorized service center at Kurla ( TVS Electronics Limited ) In Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Lbs Marg Kurla West on 02nd Dec 2015, As Per Technician of Service Center They Have Changed the Mother Board But Problem Persist Again, So I Again Approach The Service Center For The Replacement Of Handset Also Spoken With Customer Care Executive But My Request Was Turned Down and Mother Board Was Changed Again On 26nd Feb 2016, But Problem Still Continue So I Visit Again On 11Th Of May 2016 They Said That Handset Is OK And now Gone Of Warranty Period So I Was Helpless .. I Requested Every Time And Again but I Thing They were Waiting For The Handset To Go Out Of Warranty .. Please Take Necessary Action And Help Us To Either Refund My Money Or Exchange The Handset..

                          I purchased htc mobile handset model no. htc desire 728 (imei : [protected]) from manik comm. on 16/08/2016 (please find the attached doc), after 4 days i noticed an over heating issue with the handset and visited the same retailer but he replied not to worry as it was normal, after 2 more weeks the mobile touch stopped responding accurately & i visited the htc support centre jammu, they examined my handset and demanded my handset to be submitted under warranty status for repairing on 16/09/2016 and i did the same (please find the attachment), they sent my handset to some third party agent flextronics and he mishandled my phone and burnt/remove some components of the same. now htc support is saying, my handset is out of warranty and i must pay them around 13000 in order to get it back. so, it is my humble request to you to please look into the matter, help me and stop these kind of people to do unfair trade practices and cheating others.

                            I have 2 devices of htc at my home i. e. (htc desire 828g & htc one x9)
                            On 1st i would like to tell about htc one x9, i purchased this mobile on 15.9.2016 and till now i have given that mobile for service upto 4-5 times.. every time they use to tell that you may be having some software issue and it will take 3-4 days minimum. i gave my phone for service twice in a week and even they won't provide a stand by device. now i visited with my both device (x9 & 828g) to your service center because i was having speaker problem in htc 828 g and again they told me that it will take 3-4 days for both the device and they told that we don't have any spare phone so i connected them with your customer care executive and then they provided me a spare phone.. and today (30.11.2016) i went back to collect my device from service center they gave me my one x9 back and told that your another device will take more 3 days and they took my spare phone back. as it was mentioned on service report about the return date is 30.11.2016. without asking or providing any information they themselves extended the date, it is there responsibility to let the customer know about their device. after facing so many difficulties they are not providing me a spare phone. please do check the attachment below. sir i need a proper response from your side.

                              Complain Regarding Repair of mobile HTC M9(plus)via complain no ticket no [protected], the phone is till not repaired after 25 days and the service center is not ready to listen to complain not the customer care is giving proper answer to the query. i have been running around the service center and customer care but no proper response is given.

                                I have been purchased a HTC mobile in the last month
                                HTC Desire 626 dual sim blue lagoon
                                Android version : 4.4.4
                                Kernal version : 3.10.48
                                Build No. 1.08.709.107
                                I have checked by using various OTG tester & checker apps installed from Play store and result found that this device has support OTG, USB host mode enable but device detected. The phone was no root, I have successfully installed kingroot through pc. I have also attempted by using various brand of micro usb OTG cable but no device detected. Very strange!!!

                                    I bought a phone of HTC, model name is one X9. On 15.9.16 and I have given my phone for service more then four times.
                                    First there was sensor problem and they said as there some software issue, then when I got it back there was gain some problem in Mike and display . And now again I hav given it in service 2nd time in this week. However they say it wil take 4-5 days to get a software update .
                                    I need your help to get my phone replaced or to get a proper action against this.

                                    I bought this phone 3 months before and the battery drains at a drastic rate. The phone switches off autimatically and starts optimising apps. And this happens regulary almost twice a day. The phone heats up too much even tough i have resetted it once and uninstalled apps.

                                      Severe battery & OS issue. Drops from 99% to 12% in 10 mins and switches off.
                                      All applicaiton hangs and hardly the mobile works.

                                      I went htc colletion point for submitting my earphone but they totally refuse to take earphone and talked roudly.
                                      They said u should visit service center i will note responsible for anything...
                                      I got htc 616 mobile. For camera issue it submited 5 times. Company told mi ur mobile's motherboard change n when i resubmited it for other issue(mobi stop on htc logo) then told mi ur motherbord is not change sorry for that worng info.
                                      But what should i do now!!! They cheat with me..have any action against him them

                                        I have put many mails to htc care ho on contact us and to mubai service center too and past four months my problem ha been kept pending, fed up of all this i had send my spouse to get my mobile back on this issue too the service centre is reponding poorly and was asking for copy of repair that was given to us though had a copy of it too and said if my wife doesnt has the copy we will have to got police station. I fail to understand this that when already centre has all details of my mobile and also know its handed over by me then they should return my mobile in any damn way its my property boss. Now if i have to go to police i will file case consumer harrassment case against htc. So advise to htc to return my handset irrespective i submit copy with me or no and above all stop this service center at mumbai located at irla house ville parle.
