I have htc one e9plus which has a problem since I have this mobile it automatically shut down & takes hours to get started again. I have got it repaired thrice from the service centre but every time I faced the same problem then lastly htc picked up my mobile for the repair & returned me back after so many days that my mobile has a small crack on the body hence I will have to bear 24k rupees to get it repaired in spite mobile is under warranty. I am fed up & getting harassed by the bad services of htc . Pls take my matter forward & help.

    Poor quality of product HTC Desire 620G. Purchaed this phone few months back and within short period of time, the phone stopped working and is not repairable. This is against the consumer interests and liable to be reported to the consumer forum for the refund of price along with damages of ₹ 50000 towards mental agony, harassment, torture and reimbursement of incidental expenses and loss of business .       Dear sir/mam,

      This is in reference with htc desire 820s 16gb. I had deposited my phone with one of the service center at ludhiana (Punjab) named tvs electronics ltd on the request of mr. Gaurav and mr. Umang from the escalation team - htc india. But instead of finding any solution i have been humiliated even more. I was informed by mr gaurav that motherboard of phone has been replaced with new one as there were problems of hanging of phone, auto close down of apps, burning spot on screen, poor battery back up and overheating of phone but to my surprise when i reached service center for collecting my phone i was informed that no motherboard has been replaced and only lcd has been replaced. Still i have to collect my phone as i had no other option and the phone continued to gave me same problems except that burning spot.

      So i decided to again deposit the phone with same service center on the request of mr gaurav but now the htc team says there is no problem in phone and i suspect the reason for this is taht the warranty of phone will be expired on 20th of this month and may be they are waiting for that. I am a company secretary and an advocate and still i have to face this kind of humiliation. Many of my friends and family members are using devices of htc but i am sorry to say if we customers are treated like this by the company then we will surely shift to some other brand and will never ever suggest anyone to get associated with htc. These practices are highly non ethical on part of company and is a violation of consumer rights.

      Still have faith in senior management to find me a solution so that i am not left to find it by other means. Hoping for a quick and appropriate action.

      The person in question has utter disrespect for the customers and made sleazy advances towards customers. No etiquette and behavior on how to deal with the customer. Used vulgar language towards customer. Use profanity and sexually harassed the customer.

      I am using HTC devices since last 10 years. i purchased desire 628 dual sim before 6 months back. i faced battery problem form 3 months. it is not charging fast. it is discharged immediately within 2 hrs. sometime it got zero and turn off suddenly even 100 % of power.

One month have gone already. I have call many times at service centre. They r saying that material is not available of your device. Everytime they says to wait its going to one month already. M so disappointing from service centre

          I purchased HTC desire 10 lifestyle handset before three month only, but yesterday by accidentally the handset was damaged after damaged also the mobile is working only screen and body are damaged, If I went to htc service center Hyderabad they send me back they told me If you don't have insurance we can't do anything but still the mobile is in warranty.again I went today in center they asked me personally and told 20000 charges to repair the mobile and I purchased this mobile in 16000. what I can do I am belong to very middle class family I am not that much of reach to pay 20000 again to repair the mobile.

            I have own HTC Desire 820 dual sim, and last 29th march i have handover my mobile to HTC authorized service center at Classic Electronics, Tirupur. And after few days they said need to change Mother Board and i too agree to change Mother board, but still now i didn't get my moblie, almost it crossed 15 days, this is not good in service

              My name is kulbhushan i send my mobile htc deidire 830 in dubai care centre but 20 days have gone but my mobile is not repaired this compny service is too bad. I dont know what is the actual matter but since 21 days iam going daily to shopkeeper and asked him my phone is getting repaired then he said just your mobile would came with in two days. But my mobile is not repaired iam very upset in their service. He already gave me a repairing service paper card in that mention the proper time of repairing time limit 15 days but i think the all instruction are false. The compony should care about custmor if it would do that the cutomer would not get their product.

                I have been using HTC 826 from past 1 and half year, In Feb my phone stopped working and the screen had color lines and in a days time the display was completly gone. I had handed over my handset to Borivali HTC service center for repair, After one week i got a call stating that the display chip needs to be replaced with Rs 2500, I approved the cost for repair.
                Its been the third week now from that day when i have been constantly given wrong assurance stating that they will give my phone in two days, i am completly fedup and have no clue where is my phone.
                Such a service from HTC is really disappointing, i even spoke to Nitin the service center incharge but all i hear is that they have emailed and awaiting responce.
                This is a pathetic after service given by you, i have not bought your product to be harrased like this.
                Urgently look into the matter and call me [protected]/[protected]
                I cannot wait for eternity to get my phone repaired I now regret that i switched to HTC from Nokia.

                  Useless piece of waste! bought it an year ago, faced speaker problems in the 2nd month, started hanging, screen touch is bad!
                  Secondly, I purchased insurance for which the shop keeper of "SHEEBA TEL. PVT LTD" assured me it is the most beneficial thing i could ever encounter in my darned life! Unfortunately, the screen of my phone broke in the 11th month. But, nahh, why would I be tensed, Damage was covered under insurance by "GHIZMO LITE INSURANCE CO."
                  Then I just had to upload_-

                  - FRONT
                  PAN CARD
                  BANK DETAILS
                  CANCELLED CHEQUE
                  STAMP FROM A BANK OFFICIAL ( duh man, i had to go to a bank to get a stamp and stand in a line to not even recieve but just to get an approval from the company)

                  SERVICE REPORT FROM AN HTC SERVICE CENTRE(for which i had to pay an additional of rs250 just to get it printed)

                  FINALLY, i reached the HTC SERVICE CENTRE, where they never know who picks a call, they dont know that "PHYSICAL DAMAGE" had to be written manually, ... OOOPS! But, The customer's time does'nt matter! ooh yesshh, why would they even care to inform me!

                  BUT NO, i went prepared, i asked the man to mention physical damage but he was toooo unaware that he guided me wrong! He wasnt aware he had to even stamp it!! I called the service centre, they assured me they will process my complaint in just 5 minuts! only 5 darn minutes of my life! i called thrice and was lied to thrice, and when i asked who picked the call they were not aware!( as i mentioned they are always UNAWARE) IN a small service centre of TILAK NAGAR where in all my 5 visits i couldnt see more than one other customer and 2 people on help desk, they werent aware of who picked a phone call!

                  OK, SO FINALLY I HAVE GIVEN UP! I CANT VISIT THE HTC SERVICE CENTRE ANYMORE! POOR SERVICE! MIS GUIDANCE BY OFFICIALS! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ! ZERO HELP/ASSISSTANCE! MY FIRST HTC PURCHASE! A BIG DISASTER!

                  ADVICE-- PURCHASE FROM A BETTER COMPANY, WHO CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!

                      This is to inform you that you are provided such a poor service to the customer . Ive submit my htc set on 22/03/17 In kamla nagar in the name of anusha . But still m waiting for response but there is no response from service center . From last 13 days ive no phone and m working without any phone . How poor service is this . M contacting daily basis but they easily say that they dont have stock of battery
                      If you dont have stock of battery then why you are selling your product
                      Ive also attached the job sheet . If you also are not able to do something urgently then tell me I will purchase another one but in future m never suggest anyone to purchase this product

                            I had purchased HTC Desire 820S 16GB on 20.04/2016 with invoice no 44532/2016-17/3161
                            From past few months i have been experiencing lot of troubles in phone. It gets overheated, Battery Back up is very poor that battery drains in less than 2 hours, processor hangs oftenly. I made a complaint a month or two back at your service centre in ludhiana at ansal plaza. the phone was returned to me after 3 4 days saying that issue has been solved. They did nothing apart from just resetting my phone nut the problem is still persisting. I guess problem is with some hardware.The phone has become of no use for me. i regret investing a huge amount in this phone. never expected this from HTC. Kindly provide after sale services to your customers if you want to retain them. Please find a solution for me. Hoping for a quick action.

                                Its not more than 8 months i bought this mobile and from that time i am runing to your service centres only.
                                Its getting off again and again.i want want my moblie to be replace or otherwise refund my money back.its a worst service you are providing to customers.i got my mobile repaired from your service centre but within seven days it came back to same condition.should i leave this handset at your service centre only.or should i run again and again.i jus wants my handset to be relaced now i dont wat it to be repaired anymore mind it.and do it as early as possible.i wont buy any of your products here after if you repeat the same **** things with customers.refund my money or else replace my mobile as early as possible.

                                  I manoj, i have purchased HTC DESIRE 626G DUAL SIM mobile on june-11-2016 on paytm web site .after 5 monthes the hand set have a problem of auto power off, i have given the mobile to service center at hyderabad .after that again same problem is occured and recently i visited vijayawada service center even though i have coverd under warranty period they charged 230/- as to send to banglore to repair due to lake of service at vijayawada which is burden to customer in the form of transportation cost individually to return the mobile also 230/- again even though the mobile is not repaired. after 5 days they said some parts are missed in mother board which cost 10, 000/- to replace (which is nearly 80% of the original mobile cost).i cant able to believe that part is missed from my device.100% sure they are cheating me to get money IN MY WARRANTY PERIOD .please help me i want justice.i look forward to your replies. ph.no:[protected]

                                    HTC Desire 828 Dual Sim (3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory) was released around June last year having android 5 (lollipop) version with a promise of the update to next version i.e., android 6 (marshmallow) as at that time android 5 was outdated and android 6 was already present and even android 7 was due to release.
                                    The VoLte support is also lacking and the same chipset used by other company mobiles like Gionee S6, Lenovo K4 Note and Coolpad Note 3 (have the same MT6753 processor) provided Volte support with a small software update. The point here is they are way less priced than this model (HTC Desire 828).
                                    Now as the market is flooded with mobiles equipped with Volte support and the latest android version for lesser prices (below 10 k), we can't even sell this mobile in the second-hand market. We are literally stuck with this mobile with outdated software and incompatibility issues with latest entrants in telecom sector like Jio (4G with Volte).
                                    Will greatly appreciate your help in this regard in resolving these issues of Volte support and android version up-gradation.

                                      I purchased HTC 820G+ mobile phone at Chennai / India on 26th August 2015. The mobile phone makes factory reset automatically for every 4 to 6 weeks.

                                      January 2016, HTC service centre did re-flashing of ROM. After this, the mobile worked fine for ~5 months.

                                      From June 2016, it started once again to do factory reset. In July 2016, HTC replaced the mother board and after this the mobile worked for ~5 months.

                                      From December 2016, the mobile started to do the factory reset once again every month.

                                      I contacted HTC in March 2017 for a replacement of the unit and HTC refuses for the replacement.

                                      The mobile phone has failed eight times in 18 months and every time, I lost all my data. Twice the mobile was given to their service centre and they failed to resolve the problem completely.

                                      This indicates that the mobile has a product / quality issue and I requested for a replacement. HTC India is unable to resolve the problem and not willing to replace.

                                      In the process of repair, the warranty period also expired.

                                      Can you help in getting me the replacement or refund.

                                        I bought 1 htc 620g phone 10 months back within 5 months screen got damaged by itself i gave it to htc warranty services at tvs electronics nugambakkam chennai, they took 1 month to repair then they gave me phone which was 620g but not mine,
                                        One week back they returned me the phone but now battery has started to malfunction . I think they exchanged my battery cause the manufacturing date of my battery is 10/11/14 while that of phone is 15 sept 2015
