Hi,

I had purchased an htc e9s dual sim vide imei number [protected], on the 14th of february 2016 the lcd got inadvertently damaged for which i had given the mobile to the tvs electronics limited kochi service center on 04th of november 2016. It has been more than 10 days but my phone is yet to get repaired. Five days back the service center guy had given the toll free number and asked me to raise a ticket as part is not available. Since then my calls are not being attended to get an update. I have paid an advance of rs 3, 000/- and there are no traces by what time i will get back my phone? I request action on the unprofessional behaviour of not picking up calls or not sending an update on the service request. I am being made to run from pillar to post for this. Today the htc team has said it will take another 10 to 15 days and my phone is lying at the service center unattended. If the service team is incompetent to get the part on time by htc why did the request and advance was taken?

    I have a HTC desire 500 but the battery back up of this phone is very low so i want a new battery, but I did not find it in the service center . service center located in Guwahati said that company closed manufacturing of all parts of this phone. So what should I do now please give me a solution.if you close manufacturing of its parts then i want a new cell phone of HTC. Otherwise i have to through it into dustbin because i can't use this phone without battery.I[censored] supply a new good condition battery then it will be helpful for to run this phone.

      I Aravind P bought a htc desire 728g 5 months back .. after 1 month itself the phone showed some complaints like overheating, switch off while ringing etc.. that time it was not a serious problem but now from last 2 weeks the phone is not working completly always it is rebotting... i had given to so many service centres and they are also telling this is the core complaint of this phone and they cant do anything... they cant even change the software. please suggest me what can i do with this handsetDD

      My mobile No.HTC Desire 516 dual SIM having 1st slot for CDMA SIM now became useless after stoppage CDMA network. Please open that slot for GSM network.

        Last year bought i handest form htc company and it was giveing problems in regular interwals every month when i get back from service centre . 1 year of buying handest i had used it hardly 2 or 3 moths because service centre of htc takes one and half month to give back to me. every time they tell me to collect handest this it will never give u problem again but it will be the same, now this time they have my handest from last 3 months and...

        I submited my phone htc 628 to service center at FC Road Pune Maharashtra, on 2 nov 2016 for battery heating issue which was 53°C and no backup for this problem they promised me delivery within 7days now it's 10th day today yet they say it's under repair and even after complaining at htc call center i haven't got any responce i need someone to take strict action against this carelesness of service center

          Hi,

          I am sanjeev kumar gupta. First time i am using htc brand handset. It is my too much bad experience from htc brand side. I never seen this typed of bad handset brand. I have purchase htc 628 mobile phone at dated 2 july 2016. I am facing too much problem in this handset, like that its battery is too much bad and its touch screen glass is also too much bad quality. Front camera not working properly.

          Every time i think about handset that i have vest my money in this brand. I am too much despair from htc band. I do not want to continue this handset please exchange this handset or return my money.

            I had posted a complaint on 22nd October, 2016. I haven't heard from HTC till date. In adding to the phone getting ery hot and battery draining quickly; noww, another nuisance the phone is causing is that since last two days the phone is getting switched off repeatedly. It is not like i am using a different charger or somethng, even with the charger I got along with the phone is making the phone hot and the charger as well. It is hampering my work. I am fed up of this phone. its been just 3 months I have purchased the phone. I do not want to use HTC any longer. Please give me back my money. I will sue HTC for all the nuisance and harrassment it has caused to me.

              I bring to your kind notice that i have purchase htc desire 728 with 32gb rom and 3 gb ram new model on 2/10/16. But i was shocked that this set get restart problem in ist week and after around 20 days from purchase this set is switch off and its not start 2-3 days and your seller refuse me that i am not give you service. I am living in himachal pardesh and chandigarh is around 80 km from my place. After this i call your customer care and they told press volume and on off button after this phone is restart. And i call your customer care executive for going chandigarh your customer care but thay told you use the set and i[censored] go c.Care center thay do only format your phone. And u check you face second time problem or not. But we face problem after diwali. I am outstation and i face so many problems you can imagine. Everyone told you dont purchase htc, you purchase samsung and other brand. But i prefer htc due to your international market. I acan purchase another brand also.
              I bring your notice also when i face ist time problem my set is falling down and there in hair line break. My set is simply down around 1 feet hight and tgis is cover in flip cover. But after this this set is running properly. But after around 5-7 days its again switch off and not in condition of restart.You suggest what i do. My father is a lawer and thay told for going to consumer court but i told him ist i write to custoer care and they give sollution to me.
              I request you pls replace it.

                I have purchased my HTC desire 826 Mobile in April'2015 and since then I'm facing problem with Camera and phone rebooting and power on. During warranty period, I had submitted my device for 4-5 times and I had requested them to give me permanent solution. Now, on 8th Nov., 2016 (Not in warranty), Once again I have submitted device for rebooting issue (For the same issue I have submitted the device in April'16 in warranty period) and as I have to pay this time outside warranty period, HTC is saying that it is required to change Mother board for which INR 14500 is the cost. Also, this has been not informed by service center but it was informed by their customer care center (Over phone) when I discussed about my issue.

                They are always arguing that their customer service center has called but phone was not reachable but it was wrong input as their customer care executives can easily contact me whenever they want.

                I'm fed up of this device and why I should pay for the same fault which was during warranty period and HTC has not repaired properly.

                I'm in the interest of replacement of my device or money back along with mental harassment claim.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                  Myself Vinay Khatoo, I have bought HTC Desire 826 handset on 15th August 2015 from Croma Shop at R City Mall Ghatkopar. IMEI Nos. are [protected] / [protected]. My Handset started giving problems from 6th November.
                  The problems are listed below
                  1 Display used get mirror image sometime in the entire day.
                  2. Screen used get blank once in 5 times when somebody is calling.
                  The handset was working fine in the other operations except the above mentioned problems . So I have visited Vashi HTC Service Centre on 7th November 2016. Took the coupon from the machine & coupon no was W-59. When my turn came i showed and explain everything to the counter incharge. She said my handset is not in warranty so I need to pay 250 rs for inspection of handset. I said ok & paid the same.
                  After the inspection the handset mechanic said it requires software upgradation & servicing. Then the lady told me if the problem get sorted out then I need to pay 1050 rs for the same according to company charges. I said ok & handed over the handset to them. She asked me to come and collect my handset on Tuesday that is 8th of November 2016.
                  So I went on 8th November 2016 to collect my handset at 5:45 pm. They gave me the handset which was completely switched off. I asked them why is it not working. They said the battery is completely low, go home charge it & the handset will start. So I asked them to charge the battery for 20 mins, they did but the handset didn't get started.
                  I asked them why it is not getting started they said the display of your handset is gone. But when I have handed over the handset it was in working condition. They said its not our fault it was already gone when we opened the handset.
                  They have ruined the entire handset including display but not ready to accept. So I went to Vashi police station to file a complaint against the Service centre. They said file a complaint in consumer court & get a copy of the same to us. After receiving the copy of the same they will take necessary action regarding the same.
                  I want my handset in proper working condition or else I ll take this scenario to consumer court, to press & to social media.

                  Please look into this asap and take appropriate action for the same..

                    (1)facing so many problems, sometimes mobile is switched off and on automatically.
                    (2)its vibrate when we plug off by charging and continuous vibrate till its not empty battery
                    (3)mother board is not in good quality.
                    (4)within 3 months headphone is DISGUSTING
                    (5)very much heated during the phone chrged
                    (6)battery backup is very poor
                    (7)its my blunder to trust HTC

                      This is Markandeyulu, iam using HTC desire 828, My phone shows frequently SD card unmounted unexpectedly, my previous complaint no [protected] and IM EI NO [protected], .MY CONNTACT NO [protected], my mail I'd [protected]@gmail.coom..
                      Iam already submitted my phone in two times but no use.iam in RAJAHMUNDRY only collection point, no service centre. So it take lot of time to rectify, they keep mobile more than twenty days at one time, but my problems not solved, and I contacted service executive they said again surrender the phone at service centre regarding this issue.
                      Stilll my phone facing same problem

                        I Purchased an HTC handset two months back and the model name is HTC Desire 628. Handset showing over heat, poor battery backup, automatic restart and keypad lock button not working some times. I was not able to go the service centre due to my busy schedule. At last I went to Cochin service centre ( Kerala) and submit the handset for service, they committed that the give the handset within 4 working days, after that today is the 8th working day and the problem is not resolved even the sales team also follow-upped the case . I took the handset due to the reference from My friends working with HTC, and I’m not interested to blame them . but Very bad experience from the side of HTC service .

                            I have given my HTC Desire 626 mobile for service on 28/10/2016, the service center informed me that I will get it back after 8-10 days, I have called them today that is 7/11/2016 but it is still not ready. They told me that I will get it after 8 more days. What is this ? your reputation is like that only ! I have heard from my friends that you people do the service like that only ! please try to overcome your Image !!!

                              I have been using HTC mobiles for a long time. I am a great fan of HTC mobile.But in recent time I had a very bad experience with the new HTC handset 828 32GB dual sim.

                              Using HTC for a pretty long time same I recommend my friend to buy a new HTC hand set. On my advice he agreed to go for HTC. We both brought a HTC desire 828 32GB Dual sim from Shreeji Mobile shop at Vashi ( navi Mumbai ) on 1st of July 2016.

                              Within few days of purchase of the new handset we started experiencing problem in the handset. It started to heat up a lot, battery started to drain very quickly. we had to charge the handset twice or thrice in a day. we had to carry power blank with us.I had severely pain and icthing in my ear so i went to my family doctor and he said he to avoid using my phone ( that was due to over heating of my handset ). My friend had to even change his display of his new mobile due too over heating, he did that in your service center.

                              We went back to Shreeji Mibole store ( Vashi ) to complaint about the handset but the owner of the Store straight way said that he no longer is keen in selling HTC handset and reduce the stock too. We went to the service center at Vashi, Haware Fantasia Business Park, but it was of no use. They had a very unsatisfied answer.

                              I am still facing the pain in my left ear due to the heating of the HTC handset. I request you to change the handset and give us a new good quality handset or please refund our money. We you can not help us then I have to take my illegal action.

                                Sir,
                                good morning, myself basudev satapathy, from bhadrak odisha. I have purchaged a htc 626 dual sim mobile on dated 14.03.2016 from m/s exclusive, plot no. 88/5, bapujee nagar, bhubaneswar.But since last fortnight of agust 2016, it is showing some problem . The mobile is getting switched off though there is 80-90 % charged showing in the mobile. Regarding this problem i have contacted the htc customer care office located at saheed nagar, bhubaneswar two times. They have not given me any token. First they told me to update the software and second time they told me to insert an original nano sim but not the cut one. What they have told me, i did like that but again it is showing the same problem. Sir i really mentally harassed. If a branded company like htc will not help the customer, then what is the fate of other customer. Intially i liked so much htc mobile and always insist my friend to purchage htc. But sir now i am having very bitter experience with it. So sir pls help me.

                                  Mymy handset - htc desire 820 was having a battery issue. I went to the authorized service center - tvs electronics ltd., address- j k pal lane, m.K. Plot, benachity, durgapur- 713213. They have replaced my battery but after that updated the phone's software to a new version which is not supported in the handset, now there is a on screen problem happening imy handset and they are telling to replace the motherboard of the handset which is costing inr 9500/-.
                                  If they are not having the genuine software is it the customer's fault? why should i pay that inr 9500/- without my fault? i request you for an immediate solution of my problem.

                                    My 1.5 yrs old HTC 820 Desire crashed randomly after a Software update from HTC . It was a 25 k phone and now the HTC service center is telling me that mother board is gone and they need 12000 Rs to repair that.
                                    i have read on android forums & many people are complaining about the same.
                                    This looks like a trick /error caused by HTC corporation where in they infect these phones through their update. Cheap tactics by companies like this should be stopped by Government. They should either recall their phones or repair it for free as it is a common problem caused by their own software update.
                                    Why should consumers pay for faulty design. Indian consumers are not dumping yards for faults product designs. Had this been somewhere else in the world heavy penalties would have been imposed. for more similar grievances please open the link below.

                                      I have bought a htc 828 dual sim mobile phone during may 2016. After using it for 02 months it developed a camera issue . It took up matter with their central office which suggested troubleshooting measures but to no avail. I visited their service centr in jammu and they said its a display fault and i have to keep my phone there for repair for 15 days and i will not be provided any alternate phone.

                                      Kindly resolve the isssue .
