Hi,

I purchased HTC 628 2-3 months ago from a coma store at mulund, Mumbai. Since then the phone would would warm up slightly, hence I enquired with a mobile mechanic, he said little heat is due to power consumption or utilisation. But now the go heats up so much I have to remove the phone out of my pocket, that out of fear of blast I have to switch of the phone, even worse, the the warmth of the phone woke me up this morning. This is terrible. Please look into it asap. I am a working professional and my phone is my source of work and income. As you see it is causing me lot of mental agony and incovenience and as put me in fear too.

I had purchase mobile on[protected] from Gandhinagar Gujarat after one year my mobile stuck down an had given my mobile for software installation to HTC service center of Alix System at Bhavnagar on 6-6-2016. After two They have demanded Rs. 2000/- for software installation. I had piad the amount as asked by them on[protected] . Then after they have return my mobile with camera change body change, also battery not working also IMEI no changed with [protected] how can it happened I don't know I have return back mobile due mobile was not mine. Till to-day I have received nither my mobile nor my cashe which was I had paid him .

I bought my HTC One 9Es phone on Dec'15. It has following problems-
1) Display flicking (Major problem)
2) Mic volume low and off at soeaker phone.
3) SD card unexpectedly removed error always.
4) Auto off.
5) Hangs many times.
I introduces this phone to HTC service centre 3 times but this issues are not solved. Now my phone warranty date going to expire.

I bought HTC 616 Desire dark grey on Jan 2015 which cost around 14000Rs now it is almost 1 year 10 Months

now the situation is whole software got corrupted and i'm ready to pay money for repair it but still your service centers conveyed that this cannot by repaired

this is how HTC mobiles works?? only for 1 year we can use this mobiles ?

i can see poor after sale service from your side i understand that this is almost 2 years old mobile i didnt ask you for free service but there should be a solution for it to resolve it to work at least for few more years

With refer to my email dated 02/06/2016 I wish to inform you that after several phone calls made on your toll free no.[protected], finally your agent MR.Anirbhan assured me that no money will be paid by me and the repair would be free of cost and also ask me to submit the device at htc service care centre. Hence I submitted my device on 2/7/16 at Shyam Mobile care, Hari ram Market, Bhiwadi.
On dated 29/07/16 suddenly I received an email from htc mentioning a quotation for Rs approx... 9219/-was generated and ask for a approval from my side so that device can be repaired. But neither I accepted and nor given any approval. I again contacted with Mr.Anirbhan he again assured me that he had already talked with HTC Regional Head Mr. Singh that I need not to pay for the repair cost mentioned above. He also confirmed me that they have written an email to Shaym Mobile Care also.
About approx 15 days back I got call from HTC that my device is ready for shipment .They ask me to give the shipment address .And the mobile will be deliver against cash payment at my given address .But I refused to pay money against repair and delivery as it is already conformed by HTC that I do not have to pay any amount. Even though HTC ask me that they are shipping my device to Shyam Mobile care, Hari Ram Market, Bhiwadi and I can collect by paying said money.
At last it is regretting to inform you that this is my last mail to you, after this I will have to take this issue to consumer court. Since you people have been playing with the faith and taking advantage of helplessness of a consumer from last 3 months. If I will not get any positive response within week time, I will proceed this matter in a legal way

I purchased HTC moblie from M/s Wocky Tocky, Sakchi, Jamshedpur ( MOdel No. HTC Desire 816G, RSN no. [protected] ) on 23.03.2015.
On 19.10.2016 after expiry of warranty I found mobile does not have power nor can not boot, Immediately I rushed to your authorised service center at Jamshedpur ( M/s TVS Electronics Ltd, Bistupur ) & lodged the complaint. subsequently I was informed that mother board of the mobile is damaged & an amount of[protected] will be spent to rectify the mobile,

How does a mobile of Rs. 19000/- purchased about 1.5 yrs ago is damaged within this period, This seems to be defective mobile otherwise how it becomes defective within this short period.
We had a lot of expectation with this mobile that is totally lost now
Kindly do something so that mobile could be rectified at the earliest.

I purchased a HTD Desire 830 dual sim mobile handset from Jumbo Electronics, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Delhi on 09th October 2016. I was oversold the phone features there. I started having the following issues with the handset immediately:

1. Battery life is very low. It quickly drains even if not used or sparingly used.
2. It heats up very quickly and feel unsafe using it.
3. The Volume alters automatically. Few times the volume (both ring and talk volume) is very low and suddenly the volume varies..from low to high and high to low; even on the same call. This is really frustrating.

I approached HTC Service center, Ansal Plaza, Delhi. I requested for a replacement of the handset but they refused and said that they would check the handset for any issues before any further action. They retained the handset for one day and what they did was just reset to factory settings and told them that it is fine. They refused to entertain replacement. After paying such huge amount I have ended up having faulty handset and very poor customer service.

I would need a immediate replacement of the handset failing which I would not hesitate to approach legal course.

This is really Unprofessional.

I am misha and i am writing to you to complain about the mobile i bought from the store in february 2015. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 3 years and everytime i felt like cheated. Finaly i am totally dissatisfied with the service you have provided.

The mobile which i purchased was the latest smart phone, htc desire 828. My reasons for choosing this model that have latest features. Unfortunately, neither of these functions works properly. When i try to write a text message, the phone either crashes or hanged and stop working everything. Battery doesn't stay at all. So many problem. Likewise, the phone does not have the advertised complete social network support, as i am unable to upload photographs to twitter and facebook. I have visited two times of your service center but nothing happen well. Worst servicing.

I hd taken above mentioned model on 30/11/2015...In almost 11mnths it is d third time dt i hve given my mobile 2 service centre as it is nt at al wrking properly...it keep switching off wenever sum1 calls or while playing videos nd games...I request u 2 replace me with a new phone or i will go 2 consumer court against d cmpny 4 giving me a defective piece...

Hi i am manjeet. I bought the htc desire 626 blue lagon mobile before 15 days by online with snapdeal. Mobile device is working properly but charger is not charge the mobile some few days. I was gone to my nearby htc customer care service center with my problam. But he describe me your charger can not change our service center. My mob.[protected]. Tell me please what can i do.

I dont like htc phones becz everything wrong in phone, sim cover that cover all sims and card lost, whenever we charge phone it close open app and open fotorus app, everthing os wrong in phones. I wants to sell know. Sim tray is diff, i dont know whos it idea... I think m done mistake to buy htc phone, no center of htc, where we describe our problem, i hate this phone

I have purchased HTC 828 Desire (Dual SIM) on 23.07.2016 through Croma Store located at A.S.Rao Nagar-A134. After few days o[censored]sage of mobile I found an Microphone problem i.e. voice clarity is unclear as when I am speaking. Many of friends has said the voice is low in level and no clarity. I have raised a complaint at Croma as its under warranty and they have sent to your HTC service Center but the problem is unresolved as they have returned the piece only by resetting i.e. factory reset. I have asked them for a change in microphone which did not happen and know the problem still persists.

Even after several visits to Store there isnt any resolution to the problem. I have raised request to the official website of htc at [protected]@htc.com to which I am yet to receive any response from them. In continuation I request your department to raise the issue with necessary officials of the HTC company.

I had purchased mobile last year make 816 g. Facing problem against its powering on after getting of due to alarm battery low. I had submitted the mobile to htc care collection center at vile parle west - mumbai-prime mall - my ticket no is [protected]. I was not getting any status and today i came to know online that in my status its mentioned i refused the quotation and mobile is at collection centre this has taken me to surprise and shock that without my consent how wrong statement is done on service status, i was to get quotation and i had never denied, in fact i was told from mumbai repair center at kurla that my mobile is being send to delhi for repair and i will get the quaotation and my mobile will get repaired. This is real harassment of the customer against mobile repair by htc. First of all battery temp low how the mobile goes out and sever repair is required just after one and half year is not understood, i therefore strongly express my dissatisfaction on what htc service is being provided to me, no proper respond from care center after submitting the mobile to close the matter properly, please look int to the matter an i wnat my mobile repair properly, my mobile mac no [protected] & [protected].

I am ranjan r from kollam kerala. Last month i bought a htc mobile from skilltech shop in kollam. Last week there is a problem on its camera. Its camera is vibrating during snap. I approch nearby servicing centre but they replied that it takes one month to ok. What a poor service from htc... How i can trust htc. During one month its camera is not working my cash lost... If i baught some other campany... It will be better i think so now... By advertisement i fell this htc but now what i can do... It is so poor dealings...

Hello tem,
After updating my htc desire 820 to 6.0 phone become dead, at service center they are asking to replace motherboard which costs 10, 000 inr

If 6.0 is not supporting in htc then why you are giving such updates i want solution for that

If proper solution is not provided by company then i will publish this issue at facebook/twitter etc

Note : i have not searched for update it came from system only

My htc e9+ is giving trouble with wi-fi, radio, and what not. I am fed up with htc mobiles. When i contacted htc service centre, in bangalore they told me that it would cost as much as rs.13, 000/-.in thirteen thousand i can buy a new phone from other brands with good features. I had paid 38, 500/- for the phone.
I am shattered.

Sir I have buy a HTC model 728 but sensor. Is not working from 2 week, auto rotation is also not working . Now heating problem when I go to customer service they till it will take atleast 4 week to get in condition.sir service is not good.in 2 week ur product is so bad I can't believe a brand like HTC .you have to decide what u have to do with customers like me one more automatic Dolby sound get on

I am sumbmitting my phone as repairs in thane service centre, after 2 months they give me repaire phone and i paid there rs. 6253/- but i collect the phone and use it... That time i release the phone is not repairs properly... So i return back to submitting the phone on 22nd july 2016... But till days i cant recive my phone and also my cash.. So do needful action on that

I purchase htc desire 828 dual sim (phone) at 7 months ago.

In six month i facing lining problem in phone display so i took that phone at htc service centre on date 01.09.2016.

Now from date 10.09.2016 they told me that company did not have part of that phone they order for the part but part of phone not coming yet.Now almost month time i am waiting.
