I had taken mobile from HTC through flipkart .they had provided the corrupt handsets in the market through online marketting.

i want to complain against flip kart, that they had given me deffected piece, due to which the phone is neither working nor the service center are accepting the handset.

i want the refund of my handset as it is of no use and i am cheated by the flip kart by selling wrong product.Kindly take appropriate action against flip kart.

    I have htc d 620 g (purchased on feb 2015), due to flickering display problem (display good at starting but off after short duration), no physical damage or no other problem i send it to jaipur service center via authorized collection point at ajmer and after diagnose they send me a customer unit status (consumed motherboard and diplay unit) and they made a bill of replacing of items cost around 12000. i can't afford i am a student and its also really absurd. then after this i have doubt that may be my original parts replaced with faulted one. regarding this i complained several times but no one paid any heed. i have no idea what to do.
    Please help me out regarding this. i will be very thankful to you.

          Respected sir/mem,
          I Kunj Patel from Vadodara, gujarat, india. I hope you help me to solve my problem about the phone.I have htc desire 826 gsm+cdma in this phone bettery heating issue occurs.also there is one another issue that before restart the phone the bettery level is 25% and after the restart is completed the bettery level is 7% i hope tjis ratio is not good when restarting the phone.
          I went to Htc Care in Vadodara two times.i say them same issue.they tell me please submit your phone and we call after the repire it.they gave back my phone next day.both time they are nothing do they only done the "Factory Reset".when factory reset done approximately one month this phone running good but same issue occurs.Both time they done same problem.
          When the phone heat the phone cant charge .I saw you what is occur while heating the phone in attachment about the screen shot.there is on the bettery level indicator some symbol occur and bettery cant charge and its constantly decrease the level.and the notification light while charging is not constantly work, its start its off, its start its off.
          I hope you understand my problem and giving me positive replay or ans and suggest me what i do now.please sir give me fast replay because my phobe warranty or gerranty ending in some time.

          A very bad & pathetic Experience With HTC.

          I had purchase a new HTC 828, on 6th Oct-2016 from Preetvihar, Hotspot. of RS 17500
          From the first day my phone is not having battry back up. I had tried to contact to HTC helpline but no response from that peoples.

          NO BATTERY BACK UP FROM THE FIRST DAY...

            There is some software problem in my htc desire 616 mobile.Some file missing error msg flash whenever i try to open any app and it crashes all the time. And when i visit in sector 7 htc service centre in kurukshetra Haryana for solution of this problem in place of solving my problem they told me that my phone's mother board could be damaged while installing software and they are not responsible for any damage to my mobile. What the hell is this i can't imagine that phone's mother board could be damaged in installing software and by the way where a customer have to go and who take responsibility of solving problem if service centre is not ready to take responsibilty... .very bad service why i take chance to damage my mobile if htc is not sure about their work quality... ...take a suitable action in this matter and take responsibility o[censored]r work otherwise i have to seek help of consumer court in this matter.               I had purchased htc desire 626 dual sim on feb 2016 from ahmadabad. since last month i am facing problem.. this device switches off while using, its not restarting again.

              I had visited service station htc service station 105 shop no, shangrilla arcade, near shayamal cross roads, satellite, ahmadabad. two times i had submitted my device for repair. they cannot even tell whats problem nor they cannot understand. first they gave me after repaired and told me software issue. after one day i started to face same problem of switches off while using, now they are telling it has hardware problem they told me you have to put your device for 1 week,, reason they told is they don't have hardware available in their service station.

              I had sent more than 14000 thousand on this device.. i feel like its big mistake to purchage htc brand.

                I purchased HTC Desire 826 Dual Sim phone on 22nd June 2015. It worked well for one month and then the problem started . My phone has gone 5 times to the service centre. 2 times the mother board has been changed, 2 times the display n other software issues. I'm fed up with this phone n also this company. I spent 24, 000/- and it all got wasted. Now my phone is out of warranty as 1 year has completed n again a new problem has occured in it. This time home screen is not opening i.e. htc sense is unable to open. I want the replacement n cashback of my phone within 1 week or else I'll lodge a complaint against the company. I earlier contacted to HTC but they din't respond well. Please take this case seriously or else I'll have to lodge a complain.

                  I bought HTC 728 dual having faith in company in Feb 2016 with rupee of 15k and due to good monsoon with high humidity (I am living in delhi )I got problem in mobile related to charging . when I went to authorized service center of HTC they told me that my motherboard had crashed and had to change for proper working and they wanted me to change my mother board with rupee 10k with in warranty period. I asked him that my set is under warranty and I have not used it even 6 month properly and your companies mobile doesn't hold high humidity around 60-70% (which is normal in India ) while other companies set hold it. And now you wanted me to pay 10k extra in warranty period and they also told me that company only provide warranty on software issue ( what the hell HTC why are you here in India) . It seems that with in 6 month I have to pay 25k rupee to a useless and ragged set and next year if EL-Nino would not dominate so I will have to pay 10k rupee extra to motherboard because your set can't handle India's climate change so my question is what are you doing here in India so go else where and why you sucking our money .We already allowed a lot of companies with very good hand set and please we don't want you to increase our DIGITAL KACHARA

                    My mobile Battery is not running good... I bought the HTC Desire 828, 5 Months ago.Full charging takes the 6 hours.The battery only lasts 2-3 Hours.I tried to change battery Customer Care Centre in jaipur battery but they have to say that forcly it can not change the battery..battery is correct...I'm not Satisfiad I have to change the battery my battery is in warantty...If the battery is correct, let me to Satisfied giving proof otherwise change to new battery..

                        I purchased desire 820 dual sim. serial no LC537yf80605 imei no [protected] on 16/6/2015 via invoice 9696 sai mobile Bahadurgarh (124507).
                        My phone start getting discharge fast. I showed it to shopkeeper .he told us to go to service centre in Delhi as no service centre in Bahadurgarh.
                        Since my job is Pvt one and official work.so I continue it with by charging two -three times a day. any how I went to Delhi at SK Enterprises HTC service centre near jakhira pul near inderlok metro station. At centre I was told that this charging problem is due to defect in mother board.I even argued when all functions are working perfectly how it can be defective. But he said in these phone mother board has to be changed and it will cost 6830 RS .and I was asked to collect after one week.
                        When I collected and paid amount. I asked to return my defective part.he denied and said if you need mother board then charges will have to pay double of amount .
                        I asked him to check charger, battery again. He said it to be OK.since I was in doubt and I enquired out of the way to a girls present there. What I understood is that they get it repaired locally in karolbagh. And give it to client. I belive that You can check the number present at mother board will be same.even I do not know why they kept sim along with set .it may possible that it would have been used.
                        I do not know why we are suffering.I have used so many phone, first time I encounter such a problem with so expensive phone that is start giving problems in just 10-12 months.and I paid for motherboard.
                        I returned home with set after mentally humiliated.
                        NOW STILL PROBLEM IS SAME. I think problem was must be with battery.
                        You should look in to matter. I don't have time to go consumers court.
                        Return my amount and replace my phone with new one since this problem seems to be a manufactured one. And have service centre appropriate and camera should be there. Even ATM is no near to your office. It is non approachable via public transport

                          I have submitted HTC service center thane(TVS electronics) on 10th sept for camera and display issue. phone was taken and they suggested that issue will be discussed on call. later on call the they say that instrument is bent( which wasn't) at and needs to pay around 7000. later they called and asked for 170 Rs for just keeping the phone without any prior information to take away the phone. the service report was even very unclear which is submitted to me.

                            Since I had some problem with my HTC mobile phone I called up customer care today (10.09.2016) around 2:30pm for assistance. A lady, named Sujata, who received my call from other end asked me to come down to their HTC authorized service centre, located in Ameerpet, Hyderabad, by 5:30pm on 10th September, 2016 (today). I reached the service centre by 4:30pm. When I went there, one of the employee(CCO) at the service centre asked me to get the token from the security. But the security person did not gave me the token giving a silly excuse of server down. Then after getting back to that CCO, he asked me to wait for sometime as there was an issue with the printer. After waiting for half an hour, I again approached one of the lady employee (DELY), named Prasanna. I asked about the status. But the way she replied back was shocking. She did not know the minimum etiquette to talk with the customer. She constantly argued on a loud voice and placed illogical excuses and even lied to us, denying that they did not received any calls from my end. I came to know that she lied to me after calling back on the same number. The person who received my call was sitting behind her desk.
                            What I want to highlight here is the harassment that I had to face which could have been easily avoided. I had to travel 25kms in heavy rain to reach the service centre. After waiting for half an hour, they cannot receive my mobile for repairing as the printer was not working since 1pm. Knowing the situation, they did not felt the responsibility to inform me about the situation when I called the customer care. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour and way of working is not at all acceptable. I hope that a severe action would be taken against those particular unskilled, unprofessional and irresponsible employees to prevent this kind of harassment to customers in future.

                              Since I purchased the mobile phone one and half months ago, I find that the battery charge is running out very fast.I have to charge the battery after about 20/21 hours everytime.It is absolutely not normal for a good quality smartphone.I have used smartphones earlier and have heard of many from my friends, and the fact is that once charged, it should long for at least 48 hrs. Moreover, when I purchased the phone from one shop named BABA TELECOM located in JunctionMall, City Centre, Durgapur-713216, DIST.-Burdwan, West Bengal, India, I had asked them to disclose all merits and demerits of the the phone, but they did not say an word about possible slow battery performance of the phone.So, I request you to take appropriate measures so that I get longer battery life.

                                this is my case id qms[protected] (surat, gujarat) .

                                After we had given our phone for service, at first the people at the service center called us up and said the motherboard has to be replaced and the repairing cost will be rs.13000.After that they gave a call saying as your phone is in warranty period the repairing would be done free of cost.
                                The next they called up and said since it is water damage it does not come under warranty.

                                I suppose these people want to get money out o[censored]s by saying that it is water damage.

                                This was my htc mobile and i would not prefer buying any other htc phones in future.

                                  I have purchase a mobile, but some times it going wrong automatically but company not support me.
                                  Mobile was 3-4 times going wrong automatically, last time mobile was totally dead. I reached at company service center. Company employees chek the mobile and submit center and gave me service report, furthersome day a call came from company and told me mobile not be repair by company without any cost. but mobile in warranty period, so what I pay..?                                     Its getting very difficult to use my phone. Its not responding any function except showing htc logo and strucking on it. Its getting too hot. Facing the same problem with all 3 handsets of htc one m8 we have. Already contacted the htc service center and got my handsets rebooted many times but no result.

                                      I have given 3rd time in servicing centre, my complain is I can hear the voice but no one can hear my voice, I have to open my speaker on, and have to talk on speaker, unless no one listen my voice.

                                        I had handed over my one week old new hand set to you one month earlier on[protected].you registered it as ticket no[protected](setimei no[protected])no further information till date.i'm fed up with your service irregularities.I'm a professional and I have no other phone with and it caused huge loss to me.send me the repaired phone or replace it with a new one with immediate effect. Otherwise I will approach consumer court within three days from today for recover my loss from you.expect your immediate action.T P DEVARAJAN

                                        I have purchased an HTC handset one x9 bearing serial no 1c66dbk1136 andIMEIno[protected]on 29-07-16 and it falls to the floor from a small distance (at about two feets) and collapsed it's display on 5-08-16.I handed it over to the HTC authorised service center at Trivandrum on6-08-16.Only on16-08-16 they informed me that rs.7500/- should be charged for the replacement of the display(and no warranty for display) I admitted the condition and placed order for replacement and the service center registered the order with you and sent me the ticket no [protected] for my phone. Thereafter no response or reply from your part till date. 23 days passed after the placement of repair order. I'm a professional and have no other phone with me. You disappointed me with your service irregularities.I have suffered huge loss in these days, without a phone. Pl.send me back the repaired phone or replace it with a new one with immediate effect. Otherwise, I'll approach consumer court for relief and will file a complaint against the loss you caused me within 3days from today.This is for your kind information and immediate action.
