The mobile set purchased in the name of my daughter ayushi yadav.
My htc desire 820g+ dual sim phone (Imei no - [protected]) and sr no - lc56rb466913) which was purchase on 28.08.2015 fell on 31.08.2015 causing a minor crack on lcd but my phone was working smoothly and was having no any problems due to crack. I got replaced, at service centre, screen guard on lcd, dated 07.08.2016 (14 days before one year, i. E. Within warranty period). A link kept displaying on the screen suggesting for updation of software. I updated software according to instructions however after updation my phone got switched off automatically. After putting my phone on charging, it did get started and displayed htc logo but afterward dispalayed "no command". No application could be operated.
I took my phone at authorized htc service center " service world (Kanpur) shop no-27 old taxi stand (Behind vasan eye care) noronha chauraha the mall kanpur up, phone no - [protected], dated-26.08.2016. There service staff removed guard and during removing lcd slightly cracked again and she told that “in case of any physical damage warranty is not cover “and she submitted rs. 600 against service charge and after checking phone she wrote by hand at the job card out of warranty and i was told that it will cost around 13000inr for the repair/replacement of set.
Whereas according to the limited warranty clause statement para 7 part (C) the limited warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the product including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the lcd screen or camera lenses.in accordance to this statement my phone should be covered within warranty.
Kindly make arrangement for replacement/repair of my phone set.

my phone has returned at the service center without repair despite it being I a warranty period as per according to the limited warranty statement para 7 part (c) the limited warranty to cracks or scratches on the LCD screen and Camera lenses should be covered

Mr. ANUJ (PHONE NO-[protected]) contacted on dated 06.09.2016 at 06:00pm on my mobile no-[protected] and promise me to replace my set but on next (07.09.2016 ) at 11:00 AM inform me that my set HTC820G+ was out of stock tolled me that I would take three months for the replacement, at which I ask him to either give me a latest version and I would pay the extra some or refund the money (Rs.18194 cast of the phone) via DD or NEFT in my account. then he said to transfer my money directly in my account till 06:00PM (08.09.2016) but till evening I did not receive my money. on dated 09.09.2016 I try to contact him but he closed all the means and would not reply, kindly take action under your supervision.
yesterday at a call from mob no-[protected] (Mr. ANUJ) came at 18:30 Hrs. and he promised to replace the phone and ask me to send job card and mobile bill at his e-mail id:'htc.[protected]@india.com. I had send both documents but still this is a verbal promise only. now you are requested take needful action please.
Problem still not resolved, please take necessary action.

    Hi team,

    This third time i am complaining for replacement of my mobil htc 828 which i bought in may2016 but still waiting for solution, i wanted to replace because mobil have below issues-

    1- heating problem i have to restore everytime
    2- waiting alert not working properly
    3- vibration not workink
    4- jack is not working

    I received call on friday but after that they are not responding properly only telling me to resolve but not resolving my issue.

    Please advise what should i do.

      I have purchased the phone on 15.04.16 from indore location.
      Since a month, i am facing mike issue of not working. It means when counter person hear my voice which at very low pace therefore i have personally approached the tvs service center 10 days ago and they have replaced the mike, but unfortuantely same problem repeat since two days. What kind of service level with your phone exist.

      I have purchased htc desire 828 3 gb ram 32 gb rom on last month at the purchase time the dealer called its upgradeble to marshllow and the upgrade will be received shortly but the onth passed there no upgrade received from your company i seen that the model no htc desire 820 has upgradable to marshllow but this leatest phone 828 is'nt upgradable

        Bought the phone on 17/06/16 and got speaker issue within 20 days. When gave it to service centre, they asked me to wait for some time till they receive the parts. Waited for a week and didn't get any response. Hence gave it to them on july 17th and they gave back without repair as i asked for replacement. Submitted again on august 18 to get it repaired. No proper response till now. I asked them today and i was told its repaired and ready to pack. But date cannot be given on which date i can receive it.

            I have purchased htc 728g in dec 2015 but after some time i am facing some problems with my phone like 2nd sim slot network problem, very low bettery backup, auto switchoff, apps unfortunately stoped and 3g not supporting properly so i aproached to htc service center lawrance road amritsar. twice but problems not solved and i m facing some new problems with phone. Both time service centre only reboot my phone and not take seriously. So i request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible

              First time experience o[censored]sing HTC phone is not gone well at all.

              1 Mic issue within 1 month o[censored]sage
              2 Shortage of staff at HTC service center to manage customers. Long waiting queue
              3 Staff non courteous and give a feeling by attending us they do a favor
              4 Its now a week and phone is still not repaired. I had to buy a new phone as a replacement

              How can you expect customer to buy a HTC phone next time?

                I bought HTC 828 mobile in May 2016 but i am getting below problems, so that i want to replace it with new phone in good condition.

                  I submitted my phone with htc service centre, ansal plaza, andrews ganj, new delhi on 30/08/2016. I was very disappointed with the way they treated me. Ms. Kiran didn't address me properly and said i have more customers to deal with.

                  My phone was able to switch on in front of her when she changed the battery of my phone. She even put it in some other phone and even that phone was working. My phone was able to reboot when she changed my old battery with a new battery but she insisted that the motherboard and everything has to be checked. She inserted my old battery and then the phone was not able to reboot. I told her that there must be a problem with either my battery or the port, but she said,
                  "sir, aapka phone on nahi ho raha toh main kya karu? Aapke saamne hi toh hua hai sab",
                  Then i told her that "abhi toh mera phone switch on hua tha, ab kyu nhi ho raha?"
                  Then she said mujhe nhi pata, main kya kar sakti hoon isme aap apne phone ka on hone ka wait karte rahiye mere pass aur bhi customers hai.

                  This really struck me hard, is that the way htc trains its employees, they dont realize the true value of a customer, they have no respect whatsoever in treating the customer.

                  Today, they call me and tell me that the motherboard is faulty, how is that even possible, when it switched on by there own employee and they tell me the cost 7, 000+ inspection fee+ some odd rupees for some other fault when the mrp of my phone is 8, 000, how can it exceed the mrp.

                  I suspect that the service centre has manipulated my phone and has damaged the motherboard of my phone.

                  I am really disappointed with your service and want htc to take the necessary actions otherwise i'll move the consumer court.

                    I have purchased htc one e9 plus phone 10 months before from noida. But within 2-3 months of purchase i started facing following issue with the phone.
                    - phone is getting hanged continuously
                    - most of the features are not working including -
                    O wifi
                    O bluetooth
                    O auto-rotate
                    O music
                    O fm
                    O camera
                    O it suddenly gets switched off even with full battery and is not switched on for hours.
                    I had to relocate to mumbai on account of my job and was not able to locate a service center there. I came back to delhi last week itself and visited htc service center on the same day but they said these problems cannot be resolved as there are major technical faults and software issue. I don’t believe how come a brand new phone have so many issues. My phone is in warranty period but still service center team does not have any solution to these problems. I am in a travelling job and it is becoming difficult for me to manage my official and personal work with this phone. Most of the time when i am in middle of some important calls or using phone, it gets hang or switched off and i feel so helpless.
                    Another major issue is that from day one phone gets over heated (More heat than normal) and i am worried it may get blast anytime. Same thing was mentioned by service center team too. Even after a single phone call of 2-3 minutes, phone gets so much over heated that i cannot hold it in my hand for alteast an hour.
                    This is my first experience o[censored]sing a htc model and i am very much disappointed with the use and regretting my decision of spending so much amount on htc phone.
                    I am writing you to refund my money, i cant spend inr 33000 to buy a new phone. Looking forward to a quick response.

                    The customer service center is the worst to deal with, neither do they have a solution nor a mail id where the complaint can be sent.

                      Bought htc 728 three months back but started giving problems regarding charging and sudden switch off, showed to malad mumbai authorised service centre which they serviced and took 8 days to repair and still the same. My reference no. Is RINQKS [protected]. please look into this issue and replace my handset or else i will have to complaint to consumer court regarding issuing me default handset

                        Model-htc desire 626 lte, part no.-99haeh036-00. Expct reutrn dt.-31/08/2016. It is very ridiculous that the mobile handset deposited on 17/08/2016 is yet to be received by me duly repaired although more than 11 days has passed. On inquiring yesterday i am told by ms. Poulomi ganguly at 2.00 p. M. That the parts are not available and hence i have to wait for an indefinite period till these are available. No time frame could be promised by her. Today also i talked to your customer servic e (Preeti and shipra at 9.35 a. M. And 10.20 a. M.) and am told that imei no.-[protected] can not be located by them and advised me to visit service centre and contact her from there so that they can talk to your service centre people directly. I would request you to kindly see into this matter urgently and resolve the case at the earliest.

                          Myself amit bansal, i bought the htc e9s on 28/01/2016 from shreeji fones pvt. Ltd. Located at korum mall, thane (W). Since its only 7 months gone three times i gave my mobile for repairing due to its technical faults. I never except this type of service from brand like htc. I am using the htc mobile from a long period but this time when i bought the htc e9s i was very disappointed.
                          I am expecting a replacement from the company at the earliest as my warrant would expire soon. Looking forward to a favorable reply.

                            Visited htc service centre in magma (E-mall) near chandni chowk metro station at kolkata, token number d114 on 30.08.2016 at 2:36 p. M to buy an htc charger. On my turn at 3:16 p. M i was informed by the staff that he is taking half a hour break for lunch. Am i really supposed to wait 70 min for a charger (40+30 min)? Look in the matter please. It is a waste of valuable time.

                              On 18/07/2016 i have submitted my mobile to the collection center at vapi, they have committed that they will give back my mobile within 10-12 days, but today 1 month 10days has passed and still i did not received my mobile,
                              I have been going through mental harassment for the last 1 months and htc customer service is so pathetic that they are responding with the same reply again and again!!! They promised me that on 28/08/2016 they will dispatch my mobile and on 29/08/2016 i can collect from vapi collection point.
                              So kindly help us and guide us to get my mobile back.

                                  Hi, i bought HTC 828 and it switched off suddenly one day. I visited Pimpri Chinchwad service center and they told its main board got failed. Its only 4 months of purchase this handset. they gave 1.5 week estimated return. Now its being 1 month and main board is not available. Customer care person also did not have any information. Does this service being provided by HTC. When mobile is in warranty then this response is if it would have not been in warranty then what would be the response. no value of money. ALso if you are giving 12 months warranty and now u are holding my phone since 1 month so are you going to extend your warranty for 1 more month?. Again complete system of mobile is going to change what is guarantee it is not going to fail again and what is warranty of that new main board. I want my mobile ASAP. If HTC is not able to repair it then change with complete new handset. My complaint number is [protected]

                                    Hi All,

                                    I have submitted my HTC device to HTC authorized service center in pimpri-chinchawad on 25th-Jul-2016. It's more than one month and they are not able to repair my device. Every time when i visit to service center they have only one ans 6 more days will required. When I called to HTC customer care they are also saying that service center will provide you clear picture about the device. we don't have any detail information, because HTC service center run by HCL in India. One more funny thing is when i was asked to customer care representative to pass this call to your higher authority then he answered me in HTC there is no higher authority, we all are in same position. It means there is no CEO, no Manager only workers how runs this large organization. Even they people don't know what is the meaning of escalation.

                                      Sir after 15 days purchasing this mobile i have to be facing a lot of problems of problems like G-sensors malfunction, Heating and many more to sought these problems i go through service center they repaired my mobile and give it to me after sometime this problem is arise again and i submitted it to service center on 29/7/2016 yet i have not received any specific date when they will return my mobile. i had mailed htc many times as well as try to coordinate with customer care but yet i have not get any satisfy reply from them When i call service center they said to me they get approval to replace my mobile Htc desire 728 to 828 but the mobile is not available in warehouse they give me this excuse from last 15 days when i ask a particular date they do not provide me a particular date. A month is gonna to complete yet i have not received my mobile.

                                      My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 16000/-Rs refunded for my mobile,

                                        Dear sir,
                                        It is regret to inform that i have bought a htc desire 826c last year in september. After few months of purchase it creating a problem of going switch off suddenly so i have sent your store for rectication vide ticket no. [protected]. After repair it returned to me and again the same problem was started after few days.. I have again handover the set to your store maa santoshi enterprises, budharaja, sambalpur, odisha. Dated 06.08.16 vide jobsheet no. 245. And ticket no. [protected] dated 11.08.16. After enquiry from your store maa santoshi enterprises it was found that set is still laid at sambalpur and finally it is not rectified. I have spending lot of time behind this set and got very frusted. I am not expecting such type of servce and poor quality of product from htc brand.
                                        Kindly provide a new set in place of this poor quality set.
