Service centre refused to repair due to display damaged service centre said company had discontinue this model and company have no spare parts for the same and they also said who the person is using this mobile more than two years?

Mobile model: htc desire 501

Also emailed to htc but no reply and no solutions till date i suggested to give me new handset i will pay money of differences.

    I would like to inform you that before few months you have replaced my phone, at the time of purchase I was using HTC desire 816 dual SIM but you people have provided HTC desire 820 and also you people promised me to provide the HTC Desire 816 dual sim after sometime and it was long time ago, really its pathetic now, I am planning to escalate to Telecom Regulatory now.

    Still my problem have not been resolved as they are not able to help me out
    As per them i will not get my original phone and i can avail only repair facility which will be on chargeable basis
    if you people you cant help me then i need to escalate to jago grahak jago, trai and other compliance.

    even i will sent a letter to pm modiji also i will meet government officials for the same.

      Dear htc personnel,

      I have submitted my htc desire 828 instrument to v care it services & solutions pvt. Ltd. Vile parle. Mumbai, on 09.08.2016. The ticket no is [protected].

      I have been constantly following up with both htc service centre and htc customer support for the repair status of my htc desire 828 instrument. Today morning when i called the htc customer support[protected]; i was informed by a htc customer service executive hussain that i was first informed that phone has been repaired and you may please collect it from service centre. Immediately the next moment; hussain says that there has been a rejection of the quotation and then a resolution of the quotation and then he says upon further questioning that the instrument has not been repaired!

      Is this the callous approach typical of htc and htc service personnel? Because there has been no communication to me about any such said claimed quotation? I am not even aware.

      Please also find attached the only email communications with htc that have been done in pdf for your kind immediate reference.

      Please see to it that this issue is resolved within the next 2 days failing which i will be forced to send this communication on social media!

      Hope that this matter is taken seriously and i also hope that you guys will communicate to me on an urgent basis.

      I purchase hts desire blue on 23 dec 2015 after an two month the battery service very poor every phone needs to continuely put on charging so may i know where i need to visit kindly check o the needfull

      Maine apne phone me 9 apps install kiya tha, uske baad se hi mera phone hang ho ja raha tha, apne aap hi wi-fi on ho ja raha tha, jab maine vulume+shut down off button press kar ke cache clear bhi kiya, par nahi hua. Ab bhi phone hang ho raha hai.

        I got the sim card replaced from 64k sim to 128k sim and after inserting the 128k sim in my phone, i cannot find network but when i insert the same sim in any other phone it works.
        It seems the phone is not supporting 128k sim, i went to htc service center and there they said that they do not even have the software for this phone and said that nothing can be done and advised me to use the phone to just do nothing as the problem cannot be sorted.
        I asked airtel to send me a 64k sim card but even they denied as they are not producing any 64k sim cards anymore.
        Please take necessary steps as i cannot find any solution and the phone is just being used as a toy now.

          My htc mobile phone is not able to switch on it is within warrantee period. When i contacted the htc service centre at alwar near jail circle they refused to repair the same saying that it is not company defect and asking rs 6000 to repair the same.             My htc is broke twice from inside the screen in last 2 months when it was in pocket, i have used many phones so far but this one is ridiculous. I have tempered glass that is not broken but the inside screen is dnt know howwwwwwwwwwwwww??

            When i call customer service they repaired now again they say you have to pay.

            And the soo called manager way of speaking is oh my god is this a professional language??
            When i was not happy with the resoluiton to pay 7000, i wont, will never pay.

              On 05/07/16 i had purchase a htc desire 628 dual sim.

              After one month almost the mobile is automatically shutdown in any time.
              Most pathetic is battery capacity. battery capacity is most worst ever i had seen in my life. after full charge maximum two to three our capacity to use properly, most poor and worst mobile set in world i had. really i am shocked after 15000/- almost price how htc like company giving this kind of device where as others mobile company is more better i felt now. really i cant believe that almost i cheated by international brand. i don't know what should i do, even i am so much disappointed that i am not ready to move any near service centre also, within in a 30days why should i go for a repairing set use?

                I have purchased phone before 7 month. I have given my phone for repair for 5 times. But phone problem is not getting resolved. I have requested for replacement however they are asking for 8 to 10 days for. I have already kept my phone for more then 30 days for repair work. I do not wish to keep my phone for more then a day. So I would like to make complaint against this fraud company.

                  My phone HTC DESIRE 628 DUAL SIM, IMEI -[protected], TICKET NO: [protected] which was submit to NAYYAR ENTERPRISES, NEAR M.C OFFICE PATHANKOT . having charging problem on 14/7/2016.
                  but not repair yet. I had purchased on 14/6/2016 and it get faulty within 14 days whenever i call to customer care they always reply that the material was on hold please call back in 48hrs . But i didn't get any sufficient answer till now .Please help me to get a new phone and my valuable money back immediately. .

                    I have a very good experience of htc phones & hence i chose to go with this handset htc-1 e9s. However recently i have been facing issues with the service station situated at shop no-2, 3, 4 amba co op soc andhashala bus stop, nasik road, nasik which has been shifted to canada corner, nasik-422005.
                    The reason i had to contact the service station, because the phone display has to repaired. I have been following up since a month now for an update of phone repair with the representative named mr. Prasad sonar on his personal mobile as the office landline is out off service as always. As mr prasad is being very rude & use harsh language which is not acceptable. Kindly let me know how to proceed with this & get back my htc phone at earliest & also please trained your service providers to provide good service & proper etiquettes.

                      I have htc m8, i am using it since last two years, now it is started giving problem with back camera

                      but still i have not got any call from them
                      when i called to htc service centre to know about my cell .they were keepbtelling me so they still dont have any idea

                        I purchased mobile set Htc Desire 626 G Plus on 07.02.2016. But a problem started after 3 months. Set started switching of again and again. I had to plug in charger to restart it otherwise it could not be restarted. While contacting at service center on 11.07.2016 they repaired it and gave me back after two days on 13.07.2016. But after 15 days same problem started again. I had to go to service center again on 05.08.2016. There company employee told me that there was liquid in the motherboard so they are helpless. I argued that 20 days ago you repaired for the same problem than why we were not informed about liquid in mother board. But i didn't get any reply. Now it is difficult to go with the defected set. Please change my Set

                          I have submitted my htc desire 628 (Under warranty) to the authorised service centre at patna for fault in speaker. Service request bar code no. Qos[protected] dated 09.08.2016. I was assured that my mobile will be returned on 11.08.2016 after due repair. I have been calling at the provided inquiry no. ([protected]) since then, but there is no sincere response from the service centre. One occasion they said the defected part has been received & the mobile will be delivered on 16.08.16 morning. When i'm calling today (16.08.16- at 10:10 am) they have a new story and saying that the requested part has not moved from the h. O. And i need to talk tomorrow. When i further queried for authentic date for delivery of my phone, they rudely responded that i will have to wait for another week. I'm shocked about the way the person responded tarnishing the image of the company. (His way of rude respond can be heard from the recorded message). Now i want my phone back, but the repair centre is not responding. Please help!!!

                            It has accured a problems during charging the set. it always shows that all application are running please turn off phone and charge it. it has always takes more time to charge but the same time it could not charge. if i charge it in my car charges it charging regularly. it some different between ac and dc volts. i thing the connector of charge is bad condition. i have purchased it from asha collection 10 no. market bhopal. my cell model no is HTC DESIRE 826 CDMA and batch no is [protected]. i perched it on 14th aug.2015.

                              I bought htc 820 worth rs. 24, 000 mobile in the month of jan'15 and same my brother bought htc 620 rs. 17, 000. 10 days before suddenly my mobile stopped working and last month my brother mobile stopped working. Mobile were out of guarantee as its crossed 12 month but its been only 18 month. We went to service center and now they are saying mother board got damaged for both mobile. Same issue faced with some 1-2 my known person that mother board damaged which cost same like mobile only. I asked to htc center people they said that madam its an electronic device my concern is that is that the product quality of htc directly mother board got damaged which is not affordable. Please help.

                                I have purchased htc 828 dual sim product on may 2016, its hardly 3 mnths and not it is not working properly. Phone stops every time continusly, when i restart the phone again it shuts down within a sec of not even statring up. Battery is very very pooorr.. I am charging my phone 24 hrs without using it much. I am really disappointed with this product, and i want my money back. I have paid my hard earned money for such a useless item. Pls do the needfull.

                                    I purchased htc 9e in the month of april 2016 form gurgaon reliance digital. I was pushed to take this as a best phone in comparable prize. Now, screen of phone is so sensitive that minor hit braks the screen. Twice i got it repaired from htc authorised services center. This is third time it has broken.

                                    It is a manufaturing defect for sure, kindly cover repair without any charges.

                                      Sir, i have purchased htc desire526 g pluss on sept 08, 2015 vide invoice number:tg-hyd[protected] through eretail india sy nos.241-244, 275-284 hyderabad-509228, purchased made on amazon.In from lost month set is not in working properly example (, touch screen shows something elese, batteryheating, freequent battery re charging etc...) reported about this lost month itself but no responce at least now kindly lookinto the problem and arrange for replacement/repair. Yours is a esteemed company dont allow for bad name and do not spoil the reputation of your company thanks...

                                        I sandip kyada (mob:[protected]) imei no is [protected], went to service center today and they took my phone for further solution and they asked me to call me after an hour to know the status and i am calling them since 12:00am in the morning and i called them more them 25 times they are not responding and then i called into htc customer service they are also doing same thing giving inappropriate answer.

                                        Very bad service from them not expected from such a big brand. they are not answering properly to customer, called them more than 100 time but not response from.. every customer has same issue but they are not ready to hear anyone. very bad server center in the world.
