I am using HTC Desire 816G+, and had a crack on the display of the phone without having dropped the phone down or without any rough use, crack occurred when i had the phone in my pocket and i was quite amused, surprised and disappointed to see my phone cracked for no reason. Contacted the service center and they informed me it would cost around 6k - 7K for the display to be repaired which was quite shocking, contacted customer care and informed that my phone display was cracked and it was under warranty, so like to get it replaced. The CCR informed that it cannot be replaced nor the warranty is covered for the display but has to be repaired and cost to be paid as per the service center charges which was disappointing. I asked the CCR what do you cover under warranty, he said only the hardware and software part, sounds foolish. Warranty should be covered when required, hardware and software warranty doesn't make sense at all. Really very disappointed and no point in getting repaired with the authorized service centers, if i go to a trusted mobile repairs shop, he'll get it done for much lesser price than to pay these service centers who just eat money. Request to take action against this. I would like a replacement of the device or a repair for free.

No Camera quality. Shown a perfect with best quality image But when clicked, captures a dull quality image.

CDMA SIM Dosent Work Properly for Data. also Network drops.

Seems its a CHINA phone, not a TRUE hTC.

I request for Refund.

I have bought htc 826 4 months ago.
I have rooted my device so can not upgrade its version.
When i asked to reset firmware they are asking for 13.5 k to replace whole pcb.
Although my device is working perfectly.

My self Joy Dutta.I have alreay used your product "HTC ONE E 9 S DUAL SIM" SERIAL NO IS -LC5A9B2061. but the thinks is my handset is broken.I have already submited the mobile phone Date -02/01/2016 & invoice, the matter is 23 days late but your service center[protected] toll me parts not avaliable.Why i am purches your product.Please suggest me, what to do? Your service is very bad, i am very unhappy.

Sir i bought i htc desire 526g + but when i use then it hang and switch of and making a hissing sound and damege and not working so resolve my problem

Purchased mobile was launched in market in Oct and I purchased this in same month on 04/10/2015 in Rs. 21, 999. On 17/02/2016 i got an issue in screen display when i visited Customer Care of HTC Indore they informed the screen is broken from inside and they can't accept this mobile under warranty and it will take 20-21 days as Spare part is not available as we have to order the spare parts and I have to pay Rs. 6000. I ask them a reason of this damage as this never fall and how is it possible that outside screen is fine and inside screen broken but they don't have any answer every time they as me you tell sir how this handset screen broke.

Even I told them if they can provide any temporary phone for a period till this phone repair but they said your mobile cost is cheaper so we can't provide that.

After a long discussion with Mr. Narendra (person working at HTC Service center Indore) told me that there is defect in this model due to which HTC discontinue this model and they are giving another phone as replacement to al the customers (It means they already received lots of similar complain from other customer) they said give us 1 week we will give you new model which is latest model, better and more expensive[protected] only you have to pay Rs. 6, 000.

When they said it's more latest model and expensive than my current one I agreed to pay 6000. They told me to visit on 26/02/2016 and they will give me new handset.

Today 26/02/2015 when I called them they told me that they still haven't received my piece for replacement they received 8-10 piece from the company which they already distributed to customers and it will take 1 more week to deliver my piece. When I ask them which model they are giving Mr. Narendra told me it HTC Desire 826 and when I esquired that what warranty I will get they said same warranty which left on your old handset that means aprox. 6 months. Than i asked them this mobile phone come with box so that I will resale this handset immediately as Now I don't trust HTC company and I feel that it's by biggest mistake that I have purchased HTC mobile. Mr Narendra Said you will not get box you will only get handset if you want we can give you letter which shows that this phone you got against previous mobile. If still you have concern please connect with HTC Customer Care people.

When I researched on this mobile I came to know that this mobile launched in Jan 2015 (When I purchase my phone it was the latest one launched in Oct 2015 and now they are giving me Old model HTC 826 which I assume that already discontinue as this model is no visible on HTC Website) and market value of this mobile is[protected].

After talking to Mr. Narendra I called on HTC customer care Mr Aravind (Floor Manager). Where I had discussion on below issue.

1. Internal display broken when it was in pocket and there is no scratch on outer body still they are not considering mobile under out of warranty but again customer care people don't now the reason they only mention that might be mobile bent and due to which internal screen damage. When I told them if it bend it means its damaged due to company defects they said no sir it's not company defects.

2. They are offering me another model as replacement as my model is discount for the replacement they are asking me Rs. 6900 (earlier they said 6000 not 6900) and they are offering me Jan 2015 which is not on HTC Website. I told them if you are charging me for this replacement mobile please give me latest model and let me know what amount I have to pay for that but they said sorry sir that is not possible we can give you only this model and you have to pay 6900 for this.

3. On the other side warranty will be only 6 month and I will not get box so i will not be able to sale this. I told them if you are giving me this mobile atleast provide me box and 12 months warranty so that I can sell that phone easily but again they said sorry we can't do that. Your mobile will be under warranty till the purchase date of previous mobile.

4. Even I told them I don't want replacement repair my mobile and give me back and for a time being give me spare mobile for use and I will pay Rs 6900 but they said. we can't give you spare phone and we have to check how much time it will take to get the spare parts from Taiwan as we don't have spare parts available for this phone what ever spare parts produced by the company all are finished. It might be take month or more than that.

After talking to both the guys I feel that I am fool that I purchased HTC mobile.

Can anyone please let me know what I can do so that I will get a a solution of above problem. I have all the call recorded on my mobile as a proof of this.

I am fine of paying 6900 but I need latest mobile with 12 month warranty and box or I need this HTC 826 without any charger than I am fine without box and 6 month warranty or pay me Rs 15000 only and I don't want any mobile.

I have given my phone htc one E8 for service on 18/12/15. the service center personells didnt call back for any updates and neither they took any steps for service.
i have been following them from 20, january, 2016, first of all the number is altime busy. and next after so much follows they said today morning that mobile is ready (26/2/16) but when i went for collecting the mobile they said it cannot be repaired and returned it.
this HTC company is a big fraud company, dont ever buy a htc phone.
they said its a liquid damage, when a company cant repair their own phone even when we pay for it, whats the use of running such a big company. i bought the phone for Rs.32000/-, and for service again they asked rs.7300/- which i was ready to pay. there cant b such company in market, its better to get some local company mobile, were they say use and throw and charge also within rs.10000/- for same features.

HTC Device is worst than worster if would say. When i call it doesn't get disconnet simply goes on.. All the hanging this phone. It's ringing after 5mins it ll be visible who is calling ... such a worst Handset ...

My ticket number is 16iNA[protected]. I CALLING 4TH IN A DAY BUT NO ONE solved my problem. 8 Feb I'm submitting my mobile.

Sir/Mam, I mailed htc service center about 1 months. But they didn't respond me and always said false statement to me. Plz take strict action ASAP.

My phone is auto installing apps which are not uninstalling by me..I went service center but they deny to register complain bcz its foreign device so what should I do? On call center they ensured that it will be repaired at service center. Attached screen shot of apps that are not uninstalling

My htc m8 was hanged. Since the battery of the set is inbuild and the device was fully charged i cant restart it. Your customer care at badshahnagar lucknow uttar pradesh told that it will cosr Rs 15000 INR to fix it. But i resarted it simply by pressing volume and power button. They r just making fool of the customers. Please lodge my complaint.

It has been just an year and I have repaired my phone 4 times.Everytime the issue is same.The software update and apps crashing randomly.The service centre always charges 400 each time and the phone stops working a week after its repaired.Pathetic company and service centre are also the same.They dont even talk about the issues.They know they have no answer and try to convice with BS.

I'm very disappointed with HTC Customer service as how they handled my handset.

chasing several times during last 60 days with your team, HTC failed to provide customer services for me even when updated everything to customer services. They promised me several time during the last 60 days that someone will be looking into it but no one did even when they know that customer is suffering.

This is the compliant about HTC service centre (Shreeji Communication - 221 saffron Complex Fatehgunj Baroda Gujarat India). I am using HTC 816G dual SIm I purchased it in January 2015. handset was hanging so i contacted the Service centre regarding Software issues, Service guy didn't told me that need to remove the sim Card from Handset but he himself removed it from sharp knife and sim slot (hardware)got damaged while I give mobile back to them to check what they have done with my handset same time they again inserted the knife in slot again and inserted the sim Open the handset. it is clearly visible sim slot and mobile is damaged. than I contacted manager she said now your handset is in working condition so no need to do anything. but next day I given my handset to service centre again. on 17th December I called the customer care number on[protected]. They said they will look in the matter but no reply from themselves as well. Need your help on the issues. No one is listing me as a customer. I have wasted my 17, 550/- HTC customer care person given me the complain number (Compliant Number - 15IND[protected]. But No use. Please some one help me. on 28th December 2015 I got call from service centre saying that your handset is dead and to repair the handset you have to pay the quotation of Rupees 11, 000 to 12000. Every time I call to HTC I got different information from Representatives. They always say you will be called by our higher authorities in 24 to 48 hours. but no call till date. now they have given me the ticket number 15INA[protected]. I got message from HTC that your handset has been shipped out to service centre on 2nd January 2016. but they are asking for 11000 and some services are not covered under warranty. The damage been made by service centre guy and now they are asking money to repairer it. This is annoying and frustrating for me. Because of this things I have already suffered a lot

I have been using HTC 620G phone since September 2015, recently I faced an inconvenience because of the poor service provided to me, I had a liquid damage in my phone, but I am charged for other extra things as well, and it happened because of the ignorance of customer and technical support showed. They first said that the camera lense is missing, though I already told them that I have it in the fixed form on the battery cover. They gave me another camera when I got it back. My phone was away for 50 days just because of this and no right solution was provided, still I have not provided with the refund of lense, in fact, they said no to process any refund for this, they charged me 4115/- as the total cost.
It was a pathetic experience with them.

I had submited my device frm last 1 month and they are not telling the right date of getting back my device frm 1 month i am waiting for my device in mumbai. When ever i call to the htc toll free number they give me fake prommises and never say the truth i had submitted my device for lcd broken case ticket num is 16ina[protected] my contact num is [protected]

I bought new HTC 820 desire a month back and have been using hit ever since.how ever, 2 days back I put the phone on charging only to find a crack on its display diagonally later.I m not sure what really happened has the phone was neither dropped no hit anywhere. I took the phone to an authorized service center at behavioural, ernakulam. But they informed me that they could not do anything and asked me to contact the customer service. I spoke to one of the customer representatives ref(16IND[protected] and was asked to sent and email attaching the shapes of the broken display a fews snaps have, therefore, been attached her which. Therefore I requested you to help me replaced the display that was broken with out any mistake from my end.

Pl track my stolen phone

I lost my Mobile HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim (Dark Grey), IMEI 1:[protected], IMEI 2:[protected] & having vodafone & relience gsm SIM inserted in it of mobile. I need your help in tracing it so I request you to find it out... my phone is stolen 14/Feb/2016 in Near Rashtrapati Bhawan, Mughal Garden, Delhi. but nobody registred FIR plz help me.

Not satisfied service, manipulating and harassing customers.
I thought that HTC will provide me replacement but they only pretended to help customers. I was harassed quite a lot by their service. I submitted my phone on 06.02.2016 lcd broken in warranty period but for them it doesn't matter. They only give false promise. Now I want to take legal action against them. So let me know how you want to help me .TVS Authorised service centre is replaced desire 826 old phone against my phone.
