    Dear Sir,

    SUB: Model No. HTC 626, IMEI No.[protected], Serial No.:CC54FYR03550,
    Ticket No : 15INA[protected]

    1) I bought the handset on 09th May 2015 from Poorvika mobiles Private Limited, Chennai.

    2) I was facing the MIC problem.

    3) The handset was given to service on 12th Dec 2015 at Nungambakkam Service Centre in Chennai.

    4) Since the mobile is in warranty period and hence, I was pushed to get it repaired at their service center. Now I’m nearing almost 50days from the submission date. But still I had not received my handset. I was received an SMS on 22nd January 2016 stating my mobile is ready for delivery and advised me to collect it from service centre. When I was approached the service centre I heard that they had not received my handset from the factory.
    5) Under the Consumer protection Act of 1986 your company has 15 to 20 days to settle this complaint by agreeing to my request.

    6) Due to the mental harassment caused by the deficient product I wish to inform you that this complaint will be at your expense and I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to the deficiency in services provided by HTC to me. I strongly recommend that HTC should be closed or banned from the market.

      On 09.01.2016, I have submitted my device (Model Desire 326G dual sim) with IMEI No. [protected]. The device was not getting charged and microphone has developed some snag. It was assured that within 7 to 10 days the repair will be made.
      On 25.01.2016 there was a call from +91 [protected] informing me that the matter has been escalated and I will hear within 48 hours. But till now i.e. 27.01.2016, even after nearly 20 days the position of the device could not be ascertained.
      On contacting customer care[protected], I am not in a position to get any satisfactory answer.
      Is there any one to look after the problem and tell me the correct picture.

        I have submitted my phone for repairs on the 2nd of January and was told that the phone would be repaired redand handed over by 21st of January today is January 25th and I am still waiting for my phone to be repaired I called up the service station as well as the call centre but they are not able to decrease my phone itself I think there is something seriously wrong with the outsourced service centre called TVS HTC's need to revamp their service centres for better service delivery I am losing faith and this company is there someone who can help me find where my phone is

          on 9th November 2015 .from the day itself my Wi-Fi was not connecting I gave it servicing at your authorized service center at Coimbatore. I got my phone only after twenty days but them I am again facing problem like Wi-Fi is not connecting, dates and times are changing on its own, problem in Connecting hot-spot while using shareit

            In HTC service center Mr. Rajesh Ghavekar customer executive he has no manners how to talk to the customer and he insulting the customer also ..
            he said that, ki itne din se mobile chala raha he or IEMI number nahi pata in front of many peoples. and he is not attend me properly. And my problem is not solved.

              I purchased HTC One E9s mobile from Perfect communication, Ahmedabad.
              aftr 15 days Mobile screen was totaly blank. then i gone to the dealer, they suggest me to go to service centre which is located as TVS Electronics PVT. LTD. At Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
              i submitted device on 2nd Jan- 2016 at TVS Electronics PVT. LTD. for repair. they mentioned return date 5th jan -2016. now its 23 jan 2016, till i dint get my device.
              from 19 jan 2016 i am follong them. company not giving any positive response.
              i purchased costly mobile for my business. i invested 21000/-, but i dont have new mobile and i lose money.
              they are not taking any action on my complaint. now i am asking for Money or new device. but they are not giving answer.

                My Complaint Ticket No. is 16INA[protected] & Job No. is DEL[protected] on Dated 16/01/2016.

                I have submitted my HTC Mobile with Adaptor in your Service Center at S.K. Enterprises, B-52, First Floor, Above HDFC Bank, Kalkaji, New Delhi on dated 16/01/2016 against Hanging/Freezing Problem & Power Adaptor Problem in HTC Desire D820u Dual SIM.

                But then are saying that we will register your complaint against only for one problem which i have below mentioned:-

                01. Hanging/Freezing Problem or
                02. Power Adaptor Problem.

                After our long discussion HTC Service Center Team said that we will register your complaint against power adaptor only not for hanging problem. why your service center was not registered complaint against hanging related issue with our faulty adaptor & not mentioned within your complaint report at the time of registration of complaint.

                They said that your Hanging/Freezing Problem will resolve after Reformatting/Restoring your existing mobile (this problem is coming due to software problem) finally after 3 to 4 hours your service center team return back this mobile to me with Reformatting/Restoring. They said that your problem has been resolved.

                But after Reformatting/Restoring this mobile by your service center, problem is still coming till now.

                Yesterday (21/01/2016) i was revisit at your service center, but now they are saying that we can not register your complaint against your mobile due to your previous complaint was not close from our end. almost 7 days has been completed but previous call is still pending.

                Due to this, i am not satisfied with your services as well as your service center communication with us.
                Finally my mobile warranty will be expiry on 26/01/2016 but previous ticket is still not closed from your end till now & i am not able to register my complaint against my HTC Mobile which i have already informed to you at the time of complaint registration.

                So finally please provide solution/approval for the same, because this is not my fault. Its your team fault.


                Our Previous communication with your service center at the time of complaint registration. Details are given below:-

                This is inform you that regarding hanging & freezing problem in this HTC Desire 820 Dual SIM Mobile.

                I am facing this problem since last 2 to 3 Months. I have already internal Reset & Factory Reset once during the period last 2 to 3 months but still problem is coming again & again.

                One another problem is there; presently Mobile Charger (Power Adaptor) is not working properly. (Some time its charging & some time it’s not charging) but USB cable is working fine with another charger. So please resolve for the same from your end.

                So I request to you please cross check from your end & resolve these problems on urgent basis.

                    I called up[protected] today morning @ 11:50am to get the status of phone repair.
                    The person named “Sharan” talked very rudely and declined to answer my query.
                    Complaint:
                    1. I asked him the status of my repair. To this he said I have to go to service center personally and get the status, he cannot provide that.
                    2. I asked him what all repair activities were performed, to this he said only 2 points and on asking more, he said to go to service center personally and get the information.
                    3. I asked him to transfer the call to some senior executive because I want to escalate this call and your behavior, he said he will not transfer this call.
                    4. I asked the mail ID to which I can write a complaint on his behavior, to this also he refused.
                    5. Finally I asked him his full name because I want to complaint, then he said he cannot reveal his full name.
                    6. The service center number( Marathalli, Bangalore[protected] mentioned on job card also doesnot exist.

                    I would request to listen to the call recording and take some serious action against such executive.

                      I brought a new HTC 826 in the month November 2015, phone s getting bend nd display problem so I have given in service . They are charging me a amount of 8600 my mobile s in warranty only one month I have used remaining day still now its in your service centre .ever used like this worst mobile. Surely if don't take action regarding my handset . I will say all my circle nd punish my problem in social network about your worst product manufacturing.

                            Sir i purchased a new HTC 820 G PLUS costing me Rs.19000 from an dealer named POORVIKA from Express AVENUE shopping mall, Chennai.After using it for 2 months its screen abnormally came out i went to the service center till that time my phone was in proper working condition they told me to leave the phone and it ll be replaced or repaired by company and you will be called after 15 days you come and take your phone but they called me and said your phone is releasing liquid .Sir it was in a good working condition and also in warranty period and its the service center fault they have damaged my phone and if its happen i will have to pay around 7000 to 8000 rupees for changing the screen . Sir i am a student and i dont earn money .I would request you to please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                              Hello, I have bought a new phone HTC E9s on 28th nov'15 (just before 1 month 20 days). After two to three days, I found a crack on screen. Still the phone was working n charging was ok. But the phone's camera was of very third quality, n flash of camera was not working, so I submitted the phone to the service center for the replacement of screen, after changing they delivered me a defected phone on 16th dec. The phone was not charging, n it was gone to switched off mode just after 2 hrs, the camera was working in worst manner, flash is also in worst condition, so much blured pic in night or day. So I again submitted my phone on 18th dec to service center, and requested to change the phone, as only few days have been passed, and the more serious problem because I got the defected phone defected battery charging, from service center. When i was having that, there was not any problem of charging of battery. so i cant accept the repaired phone. still they have neither repaired nor replaced the phone.Till today I called customer care around 15 to 20 times. But nobody is entertaining my problem, they just throw a statement "MUAFI CHAHTE HAI APKO DIKKAT HUI", nothing else. I haven't got phone till today. Now I am just feeling frustrated. Not a single help they have done in my favor. they destroyed the battery parts of my phone in service center, and saying the parts are to be replaced, but parts are not available. so i have to wait for 5 to 10 days. But nothing happened within month. most importantly. my phone was got corrupted in their service center, so how coud I get the repaired when it is not only two month old... I need my money to refund, or to deliver me a new phone. Please help me to get my money back as now i cant trust on these people as they irritated me a lot, n destroyed my new phone as well.

                                Hello sir I had given my phone in service center becuz I had wifi signal problems.I gave my phone on Monday they said it will be repaired in 5 days I said fine on the 5th day when I dint get any call I called them they said I have to pay 6000 rs I asked why they said my sim slot is broken my speakers are not working and my motherboard has some issues.I asked him how is it possible he started giving some excuses.I told them leave I don't want to pay 6000 give me phone back my phone is also in warranty got it 6 months back.they returned my phone unrepaired but as I got my phone my sim slot was broken my motherboard and all other things were working fine.I submitted my phone in prime mall irla they are bunch of liars and scammers cheating people.And the big joke is after giving back my phone unrepaired they are still asking for 550 rs I refused to give them now they are threatening me that my phone will be locked by Microsoft I am not stupid to believe this crap please look into this matter.Never buying an htc phone again.

                                  I have bought a HTC Desire 616 Dual SIM in the month of August 2014 The problem with the set started 2-3 months later.The major one being "Stuck in booting screen" for which i have visited their service centre thrice during warranty period. Every time they did a complete formatting & it works fine till again the next occurrence of same problem. This time when happened, the service centre informed me that it cant be no longer be formatted hence the motherboard needs to be changed which is costing Rs6000/- (I have to pay since no warranty) My complain is that when i have visited their service centre thrice with same problem 1) why they had not changed the mother board at first or second instance 2) when the set repeatedly stuck with same problem why it is not considered as a faulty part or set & replaced by the company or change mother board to fix the issue permanently. 3) now if i dont pay 6k to repair & my 15k phone will be of no use than to put it into a bag of broken toys of my daughter 4)Complain to service centre-why they have waited the mother board to be changed after the warranty period not during it when the issue had occurred thrice I want a resolution for which i dont need to pay anything for faulty parts which they had shipped in the new phone except other than their service centre fees.                                     -Date of Incident : 29 Dec 15 - Service Center Number :[protected] -Detail : I submit my HTC mobile to Service Center at Chandigarh, Sec 47C for Repairing . My phone is physical damaged (LCD broken), Service Center commit me for repairing within one week, But still didn't get my mobile (dated as on 14 Jan2016). When I called to service Center to know my status, They always told will know status after 2 days, and when I fed up, then they told me to Call at Customer Care of HTC ([protected]). From 11 Jan16 to til today I am calling to customer care to know the status of my phone, First day they told, put your request to know status, Second day they raise question, quotation not approved by service center, Then on 13th I called to service center to know about the quotation, they told quotation approved from our side from the day you submit your mobile, And I signed to pay the amount 5225/- Service is delaying because parts are not dispatched from HTC . I called to customer care on the same day to inform about the quotation, they told will arrange call back from our team with in 24 hours, but more than 48 hrs, did not received any calls, No value for customers in the eye of HTC . Service center and customer care both making the customer fool and now I am totally fed up, feel mentally harassment. I am in IT sector and fully dependent on mobile to check mails, chats . -Now I want my phone back with repairing asap and also want compensation to harass my time, my mental stability . They must have to realize customer time and have to learn maintain customers. I attached images, please check

                                      Its not even been 2 months since I have bought an HTC 820G+ and it seems like there's no end to the problems I have to encounter with the phone. At first there was a problem with the dialer log for which I had to visit the service center twice- on 05/12/2015 and on 11/01/2016 since the problem had occurred again. Now since today all of a sudden the left ear plug of the headphone is not working. I tried an alternate brand of some other brand and its's working fine, indicating that the problem is with my HTC earphone. On calling the customer care I was said to visit the service center in order to get the earphone replaced- as if I have got no other work and every time I can skip half day of my office to get the problem resolved. In less than 2 months since the purchase it would be the third time I would have to visit the service center, and definitely am not going to do that skipping my office hours again. If HTC India could repay me the purchase price (Rs.15, 900); I had paid for the phone, I would gladly return back this useless phone.

                                        I had given my phone for service in September 2015 in BANGALORE-JAYANAGAR HTC service center as my Sim 1 was not detecting. SIM 2 was working fine. They took the phone, said motherboard had to be replaced and I got the phone back within 7 days. In December 2015, my vibrator stopped working and my pictures were pink i[censored]sed flash in the camera. So I gave for service on December 17th 2015. As of today(14 Jan 2016), I still haven't received my phone. Today I received a call saying my phone is repaired and I needed to collect it. After I went there, my vibrator was still not working. I had clearly mentioned in the Job sheet that vibrator was not working. They went and repaired the vibrator. Next I started to check whether there are any other problems in my phone, and my SIM 1 was not detecting again. I have given it for "Repeat Repair". My warranty expired on 3 Jan 2016. This problem is covered under warranty itself because i noticed the issue and gave it today itself. Between 17 December 2015 and 14 Jan 2016, I had called HTC customer care[protected] to find out about my status of the repair. For more than 2 weeks it was in Diagnosing status. after that it was in repair status. And on January beginning I had called to find out and they said that the parts are being shipped from Taiwan. On Jan 6th I called up and asked about the status, and they said, the parts are to be shipped from Chennai factory and no parts will come from Taiwan and dispatch date is set for 12th of January 2016. When asked the representative in the service center Bangalore, they said that no parts have been replaced and its only repair issues. The service report says that vibrator had a loose connection and the Camera something had to be reconnected and re-calibrated. And this took 1 month? I still haven't received my phone because now the SIM 1 is not getting detected? There is so much repair done to my phone within the warranty period of my phone, and it feels now that I have to use a 3-4 times patched phone. I need a replacement of the same Model or if that is not possible to due to other reasons, i want to take action against the Customer care for lying to me about replacement parts and delaying the whole process. I want to take action against the service center(bangalore-Jayangar)(TVSE service center) for taking up so much time to connect a connector inside the phone. Or May be even Sangeetha Mobiles has given me a faulty phone. If none is possible, I would really like a replacement phone(A new piece) as I have to use a multiple time patched phone and that too within the warranty period. Phone Model - HTC One E8 Bought for 31000 Date of Purchase - 3 Jan 2015 1st Service - September - SIM 1 not working - Main Board replaced 2nd Service - December - Vibrator not working, Pictures come with Pink color when Flash is used. 3rd Service - 14 Jan 2016, Vibrator still was not working when i received my phone. 4th Service - SIM 1 not working - Given it today(14 Jan 2016) Also one attachment is faded because the service center told that their cartridge was not working.
