1) I bought the handset on 01st jan 2016 from TECHNOVISION SECUNDERABAD

2) I was facing the display problem.

3) The handset was given to service on 05-01-16 at sri sai communication in secunderabad

4) Since the mobile is in warranty period and hence, I was pushed to get it repaired at their service center. Now I’m nearing almost 50days from the submission date. But still I had not received my handset
5) Under the Consumer protection Act of 1986 your company has 15 to 20 days to settle this complaint by agreeing to my request.

6) Due to the mental harassment caused by the deficient product I wish to inform you that this complaint will be at your expense and I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to the deficiency in services provided by HTC to me. I strongly recommend that HTC should be closed or banned from the market.

I go through the HTC service Center. But yet not my problem solved. They didn't respond me and gave any update..I feel very bad . Plz take a very strict action Against HTC ASAP. Thankyou

Dear Sir,

I have purchased HTC Desire 600 phone in July 2013. Today i went to service center for my repair of volume button, which was damaged but they refused to see my mobile. As per service center executive, the company has discontinued this model so service is not available for you, you can take away this phone. I am getting problem of less battery backup from last 1 year. Company is not providing new battery. I have purchased very expensive phone which costs 26000 INR from HTC. Please ask them to provide me service or they should buy this phone back against new phone.

Sir, i have sumitted my mobile to service centre of HTC at bareilly centre after 7 days they told me (mail) that their is a moisture problem in my mobile and i have to pay 2319/-rs for that. but my phone is still in warrenty . and they told me that your phone s out of warrenty but now i want my mobile with no. repairing and part charges.i have also told them that i will pay for the part only but they want to pay the whole i.e. labour charges, vat, taxes etc.
what can i do.
if the moisture is going in my mobile by their employees then who can i find that.

Not satisfied Htc desire 826 mobile phone. Because mobile acceress not provide service center. Last Tolal one month vist service center one part sim tray not provide, citys allahabad Bareilly, Moradabad . So i am not satisfied this htc mobile . I am change mobile other brands.

Hi, I am Mr. Singh. HTC company gave me a faulty device and they didn't response my e-mail. I mailed HTC company several times. But they didn't reply once. they didn't repair my device they simply just ignoring my case. And always said that your case has been forwaded. Plz take a very strict from my Side against HTC Comapny

I go through the HTC service center 4 times . But yet not my problem solved by company ...I want to file a case against HTC company that gave me faluty device to me. which didn't work properly. Plz take a strict action.

And very bad service at bhavnagar help centre there is person take my htc cell phone for two week and then ask me your phone is not become good. I give for solve one problem but he is creat 3 problem in my phone and create my.phone like wast materials..very bad experience never like

HTC not look for customer satisfaction fallow there bad & irritates rule in 10day I change two time my earphones but quality is like China made product after 3days I got same problem in New earphone service center not change earphone

My model number is HTC oneE9 dual sim. It was purchased on 17january 2016. Was purchased from GG mobile sector-17, vashi, navi mumbai. The camera is not focusing. The touch pad is also not functioning properly(hard). Htc being such a reputed brand, this was not expected. Within 15 days of purchase i have to go to the service centre for such problems. Disgruntled customer. I need a replacement on an immediate basis.

The hand set HTC desire 526 G+ do not receive or send signals. Sometimes it shows signals however, no calls can be made or message or internet can be used. I have given my HTC desire 526G+ at service center of Gurgaon, Haryana ( Address: TVS Electronic Ltd, Unit no. 105, 1st Floor, DLF Grand Mall, DLF City, Ph-2, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001, Ph[protected] on 26.12.2015 for repair with service number as QPS[protected]. They return it on 18.01.2016. However, they have not corrected the main problem of signal. They just changed my back cover. The handset is still not working. All the relevant documents and pictures showing signal problems are attached with this complaint.

I give my phone htc desire 820q four times, but no any action take.
Same problem occur again and again, and your service is vry bad. Take
Action to replace my htc phone.

Automatic screen rotate.
Automatic loudspeaker during call.
Automatic brightness on off.
G-sensor.
These problem are not solved by your service centre, and replacement is approved but u not sending my phone, u take alot of time to deliver it

I had purchased htc one m8 eye for 45000 from nearby local mobile store on date and in december 2015 the mobile got switched off suddenly. I had never opened the htc mobile and hence i gave it to nearby htc centre for repair as it was in warranty . They called me on mobile and asked for 23000 for repair. The mobile market value is now 23000. And the htc company wants me to pay them 23000 for repair even though it is within warranty time. Kindly help as i dont want others to be cheated like they have shown an unethical and unprofessional behaviour

I recently started using a HTC Desire 626 G+(Product still under warranty). The product is so bad that a slight scratch on the display made the whole screen unresponsive to touch. I go to the service center in Kurla (Mumbai, India) and I am billed approx 5000Rs and asked to collect my phone after 10 days.

Couple of days after I submit my phone I get a call from the service center for confirmation regarding proceeding with the repair and the amount that would have to be paid by me (Rs 5000). I ask them to proceed with the repair and appreciate the service center at this point.

My phone is repaired within 7 days. A happy(for the service) yet sad(shelling out 5k) customer, I go and collect my phone and make the payment and collect my Invoice copy which lists repair of LCD display. I test the phone for basic camera operations, touch, messaging and return home.

Here lies the catch!

When I come back home, I notice that the phone isn’t charging(Battery was working perfectly fine when I submitted my phone) !! And the battery percentage also drops when charging. Frustrated and furious I rush to the service center to complain where I get the shock of my life! The service center lady rudely answers to me that my battery was also replaced as they found it had poor lifetime and it was covered in warranty! How can the service center replace a part without notifying me and why isn't it mentioned in my Invoice copy!

I little digging around made me realize how the service centre dupes HTC and the customers! When a customer walks in for a part replacement, the service centre add their own additional parts(in the name of warranty) and bill it to HTC, this way retaining a good battery plus changing the part without notifying the customer.

My phone charging issue turned out to be loose contact in the charging socket of the mobile which got replaced. If not for this small issue I would not have unearthed this scam!

I give my htc one e9s dual sim phone to service center at SCO No-103, Ground Floor, sector-47C chandigarh due to LCD broken. I give my phone on date 18/12/2015 they ask me that they return my phone in between 10 days, but after one month they say me that the parts of your phone cann't come from Taiwan and they give me a date 23/1/2016 to return my phone. When i go there they say again the parts of your phone is not coming from Taiwan. They make me fool what i do. I want my phone urgently. Please do anything.

I had purchased HTC Desire 826 Dual Sim on 18/04/2015 at Rs 26500/- . within five months i am shocked as the devise is not working properly which is used regularly. It was big problem when i was outdoor with this phone and when i got struck by mobile. . So i went to customer service center of HTC and wanted to replace the product they just said its not possible to replace the product but they can repair it. no one is giving proper answer & They said to handover the device then i asked what will be my point of contact as there is no mobile with me rightnow, they simply said its your headache..Now i think I had unnecessarily invested in HTC product as HTC is not at all care for customet n services. Whenever i try to contact service center, the line is always busy. Customer support([protected]) is connected but they say they will give me updates after 24-48 hr time. Now i want to tell all people please don't buy any mobile without checking there problems. And take from a reputed company which is prompt in service if any occurs in future. I expect at least HTC being its preliminary responsibility will serve the customer and wil resove my complaint immediatly my mobile no is-[protected]

I use htc d820u
But it's some apps is not works like extrem power mode and other setting..
And also have a installation problem..
Htc service manager is not update..
Always error in installation after download..

And when i go in system updates show msg
Network connection failed
System not be updated..

And also have animation problem
Apps animation not work properly

I am neha from jaipur. I have submitted my htc one e9s dual sim phone in htc service centre, jaipur due to screen damage. i have submitted my phone on 2nd january, 2016 but still they cant be able to give me any fruitful response. it is going to complete around one month but there is no response.i have called many times but every time they said that they dont have this product in stock. as i have read on internet or listen from people that htc is a big reputed company and always give you a positive response but in my case this is not like that. i m fed up now that is why i am writing this type of words. look into this matter. my patience is on its heights and getting over day by day. Take action against them otherwise i have to take some legal action against HTC.

Same problem occur again and again, and your service is very bad. Take

it takes 2 -5 minutes to dial a call
phone hang after dialing a call and automatically locked after that.
takes minutes to show all the contacts.
some times locked automatically after using it continuously for 5 minutes.
G-sensor.
These problem are not solved by andrews ganj service centre, so i want to replace my phone quickly...
