Sir, i bought HTC brand cell phone, model no.- desire-326G as on date Aug.1, 2015 this is to notify that i occurred many times switching off problem the device during a day in couple of times and not displaying contact list, even over heating when charging and stand by mode. i went to customer care three times & they told yes company has some problem with this model but company rectify this by new software up gradation, and off course they up date my cell...but the problem remain same. then finally they told to send the device to the company to reboots. i handover it to the center on 29th, dec.2015. ...and now problem still continues. i totally puzzled n frustrated. still my cell is in warranty period. i need replacement with compensation.

    Not receiving updates and it is recently released phone and they firstly said it will get update and now when i am contacting them they say we cant say and my full money got wasted no doubt they changed my phone but that phone also got servcied phone as it was not booting up (dead) and inshort it got repaired but no software update htc 820 is receiving the update but recently released htc820g plus is not reciving

The offer was a promise to pay wages for 21 days of service. We entered into a signed employement contract, and upon the completion of all duties, Michael and his team shut down my job site and refeused to honor the employment contract.         I purchased a HTC M8 Eye on 16th of March 2015, as an upgrade from my Samsung S3, I bought this with the expectatıon that this will be as good as a Samsung or my previous Apple phone. However the phone has been having some issues from early days and was handed over to the service centre in August to be returned in September, reporting that the faulty motherboard was replaced. The problems in the phone persisted and we ended up handing over the phone to the same service centre again on 15thOct 2015. To my dismay, the customer servıce in HTC has been so appalling and my phone ıs still unattended and retained at the Chennai Service centre(TVS). I have visited the service centre several times and have spent so many hours in the last 3 months on phone wıth your Customer care, and nothing has worked. I have drafted my disgusting experience wıth HTC below, Whilst I don’t expect any decent action to be taken on this based on this complaint, as HTC seem to have one of the worst management in any form that I’ve ever seen, I will appreciate if this is at least reported to your worthless, broken, unprofessional bunch of clowns sitting in your servıce centre and support centre. Chennai 08th January 2016 Subject Defective Product and Insensitive, irresponsible customer support from HTC. Summary I purchased a HTC M8 on 14th March 2015 from Anna Nagar, Poorvika Store for INR 34, 000. Despite having several online buying options which were much cheaper, I opted to buy here to ensure we have the support and peace of mind. M8 being one of HTCs premium phone at the time of my purchase was expected to be performing very fast and be reliable. Since I started using the new phone, I faced several issues including loss of network (despite full strength shown), unresponsive screen, unintended reboot and many more. I took several trouble shooting steps including consulting the Network provider (Airtel), changing SIM, restoring to factory settings several times. But the problem still persisted, I took the device to their only service centre (TVS Electronics Ltd) in Chennai on 18th of August 2015. The phone was then returned to me after XX Weeks on 23rd of September 2015. I was informed that the motherboard was found to be faulty and was replaced. However, the phone still had the same issues and I returned the phone back to their Chennai service centre on 15thOctober 2015 (15INA[protected]. And I’m writing this today, the 08th of January 2016, the phone is yet to be serviced and is still with the service centre in Chennai (TVS Electronics Ltd). It’s extremely disappointing and disgusting to say the least. The whole saga involved several hours of wait at the Chennai HTC service centre, numerous phone call attempts to the (never reachable) service centre (TVS Electronics Ltd), several days of loss of work to visit the service centre and several hours of conversations with the HTC customer care centre (toll free number) Despite all these exorbitant waste of time and efforts the HTC guys still show no signs of remorse or regrets. The inexplicable lack of accountability and responsibility showcased by the HTC team in total (including their service centre and call centre) is so appalling and the type of agony caused, despite opting for one of their high end phones is baffling. Had it been any other manufacturers be it Apple or Samsung, they would have taken full accountability at least after the first attempt to repair the phone and would have instigated some options such as a replacement device to use or a quick turnaround to fix or if nothing works they would have offered a replacement (I owned an iPhone and Mac Notebook previously and such were their service whenever needed) I’m fed up with this entire saga. As a dentist and business women, I’ve wasted a lot of my time on this. Despite spending INR 34, 000 on a mobile phone, I’ve been made to go through this agony and stress. I urge you to kindly notice this allegation as a voice of one of the many disgruntled customers due to the callous and irresponsible behaviour of the mobile phone manufacture HTC in India, and sincerely request you to prompt immediate action on controlling their service guarantees and help me recover my phone at the earliest. Service Centre Experience (TVS Electronics Ltd, Chennai) One service centre for entire Chennai is in the first place an inconceivable hoax, and reaching them via phone (+[protected] is next to impossible (I bet anyone in the world to talk to them over phone during the business hours). The only option to have a word with them is to travel to their office and wait the queue to get a status update. The service centre TVS Electronics Ltd, 1st Floor, Gemini Parson Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600006, is acutely understaffed and is extremely rude. Every visit to their office will take a minimum of 2 hours waiting period to talk to a consultant and the consultants at the service centre shows the most intimidating behaviour one could experience in any service desk. Despite all this hardships, I’ve visited the service centre several times in this 3-4 months period (wasting several days of my time) to get my mobile phone restored, but in vain. Customer Care (Call Centre) Experience The customer care[protected] is another joke, where every single call will require me to reiterate my story from first, despite quoting my case id and complaint number. The most pretentious, insensible bunch of clowns in this centre wouldn’t bother to listen to any of the agony, but rather just keep saying the phone will be repaired and they’ll update the status. After repetitive calls and saying that the phone has been with the service centre for close to 2 months, the issue was escalated to another department. The escalation department calls us in sporadic times and notify us that the phone will be repaired, after yelling on top of my voice saying that the phone was already repaired once and it is with the service centre for the second time, and it’s been a ridiculous wait to even know a status update, I’m now informed that they are waiting on spare parts. This is a total, unimaginative farce. The truth is that the crazily understaffed service centre has totally forgotten about my phone and after all this escalation has given a vague reason to shut me. I now want a refund of my entire amount that I spent on the phone and compensation for holding my phone for nearly 6 months and giving all mental agony. I am ready to take this to legal action if I don’t get a reply. Wıth Best Regards One of the most dısgruntled customer

Complaint number 15INA[protected]/ 15IND[protected] HTC IMEI number [protected] I am posting same complaint 3rd time to look in to the matter. from 16 December 2015 I have been informed that your issue will be resolved and you will get call from our end but no one has called me till date. i called every day to know what has happened with my compliant and handset but nothing has happened. This is the compliant about HTC service centre (Shreeji Communication - 221 saffron Complex Fatehgunj Baroda Gujarat India). I am using HTC 816G dual SIm I purchased it in January 2015. handset was hanging so i contacted the Service centre regarding Software issues, Service guy didn't told me that need to remove the sim Card from Handset but he himself removed it from sharp knife and sim slot (hardware)got damaged while I give mobile back to them to check what they have done with my handset same time they again inserted the knife in slot again and inserted the sim Open the handset. it is clearly visible sim slot and mobile is damaged. than I contacted manager she said now your handset is in working condition so no need to do anything. but next day I given my handset to service centre again. on 17th December I called the customer care number on[protected]. They said they will look in the matter but no reply from themselves as well. Need your help on the issues. No one is listing me as a customer. I have wasted my 17, 550/- HTC customer care person given me the complain number (Compliant Number - 15IND[protected]. But No use. Please some one help me. on 28th December 2015 I got call from service centre saying that your handset is dead and to repair the handset you have to pay the quotation of Rupees 11, 000 to 12000. Every time I call to HTC I got different information from Representatives. They always say you will be called by our higher authorities in 24 to 48 hours. but no call till date. now they have given me the ticket number 15INA[protected]. I got message from HTC that your handset has been shipped out to service centre on 2nd January 2016. but they are asking for 11000 and some services are not covered under warranty. The damage been made by service centre guy and now they are asking money to repair it. This is annoying and frustrating for me. Because of this things I have already suffered a lot.                 I got my new HTC Desire 820s on March 27 2015. From the day i bought this handset, i haven't got a chance to use this handset because of microphone complaint . During the voice call, the person at the other end is not able to hear the speaker person's sound. I can hear myself at a slight delay/echo through the ear piece.I have raised three complaints to the HTC customer sevice and they could n't repair the handSet.SO they have given me a new handSet. But the new one also having the same issue with the microphone. I dont want to use the mobile any more. I want my money back.

                        I had purchased brand new HTC 820s desire mobile phone on sep 2015. i had got it repaired it for 3 times in 4 months. it had hardware issue and software issues twice. i asked the agent for replacement of the product, innitially he agreed and later it was rejected saying warrenty is only for repair not for service. so guys dont trust HTC Bakwass service centers..!!!

                            I had opted for the product with exciting hope for technology and user friendly and got it from Rourkela. By the mean time the connectivity of one SIM found fluctuating and SIM was coming out of the set frequently. From HTC site I found the service centre's address at Rourkela and at Sambalpur. This was a horrible experience as the service centre at Rourkela has been closed since long. Then as advised by the sales Agency at Rourkela, I went to Sambalpur and the provided address was found false. However contacted one HTC dealer at Sambalpur and he advised me to show it at Bhubaneswar or otherwise the defect can be rectified through the collection point (Himself). Expecting the uncertainty, I went to Bhubaneswar during November 2015 and presented the problem to the TVS Electronic service centre point at Sahid Nagar. There they told that the SIM slot to be replaced and there is no spare part immediately. I am advised to book for the SIM slot and they will procure it and intimate me through SMS about the availability. Till date I have not receive any SMS in this regard and on 2nd January 2016, 11.45 am, I went to Bhubaneswar and enquired about the Spare part. They told that the slot is available and it will cost around Rs-900/- and the set will be returned back on 4th (Monday) January. As i had to return back to rourkela around 380 km, I requested to handover the set on the same day. At around 5.15 pm, they handed over me the set and the SIM problems found rectified. later on found that there is no ringing sound with incoming call. As I had left Bhubaneswar at that time I could not go back to the service centre and next day was Sunday. Hoping for the setting correction, upon reaching at Rourkela, I tried all possible checking for the ring tone problem but in vain. Then I contacted the Bhubaneswar service centre ( cell no- [protected]) for the same problem. The reply was that, why I had not complained about the same along with the SIM slot problem. Then I explained that the phone was functioning nice except the problem with SIM slot- on. Along with the same problem I was using the set since last 4-5 months Later the service engineer advised me to do the set-up etc check up. I explained him that all possible checks and set-up have been tried but in vain. Further, I am guided to press the set around the charging point of the set. i tried the same and informed about the continued defect with ringing. Further the music is being played smoothly along with other voice outputs. Finally, I am told to send the set to Bhubaneswar through the collection point at Rourkela. Also, no customer feed back is not taken yet and the money receipt is also not given upon receiving the payment for SIM slot changing. All the above facts and responses are creating mental harassment over the investment for the cell phone on date. Please advice further and give me the solution to customer problems.

                                I have bought the phone yesterday night (3/1/2015) and I used it for 20 mins.The Camera quality, touch and display is not as per mentioned on the Box. I have reached service center as well they said there is no defect in hardware but the issue is only that the quality of these things are not provided as default. This is the maximum feature that is provided by this phone which does not follow the specification on phone. I want to replace it with 828 as I have viewed it but No one is ready to provide me. I really disappointed with HTC brand so I am lodging my complain for this phone. My IMEI number is [protected]. The quality of phone is really poor. I am not satisfied with quality.                                   I have handed over my HTC Desire 816G mobile ( IMEI : [protected]) for repair to TVSE Jayanagar, Bangalore on 28th Nov-2015, since camera was not working. Service report No. is Q6S[protected] and return date confirmed in service report is 01.12.2015. However till date I do not have any confirmed date of return, in spite of talking to HTC help desk on daily basis. I had approx. 15 calls with help desk but no confirmation yet. TVSE Jayanagar repair center does not pick any calls. It is more than 35 days and do not have any status update and return date. Need my mobile immediately back after duly repaired.                                   I have received phone call from HTC helpline, the next day I have registered the complaint and confirmed me that my mobile is ready after repair. I have visited the repair center and collected my mobile back after repair. Surprisingly even after following up for more than 30 days, no one in HTC was able confirm me the date when I can get my handset and there was no status update in online repair tracker. But all of a sudden confirmed that handset is ready.

                                    I have brought HTC 616 of Serial No- WT49CY201246 AND IMEI [protected]. It's Earphone jack and earphone has chaged. Then problem showing on display and software problem also. Customer care took about to more than 15 days every time solve the problems. There is no warranty extension facilities available of HTC. Now as one year completed and mobile is again slowdown and again repeatedly same problem is happening. Pl exchange this set and give perfect service to customer as HTC branded is very costly.

                                      Hi ref # 16IND[protected] I m prashant patil from andheri mobile no [protected] brought HTC one E9s 2 weeks back but now its complete no power spoke with khushal frm chat and i think chandan from Tech support team and after wasting 2 hrs combine thr final solution ws to visit service center nw tell me 1 thing if my working hrs are not matching with u r service center wt is the alternative option for that only u guys tech support team right becoz even laptop provider gv home service after online or chat troubleshooting so visited the mobile shop frm where i purchased the mobile thy are also saying same thing to visit service center and i[censored] want mobile replacement gv me the DOA (dead on arrival ) letter and above that he is telling me thy have machin in service center which can update firmware on dead phone also so nw here are options 1 ) you guys are going to send me DOA letter in mail with contact number for person who is going to verify that doa letter is issue by HTC 2) or u guys send me new mobile on my addr in 2-3 days 3) or i cant register a complaint in consumer form
